See other log, not really fair to ignore so many DNF's......

Needs to be sorted.

Went twice, didn't find it, then logged on and read all the notes and all the DNF's. No question the coordinates are on the Island and the sign says NO SWIMMING, so being a good cacher I didn't. Owner might like to sort this one.....

Well, I found a duck shaped thing. Given that no cacher got wet and the only palms are through the water, it seems that the likely and unlikely spots have been tried and tried. So I decided to have a look at the rotunda and lo and behold a wee duck is found underneath. No sign of a log, but I stuck one in him and replaced him on the top of the beam that sits nearly on the ground, close to the left hand rear roof support pillar (if you are facing the water) Maybe the owner could go and see if this is indeed a part of the cache? TFTH

GZ points to the far side of the island, the clues do not.
Couldn't find it within about 30m radius of GZ either.

Yet another DNF for this cache, even after earning muddy toes.
Some great hiding spots at GZ, which the GPS was telling me was under a baby palm tree, water's edge on the far side of the large island.

Bit of a shame too, I had a Rubber Ducky TB to drop in.
Off to the zoo for you my feathered friend...

looked and looked all around the island befor wading it knee high mud and waist high water on to the big island not the so I came out and searched the small island that was a big jump away or a small wade and still find it, but now I read the logs and the cache is accsesable with getting no feet wet and its not around outside the water so it must be on the small island thats a big jump away and if its not there its safe to say its been washed away or muggles.

Yet another GPS kept sending me to the island. After considering the options decided that getting wet was not one to take so left it for another time.

again we where sent to the island but know it is not there after not geting any clues from Team BlueDogs Geo kids decided this one is not set correctly as it seems every one is sent to the island so either all our GPS's are out or the coords are incorrect

We also found this one directing us to the small island in the middle of the lake, feet would get wet. We searched the area around the lake but no luck.

Was with Sandy Feet - will be back again one day to have another go

Found like others that I would be required to get wet feet to find this cache. Did not have the printout to clarify details so will return if time allows.

Well i found the ducks but could not find the cache.

I made gz on a island in the middle of a pond. Maybe next time!!

We tried this cache after being at the Zoo for the day With Sc00t and The Holmers. But the Bushies being the older of the team we could not convince the younger ones to venture across the water. Will have to try some more serious persuasion next time.

Not sure what is going on with this one??? My Garmin put this cache smack bang in the middle of the little island in the brown muddy slimy pond?? There was no way we were going to wade across to the island and try to find a cache amongst the local ducks. i must have got something wrong on this one.

This cache may or may not be active due to flooding. However the last two attempts did not get close to GZ so it still could be there. I will try and get there soon to check it out. In the meantime, if you do want to try let me know how you get on.

Searched around the first time with Toonarmy, however muggles were on the gazebo and couldn't search any further.

Came back and got caught in a bad storm, stranded in the gazebo with lightening around us, hitting and going right through the tree within 20 feet from it.

Not going anywhere fast due to the storm, the nice calm duck pond turned into a raging torrent and we were unable to get to our car on the otherside when we could finally leave it. Luckily for us, a nice elderly man came to our rescue and drove us to it.

Believe it or not, we returned the next day to try and find it (duck pond was back to normal with a couple of day old ducklings swimming) and still couldn't - guess just not meant to be. Something I don't think we will ever forget. Nice spot for a cache and may want to bring food for the ducks. May want to check that the cache is still there as well with the flooding.

Found just on dark I'll have to admit after a bit of searching and the 'boys' didn't get wet! The green container hides well at GZ. Took superball and left Jack. Thanx

cound not get to it

Not so much a DNF as a NWTGW (not willing to get wet). Water is not very clean and neither of us were willing to take our shoes off in the attempt at this one. Co-ord's showed it on a small island - is that correct??

I decided to give this one a go after a DNF on 23rd hole but when I got to what I thought was the GZ I was a bit puzzled. I checked the coords again but i wasn't willing to go for a swim so maybe i am somehow wrong but the clues make sense.

Found after a phone a friend to confirm GZ,I must have short legs because most everything got wet,hehe!Great cache that kept the locals thinking why are these people putting so much much effort into looking for golf balls!

Teamed up with other members of Bretheren of The Coast (Grank and Pesky), to find this one after the Scooby Doo Event. Well Grank got wet and found this one on our behalf.

Found with representatives of the Brethren Of The Coast (Shifter Brains, Pesky!, Grank) after the 2006 Dubbo Event. TNLCC TFTC

Took a long run and jump so as not to get my feet wet.
Found cache with the old gads took key ring and left a Darling Harbour badge.

We decided to go and have a look at this one but it was after dark and a bit chilly, guessed where it was and decided we would do it at a later date. Thanks anyway. This was No.13 for the day.

YAY! FTF Well, how the hell no one on your team got wet in the placing is beyond me.... Unless you got someone NOT in your team to do it.. [Found it quite easily, though there was an onlooker so we pretended we were looking for the kids ball] that they threw over there ( Wink wink )
