Too many DNF so decided to archive this one.... Very sad... Thanks to geocacher who found the cache....
The area near the limestone wall has been cleaned and bare. The shrub where the cache was hidden, has overgrown widely and thickness - unaccessable now, After checked it with sevabo, it's time to archive it.
Thought i would give this a shot even though there have been no logs since May. searched for about 10 minutes when the heat got to me and decided to leave this one for another time..
Considering the lack of finds might be worthwhile checking to see if the cache is still there.

About 15 minutes searching and we gave up as there were too much grass and leaves it might have been anywhere with the garmin playing silly buggers.
Maybe another day.

My nemesis cache! [xx(] I will have to give up on this one - it would have to be the most revisited GZ I have done, and each time drawn a blank. This time the creek was right up, as were the mounds of autumn foliage, and despite a reasonable search, again zip.
Maybe next year.....

Found this cache back at the beginning of January but didn't have a pen at the time. Finally got back to the cache for the signing. Good to see that a few others have found the cache since. I quite liked this one.

Found it eventually after searching for about half an hour. Co-ord were out by about 5m. Read a previous log for extra hints to find it.

Nearly gave up when oldest Geones found it!Quick victory dance and we were on our way,TFTH
[Great hide. Right next to where the GPS said it would be. Had to avoid a few muggles doing laps of the lake. TNLN. Didn't sign log as didn't have pencil. I really need to get a bit of a kit happening.] Film canister, near rocks, under bushes.
Been back to this one several times now, with extensive searches each time, usually on dusk when muggle activity is very low. Have been able to remove all extensive leaf litter and found small pile, but no cache. Suggests that it's gone. I do know there has been several zealous scout groups cleaning up the area recently.
[Australian Branch] This must be gone.... we searched everywhere, and definitely searched the spot in the spoiler photo. ?muggled.
Had a look arround with Flashwillie, took the laptop with pictures for reference still no luck, will wait for someone to find before returning
I think 3blindeyes is correct. Little hidey hole with stones in it, but no cache. Its been some time now since its been logged as a find.
Me thinks it needs to be checked. Have been here a few times now.

Had a really good look around GZ here with no luck. Having looked at the spoiler pic we may have had a quick look at that area, but concentrated our efforts in the wrong spot. We'll be back another day.
DNF. Nice area around here. Had a good look around GZ but couldn't find it. Found a couple of good hidey-holes where the cache could have been, but nothing there. Thanks for the hunt Everlasting. We'll try again another day.
After two visits when searching was very restricted because of muggles, returned late in the day when most people had gone home. Much searching later was accosted by a 92y/o Italian chappie, most intent on finding out what I was up to, and then proceeded to give me his life story (very interesting!) And then it was time to call it a day. Have now examined the spoilers, and will return with a couple of printouts...
Well, I came back today with all the ammunition - and worked out what should be the exact GZ, searched it and all surrounds very thoroughly (again!) but came away with zip - this 'cutting' grass is playing havoc with my arms, so will await another 'find' before maybe trying yet again ...

Returned to GZ today after a brief chat with Austrackers and lo and behold - there it was!! I think the recent attack by a lawn mower has made it a bit more obvious and easier to locate. Thanks for the hunt Everlasting.
We looked at GZ and didn't find, then looked all around to no avail. Finally found in the first place we looked. Sometimes it pays to have faith in the coordinates. Thanks for the hunt Everlasting.
couldnt find this one. but fun to be in the footprints of the hollows today. maybe the muggles took this one???
Check and it's still there. So I changed "Difficulty" 4 instead of 1.
Just remind you that only plain black Canister

Yep, a tricky hide indeed.....which is made harder by teenage muggles hanging around.
Thanks for the cache location Everlasting....a nice place to bring the kids one day.

Another one that got away! Searched the area to no avail. A number of muggles were about which makes it a bit tough - a couple of muggle kids came up and asked if I was looking for frogs!! Of course - what a good idea - but alas - no frogs and no cache either! Seems to be a good hide this one! Have to have another go at this one some other time. Meanwhile I'll sit back and watch!
Thanks for the Hunt Everlasting.

Disappointed not to find this one - broke my good run of finds today Narrowed it down to reeds by the stream but with muggles about it was very difficult to search for the cache. Has this been muggled perhaps? I also felt somewhat uneasy about trampling/digging around the local flora.
Apprehensively attacked this one. Well there was no need. The cache popped into my hand as if by magic. The pic is purposely a spoiler to help others (with owners permission).
[^] Try 31 50.580 and 115 52.868 if you need to. The creek had a rapid flow today after the rain though the base of the reeds and the leaf litter was quite dry.
Thanx and clear skies Everlasting.
there appears to have been a major reed and boulder removal
leaf litter up to 400mm deep in places
leaf litter up to 400mm deep in places
Well...no luck this time, several muggles about so we were limited on how much spreading of reeds we could do, there was an awful lot of dead leaf litter around too and after about 30 mins or so with black cloud approaching....we gave it away. Its been awhile since the last found it log, so could it be buried under a mass of decomposing leaves we ask ourselves?
Finally! Third time lucky.
Thought I'd pop by this one again after work. Terrible time to visit this area! Everyone's out walking their dog, exercising, arriving home from work...
Had to wait a while before the coast was clear before starting the search and even then, you feel very vulnerable scratching among the reeds. Was very relieved when the cache was found.

Teamed up with "qwertynot" and finally found it. Sometimes it just needs more conviction. Thanks "qwertynot" for the support Now on to "Stay Ring" ....
Finally found it after teaming up with Silama. Would suggest the difficulty be increased a notch for this one. T4TC
I hate DNF's. This and "Stay Ring" are about 500m from where I live so I have visited them a number of times - spent up to 45 mins at a time looking - used the GPS in all number of different ways - it is still the same spot - searched up to 10m all around (generally the GPS is within 1m of given co-ordinates) and I STILL CAN"T FIND THEM !!!! [:(!] Is there anyone else with the same problem willing to join forces to finally get rid of these demons (I just cant bring myself to just ask where the *&^%#$ are they? )
A surprisingly easy find, with the co-ords spot on. TN-LN (of course) and SL. Thanks for the cache Danielle.
Second attempt and still no luck. Even had a printout of the spoiler photo although that didn't seem to help me.
It was our fisrt ever. Didn't find it and moved on. now we have done some more we will do a revisit soon as its just down the road. Thanks
Last of eight finds on a pleasant night in Perth. How could I resist gong for a cache at Emu Lake? There were no muggles about at this time of night, but it didn't make the search much easier. I read the logs, and noted the comments about 'strange place for a micro' and 'needle in a haystack'. I started looking in 'unusual' places. I eventually stumbled across it at 2325--more good luck than good management, probably. I think the difficulty and terrain ratings could do with some adjustment. A 1/1 cache should be a 'walk up and grab it' experience. Given the 'needle in a haystack' aspect, I would rate it 2 to 2½ difficulty. I doubt whether anyone could retrieve this one from a wheelchair, so I believe the terrain should be 1½. Just my 2 cents worth--your mileage might vary, as the Yanks would say. I made no exchange. Thanks to Everlasting for the cache.
A micro not in the usual sort of place that one would expect to find them, however found after a couple of walk-ins to get accurate position, coords seem to be spot on. T4TC
earlier comments are correct "needle in a haystack" in a busy area at 4pm. All good fun.TFTH
Being from the Pilbara where all our caches are lunch box size this had certainly had me looking, guess I should have read the description first. Anyways found it , thank you.

Couldn't find this one
The area was covered in about a foot of dead leaves. It was also crawling with muggles so I had to abort the search.

Came to the area with Shenbot to find the 3 caches here. This one was like a needle in a hay stack.
Cheers.
Cheers.
Picked a right time to avoid kid-muggles around, and found it quickly. Thanks for a nice location and cache.
At last I have made another one micro - just plain one and start on 2 May at Lunch time. Thank you for your patient. Cheers Everlasting.
Oh dear, what a disappointment that the micro is missing so will replace after my holiday. But I have put another new micro called ‘Stay Ring’.
We didn't have the pleasure of the spoiler photo with us but looking at it now our GPS would have been in the photo. We did spend some time although there were a few people about. Picked up some rubbish from the creek to mask some of our searching activities. We had no luck.
First cache. Didn't find it. We searched both sides of the road, concentrating on the playground side. Went through all of the reeds/plants around the stream to no avail. Spent a good half an hour looking. I think its been muggled. If not, its bloody well hidden!
Wasn't sure what I was looking for until I found Rutlet yesterday, I ran out of time so back today and found easy Thanks
There were lot of the kid muggles near GZ and I was not able to search it in the front of them - so I'll come back later when it is quiet.
Driving up to this one I saw Chwiliwr standing in the distance near GZ and remembering he'd logged the previous cache about an hour earlier I wondered "What the..."
Waiting a short time we took a chance while we had space and moved to search GZ, Chwiliwr went right, I went left and spotted something and a flash of the hand started walking back towards the car and claimed the FTF albeit with a smidgen of luck (I had a GPSr with me ).
TFTH, cute cache.

I had walked from Everlasting's first cache to this one and found that I couldn't search for it due to some local muggles playing right near GZ so I walked back to the vehicle and came back again on the way to Everlasting's third cache but the muggles were still at GZ.
By the time I came back from the other cache they were still playing near GZ and I was deciding if I would chance looking when NobodyZ turned up. Unfortunately for me he found the cache first when we did chance a look for it.
Signed log at 5pm.
