HelloMrs and I searched for this cache on Sunday and it looks like it is missing. A pity as I had two good books to put inside it. A Good Place to Hide & The Hiding Place. There was a wee bit of rubbish around the place including a heap of circulars,a delivery boy/girl obviously got lazy.
Not found since May!? And the last 2 logged hunters didn't find it either! We looked in all the obvious places using the hint, but to no avail! Wouldn't surprise me if it has been hijacked! Whio and sons!
We had to be in the right place following the GPS with the aid of the hint but we couldn't find it. David & Noeline.
Not too many muggles today, just a couple of near misses when they appeared around the corner suddenly. Other than that, an easy find.

Nice quick find.. a few muggles around but not enough to be a problem. No books left in the cache though

Occassional muggle going past and had a couple of close calls but found OK without problem. TNLN, many thanks.
Lucky I came along, the cache was out in the open. Early Saturday morning so only the odd muggle. I hid it where I thought it should have been.

Really needed to use the hint because I found the coordinates to be somewhat off. Thanks for the fun !
It was a beautiful Sunday evening to be out caching. There were no muggles to enjoy the evening which is bad for them, but good for me. This was my second try at this cache after having to give up the first time due to muggles picnicking nearby. Left the Dozer TB.
Sunny day in Christchurch (at last). Our second cache for the day. The park was full of soccer players but we were able to find it without drawing too much attention!!
Took keyring - Left shells (paua)
Good fun had by all!!!

A quick and easy find in a very nice quiet spot.
Approached from the cemetary side. Obviously a popular spot at 5pm.

First cache for the (Kiwi)Harvs grandparents. We picked an easy, flat one and they pretended to be fascinated with treasure hunting -- for the sake of the grandkids. Took pink soldier, pink car; left: Thomas the Tank cards, pair of sunglasses. Cheers.
Walked down to the mall with my baby, and even though I had no GPS I could still vaguely remember the Googlemap and hint. So started to hunt, and before long found the spot.
Took Seagull TB to fly further afield.

A quick find, once coast was clear of prying muggles.
Came here the previous day, but too many muggles around.
Nice hide

A nice easy find on a quiet afternoon spent catching up on a few local caches we had not yet looked for. A few muggles around but no problem finding the cache without drawing attention to ourselves.

A nice easy find. Despite there being plenty of people around, it was still possible to get this in and back without arousing too much suspicion. Second people for the day to have logged this one. TNLN.
GPS co-ords spot on (I think), but at the time I arrived there were a lot of parents and kids at the playground so I didn't have a chance to go hunting for the cache without being seen.
Filled in time though with a nice walk through the cemetery, so it wasn't a wasted trip. Will try again when I'm next in Christchurch. I've stayed with family in this neighbourhood dozens of times and never knew this park or cemetery existed before now.

Its raining again, but still plenty of people round, so we had to wait till the it was clear. You would think they would stay home when its raining.

A small cycling diversion to log this cache b4 heading up Hackthorn Road on today's 42 km Summit Road ride. Easy find as the Summer's Field was deserted this morning. Sat on the seat and filled out the log. TNLN. Thanks for the cache lytteltonwitch.
A quick find in a nice park we didn't know about. We could imaging reading a book in the sun here.

Nice easy find in the park, just had to dodge all the walkers.Second find of the morning. TNLN.
Quick easy find just on dusk. Have to replace it quickly as there was a muugle and dog approaching. TNLN Thanks!
Another quick cache as it was getting dark. Good idea sticking a few bookcrossing books in there! Cheers Gav [935]
Found qickly much to my relief having failed to find 2 other caches nearby this morning. Took a candle and left an eraser and Bart Simpson disc.
Very funny visit, but good. The boys were so enthusiastic we had to slow them down as there were muggles around. This a great spot, but very busy. TNLN. TFTC.
Caching with Mum and Dad (Linleye) and a friend. We were able to have a play afterwards in the playground. TNLN. TFTC.
Nice walk in yet another park I didn't know about. Some kids playing on the playground didn't seem to pay much interest, so not too difficult. + Candle (From your Ode to Dosing Strip), Silica sachet, - Scruff Gooseberry book. Thanks.
I have replaced the cache a few metres from the original, reason, the plants have been almost completely cleared from around the seat.
Loks like it has been muggled,I did find one lonely little book in OK condition.A nearby tree has been vandalised as well. Will replace in a slightly different spot which is a pity because it was really nice there with the seat to sit on.
Lots of muggles about. Sent young Claw of the Forest off for a ferret around. However all we found were silica bags scattered around the seat.
Wish I had the "little-poet" with me for this one, once I saw the contents of the cache. Quiet day in the park, so an easy find.

After a half hour wait for muggles to leave the cache was quickly found. Andre insisted I read him all the books. We left an old favourite SF book. Cheers.
Another after dark find. This park used to be my stomping ground when I was a kid, I was bought up in Sommerfield Street and had many youthful adventures here.Couldnt resist the temptation to have a wee play on the merry go round, good job it was dark

Enjoyed the walk through the cemetery and found the cache with no difficulty. TNLN.
Well, it has been a while since we have been out caching but thought it was time to dust off the GPS and this one was only a couple of kms from home. Had to wait for some muggles who were out enjoying a fine Christchurch evening to leave and then it was an easy find. Took nothing, left nothing. Thanks. Bernadette and Nick.
Wow - plenty of travelbugs in there! Started to rain while we were there, so had to make a run for the car. I agree it would be nice to read there on a sunny day. Cheers!
A beautiful warm evening. Lots of muggles and doggles.
Finding it was very easy. Retrieving it took a bit longer.
A bit of camo paint would probably save it from muggling.
One bee did a token buzz, and then left. +Meghans Monster Racer TB. Thanks.

Took Mum out for a ride and a very short walk this afternoon. It was a quick find which was just as well as the heat was so intense and we needed to get back into the shade!

Well, on a warm summery day with a new cache 2.2km from home - what do you expect me to do? Go for a swim instead?? Easy find, thanks lytteltonwitch, but there were muggles having lunch on a seat nearby, and I had to be very sneaky. I decided not to stop for a read, as it was far too hot in the sun, and the bees were buzzing around my neck!!
No swaps, thanks and cheers from Grandalf.
