Planning for a few days back in this area soon. Have new cache (magnetic) ready for placement. Should be good to go again in a week or two.
I must temporarily disable this one following the two latest logs. It is normally a fairly easy one so I am afraid it must be gone. As I no longer live in this area it may be a while until I can either get a local to take it over or replace it myself one day.
We were driving west and decided to stop for a little picnic. We might as well find a cache too! TFTH
Quick find just as the first few glimpses of daylight were appearing over the horizon. Spot-on coords were very helpful when searching with a torch . tftc
Passing through. Quick park and grab before the 50 odd school kids who were nearby wandered over.

I've never been lucky enough to have this happen to me before
A work trip, driving to and from Dubbo in NSW
For OHS reasons we all know that fatigue kills and so it is vitally important to stop and take a break, have a stretch of the legs and another coffee or fluid intake session [^]
Over the 3 days I made 14 finds and a couple of those were an EC and a Virtual that I was ever so pleased to find [^]
There were 5 DNFs all up and the 1st DNF was at the very 1st cache stop, although as soon as I saw what the cache was I didn't have much of a look at all as I couldn't keep my colleague waiting! She was fantastic company for the whole trip and ever so generously patient when I needed to stretch my legs [:X]
We Googled why there are little green roofed cages on the side of the highway in NSW[?], we sang songs , we walked righta round a disused gold mine where my 'not too long arrived from England' colleague saw her 1st Lace Monitor (Goanna) and we saw 'The Dish' too [^]
Ooh look, a memorial
While my lovely colleague stretched her legs, I stretched mine too and made the find here in a spot that I'm pretty sure the cache was not originally [?]
Still, it's found now

First for our second last day of our holiday. Thank you for bringing us to this interesting spot
Thanks for highlighting a great spot we would have otherwise just driven by. Great find with Beckatoza
Hubby had to get out of the car and find it! He's got his eye in today. That and he was looking at a different altitude to me! Pokemon gym was a bonus for the kids! Except we drove off before the youngest could put a pokemon back in it (whatever that means)!!!
In Narrandera for work so got this one before dark - height definitely has its advantages!
Nice place to visit, as well as the Stuart Memorial there is also a memorial to the Aerial Trunk Route - once part of the Telecom Network stretching from Blayney to Echuca. TFTC
Dropped into Narrandera for a coffee and noticed this park, A quick check showed a cache in here. A very interesting little piece of Aussie history. Cache OK. TFTC
TFTC. We had left Milawa this morning and intended to stop along the way to find caches and take a break from driving. Most of those on the roadside had no safe parking for Motorhome and car. When we pulled up at Brewers Flat Reserve we commented that we had been in this town before. This cache was just a short stroll from where we are camped. The magnet is missing so the container is probably a little higher than the D/T rating would suggest.

Find No: 5540. On the way from Newcastle to Alice Springs, so far so good, thanks for the cache youngnils!!
We were on a South East Australia roundtrip of 5 weeks. The WiFi on the various campsites was miserable, so we had to wait logging our Founds back on the basis at the Sunshine Coast.
Our goal was at least 2 hits per stop-over. Sometimes we were succesful, sometimes not.
But we enjoyed our trip.
We hit this cache at 16:15

On a round trip from NSW to Vic on our way south this morning for a few quick caches. quick find TFTC
Found it. Quick find. Bit confused about the clue because it wasn't magnetic. TFTC
Thought this might be a nice place to stop on our journey from Deniliquin to Brisbane. Interesting local history. TFTC!
On a georoad trip to Adelaide to watch the cricket with new to the geogame Azzepious along for the ride. On the trip we aimed for several cache types in one day as well as caches in three states in one day.
We were both amazed at how many caches there on the trip, making our journey much longer.
Thanks to all the COs for their caches.

Heading down the Newell Highway for the Mega.
After staying the night in Narradera, where the police (60 of them) (well protected arn't I but boy they were noisy.) They were competing for the Golden Boot in touch football which was an Annual Event in the force.
I headed here for my first cache of the day.
The mozzies wanted to cart me away.
Spray on and soon had the cache in hand.
Signed the log and returned to hide.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks youngnils All good with this cache

What a couple of historic facts at this location, this is what I enjoy about this hobby. Thanks for showing us TFTC
I thought that to get this one I'd have to get wet feet. My fellow geocacher found it a bit closer. TFTC
First cache of the day in our trip from Perth to Newcastle. Day 5 and 3800km completed.
Having overdosed on caches at West Wyalong I was allowed one at Narrandera and this was it! It was a quick find and a bit different to what I'd expected. SL TFTC. No sooner did we have the cache tucked away again than we were sprung by some other cachers! Baby & Mrs Gopher and ...... guessed why we were here so we had a bit of a yarn about geothings!
Out for a day of birdwatching and caching with baby&Mrs gopher. After birdwatching at Fivebough Swamp at Leeton we were headed for home. A side trip here to pick up a quick cache. I have been birding here with them on previous trips. On arrival at GZ we spotted a couple who looked suspiciously like cachers too. Wandered over and had a chat. Yes cachers from Victoria - markndee. While baby&Mrs gopher chatted to them, I located the cache, signed the log and returned as found. Then headed off to do some birdwatching. TFTC
A nice easy find as the co-ords are good. We can learn so much about Australian history by caching and these reminders are good. Log was signed, container replaced as found and we were soon on our way. Thank you to youngnils for placing this cache.
Thank you for making sure we were aware of past historic events. Very interesting area. Eastbfind in good condition.
In town for a big family get together, so no time for geocaching, well not much time Managed to squeeze one in as passing on the way to say hello to the farm. Nice quick find as per hint.
Log signed as the 4B's to include Landyman123, Pinkducks, Legoman9494 and myself.
All in good order, thanks for the cache!!!

While on a road trip to Lake Victoria, we diverted to Natrandera. The pursuit of geocaches provided a welcone break and this one was a straightforward find. What an interesting collection of historical markers here! Thank you youngnils for this cache.
As we headed over the bridge from town to turn in to this one we noticed a breathalyser stopping cars coming the other way. This was at 11.50am!!!
We turned in to the nicely kept little area where the hide is and read the information while waiting for a muggle to leave.
Cache was quickly found and was in good condition but needs a new log sheet.
After we left here we crossed the road to check out the old brewery building. We were both pretty impressed by the house built next to it.
Thanks.

I no longer live nearby to this cache and have noted the latest log regarding the need of a new log book. Could the next visitor please take with them a small log book and leave in the cache. Cheers.
Apologies for the late log, I don't have internet at home and need help with it when I am elsewhere. Today was the start of a real adventure off with Teamthommo on my first holiday in 20+ years.
Thank you for providing us with a cache to do along hte way.

Unfortunately this is going to be one of 'those logs' and I am sorry in advance for the lame generic log, my excuse is we are on the road for the next 6 weeks and although only a few days in I'm already getting confused with which caches we didn't and didn't do, so that combined with limited time and Internet I have decided a generic log is best ATM.
Where are we going in the 6 weeks we are away? Everywhere! The main aim is The Top end, Cape York! Thank you for supplying us with a cache to do along the way.

11.30 at night. 4 degrees outside. A visit from the friendly local police at GZ to make sure we were ok. Clambered precariously through a puddle. Balanced on one leg, a little stretch by torchlight and success! Thanks for helping keep my streak alive, on this the first day of our Simpson Desert Adventure! TFTC (my first in Narrandera). Found with Gabbiegoo.
I was accompanied by 'Roogles!' & ‘Library Ladies’ on this find. Together, we’ve been geocaching all over Australia for the past month… and I thank you very much for adding to our adventure!
We ('Library Ladies', 'The Jackaroo', and me) are in Australia (from the U.S.) having a great, road-tripping/geocaching holiday!
Maybe no longer magnetic,.. but thankfully, it was found up high (and not floating downstream)!
We signed it as "Team SoExp", though truthfully, we're not quite in agreement on what it means.
Could be: "Southern Explorers", "Southern Expedition", "South Express" or maybe even "SOme of us have more EXperience than the others of us".
Anyhow - were having fun, and cachers like you are helping to make that possible, so, Thanks!!

Quick find with The Jackaroo and Roogles!. Signed the log with our team name, Team SoExp. We had to make our way carefully around a large puddle. I spotted the cache, but couldn't reach it. So Roogles! made the grab. Interesting location! TFTC.
Nice easy find today. Have driven past many times without knowing this spot existed. Thanks for bringing me here.
12:40:00 PM. A nice driveby as we head north on this wet and windy day. Better half spotted the cache and the log was signed. Not a magnetic cache anymore. Thanks youngnils for placing this cache.
Found on the way home from a scout camp and had driven past here many times without realising that Sturt thought that this was an exceptional country and the river teemed with fish. An interesting place to visit and to ponder a different time before canals and irrigation changed the river and the country side so much. Thanks for bringing us to a place where there is lots to lead and to ponder. The cache was quite high to find and I would not want to be 'vertically challenged' if searching for it...
We were here for the Lions Convention at Echuca. Then we visited "Oscer" at the Fisheries. TFTC
Nice easy find in an historic place. If you read the coloured history board you might spot an error in the story. Clue is 'they musut have been starving'.

Visited this area a couple of years ago but didn't know about the cache at the time. Managed to find this one pretty quickly before the rain started.
The first half of the hint is correct, but not the 2nd.
