A friend and I spent quite some time here at GZ. We looked all round. I am sure I found where it was meant to be and there was an empty place that looked like it used to have something there but doesn't now. I think it's gone.
looked at all chest height areas around did seem to be a well used hiding spot but nothing there. darn
Cache is not in bad shape. It could use a new log. Otherwise I'm not sure what previous cacher is meaning when he says it needs serious maintenance. Coords were a bit off.
Found with Mporokosa. I was busy searching at the coordinates (which seemed to be in a good place for the cache) and voila, she found it a few metres closer to where muggles might spot suspicious action.
Found this damp log book. And needs maintenance.
Needs new container.
Doesn't have a log book.
Needs a better pencil.

After a visit to the A&P show Sherbetweb and I went for a bike ride in the rain, just like caching in England. Left TB. TFTC.
A quick find. The container was quite damp inside, but pleased to say the logbook was dry. TFTC
#486: First Time in Pebbleton.
I stopped by here today with my GeoYounglings to visit a Garage Sale at the Pebbleton School. Picked up some good swag too! Found the cache pretty quickly while the Younglings played in the car.

Nice easy find on the way to Rakaia mouth for mornings fishing and a play up the river in the jetboat.
Found it eventually. Many years ago I knew a couple who rented the farmhouse through the fence. Brought back good memories. Thanks.
Out on a cool winter's day; I had intended to hang around Halswell and somehow found myself at Prebbleton. I lurked like a gardener & found the cache; took TB. TFTC.
Coordinates aren't the most accurate I've seen today - and you must be very short for that to be chart height. TFTC
Found this in right area but a good +5 metres from specific co-ordinates position.
TFTC. Cleaned cache up and left a new log, pencil, etc. Cache was about 3 meters away from GZ.
Time for a few caches after work. A welcoming spot with some interesting features in the new(ish?) subdivision just around the corner. As noted log book wet but loose pages still OK for signing. TFTC, Biggles.
A quick drive-by on the way back from trying to get a FTF (no joy, second ). As noted above log book is still very wet, paper sheet is also now damp. TNLN, TFTC.
An early morning find just on daybreak. TFTC. (Needs a new log book. The current one is saturated so logs being signed on loose pieces of paper).
Nice though windy afternoon to find a few caches. This was the first of the day, as other per comments, we found the cache was a few metres from the GPS co-ordinates. Easy find though was a little damp.

Lol - we looked like great council gardeners as the cars whizzed by. Another day with anniecrosses.
Done! Easy found on the first New Year's day. TNLN SL. Thanks and greetings from Latvia!
Found cache after a short search this afternoon about 10 metres away from where the GPSr was pointing me. Logsheet is slightly damp but could write on it with no problems. Signed log, TFTC!
Found it quite easily but it is flooded - and requires maintenance Best wishes Little G Magic
Easy find. Although was very wet. Drained water but couldn't write in log book. TFTC.
Took a while to find this one, as it was a bit away from where the GPS was indicating. Found just as we were on the verge of calling it quits. The logbook was still damp, but able to be written in. Thanks.

As per past logged comments, the contents were soaked. Couls not log properly onto the note book. Is in a sad state. Nice area, good find with the kids.
Cache soaking wet, drained water and attempted to dry contents however logbook still very damp although usable. TFTC
*Needs Attention* Took quite a search to locate. Cache still very wet - log wet too, but managed to put my name. TFTC
As noted by previous visitors the cache, log book and pen are very wet. Possibly the lid wasn't fastened terribly well. Maybe a local could adopt the cache and dry it out?
great hiding spot. no dog today, found with water sitting in the bottom.TFTC
Found it today on our tour in and around Christchurch.
There was a lot of water in the cache - the logbook is wet...

Only took a couple of minutes to find the hole this time (our second visit).
Not so many bees about today.
We replaced your pen.

Managed to find this one ok. There was a dog over the fence barking at me for a while but it didn't atract any attention. TFTC TNLN
Found with YuGeo4, couldn’t find it initially so gave up after a quick search, returned back to the scene after doing a few caches in the area before heading back to the city and YuGeo4 came up with the goods, bugger he won’t let me live this one down!!! TFTC TNLNSL (1466)

Easy find, after Yeetrees had given up. Was neither dressed like joggers nor looked like gardeners... more like a couple of suspicious characters.

hmm i tried to look like a gardener, so i hope the passing muggles were fooled =) TFTC
A reasonably quick find for this roadside cache. Zipped in and out of the car, signed the log, then we were off to the next GZ. TFTC.
Had no trouble finding this one.The book is quite damp but still managed to sign it.Took the Diabetes Coin TFTC
No luck today for us with this one.
Lots of bees about stopped me searching some places as much as I'd have liked.
Will check again latter.

I have had this cache marked for a while now, and managed to pick it up on the way home. A bit damp, but log book can still be written in. Retrieved GC TFTC
Still pretty damp inside - log book needs a new bag if the next finder could please bring a small one.

Cycling past on a beautiful Saturday morning. The log is a little damp and needs some drying out, but is still quite easy to write on. Cheers!
Easy find once there was a break in the traffic. It sure is a busy road. Cache is wet and log very damp. TNLN
Easy find by a busy road. Contents quite wet so it needed a dry out. Logbook in good condition though. Left Mondo.
First cache in a big day of it.
The container had water in it and the log was quite wet.
Cheers.

Caching with a torch was a new experience, but easy find and only muggles in cars. Pen does not work any longer, cache totally wet and needs maintenance. Maybe we need some repair kits for the future. Fish and Chips shop in Prebbleton highly recommended.
Part of a random day caching in the general area - following the GPS from 1 cache to another with no set plan. Stopped for lunch in the town and found this as we left. TNLN TFTC
Found with Best-Beastie. Nice and quick. Very busy road though so timing is everything.
located in a very busy place. lots of muggles around and we (rajwilland i) aquired a few strange looks.
Coordinates had me almost over the fence but a quick think and I checked in the more likely places and it was in hand shortly. Emptied water. TFTC.
Cheers,
G.

1st one I have not found. Spent 30 minutes looking for it however no luck - some good war wounds (scratches) to nurse in memory of my unsuccessful search. Seems odd and I wonder, given previous log entry, as to whether muggles have won the day. Still, every caching day is a good day - enjoyed the experience and will try again soon.
I think this cache has been found by a muggler. But was left intact if a bit exposed. TFTC
Stopped by with the GPS batteries dying. No back light at night makes for an interesting hunt! TFTC
Drove out here to Prebbleton a spare bed, so had to stop and grab this on the way home!
