Spent quite some time looking for this one and thought Id be walking away with DNF, however a last minute try had us locating the well hidden cache . TFTC
We initially use the spoiler photo to narrow down GZ and then looked high and low without luck. I thought wed covered every possibility but decided to read back through some logs before giving up. Someone mentioned that they needed to dig the cache out so we tried that and lo and behold, after some excavation, it was found. Thanks HawMorFords
When I tracked down where the map was pointing I have to admit I let a bit of pee out. I didnt know what to expect other than in the future I was going to need adult diapers. I was also going to need a new seat at the pub.For our last cache of the day I had to keep wondering because nothing was pointing out at us. It definitely wasnt like a surf life saver with a viagara overdose. There was a multi in the park so we went about trying to find it.On the walk back we read some old logs and there was a spoiler photo that cant be called a spoiler because too many chefs spoil the broth, yet one chef cooking broth needs to expand their culinary skills. We found the area we needed to search and went about at it.I was so excited to find the hide because we didnt know what to expect. My wife and I also had sex a bunch of times and werent expecting children but thats how the penny drops. What are pennys anyway? tftc
After attending the nearby CITO I headed off to find a few caches. I had some intel on this one but had been given conflicting information so wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived, turns out the first intel I received was correct & it didn't take too long to find the cache. I love bougainvillea, they put on such a beautiful display of colour. Thanks for the cache HawMorFords
Chasing a certain attribute this month and this one fit the bill. I knew the general GZ when I arrived but was looking at the wrong elevation.
Read some previous logs that gave me a clue and soon after had the cache. Tftc HawMorFords

A drive around this area to find a few caches and to keep my personal challenge ticking over. It is always nice to visit new areas and new places. This was an interesting place and nicely groomed. While I had some coordinates I was not sure if I was going to find this one. I did call a friend to verify my numbers. oh my a simple hide in the area that has stood here for so many years, crazy.
I signed the log and replaced as I found it, a nice area and some nice views. All good with this one, thanks for the hide.

Although they are no longer active, it is a credit to HawMorFords that so many of their caches have survived for such a long time. I wasn’t quite sure how I was going to locate this one, but a quick read through the logs was all I needed and I had a good idea where it would be. The container is certainly old but that’s what makes this one special I think, that in a park which is so well groomed, this little cache has remained hidden for so long.
This one's been bubbling away for a few years.
Out caching with friends today and they stopped so that I could finally find it.

While out for a drive today grabbing a few solved puzzles needed for a challenge, I decided to try to find this cache. I had an idea of where this cache might be located so with a few hints and references to work with, I checked out a few spots and located the cache.
There was only DW's bit of paper, so I went back to the car to find some write in the rain paper and a baggie to put it all in. It is a bit tight but its in there. Returned container to its hide.
Thanks HawMorFords for keeping this oldie going. An interesting puzzle idea.
A fav point from me.

After undertaking an early morning MTB session at Mt Coot-tha and The Gap, my vehicle was then left at Mt Coot-tha to then ride into work. Hence, upon my ride from work back to my car, there was a chance to stop at a few geocaches, before taking a drive to Indooroopilly in order to retrieve a strategic tool TB.
I hadn't solved this puzzle prior to visiting this location before, and I did wonder why that particular multi-cache cache was so far back. However, it wasn't too bad as I needed a TB anyway, so whilst here, I stopped off at the spoiler photo's arbor to then locate this cache. I was initially searching the wrong elevation before thinking about the hint, and then discovering the nicely hidden cache. The cache container was in average shape given the use of the Eclipse, but there didn't seem to be any logbook (or the tiniest scrap at least). I'm not sure what others had been signing before me to claim this find? I did return back to my car, and I've left a folded logbook page to at least carry on this cache's logbook, but it may need attention. Thanks HawMorFords for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. It was nice to have found this oldie 11/2005 hidden cache, of which is one of Queensland's 500 oldest yet active geocaches.

This is an oldie that I have been looking at since I started caching. I am not sure why, but I always looked at it and moved on. It is not all that difficult to solve, so with a modicum of effort I could have completed this 10 years ago.
But, it turns out that today was the day. I stopped past to pick up a close-by multi and snuck up on this one. The cache was certainly there, as advertised. But the logbook has long since disintegrated. I still declare this open for business. So come down for a quick grab, future finders!
TFTC HawMorFords. Hope you are well. We miss your little treasures around the map.

Have been meaning to do this puzzle for quite some time and I must say the previous logs were a great help in getting me to GZ were the cache was found in a timely manner. Surprised to see cache is still okay considering all the rains we are experiencing, well done CO.

I am struggling to find caches recommend for night and this one fitted the bill. I had help with the puzzle but when I got to GZ I was midway between anything at all. So I looked here, there, over there, back here and it went on. I sent out o PAF with a few questions and no sooner sent it and I had something worth checking out and as you guessed it was the cache with nearly 12 months unloved on it. Signed the log and replaced as found. TFTC
I've looked at this one a few times and had a good idea of where I needed to search for the cache. Making my way here this afternoon I had a quick look then decided I should read some previous logs to confirm where I need to look.
I turned to look at something ... hey, that's the cache!
Log signed, cache replaced as found.
Thanks for a fun and different puzzle cache HawMorFords.

Found with goldielover today. Goldielover had figured out where we needed to start the search. Search as hard as we could with no results. Decided to sit comfortably nearby and check previous logs. A spoiler photo was found and soon had the cache out for signing.
Thanks for the great cache.

We don't look at too many puzzle caches as they are often too hard but when I looked at this one recently, I wondered if it was a place I knew, though not visited, near to where we live. Lo and behold, the map matched. So today we headed there, found the cache easily thanks to the photo and comments by others, and explored this lovely park. Much more extensive than I was expecting. Buddy tb visited with us. Tftc. A beautiful one for cache 120 and also a fav.
I have had this cache on my to do list for a long time. I had figured out wp1 and had no luck finding anything there. Then today i did some detective work. I used the name of the cache to figure out what park to go to and the spoiler photo was just what i needed. At gz i quickly saw what was in the photo and also quickly found this cache. This was such a fun cache, thanks for all the fun.
Out and about with Brislions and grannysmith1947 in a small geoconvoy. I have had this one solved for a while now, but havent been in the area to find the cache. Today, it was time to change that. We made our way to GZ and after a short search, we were soon adding our names to the log. TFTC

A gorgeous spring morning was spent collecting smilies and dodging marauding magpies south of the river. U
Like many others before me I needed the spoiler pic due to the missing WP. At GZ a little digging soon uncovered the well hidden tin.

Log signed at 12:15 and cache returned as found. Thanks for the smilie **HawMorFords**. This log is trackable, mention where you saw it.

I found this cache a while ago but unfortunately I had to "flash" my phone (well, my son did it for me!) and we couldn't get the backup up C:Geo to work, so I have had to redo a bunch of logs that I had started. I've also lost the final coordinates for a bunch of puzzles I had completed and waypoints for various long-term caches. What a nuisance!
This puzzle I had looked at a number of times and was keen to solve it, as a smilie on this cache would help me with a challenge I'm working on. The trouble is, stare as I might, I could not work out the location of the final. I spent hours poring over kilometres of maps, but in the end the solution proved to be much closer than I thought! It was quite tricky! Luckily, it was quite close to my mother-in-law's place, and because Mr STW wasn't over in Brisbane with me, I coopted my son and daughter-in-law to join me on the hunt for a few caches.
I had a reasonable idea of the spot the clue would bring me to, and we found it fairly quickly, but then came the difficult task of finding *where* the cache would be in that large area. It was my daughter-in-law who guessed the correct hiding place, so then we just had to search high and low until we found it. The cache was well hidden, surprisingly so, and it amazed me to find a cache where it seemed nothing like that would fit. A nice hide, away from helpful cleaning-up hands that might remove it in a more visible place. We loved the area and had fun with the cache. TFTC.

We had looked at this puzzle geocache a number of times, and over the last year, as new arrivals in Brisbane, we had absolutely no idea where we should begin our search for this geocache. We figured it definitely wasn’t in the middle of the river! A couple of weeks ago, upon looking at the puzzle once again, we thought we may have seen just what we were looking for and did some map comparisons. This looks good!
At WP1, we could not find anything to help us get to GZ, and were considering abandoning the search however a look through some logs and photos meant that we thought we should at least give it a go. We got lucky and found ourselves right at GZ within a few minutes. We soon had the container open, and had a slight surprise when something left out at us, but realising it was all part of the joke, signed the log and replaced it as found.
Thanks for this puzzle. The fact that we manage to get ourselves here today must be a sign that we are getting to know Brisbane little bit more!

this cache has been the closest unfound to "home" in a good while now, and have never really known how to tackle it, not knowing the area so well. i rode my pushbike all around the area both sides of the river over the course of many hours and many months still with nada. at a recent kenmore event, i was given another nudge in the right direction, and with some log help i soon had the little bugger in hand.
thanks HawMorFords for an intriguing brow furrowing over the course of many a long night.

Once I got started, I quickly worked out the location of X, glad to see that it is on the more accessible side of the river. Today, I finally went to have a look and couldn't find anything at the WP. A quick flick to the log revealed some helpful info and soon the container was in my hands. The resident white ants where not happy at all when I opened it in bright sun light and fled in a hurry.

Enough is enough!! The only way to stop my solved puzzle pile from collapsing under it's own weight is to get out there and put signatures in some puzzle logbooks.
I had long ago determined where the spot X was and on the way out to the leafy western suburbs for an event this evening, I called past to take a look. It was nice and quiet. A thorough search of my estimated "X" revealed nothing, but on reading logs on my GPS, I realised where the cache might be. Sooner than I thought I spotted some of the caches namesake. The cache was found in not the first place I searched, but an obvious hide location none the less,
I see a spoiler photo is one of the logs. I also now realise that I forgot to look for the clue for the final of the series. Not certain if it is still there - will have to return. Many thanks, HawMorFords

Found it! I was actually searching for some caches I haven't done in the vicinity of Fairfield (because my son is going to play cricket over there for two full days in the school holidays...so you understand, right?!). But instead I found this mystery cache in the middle of the river. I read the clues and thought, "Hmmm, surely HawMorFords can't be referring to THAT place...down the road from where I lived?". So I got that much without any trouble. Decided to go visit at my first available opportunity - on my way to work. But like everyone else before me, I couldn't figure out where the X coordinates were. Thanks to RoddyC's wife for the PAF. Couldn't have found without her. Significant find for me because I lived about 5 houses (and a road) from here (for about 10 years) so I've been to this park many, many times. Thanks to HawMorFords and RoddyC. Don't look at picture if you don't want a clue - but I figure that's only fair because 1st waypoint is missing...photo doesn't tell you where cache is but certainly narrows it down A LOT. If anyone wants help on this one, please message me. If anyone, especially the CO, objects to the posting of the photo I'll happily remove it. I don't generally post photos with clues - just this one because the waypoint clue is missing.
Finding this one today was pure luck
We came to show a geocaching friend where to find a long unfound GCA cache in this park. Having no luck finding it we widened our search slightly and found this one very close by.
(We then tried to work backwards but had no luck finding any numbers around WP1.)
All good here. Thanks heaps HawMorFords.

I worked out the location of X a while ago and today I had a chance to visit. Unfortunately, I couldn't find X so I sent a PAF and then headed off to an appointment. While I was at the appointment, my PAF tried to call. When I returned his call, he informed me that the waypoint was missing and told me what he remembered of GZ. I am tempted to repeat it here but prolly shouldn't.
I returned to GZ and made a quick, easy find.

Gotcha !!! But only with a good hint from a previous finder, as I couldn't find anything to help at WP1. TFTC . It's good to see an old one getting TLC.
A day getting ready for a wedding soon.

After a PAF to past cachers, the cache came to hand.

Today we decided to clear off some of the mystery caches from the bundle of solved ones we have accumulated but not et visited. I invited Nadine1989 to join in.
This was the second-last of our five mysteries today. It was unusual to locate a GZ or a "Near GZ" without any coordinates. But we came up with some from a map search and had them noted. So we set out. Wrong - took us to the gold course and a large barbed wire fence.
Redo the map thingy in the head and move up to the actual Bougainvillea park, and start searching. Well we found four different sets of numbers around the new "Near GZ". But they meant nothing. So lets start searching (after seeing a photo posted on the page by a previous finder). After about an hour of fruitlessly searching around, we decided to PAF.
Well blow me down, we had been searching for any numbers at all right there, less that 2 meters from there actually, but vertically instead of on the ground!
The new log book was absolutely saturated and tore when trying to open it. So back to GeoFalcon to obtain a new log book, and this time a strong Zip Bag to help keep it dry. Log signed and cache replaced where found, but I really don't like the location - it will be susceptible to more water penetration in a really wet downpour, or continuously wet weather.
Found at 1.00pm on 22nd February 2016. TFTC.

This took us a long long time.... I have absolutely no idea where point x can be. I had something always in my mind which resulted that I was looking for the cache very close to GZ but couldn't spot anything. Thank god that RoddyC knows so many cachers so that we had the chance to call the owner. With help of the owner we still needed a little bit of time to locate this one. I found the cache in a spot where I thought at first it can't be there but it is.
Like others I couldn't find any clues that worked at location "X" so a tried a search of the park. Looked in the obvious places I could think but without any GZ makes it hard.
After one of the longest attempts to solve a puzzle and find the cache I can finally put this local beastie to rest. Having been here MANY MANY times over the past few years I finally confirmed location with a PAF only to find the cache was missing. I recently emailed the CO and armed myself today with a replacement cache, so I could help out while in the area. Thanks for the interesting puzzle and GZ.
I worked out where the general area was easily using the picture clue and a little local knowledge, but I had no luck locating "x". As previous finders have stated that they thought it may be missing I gave up after searching a few obvious objects and then thought I might try my luck finding the cache.
I walked up and down rows of plantings but nothing jumped out as unusual. Given that others have mentioned magnets I spent a bit of time perusing in a particular spot but no luck.
I figured that if it is well hidden then a "random search technique" but be both long and painful so I'm going to leave it for today and come back another day if I can work out how to narrow the search zone to a manageable size.

When I first looked at this cache I quickly identified the general location having had some recent and not so recent connection with the area. My first look was on a wet drizzly afternoon as the sun was going down so it was only a half hearted effort which not surprisingly ended empty handed. I was in the area again this afternoon with some time to spare so decided to give it another shot. Some recent logs gave me hope and I identified an area that may have been related to their experience. After a good amount of searching I was still unsuccessful so headed back to the car. On the way I decided to check another spot that I had looked at previously but this time, looking in a slightly different place I was surpised to have the cache in hand. Amazing how you can see the same thing slightly differently on different days. Nice to tick this one off at last. TFTC
The weekend was drawing to a close for me, last hunt of the day was here. In the dark. Couldn't find the waypoint at all, and having read the logs we somewhat seriously broadened our search zone. In the pitch dark. No, we hadn't brought torches. Yes our phone batteries were all but empty. Yes it was dark. This is a large park.
We are not alone
A couple of likely lads showed up. And one more. This is a little scary actually. And we can't avoid them - the park isn't that big. They were .... chatty ... in a way you really don't want to know about in a dark park late at night, all alone. Well, two of us. Car distance about 96m, dodging some trees. calculating how long to get there, get in, start the engine and ....
We had a chat. We explained the game, as vaguely as we could without being rude. One particularly seemed genuinely interested, although I'll bet he won't remember much the next day. We headed in slightly different directions. We were going to abandon hunt and head home. But. I was still running the past logs I'd read through the brain matter when Fangsoki told me it's name again. Light bulb (metaphorically, did I mention yet it was pitch black dark?) A little bit of surreptitious scrabbling ... and
oh
myyy
I have it in my hand!
Ssshhhhh!!!!
Advised Fangsoki, took a couple of attempts till it sunk in that I actually had found it. We signed it, and then our new friends over yonder yelled to us how we were going. Sigh, OK then. Over we went to show it off, and in between offers of a new type of oxygen we showed off our prize, pointed him at the right web page (this is a puzzle, so it should be OK if he remembers) - and we were released to our business and they could get back to, um, theirs.
Cache rehid under cover of the aforementioned darkness in the place I found it, although the lid isn't in great shape, a replacement eclipse tin by a future finder would be beneficial.
They were harmless (to us, not so sure about their own health), but still a touchy evening's efforts.
Thanks for placing this cache, HawMorFords. Found in good condition.

Pprime (P`) and I were out and about and decided to grab this one.
So yeah.. getting it after dark.. that was a thing. We hunted about for a while. Nada. Pprime picked up on something in the logs and we searched further afield.
We were examining an item when some likely lads turned up out of nowhere. Two of us. Three of them. Hmm. I am sure Pprime was sizing them up just as I was - coz we didn't know what was going to happen here. They were very chatty... but it soon became apparent they actually meant no harm. We were searching where they usually hang out.
We had a chat. I admitted what we were doing in the park. They seemed generally interested. Lord knows what they thought blokes might have been doing in the park after dark! We departed and continued our search. Actually Pprime managed to come up with the beast. I couldn't believe it.
We signed the logs and the lads clicked that we found it and wanted to see it. I thought it was best we showed them. One of them was so interested he bought it up on his smartphone. We moved off and managed to re-hide the cache in the cover of darkness.
What a cache. We were both a bit rattled but we came out all good. Turns out you shouldn't always judge books by covers. A memorable cache indeed. And a nice little area to visit. TFTC HawMorFords

We have solved quite a few puzzles in this area, and it was time to turn some into smileys.
Being a Sunday, and close to the university, we thought there would be less muggles around
and easier parking. Cache was found after a short search - a good hide for the location.
Many thanks for placing this cache, HawMorFords, for us and others to find.

Found with richliink on day ten of our Mega 2015 Stanthorpe adventure.
This was our last full day in Queensland and we had decided to seek out the puzzles solved before we left home. But, things didn't go completely as planned, instead we ended up a bit shell shocked from negotiating the vast Brisbane highways and byways, toll bridges and tunnels. Thanks for your cache HawMorFords.

In Brisbane with iluvtrekking for a day of caching after attending the Mega Event in Stanthorpe. We had solved some puzzles prior to our visit and set out to convert them to smilies and also collect some others along the way. We didn't get as many done as we had planned, too traumatised from all the on/off ramps and negotiating the freeways. Took a bit of hunting but eventually dug it up. Thanks HawMorFords
Well that was a fluke... having worked out where X was recently, thought I'd stop and have a look... couldn't see anything remotely interesting other than a electrical box... but reading logs thought I'd wing it... Second place I looked... As I said, fluke... replaced the snap lock bag... tftc...
Out and about for a few hours with Brother Colin on a stinking hot Sunday [xx(]
While planning our outing this morning, I mentioned this one and BC said he's done it. A quick read of the logs showed X seemed to be missing, but no worries, he remembers where GZ is [^] We pulled up near where the red arrow indicated, then he directed me to GZ, where we both made a pretty through search to no find I only found a loose round magnet..
A PAF was made, and they confirmed BC's GZ, so we continued searching, and BC eventually found it in not quite the right spot, and rather well buried After I signed the logbook I replaced the cache, but the magnet is really not strong enough to hold the container in place. The CO might care to have a look. TFTC, HawMorFords.

we found this a while ago but forgot to log, highly interesting cache, thanks for this!
I found this place many months ago but couldn't find the clue at x. I had a nice walk around that day and got a big spike or two in my shoe but no cache. So many good hiding spots. I then forgot about it until chatting to a friend recently who told me where to look. Today I took The geo puppy for a long walk and we soon had the cache in hand. Dry unlike the previous loggers but in bad shape. Happy to make this a smile. Tftc
After a DNF on our last visit, we did a PAF and came back tonight ready to go. Unfortunately WP1 was teeming with drunken teenage muggles so we didn't even make it out of the car! Let's hope third time's a charm.
After a previous unsuccessful attempt, we were given a hint for this one. Back today and quickly had our hands on the cache. As with previous comments, logs are destroyed due to being wet, but photos were taken as proof if required.

Arrived at the WP as indicated on the map. Having read previous logs and deductions, looked at every possible place a tin could be. I did PAF but before I got a response, I made the find after an earlier log's clue and get down and low. Sadly the log is so wet, I was unable to sign and I did not have a replacement with me. TFTC
I wanted to do a close to home cache today so I could walk to it so this seemed a good one to do. Having done one in this series before I found 'x' clue easily. I then proceeded to fine the cache which was in the first place I looked. Great park here, nice places to sit and a great view. TFTC
This was one of those caches that's been on my radar for ages, since I first started caching in fact. I figured out the area a year or so ago, and made this part of my seven cache type streak today. I initially had another nearby puzzle cache in mind, though decided on this as it was closer, and getting dark. We wandered over to a nearby seat, and looked over everything that could possibly hide a cache. Wandering up and down the plants along the road yielded nothing, until ten minutes later when my accomplice called out, waving the cache at me.

We spend a good 20 minutes or so at location X looking for a clue but did not find anything. After reading the logs we decided to take a shot at looking for the cache instead. Since its been noted that there were two caches here, it should be twice as easy to find right?!
After a search around possible hiding places, we spotted the cache camouflaged but in open view and probably not where it was suppose to be. We grabbed it and opened the rusted container to find the contents infested with ants. The logbook was intact but seems like its seen better days. Checked the last log and it dates back to 2011's find by Teamtinda. Couldn't find the other cache so we signed this one off and hid it at the same place we found it but away from view. TFTC

Came by with EggInTheSky on the way to the University for some night caching. This park is a favorite of mine and I've been here many times never suspecting there was a cache nearby.
Had some help expediting the find but couldn't really sign in the end because the log is so damp.
TFTC HawMorFords, this park is a great one especially at the right time of year.

Met up with the lovely CaptainTerror and Whint to do a caching day around the area today.
this one was another one that CT had already done all the hard work for and so we decided to head down to GZ to have a search around for the cache container.
We spent a very very long time trying to find this one, but eventually decided to PAF to see where we were going wrong.
After getting married to whint under a love arch, we found the cache, logged and moved onto the next for the day.

Some time ago I had sussed out the clue and guessed a set of co-ords from the ever handy Google Earth. That guess waited until today when Whint and Egginthesky joined me for a day of caching in the area. We parked across the road and headed to my co-ords. There was lots of possibility for a cache/waypoint here, but we were having no luck. A read of previous logs suggested a few things that helped narrow our hunt. Another look at the clue and we widened our search pattern to no avail. We were all sporting a few cuts from the bougainvillea and had hunted everywhere else. I made a PAF who suggested the direction to find the final instead. We headed there but an initial hunt gave up nothing. Another spot a little distance away and still no luck. I headed back to the first spot for a more detailed look and found a container. Ah, finally, got it and jammed our names in the logbook. It would seem to me this one needs some care, but perhaps we just interpreted the clue a little bit wrong. Either way, got this one ticked off. TFTC HawMorFords.
Out in the area with Captain Terror and Egg in the Sky we parked across the road and made our way to GZ... lots of looking and poking around but coming up blank... I almost died from bougainvillea spikes when my pinkie was spiked :/ {ok so it was barely a dot of blood} - we eventually PAF and realised we were not quite looking in the right area and made our way to the correct place.... along the way I got 'married' under the tunnel of love

Please see my note below about the 2 Eclipse Tins at this GZ. Can you make the double?
Out for a casual half day ride on the bicycle to work out a few aches and pains from the hike yesterday up Mt Tibrogargan.
I needed to phone a friend as I was not able to find the 'numbers' at position 'X'. [B)] So now off to GZ. I had success here. The cache has obviously seen better days but the log book is still usable and the container has no holes.
A lovely park to walk around as well. Thanks for the cache.

Out and about on the geocycle again.
I worked out where the map is and the arrow but did not find/work out 'X'.

Good to go again, with new logsheet, bag, note and magnet. Watch out for the big brown spider!
Firstly, this is a rather confusing GZ as there are 2 caches very close together. There is the GCA-listed Eclipse called "Henry" and then there is this Eclipse.
After finding Henry recently, I returned today and managed to find the "real" HawMorFords one as well.
Regrettably, the logbook is in a very sad state and is on the verge of disintegration, probably from the effects of weather this year. I have taken it away to see what happens if I give it a little TLC, but I am 90% sure I will need to replace the logbook etc though the tin itself seems OK. I won't claim the find until it's all set up again.

This was cache 9 of 10 for the day. Spent ages looking for X but couldn't find anything at what we thought was X that would help is find the cache location. So ended up looking in what we figured was the obvious spot - didn't find it at first as very well camouflaged and obviously hasn't been moved for a very long time. Some people may require some assistance to access it. TFTC
This park is a frisbie golf course. Very tricky if you get your disc caught up in one those big Boganvillia. Found the clue today but not the cache at GZ. TFTH
This was cache # 24 of 27 on day five of my Brisvegas Tour. Wow! this must have been in the solved pile for a few years, it was good to finally come and find it. My thanks to HawMorFords for the cache.
I originally found this with L&L on July 5 2006 but at that stage I didn't have my own log in. We revisited again with 'the group' and this time I can claim my own find. No blooms on the bougainvillea today but we sat and fed 2 magpies and 2 butcherbirds while we waited. One magpie stood and choortled to us for quite a while. It was lovely to listen to. TFTC in this nice little park.
We had put off doing the HawMorFords' Eclipse series for too long, and with a nudge from the SEQ Puzzle Solving Group, today was the day we would get them done. We enjoyed this location and found it quite pleasant mid-morning on a summers day. TFTC HawMorFords
I was slow today as I the cache had been retrieved before I got to GZ. Must be getting slow in my old age, though strangely was in the younger half of the group.
I have developed a keen hatred for the bougainvillea, enjoy the brachts and the colours that are displayed, but a devil when it comes to pruning them. Anyhow today no such problems.
Great series.

The beauty of group caching is many eyes and only one hidey hole to spot... This one though was a complete gimme as when I arrived, the container and log were already out and on the table awating addition of a Gunnie sticker... Thanks L&L Junkie...
We grabbed the GCS cache while onsite... Well, it was within reach when we put this one back... How could we say no... [^]
Cheers HawMorFords.

Easy first find for the morning. From the previous logs I thought I would have to hunt around for a while for the clue, or guess GZ, but both the clue and the cache were found easily. Log is getting full but unfortunately I didn't have a spare log the right size with me. Thanks for taking me to a beautiful little park that I didn't know about. TNLNSL, TFTC.
This has been on my list to do for some time. Have tried several times to find the clue but it was (and still is) elusive. With a bit of help I was able to guess where the cache was hidden and found it after a short search. TFTC HawMorFords
Maybe we're just getting a bit more experienced, but this one just fell into place really quickly. The clue was found easily and the Geo-kid found the cache in a minute or so. We are enjoying this series a lot - thanks for the cache.
Finally found the place after worked out from there to here.
I did come the wrong place.. ask my geofriend everlasting how this work.. gee it seems not easy than I thought. Wish me luck for next series hunting.
Lovely park here.

Accompanied with patox for the day. We couldn't find "X" but we found the cache (very luck) Hooray. Sign the log. Thanks HawMorFords for organising the cache and hunt.
Finally figured out the clues for the series and this is my first find. I had to take the readings twice as I used the wrong modification the first time .

Found by Sunshine Toledo at 12:52pm. It didn't take too long to track this cache down once the Council workers finished their lunch on the table nearby and got back to work. TNLNSL TFTC
At the risk of sounding old, I remember coming here when Mr Thomas owned the land and allowed the public to view the wonderful Bougainvill-things in flower. Starting to look a little less cared for now the ratepayers are responsible, but it is stll there to enjoy.

I had worked out where this cache lay some months ago but hadn't had the opportunity to nab it.That make 2 Eclipse caches down. The Bougainvillea's were in full flower today the park looked fantastic TFTC.
Found with gefscofix. After seeing the general trend of Eclipse locations I had guessed this one might be here. Thanks for making me stop and look around, rather than drive past like I usually do.
WHats this I find then??? An eclipse tin... But the cache name is wrong!!!!
Hmmmm, whats this then??? Another eclipse tin... The cache name is right!
