I'd printed this cache page out a little while ago to do it when we came up to do some of the Mt. Nebo Road caches. This was our first stop. Had a good hunt around with the gps once it got going, but just after that I got out the iPhone and it wouldn't bring it up. Put in the GC number and it came up archived. What a pity. We really enjoyed our little visit to this pretty little spot. A little haven in an otherwise busy suburb. A plaque, a bench seat, and some nice trees and shrubs. We also marvelled at the very pretty little creek down the bottom. Thanks for bringing us and showing us this little spot anyway Wingaap.
Found ok and dry after a quick search. I bet that people that drive past this piece of bushland everyday , wouldn't even know it was here. Thanks for showing us this spot wingaap
994 - Found this nice little spot and quickly found the cache at 3:28pm. Not far from the cache hiding spot was a large snake skin on the ground, which was quite a large one, I am glad we didn't run into its owner today. Someone (hopefully it was a muggle) has written on the cache hiding place, that you should check for it here, so maybe the next finder could take something like an eraser or something like a wet sponge to maybe rub the pencil marks off so the next muggle who comes along doesn't find the cache. Hopefully that will do the trick. Thanks for the cache wingaap.
My son and I looked for 30 mins with no luck. It is our first though. Anyone got any hints?
Hmm, all I found was a clear, plastic screw-cap.
Was the cache in a screw top tube? If so, not any more, as I couldn't find the rest of the container.
I'll try again another day.

There I was thinking I knew The Gap reasonably well and then I find this little gem of a reserve protecting a massive tallow wood tree. Got to love geocaching for taking you to place like this! TFTC!
at 15:57. A very pretty spot. Perhaps the easiest Wingaap cache we have tried. I took one look at the area and put my hand straight to its location. Variety is the spice of Wingaap's efforts.
Thanks for yet another one Wingaap. It is fine.

Found in a nice little park and a good hide too.. Thanks to wingaap for the cache.
A tiny little spot of greenery here - we easily found the cache, and sat in the cool for a few moments before heading off again on our caching run. TFTC wingaap
Entering this secluded spot was like stepping into another world - so quiet and serene, just lovely (except for the trash left by a previous visitor). I took a seat and enjoyed the serenity and soon the cache appeared. I left a little surprise for the next finder then gathered up the trash and took it with me.
Thanks for the cache and for bringing me to this lovely spot

A nice quick find before going to meet up with my caching chum Radnoski. Found it after a small hunt in this beautiful little hidden corner. I decided to shout this one a baggy as it badly needed one. Otherwise in good condition. TFTC Wingaap
Visiting from Adelaide and left the GPS home. 8( Found it easily. Walked to the area and the first place I looked came up trumps. Thanks for the cache!
Second find for the day. So glad we found this spot, it was a nice place to sit and relax while my Partner in Crime did all the work...GPS led us astray but soon we had a lightbulb moment and went with a bit of instinct. TFTC!
On ya, Milton another nice quick grab, within sight of the house of a gal I spin with.
Third cache of the day, we were fairly motoring along by this stage! Easy find; signed, replaced, read the plaques and we were on our way in no time. TFTC!
quite a nice little place this, pissing with rain though but a quick run in and out cache dry even with all the rain
Interesting spot! Great little area and needed to look twice before spotting the cache - oops . Nice tree in the corner! Very impressive. TFTC wingaap
Another beautiful little spot and my third Wingaap cache of the day. TNLNSL, TFTC.
Friday 13th may be unlucky for some but not for the littlest geokid. She had the cache quickly spotted. Lovely little corner still showing the signs of the big storms.

Just the right time on my Wingy Weekend to take a quiet little rest.....what a lovely spot. The water must have fairly roared through here given the condition of the adjoining fence. Thanks for bringing me here Wingaap - cheers, svn07
We used to live in the Gap, so it was nice to come here and see the changes.
This is a lovely peaceful little spot. SL. TFTC.

Walked up and put my hand straight on it... there was a time when this would have had me searching for ages (the skills you learn hey?). I used to live near here and never noticed this little corner before. Thanks Wingaap.
Lesson number one... Trust your instincts... I wanderred down to this quiet little spot and immediately thought I know where the cache will be. Did I check there first though? NOPE...
I trusted the GPS and checked out a couple of different spots first before returning to grab the container... Sheeesh...
I meanderred back to the Gunniemobile, shaking my head and talking to myself.. Not that it is anything unusual...
Cheers

What a nice little spot this was, tucked away. Nice tribute.
The water from the recent rain really went through here and the nearvy fence was pushed over.
Cache was in good order and easily found.

Nice relaxing spot. Driven past it many times. Sat down and thought about it, TFTC.
Took me some minutes to find this one as I was thinking way too complicated before having a lighbulb moment.

I nice area for a memorial. Gee the storm a few months ago must have done some damage as the fence surrounding this area was knocked down.
There were some fresh flowers in the vase beside the memorial. Must have had the 'look for a difficult/tricky hide' mentality today as this was the first thing I checked. I felt bad after checking it though as someone must visit fairly regularly to change the flowers. Probably not enough respect on my part but I have seen hides in flowers pots near memorials/graves before.

This was a nice quiet spot so I took a seat and relaxed for a moment. Found the cache and signed log. TFTC Wingaap.
After visiting the nearby cricket supply shop, there was a few spare minutes to cache on the way home. The huge tallowood tree is magnificent. All was quiet and the cache was quickly located. TFTC
Storm damage cleared.
Cache dry and ready to be found

Have driven past this corner a hundred times and didn't know what lay within this green spot. Once again Geocaching has made us stop and smell the flowers. Left Latvian coin. TFTC
Found on the Brisbane Caching Invasion with Steeba and The Rats. Nice flowers left today...
Thanks wingaap for the cache.

In Brissy for a caching blitz with Steeba and Big Matt. An easy find in the park. Noticed that it was the gentlemans birthday today who appears on the plaque. I guess that why the fresh flowers were nearby.
Thanks

Must be my lucky day as it seemed cache after cache was quickly found and there were no loitering muggles to cause problems. This quiet spot was no exception - fortunately far enough away from nearby skate parks. TFTC.
Out caching with TheWonderStuff and ADV from NZ today. A lovely little spot with a bit of history and a cache which was found very quickly.

713 Don't ya hate when you've had trouble with a cache and the next person puts "Quick, easy find". Oh well, quick, easy find. TFTC wingaap
That's a mighty tree right near the corner here, and a lovely spot to spend a few quiet moments. Walked around in a circle and back to where I started to find the cache. SL. Thanks.
Searched the area where coordinates stated but it was a bit off...maybe at night or cloudy! Anyway, it's a MICRO and I have an idea of what to look for seeing many of these today on our caching quest. Gefscofix relaxed nearby and Posthaste watched Blygoat and I from afar. Oh, hints please...thanks please! Got it! Yes, I was right...Eclipse can! Gotta love it!

Had to reread the description on this one to make the find. After doing so, the lightbulb went on and we narrowed our search to one specific spot. Found the cache container that has now become known to me as the "Australian Standard". It was well hidden and a bit elusive at first, but finally was able to grab it and sign in. TFTC-SL TNLN
13:27 nice and quick in the rain. Interesting little spot Thanks For the Cache SL
Have lived in the area for many years and have driven past this spot many times and had no idea this little pocket was there. Thanks for helping us discover a little part of our home

Another easy find in a beautiful hidden corner. We surely would never have discovered this place without the cache to lead us here
Thanks!
Thanks!

Cache replaced. Unfortunately the first replacement cache was muggled ie stolen. I was not feeling charitable enough to construct another cache container for the site and have resorted to a micro.
It is not hidden in the same spot as the original cache. However, my gps could detect no difference in coords.

The cache is gone.
As it would be some time until I could prepare a similar styled cache....it's archived for now.

Dropped by to check out this missing cache.
Hmmm it's not missing at all. It's right were it was originally placed.

Container was in the open and upside down. Lots of glass from beer bottles around, looks like a party went on. Cache is ok and I placed back were I thought it belonged. You may want to check its in the correct place. Great container, that one I'll remember for the future.
