As this cache has been out of action for too long and the cache owner has not responded or performed any maintenance, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to un-archive it.

I noticed this cache has a string of DNFs prior to a [blue]Needs Maintenance[/blue] log which was posted over four months ago. As the cache owner has not maintained this cache in a timely manner in accordance to the guidelines, I am temporarily disabling this cache.
While I feel Geocaching.com can hold this location for a cache owner and block other caches from being placed nearby, it cannot be held forever. In other words… Use it or lose it.
Please either repair/replace this cache, or archive it (using the [blue]archive listing[/blue] link in the upper right) so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location.
If you plan on repairing or replacing this cache, please log a reviewer note on the cache page (not email) within the next 30 days to avoid the cache being archived due to non-communication.
Thanks for your cooperation.

I had cased out this spot for a cache walk my last 2 visits to the area but run out of time to carry out my mission - this time the meeting finished on time and it was a lovely sunny evening so straight to the area I headed once checked in! Quickly located, signed and returned between the many muggles exercising after work. TFTC
Nice trip around a beautiful park with the cousins. Great formation. With Moustachecashstash, slydog.007 and Jackie987. TFTC!
Love this park - lots of different levels of biking - lots of fun had by the chicks and I. Easy find - left a traveller to continue its journey
NIce and easy cache to grab, although a wee bit wet at the foot of the Beast!
Took Helium the Trackable Alien along for a look.

Son got it before I had cossed the fence! Footprint visable once you know where to look.

A quick find while out for an evening stroll. Thanks for the cache Sir Rick and Lady Jan.
Found as part of an epic NZ Mega Event trip. Day 7 - Oamaru and surrounds before heading North to Timaru in the company of agcnz, -gonefishing- and Yeetrees. Thanks to the owners of the 500 + caches which I had the pleasure to find along the way and which contributed to a very fun trip.

Thanks for the cache, Sir Rick and Lady Jan.

Came here with fozzmiester, -gonefishing- and Yeetrees on an evening's caching in Timaru. I haven't walked through here for at least 20 years so good to re-acquaint myself. The cache was a quick find - signed log, TFTC!
Reperio at 1920.
Came by this one with Roostaman today on our second day of our New Zealand mega event holiday, and we continued along this strip of road to try and find as many of them as we could before the sun disappeared. A short scramble up and the cache was found neatly ticked away.
Gratias Sir Rick And Lady Jan.

Interesting Park, found it quickly, but hope the cars that went past did'nt think we were up to no good.TTB TFTH
Kakariki let me climb over the fence for this one! (I was just glad that a random police patrol car didn't drive past till after I was back on the correct side of the fence! Having had to explain dodgy behaviour/geocaching to the police in the USA before, I wasn't too keen to do it again!!!)
that is so cool, your right didn't take much to pick that up, does that mean the cache is trench foot?
looked this up before going for a run throught the park and only took a pen with me, i thought i saw about a dozen footprints and investagated before finding the very good footprint. nice hide.tftc.
Found this after a good look along the cliff face. Dropped off a cow for Dino to chase about. TFTC Rick and Jan.
Located the cache easily, and saw the footprint too! Left Trackable - hope he finds a new travel buddy soon.......! TFTC
TFTC! speedy find by Mr K as I was trying to convince him he was in the wrong place
Spotted this when we pulled up but had to wait for muggles to pass before grabbing it. Suprising how many people were in this area so early. TFTC
Spotted the footprint from the cachemobile and once at GZ we soon located a likely hiding spot TFTC.
Great hiding spot, had me stumped until I found the courage to fight the spiders. TFTC
Very quite here this afternoon, everyone must be sleeping off there Xmas lunch!
Followed the foot prints.
