As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. Cowra had major flooding around the time of the last find and the location would have been covered by around 1-2metres of water.
We still attempted to find - but please be careful as the ferny things around the bases of some tree's, have very sharp spurs on them and can cut you!...
I think it would be fair to assume the cache is no longer there...

Heading back slowly to Queensland via Cootamundra, Young, Cowra and Blayney collecting caches on the way. Didn't try as there were too many Muggles today!
Cache missing. Search all over and can't find it. Despite it being here in September.
Got to this gz today saw the outdoor paintings but no cache. Searched the likely spots. Nope nothing!
Looked in all the likely places, even used the hint but could not turn up the cache. Plenty of signs of previous cachers, just no cache.
Nice hide walk was a bit soggy but what do you expect after rain? Teas the geo hounds first search tftc
Been to Cowra plenty of times. This was the first down next to this part of the river. Good use of the artwork to brighten the place up. Easy stroll to GZ. TFTC
We parked near the tennis courts before heading off to look for this cache. There were a number of retirees playing tennis amd although they were not moving as quickly as they once did, their shots suggeted that they were good players in the earlier years. We walked to GZ and accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and its contents were in good condition. TFTC Team Horizons.
found it with the cupcake ninjas and slightly addicted, picked up the BYO pencil Geocoin
Great little spot down here; I've been through Cowra lots of times, but this was the first time by the river. The art work under the bridge is great; worth the stop.
Looks like the cache was underwater at some point recently, but fortunately the log was only slightly damp.
TFTC!

Found on 6/4/2012. Great to see the Lachlan River flowing. Don't forget your aeroguard here. Lots of mozzies. TFTC. Didn't find Finn's Flag trackable. Added BYO Pencil geocoin and our pathtag.
Great Location, somewhere we would not of ventured normally, well worth the visit. TFTC. [8)]
In Cowra for a ballooning weekend. Found this one with Gretta and Aaron after getting back in the car and driving around to the other side of the river due to the ground being somewhat boggy and muddy down by the wooden bridge!
The flood waters are down, and it has survived!! The cache is in good shape for a quick find.
Took some photos of the paintings before going off to find a nice an easy cache.
Found this neat cache on our road trip North to Noosa.
Nice bridge painting, really cool.
Many thanks for the cache and breaking our journey.

#225 on a day that started off well but soon went south. This was the way day 49 of the caching odyssey ended 1 visit to bug exchange 26 found and 7 did not finds. All in all not to bad a day all things considered. This was 8/26.
Another of those special spots that are not known without the aid of tourist information or by word of mouth in this case it is cache by geocacher and a wonderful spot to visit. The art although not impressive is however a very pleasant way to take those dull and ugly grey pylons and give a little life to the area. I particularly liked the one at the end of the truck. This is something that not to many think about the world without those behemoths on the road. They provide a vital service to this and many other countries. This was a great little spot for the cache just far enough away that it is not suspicious whilst you are looking signing and returning the cache and close enough to the car pack for a quick short stroll.
Thanks Team Horizons for another of those top spots for a cache.

For the record the coin is no longer in the cache maybe it needs to be reported as missing.
What a great spot another grab for the geokids.

Pouring with rain so much puddle hopping to get to this cache. Beautiful murals - thanks Team Horizons for bringing us here. No sign of Finns Flag T/B though.
The rain was just settling in as I walked to GZ, spent some time having a look at the artwork though. Seemed to be several cars taking the low road through here.
Thanks, Robmc.
Thanks, Robmc.

Lots of possible places for it to have been concealed, but couldn't see it in any of them. We're inclined to agree with the previous few logs ... gone, and never called me mother!
We had a good look for this one, but it has to have been washed away. You can see debris from flooding higher than the base of the tree a GZ. This one is a goner.
Great spot. Paintings are lovely. Couldn't find cache though! Perhaps it's been taken or washed away???
Thanks for bringing us here!
Thanks for bringing us here!
Below the recent flood line - no sign of cache - think its gone, happy to be proven wrong though
A DNF from us today. Looked at all the trees in the area but didn't spot it. Maybe another time.
No joy for me. Did look high and low, so will try again next time I'm in town.
Thanks anyway.
Thanks anyway.
Now what was the load limit? Too late. After the recent rains it was a relief to find this cache up high and dry. At 8.30 at night it was a little too dark to see the paintings so we will have to come back tomorrow on our way out of town. Got covered in ants retrieving this cache but guess they weren't the biting type. Thanks.
Thanks for bringing us here, loved the paintings and the low level bridge.

Great artwork, it really transforms what would be dull grey .. well I will not give too much away.
We headed over to the cache which we found easily it is rather exposed and as we tryed to better cover it we found there is a rather large ant nest with rather large ants right next to the cache. It might need moving soon.
thanks for bringing us here.

Put in a new piece of paper from pad for a few more logs, needs a new book though.
Found one on our way through, I loved seeing the paintings on the bridge. Easy find.
Really pretty area. Nice walk and quick find. Had to disturb the little bugs who have made a home under the cache. Needs new log book. TFTC.
Found with Elruano. I've driven over many times but didn't know what was hiding underneath - enjoyed the artwork - well worth a visit.
Great artwork on the bridge piers!
A nice stroll across the park & I soon had the prize in hand. This was one of only a couple of caches we managed to do today durinig a rushed trip back to Sydney to take care of some business.

Third cache for the day in Cowra. A nice park on the Lachlan River. It was flowing well and the lower veh crossing had just been reopened.
How cool is the old bridge?! Sure its probably under water a lot of the time but hey! They dont build em like they used to hehehe Pleasent walk, easy find, improved the camo. Cheers from Sydney

Nice, easy find in a very pleasant location. Co-ords were OK today. Left sticky tape. Stayed and had lunch in the park and enjoyed the art work.
Loved the hands etc. that had names attached to them. So much nicer than the graffiti bout my way.
Quick grab while doing the Cowra thing.
Thanks for the cache.

We were looking for a place to sit and have lunch. This looks like a good spot.
The highway patrol kept passing over the low level crossing.
Could they be looking at us? Is that paranoia?
It was a find though.

this geofamily from perth dropped by n the way to visit relatives. An easy cache to locate. even more impressive though was the wild echidna roaming around for the geo kids to see! TFTC
we found this one easily even tho coordinates a bit off. the large pile of sticks gave it away good cache. thank you.
Very impressive murals. Found the cache a little way from where the co-ordinates indicated whilst in company with Team AJKW
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!
That is the cry of the cacher who is sick of film canisters and pill bottles with sodden, mouldy logs. A fantastic location that had geoboy exploring the river bank while I searched. Container was easily found and then I just sat and relaxed a while before re-hiding the container and finishing up for the day. 10 caches in all. Good to end it on a high note.

There were many nasty prickles on the way to this one. We took one look, and put the dogs back in the car. We hate those cow cocky things and we'd hate to spread them. Ken hates them even more as they stick in his pads and he has to wait to be deprickled. It's a long way down to a 'Kenneth the Corgi', after the 15th time.
No trouble locating the cache, but don't do it in bare feet!

Quick stop off on the way from Wagga to Bathurst, interesting artwork nearby, easy find T4TC.
Quick find today as we tried to knock of a whole lot in Cowra unfortunatelt time got away so we only managed a couple, this was one of the better ones Thanks for bringing me here
Found on our drive to the Oz Mega at Wagga Wagga. Loved the bridge paintings, made a swap. Thanks
