Loved this area and a lookout we never knew existed. The carpet of flowers was amazing. TFTC.
Container is cracked, I've placed it under tin sheet and place a huge rock on it to keep it dry
Find 16 of 35 on another great WAGB day. Happy to grab an FTF early om the way out to Cuballing for a 10km bike ride, back to town for coffee before everything shut then back out to Dryandra Woodland, via the airstrip and Contine Hill, for some quality park and grabs. Finished the day with a proper MTB blast in Foxes Lair before the rain came down then straight out to the evening's event.
A nice walk in amongst all the park and grabs. All good here.
TFTC jangary!

Out and about again, a big day in grabbing a heap of caches.
Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day. Generally quick finds today
Thanks to all the CO’s for the hides I found.

Headed back to Perth from Wagin after a nights camping at Norring Lake. It was great to catch up with some fellow cachers. Thanks to everyone for all the cache on the trip back!
Down in Wagin this weekend for the marshmallows event at Lake Norring. Stopped at a number of towns on the way through to clean up new dots that have recently emerged.
Enjoyed the drive out here from Narrogin, checking out some of the history along the way. Thanks to KB’s log, it was a quick and painless find. No maintenance is required and the tag can be cleared. May pay to adjust the hint though. Nice spot with some great views nearby. Cheers jangary!

Cache is a 200ml sistema near corrugated iron and no maintenance is required. Thanks for the hide.
Found the remnants and the orchids!! Awesome spot for a cache but it needs replacing. I don't care because the orchids were worth it!
Found the place cache is meant to be but cache is either taken or its been moved as remains of container are in the hiding place but no cache to log my name. Checked around are throughaly but no sign of another cache in the area but it is a great place for a cache
The Better Half and I were headed to Albany for the WA Goes Big weekend but not via a direct route. This was one of the caches that we found on the way.
Cache found without problems but was smashed so we returned to the car and found a small sistema to replace it with. New log signed and cache returned as found.
Thanks jangary for placing this cache for us to find.

Had a few minutes to spare in Narrogin so decide to pick up a couple of caches.
Easy walk along hill to find cache hidden.
As I wasn't going acaching today I did not bring a new container and log for this cache.
Lid was missing and pieces on the ground. Tipped out at least 1/2 a litre of water and everything was waterlogged / drowned. No way to sign log so will send picture to CO.
Left container upside down so contents will be able to dry out.
Next person to come along please bring a container / log or plastic bag to contain cache.

Nice quick find. Needs a new container. Sorry we didn't have a spare on board. TFTC
Thanks for bringing bringing me out here. I’ve never seen a cache container with so much water in it. The log is impossible to sign
Enjoying a weekend away in the Bush. Met up with Kapelula so we could make a start on cleaning up some finds in this area especially the ones we have had our eye on for awhile. Thanks to all the CO’s for placing and allowing usto enjoy the game we love.
Found with I C Nothing team after we decided to join them for a last minute trip to Boddington and the surrounding areas after the border restrictions had lifted. Unfortunately we didn’t have a container with us to replace. TFTH!
As a previous logger has said, this one needs maintenance. A new container is required.
We hadn’t been on a road trip for a while so the long weekend provided an opportunity to do a bit of planning and set a course for Katanning. We followed a meandering course from Perth collecting smilies along the way. This cache was one we had targeted for the trip. Cheers and TFTC.
G’day there team jangary, I was in this area today and found your cache Jangary 1 GCRZ0C. I added my name to the log book at 9:59 am on 29 February 2020. A huge thanks to you for placing this cache here for us (and others) to find!

Thanks for the cache team jangary and adding to the enjoyment of our 4 week meander.
Spent a lovely cool Thursday off amongst clear blue skies in the bush with Barnzy12 chasing down some elusive caches that have always escaped the radar around the rural towns of dwarda, boddington, wandering and a few others.
We had our eyes on nabbing a FTF son a cache in wandering which we had noticed was available on Monday evening but decided to leave the chase for today, we figured people wouldn't be crazy enough to go for it on a weekday and luckily we were rewarded there.
We continued around finding a bunch of other caches around wandering before moving to codjadotine and then venturing grabbing various bush caches which really was the order of the day with some nice walks through pristine untouched bush.
We continued around with one of us having to get the shoes off and the feet wet to grab a nice t3 cache and collected a few more caches that have been very unloved (twelve plus months) which was nice.
We managed to cleanup a number of caches today which helped our stats page out heaps! We filled in a jasmer grid with the fire lookout dryandra cache, a large with the adventure out mystery cache, a FTF and even some unloved caches with a total of two years unloved found today which is always a pleasure.
Thanks for making us stop and slow down to explore an area of Western Australia we have travelled many many a time but never stopped to fully explore and appreciate. Some individual comments in the logs. Thanks go to the local COs for a great day out.

Heading back to the big smoke after working out at dumbleyung, decided on a detour to track down this hide
Asking Siri for directions, Apple maps soon had me heading off towards Gz. All was well until a right hand turn was instructed and obliged. Siri soon had me heading down a firebreak and up a washed out hill. This soon had me questioning the 1.5 terrain and difficulty, but onward we pushed in the ute.
Treated by an amazing view at the top of the hill a quick find was had
Noticing another track heading back down the hill I soon found myself 100mtrs from were I had turned previously 30 minutes previously at the end of a track I would of driven my mums corolla down.
Just proves Siri always doesn't lead you down the right path, but she does insist that you have some fun along the way

I had noticed that this cache fills a little gap in my Hidden Month calendar! So I put it on the agenda after a day's caching in the Great Southern. Thanks to megawat60's new navigation software, I got us there, and only the last bit was somewhat rutted and needed the 4WD capacity of Max the geoute.
Find was made, log was signed and a good day draws to an end. Thanks for this cache!

This is what I love about caching! Finding a spot that really has some benefit to others finding that special location or view, this one had it and it was nice to get Max the GeoUte off the black stuff and use his guts to tackle the rutted bits getting there.
Thanks for this one jangary

Out exploring the area while staying at the nearby Lion's Village this is one of the caches we found in the area....
Took a bit of finding this one, worked my way through the grass tree like things starting from GPSr GZ, after a couple of meters found it tucked away. This cache is still in good condition and replaced it as found except it is now one signature heavier.
Thanks Jangary

Spectacular view would never known this was here thanks for bringing us here !
Good quick find spent a bit of time walking around checking the place very good spot
Well, this one took me surprisingly long. I found my way here from the Lions village in Dryandra and it was a pleasant ramble through the back blocks with a short wrong turn included. Then when I arrived the GPS batteries died, before I had a clear reading. So after much digging around and finding two other sets of flat batteries, I found some in the torch I could use. I headed off in terrain that had absolutely no grass trees thinking someone's crazy. And lo, grass trees and a cache. But not until I stumbled over barbed wire. So do be careful and don't let the kids run ahead! But a great cache for kids and a great spot. Lovely view, good rock feature. Thanks for a fun adventure.
Wahoo that was fun - kids wondered where on earth we were going !!! Great hiding spot well hidden loving this - great outdoor pursuits for the kids
Lovely October day. Geocache very wet. Dried what we could. Bagged wet log and supplied a dry bagged log. Bagged other wet stuff together and dry stuff together. Placed whole cache inside big ziplock bag in endeavour to keep cache dry. Remove wet, mouldy and ruined items from cache. TSLS. SL. TFTC. What glorious views.
Tftc- caching in the rain ... Fun your cache and log book are quite wet and soggy. Not really able to write in log and it is somewhat mouldy needs repair.
Got too love long weekends!!
Loved it loved it loved it!
Our third find in our trek south. I know one shouldn't but I could certainly see this spot as one great place for camping (as by the looks of it people have done in the past, why else would you need a concrete fire ring??) Great views and another reason why I love caching so much, points out great places I would rather be! A worthy vote getter.
Easy find once I stopping presuming I knew all.

After reading all the logs I cannot understand how other cachers ended up in farmers paddocks - yeah we started to follow the in-car GPS too, coming from the Congelin campground side of Dryandra Woodland, but after spotting the PICNIC AREA sign, followed a well formed road. Cache was found by weroamin and log was duly signed. We headed into the Narrogin Information Centre to gain some more knowledge on this place, but none was to be had. Does anyone know the history of the HILL? Why are there two old water tanks and debris from old buildings? TFTC.
Sometimes womble (the name give to femaile voice in GPS) gets it wrong, but it is a pretty goood guide most times. Following our noses and especially road signs, always makes up for the shortcomings of a technology driven GPS device. It was an easy cache with good co-ordinates. TFTC TNLN
Found this one whilst camped at Congelin for the long weeknd. We were camping in our tent for the long weekend. Would like to let you know that as usual it lived up to it's reputation of Ice in the morning. There was ice on the outside of our tent, on picnic table and on our windscreen. We each had 2 sleeping bags though and were as warm as toast. Not so our camping buddies! Amazed to see all the trees damaged from the storm earlier this year. Have been to this area a few times before but never this picnic area. Thanks for bringing us here. TFTC Jangary. Also logged the TP on GCA whilst here.
XC on business in Katanning for a couple of days.. Heading north to Perth to return to NZ... spotted this on the radar so decided to drive the rental here... Hmmm it was quite some detour.. Wasn't sure in the end if I was driving on private land but kept going as suggested... Up the goat track and found the car park.. Walked down to GZ and located cache easily. Signed log and replaced.
Enjoyed the ride up here..

Stoped by & had a bite to eat at the picnic site. Good little spot. TNLNSL TFTH
This has been on the 'to do' list for a long while, and having a relie's birthday in Narrogin was a good excuse for a caching weekend. TFTC
Like many others I came in the back way not really knowing if I was on private property or not as I had parked by the farm gates. The walk in gave fine vistas over the farmland. The picnic spot a real treat. Cache is safe and dry. Driving to the next cache I came upon the front entry, a much better road. Great lunch spot in the future. TFTC
Might have come into this one from the wrong side, the track was deeply rutted. Would be a bit tough in the winter. Still got there in the end. What a great spot!! An easy find. The bag does need replacing though. TN Left whistle. SL TFTC and bringing us somewhere new.
A lovely picnic spot with beautiful views over the area. It was raining lightly and the smell of eucalypt was heavy in the air - fantastic.
Heading back out to Narrogin after our night at the Congelin camp. We towed the caravan along the dirt roads till we got close to the cache. Nice area and lookout. TNLN. Thanks team jangary
We came in the back way to get to GZ. Spied a Numbat doing his thing on the track in. Nice picnic area and worthy of a cache

WanderingAus wandered by on day two of a seven day meander through the Wheatbelt, Southwest and Great Southern regions and made an easy GAFF 1 find.
My find No 1170 and 14th of 81 for the trip, LCC, TNLNSL, dropped my WanderingAus Happy New Year 2008 Gold GC in for a visit before grabbing it back again.

Was over visiting family when i found this one Japan Geocion will return to tasmania and be replaced.
After a picnic at Dryandra we headed off to do this cache. We were a bit lost but we did narrow it down until we finaly came to it via the other side of the hill. It was still a track but a less used one that we were expecting.
We left the TB Coin "Japan Geocoin" that we had found in New Norcia the other weekend and some sticky tape and took the Carabiner of Team Ranoff and Teamdunat. We would love to know where to get things like that made.
Thanks for the find and the new places caching takes us.

Great location. Found at Night. Lived in area for Eight years and never new this picnic ground was here. Good to go somewhere new
mmm ... only reason we went for this one was that we took a wrong turn looking for the camp in Dryander
still nice little day use area [^]
cache took a little bit of looking to find - but turned up with it eventually
now to get back on the right road
cheers

Found in a very roundabout way, we tried to drive directly from Dryandra Village and about 4km from GZ we ended up in a farmer's paddock and weren't sure whether to procede or not so we turned around and went and retreived a cache in Narrogin and collected this one from the south.

Arrived just on dusk -- lucky we had a torch. Drove back along fence-line tracks winding through the bush... Great fun:-)
Excellent view in the afternoon light. Made a nice stop. Thanks for the cache
