Great views! Very windy on the day I visited. Cache is not a 500 ml lunch box style anymore...plastic cylinder. Left a pencil since the pen had no ink.Plenty of sheep around so I left a plastic/rubber sheep in the cache. TFTC
TFTC - lovely drive through this area on a wintery day - was drizzling but still got some good views. It a pity people are using this area as a dump.
Heading out for the day with Cheezel1961 with his trusty steed. Targeting caches in and around Swan Reach. This being one of them.Easy find hereTFTC SL
After over seven weeks on the road, I'm back home and finally catching up on all my logging.Caching in South Australia was fantastic, so many good hides to find, and we found ourselves zigzagging all over the place doing lots of geoart but of course ran out of time to get everything done on our to-do list. The majority of caches we found were in great condition and well maintained, which is a credit to all the CO's who placed them, so thank you.Our logs were mostly signed as 5 for QLD to save room on the log sheets, and no doubt, we'll be back again in the near future
TFTC smile 18313 out and about on a lovely day having a great time finding a few caches in Adelaide heading to doing the Geo Art at Sedan and any extras we can fine today signing as 5 for Qld Hatzofff Snickersallan RoddyC Imbunda (and we lost Patrol14) what a great team we made and lots of laughter and fun Thank you !mike (Cache Guardian = Davidwazza) for placing this cache for our enjoyment
Settling into another phase of our southern journey our travels are returning us to Sedan. Thinking of memories of our last visit.Caching with and signing as 5 for QLD including RoddyC hatzofff Imbunda snickersallan grannysmith1947TFTCache !mike (Cache Guardian = Davidwazza)

Signed the log. Thanks for the cache !mike.

Day nineteen of our short South Australian trip with BettyBoo3747 and the geo-doggies.
Lovely weather today and the first day of traveling home.
Tanunda to Tailem Bend, via a few AdLabs, an OTD series, and a few trads.
It is good the cache is not hidden in a drywall, seen some destroyed that way.
The drywalls seemed to go on forever!
Thanks, Robmc.

#19419. Day 19 of our Vic/SA trip with Robmc the geodogs and our bicycles. Sadly, we have now left the Barossa Valley and have made our way to Tailem Bend, making our way home slowly to Victoria. After last night's wild storm we awoke to a blue sky and sunshine - good for travelling.
The second stop at such a windy landscape. Love the stone walls and enjoyed seeing them continuing down the hills as we descended to lower altitude. Added our names to the logs, replaced as found and continued on our way.
Thanks !mike

Replaced cache and log as the ‘camouflage’ broke the lid and log was stiff like cardboard. This cache is a little smaller.
Great views!
TFTC and Merry Cache-mas!

Came along with ilook4geo and stopped here for a short break. The container was found more quickly than expected and both names were soon stamped on the log before all was put back into place. Thanks go to Davidwazza for looking after this cache.
On the road again with goingplaces2 and picking up a few caches along the way. This was a successful find and the log was signed. Thanks for the cache maintenance go to Davidwazza.
Fabtastic view. Had water inside so I didn't sign. On a motorbike I dont have anything on me to fix it up
Quick find with my wonderful long suffering muggle husband on our way home from lunch at Mannum. Lid is cracked. TFTC TNLNSL.
A nice quick find. Always loved these old dry walls. Thank you for bringing us out here.
Out for a few caches between Sedan and Mannum. All caches found were in good order with good coordinates. Thanks to all the cache owners for placing them. TFTC

Another great stop on the drive down the hill from Mt Pleasant. It’s cold, windy, showery and there are sheep and stone walls; I almost feel like I’m back in Yorkshire. TFTC. FP.
Thought I hadn't had a good high view like this for a bit. I wonder if there's a cache near by? Hmmm - bingo! Pencil needs a sharpen Tftc
Heading back to Adelaide from Swan Reach and stopped here to stretch my legs, grab this cache and enjoy the view.

**Enabling cache** -Cache now under the care of the geocaching community as a Community Cache under the guardianship/care of 'Davidwazza'
Hi Tchingal, if it helps with keeping this one alive, I am happy to take ownership for the responsibility of maintaining this one as part of community adoption, if that helps?
Cache is all good, lets keep these old ones alive. Community can keep this alive?
Was about to drive past when I saw this was disabled and had been replaced. Thanks to Davidwazza for keeping this going.
On the way home from blanchetown to Adelaide this morning I detoured via the back roads to collect some caches and complete the BMT series, as I was rushed for time I had to stop after I got to mount pleasant.

Today was a bit of an expedition driving around the Adelaide Hills and beyond, to then around Murray Bridge, and few places in between. It began driving through Woodside on to Tungkillo to collect a few geocaches there, and then on to the river past Mannum and Mypolonga for a few scattered caches. It was then on to meet Michells&hound for her target D/T cache, and then back towards Murray Bridge to repair a few caches and find the northern area caches. Finally, I made a stop at Mount Barker on the return back to Adelaide. The day was rather nice; a little brisk and a few showers with only during the middle of the day it fell a little more harder.
This geocache was one of the targets of today, as it was an old cache in a good location. It has been on its last life after being disabled, and suspect the CO is probably not around to see to it. Consequently, I've performed the necessary maintenance by replacing the container with a freshly painted sistema container, and also replaced the plastic bag to contain the logbooks. Refer to the photograph taken. If previous Geocachers are so determined for this to be repaired, may I suggest that that Geocacher come appropriately repaired to make field repairs and replacements?
It's a really pretty location with interesting rock walls and the views are magnificent. I also dropped a TB here. Thanks !mike for the nice location.

The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention.
I noticed that this cache has been unavailable for an extended period of time without maintenance occuring as set out in the cache guidelines published on Geocaching.com.
While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other caches from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can't do so forever.
Please either repair/replace this cache, or archive it (using the archive listing link in the upper right) so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location.
I am temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 28 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a reviewer note to the cache (not email) within the next 28 days detailing when it will be replaced, so I don't archive the listing for non-communication. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a reviewer note every month (28 Days) to keep everyone up to date.
If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date or the cache will be treated as an abandoned cache and archived without further notice

Hi there Reviewer,
RE: The cache "Drywalls"
I'm following up on my "Needs Maintenance" log which is now well over one month old.
There has been no action by the CO & the cache appears to have been abandoned.

Hi there !mike.
We found your cache **"Drywalls"** today. (This makes our find count 22043).
Today we headed out from Mount Pleasant to attempt the BMT series - but we also had to find this one. As it's not part of the series it deserves a finely crafted log, not one of the crappy cut-n-paste ones that usually are associated with power trails.
We found 36 caches today & DNF'd 0. Without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels. Thanks also for not placing a mint tin or a 200ml Sistema here. It made us feel really good to find this "special" cache here.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The cache is UV damaged and very brittle. It really needs some owner TLC.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Hi there !mike,
RE: Your cache **"Drywalls"**
We are really sorry to report that the cache is UV damaged and very brittle. It really needs some owner TLC.
We would have liked to replace/maintain the cache but we were really unprepared today and had nothing to replace it with.
Regards
Ian & Penny

Stayed at Walker Flat to see my family for few days and head to Adelaide for a mini holiday. (Im from Melbourne). Very nice view from here but very windy and dusty day. Found it. Thanks !mike
Lovely spot, horrible wind. Lid of container eaten by locals, badly needs replacing, contents mouldy and log book damp. We only had micro replacement containers. It is a pity some people have dumped rubbish nearby.
This day of caching has allowed us to earn some Hidden Creature Souveniors. Thank you !mike for placing this cache.

Found with FUF009.
Today was Day 7 of our 8 day SA trip.
On the agenda today was a bunch of OTD series.
This was the only day we didnt make our target.
The August OTD series took twice as long as expected as it ended up being more of a 4WD road which meant we had to go slower.
I still ended up with 105 finds for the day.
Lots of driving today.
We started out from Tarlee and ended up in Adelaide.
Again we enjoyed the diversity of the countryside. SA is a wonderful state.
Apologies for the generic log.

Day 7
The only day our plans did not go as according. We had a 6 months of OTD's on the list but the Roads for August were a little rougher than expected and slowed us down quite a bit. Never less we still got OTD June, July and August and a couple of others, and finished off the day in Adelaide were a couple of urban grabs were made. These still got our days total to over 100 and makeing for another fun day in SA.
Found with sharkiefan
A Big week was planned to travel around South Australia, staying in Minlaton, Tarlee and Adelaide. We cache along a number of Trails, managed to grab a few off the beaten track, some well known caches and the odd one that
came up on the map as we were travelling around.
It ended up being a massive week of 2960 odd kilometers travelled, with day find counts of 25, 256, 361, 318, 66, 205, 104 and 76 (yep thats 1411 for the 8 days)
1062 micro, 238 small, 60 Regular, 45 large, 3 Virtual and 3 Other.

A great area, but sadly people are using it as a bit of a rubbish dump.
Out and about with Ozibags today where we enjoyed a beautiful country drive [^] on a gorgeous day [^] whilst having fun (gotta love lots of silly talk and laughter) [^], and picking up a few caches [^].
Not only did we have an awesome day, but we also had a few unexpected adventures.......including almost managing to get shot at [xx(] by a very scary angry muggle who clearly had a few issues (which also meant at least one of the caches we found will likely need archiving).....I do wonder what may have been cultivating on that property [?] [:(!].......but before we knew how our day was going to unfold, this was one of our stops

Went for a drive with GoodLook today to find a few geocaches and enjoy the sunny warm weather. Found the dry wall and the cache... and lots of rubbish that has been dumped! TFTC !mike.
After camping the night in the Murray River NP, and collecting some smileys at Katarapko... we were originally planning on heading straight home to catch up on things after our recent Arkaroola trip Though it seems we got a little distracted by finding some caches on our way home... about 60 in total, lol TFTC !mike
Team Crackers and I met up with The Drovers and Konie in Bordertown yesterday as we all head to the YP as one over the next few days. Today we cached around the Mannum area with quite a few trads, puzzles, multi's and earthcaches found and logged, around 170 all up for the day. An assault on a number of series was the main focus on the day. The log books now carry the acronym CDKM or a derivative of that, depending on whether a team member had found the cache on a previous occasion.
Thanks !mike for placing this cache.

Some mud inside the box, no pen to use and new log book needed. Lovely spot thank you.
found on the way up to the camp and kayak weekend at roonka. had some one sleeping 30 metres in car from gz.
Tried this one on the way to Swan Reach but was muggled out by a guy on his phone in the car. Waited a while but he wasn't looking to leave anytime soon. Came back today on our way home to claim the find. TFTC
