It seems this cache has gone and with the constant rubbish dumping i think this has passed it's use by date. This cache was placed during the Rally of Melbourne series and now that is has been disbanded it is time to archive this cache.
Many thanks to all that have found it.

have done this one, so knew where to look and what to look for, tried to help nanna.c find it but it wasn't there
considering the time since this one was last found, it needs a maintenance check please
no luck with this one, was with a friend who had done this one previously and she could not find it.
Spent a little while looking but didn't want geokids to get hurt on all the rubbish lying around so we'll leave it for another day.
No luck on this one. The bank was steep and I search around a fair amount, but the rubbish made it hard and I was worried I may grab something dangerous by accident. What a shame a great cache location has been ruined by fools dumping rubbish...
While the rubbish wasn't as bad as some of the previous logs would lead you to believe, I didn't find the cache today. After half an hour of searching, I decided that this one wasn't going to be mine today...

cache is fine, but area is full of rubbish, might think about this one later.
You would think with a beautiful area surrounded by 100's of hectares of magnificent bush you would not have to traverse over the only rubbish heap on this stretch of road. Talk about a rubbish dump, geo wife wasn't sure if she had to search for the cache under the decomposing household garbage bags, discarded gas cylinders or putrid rotting kangaroo carcass. This cache may need to be moved to a better location, while the views may be great the smells aren't. TFTC
Out & about on a fantastic Winters afternoon with Happy Pants after a game of tennis... Absolutely glorious day to be outdoors...
HP managed to park their car within meters of GZ... Opened the door to the rancid smell of a rotting / decaying animal carcase within 2 meters of GZ... As I ran about like a big skirt (coughing & gagging), One member of the Happy Pants Team slipped, fell & rolled within inches of the said carcase...
After, it was confirmed that the said person was alright, I collapsed on to the roadway laughing so much that I almost wet myself... The said person from the said team 'did' wet themselves... Thinking about changing their name from Happy Pants to Pissy Pants
Thanks to the Coffee's for bringing us here...

Called past today and took back TB, had been there a while, thought I would move it on to another spot.
#1139 Out enjoying a lovely Autumn day and picking up a few caches along the way. A bit concerned when I saw all the discarded junk at GZ but soon had the cache in hand. Quite hazy today and the trees in foreground spoilt the view a bit. Thanks Mr.Coffee and the Coffee Clan.
With MMelb away on school camp, GMelb was aiming to get 2 days off so we could go caching together until it got dark and not have to worry about a hungry teenager lol! The plan was Marysville today and (some of) Woodlands tomorrow. However due to the weather this morning he decided he may as well go into his 2nd office for the morning and by the time he got home it was 3pm so we changed our plans and decided to go to Healesville instead as long as we fitted a Beechworth Bakery visit in somewhere lol
We arrived at the viewing spot and literally just got out of the car when another car arrived, then another and another and another and another and another and another and finally the last one!!!!! We thought oh no we've got no chance to find the cache until they go!! They were all Car Club enthusiasts from the Ballarat Classic Car Club with cars ranging from the 70's downwards (photo to be attached) They were there to see the view but were a bit disappointed because of the front tree growth. They started talking to us and invited us to their Happy Hour at the caravan park that they were staying at lol. Anyway whilst they were talking to me GMelb decided they were harmless enough and wouldnt muggle the cache so he went to find it and we told a couple of them about geocaching (who knows ... new members on the making! lol) TNLNSL

Pass this way all the time. Youngest son and I stopped here yesterday afternoon, but were daunted by the steep slopes. Shouldn't have been in hindsight. I stopped this afternoon and found the cache quite easily. Took whale TB, otherwise nothing else. TFTC.
The kids and I went out on a mini Time Waste late afternoon event after work tonight and picked up to final locations and progressed another 5 WP's in the series. It was nice to finally tick a couple off and we will soon have them all. We also picked up a few other caches along the way to make it a worthwhile night, including this one but we arrived back at home, and now my exhausted kids are in bed. Thanks Mr Coffee and the Coffee Clan for this one.
Found at 2.30pm whilst out on a pleasant Sunday drive.
A bit of rubbish around GZ, we took some away but bags of rags left.
We left a TB
Thanks

A nice quick drive-by on the a drive around the Healesville region today. The trees have grown abit as the view from this lookout was a bit obstructed. Nice spot still and thanks for bringing me here. Nice hide. TFTC Mr Coffe and Clan, TNLN.

I had today mostly to myself after getting duties done early, I had planned it this way as my car was in for a warranty repair.. I put a few km on the loan car and had a ball too.. This was the first of quite a few on a very round about trip from Boronia back to Ferntree Gully via everywhere else I could think of.. Thanks for the cache.. find #1863, this one was also damp/wet..
Nice cache had to stop on third drive by - strange man in car at stop for ages....BYO Pen
Suscoe made the drive up here this morning.
Heavy rain spoiled the views.
A quick find in the rain was a nice outcome.
Cache contents nice and dry.

Thanks to Mr. Coffee and the Coffee Clan for showing us this area, we will have to come back on a clear day.

Found on a wet day. I am sure the views are fantastic from here, but today was limited to clouds. TFTC.
Out and about on a Saturday and it was late morning, when I got the call from Slink1 and was off on another caching run from Marysville to Warbuton

The muggles sitting in their car at this lookout must of thought the Chief and Wal were barmy wondering off into the dark. EB Contax used this pit stop as an opportunity to clean the dog doo off his shoe. He managed to pick that up at the previous Rally cache. The car smells divine! TFTC
Found in the dark with muggles sitting there wondering why these guys were disappearing into to bush. Lucky they couldn't see anything from where they were. Oooh the possibilities. TFTC
Found this afternoon after a day at the Sanctuary. Views if the impending rain and cold. Swapped man for opener. TFTH
Great views!
However, we are a bit sad about the fact that people just seem to leave their rubbish (old tyres and other junk)everywhere ...

Stopped here to put on my sunnies and decided to check to see if there were any GCs around. To my surprise, there was one 15 metres away. Couldn't go past it. Easy find, just a bit steep.
Found at 1521. After leaving Badgers Weir took a detour to get this one. Great Hide once I was on the topside of the hill! TNLN (although on the actual log I said I left a TB - the intention was there but came home with it in my pocket - Ooops) SL TFTC

Found @ 12.17pm. A tricky spot to get to as it was a little slippery underfoot here today. The cache was snug and dry though, and retrieved by GeoPa. TNLN SL TFTC

After the first four caches of the day (with an average terrain of over 3), this was a nice quick find in the company of Sam Carter with very little walking involved. Nice views nearby as well. Thanks for the cache.
After the challenges of overgrown tracks at our previous two caches, it was nice to do a 1.5 drive-by! However, with the lack of exertion, we suddenly realised that it was actually quite cool up here. Thanks for the cache, Mr Coffee and the Coffee Clan; it was good to have a smiley without adding to the Muddy Boots mud quota.

Cache was out in the open, down the hill, I have replaced the cache hopefully in original spot.

Found with Dave2, Sarah and her mum. After visiting Healesville Sanctuary and dinner decided to do some night caching. Sure the view is good in the daytime...thanks.
After a day at the healesville sanctuary we went for that cache.

A quick find on my way thru this great area with a nice view a shame about all the rubbish cheers.
I parked below the lookout first and then realised that i was suppose to come down to it instead of up.
It was a bit slippery and a couple of thorn bushes to contend with. Sad to see so much rubbish disgarded there as well.
I left a mini dice, took nothing.
A very nice drive through a great area.

Thattazguy and I looked for this one but my gps-with-jet-lag device put us onto what appeared to be private property. We tried a different approach with less success and decided to give up rather than get in trouble. Disappointing considering we are from USA and travelled a long way to here. Upon returning to the house we looked at the map and realized we should have looked at the map before going out! We were in the wrong spot! oops... At least we had a great visit at the nearby Healesville Sanctuary! Thanks for the adventure up an interesting view with some nice views!
We had a great day at the Healesville Sanctuary with the grandkids but it was time to get down to serious matters. The cache was not far away, down (up ) the road. It took a while for the GPSr to settle down but in the meantime it was sad to see the flowers around a nearby tree marking a another road fatality. We searched for the cache in the obvious location and then realised it had come adrift and was under our feet. TNLN & signed the log at 5:45pm and firmly replaced the container consistent with the clue. Thanks MC&CC.
Team SigShark, Janski and GoalieGuyJeff, found before doing some local wine tastings
Decided not to continue up the road much further after seeing the road turned to gravel as we were in a caravan.

Found the cache after a quick u-turn (after we went one too many corners down the road). A lovely drive on a quality dirt road and great way to get the new 2 day old company car dirty! Thanks very much for the cache and excuse to stop and enjoy the view.

Found with Landsergruppe. After a little detour and some winds around the hills, cache was grabbed. Great views, and thanks for bringing us way out here Mr Coffee!

Get out car, look arround slide down a meter or two and gotcha.
The container may have some maintenance; was allready dried by the previous cacher but will engage more water in the future due to some holes in the container.
A coin with a car (PCA79A - Catcher on Board Geocoin) was considered appropiate for this spot so was left and nothing taken.

As a former rally driver, this cache was excellent. We particularly enjoyed continuing farther up the road toward Mt Donna Buang along the REAL rally roads!

After "rally time" I headed up the road to another "rally" cache. Sometimes every thing just falls into place. I drove along watching my position icon and the cache icon get closer and closer, when the two were on top of each other, I stopped the car took about 3 paces from the door and I had the cache in hand.
The cache is somewhat overfull, and has a few holes in it, but is in reasonably good condition. The view was obscured by fog, but it was a very nice spot regardless.
Thanks again Mr.Coffee and the Coffee Clan

Found at 1800. Took the extended detour back to Healesville from Warburton to grab this one. Enjoyed the drive through the forest for a nice drive by find. Just a shame the trees surrounding GZ prevent you from seeing too much of the views.
