We really wanted to find this cache as it was close to our heart. Had four sets of eyes and we tried really hard but to no avail. We loved the stunning rock formation and the scary looking cliffs above, whistling in the wind.
We took a moment for Heather and others we are close to who have battled the same issues.

A quick find as I could see storm clouds approaching.Took hairbrush and left a green and yellow soft toy dragon. This dragon was given to me while I was in hospital. It's job was to do battle for me against a nasty enemy. It kept watch over me during treatment and now it is time for it to guard elsewhere.

Have driven past this so many times geocaching - made a nice change to be able stop here. The GPS ended up directly us a little further into the undergrowth than needed. But didn't take too long to find the cache, and was an easy find when in the right location. Grabbed the TB to take for a walk. Cheers Gav [864]

I was pleased to “do†this cache as it was perhaps the most sheltered from the chilly winds today. What a pleasant spot to chose to remember Heather.

I spent a minute or two marching up and down making sure I had a line defined to lead to the cache and was rewarded when the first place I looked was the correct one.

I wondered how long it would be before someone put a cache here! It's certainly a nice spot for it.
Coords were all over the place - even out a bit from the obvious obstruction - but seeing there aren't too many hiding places, it was an easy find.
There were a couple getting their wedding pictures on a nearby rock. It was certainly the best-dressed muggle invasion that I've ever seen. And luckily they were all looking the other way, which left me to find in peace.
TNLN, Thanks.

Not bad to find . Very nice place to sit and ponder.
Thank you.

This took a while because only one satellite was available. Finally Ciotach did a tour of the park and spotted the most likely hiding place. Also saw the white rabbit - a story there? Took the reindeer bell xmas ornament and left a turtle, one of ours which we recovered a while back from a west coast cache.

Didn't find this cache the way that was intended with the offset. While wandering about with GPS in hand trying to get an idea of GZ a likly hiding spot was spied and the cache found. TNLN.

This is a great spot. Cheers Heather for leading us here. So often you drive past a location without actually appreciating what you are seeing. I was almost muggled by a wedding party taking photos. After emerging from the undergrowth I wished them a long and happy life together.
Grabbed one of the three TBs that were here.

Nice easy cache in a beautiful location! Our last one before a quick trip to Oz and then home to Canada. As such we took the two (faux pas?) TB's. Sorry to anyone who might have had their eyes on these.

Saw this one come up last night and thought - I'll bet the Sallies go for it before bedtime!! Yep - I was right. Still, it very nice out by the beach this morning. I didn't know Heather Brown, but it seems she was a wonderful person. Too often the special people don't get memorials.
No swaps, thanks and cheers from Grandalf.

We had just finished logging our finds for the day and were about to sign off when we noticed this cache become available. Seeing it came in at the top of our nearest list we went straight out to find it!
We left 2 Travel Bugs and took the one that was in the cache. We left a folding hairbrush and took one of the surprise Christmas presents.
thanks Conton
