No response to NM logs - strong likelihood this has melted in recent bushfire.
We did a cache check last week and unfortunately gonesky. Found melted components. Will look at replacing soon

You can add me to the DNF list, too. After finding "Reptile Rock (Revisited)", I came here with low expectations of a find based on the past DNFs. It was only a short drive to Morgans Rd where I squirmed my way around the heavily padlocked gate and kept following the trail to GZ. Plenty of scrappy tractor parts around, but I wondered which "tetanus-makers" might cover the cache seen in CacheAccepted spoiler photos.
Left very few items unturned and even phoned a past finder from last year, but still no luck. It looks like a fire has been through recently, which doesn't seem to be a good sign...

No luck for us today. Found the tractor ruins, but alas no cache. But it was a nice bush walk to GZ regardless, and the tractor was interesting. TFTH.
We could not find it but we think it might have been destroyed because of a fire.
Took stamp. Left kaleidoscope.

Found this one this afternoon whilst out on the calendar gap and DT rating cache hunt which brought me out to the back of Oxford Falls. I was searching out caches nearby that I had no found and this one was nearby. As CJ is away, I did this one solo and came in by foot.
I walked into the garigal national park along the trail towards the GZ. At first I wasn't sure if this was private land or national park, bu the officaul sign confirmed it. Anyway I found the cache in the GZ and soon had it in hand. It was set a little away from the old fordson and I not sure what the hint was suggesting. I signed the new and replaced it as I found it. I dropped two TB's

Kids sport had us out again today. We had solved the Mystery at the water fall but had not loaded the co-ords so came back for this one which we had been meaning to do for a long time. We headed down the wrong track at first and got to 160m when we hit a private property sign. A recheck of the maps and we tried the track at 172 and found another gate but realised it was the track in and soon after saw the national park sign and took the track to the left before soon arriving at GZ. Not sure we can help much in putting it back together but we did find the cache. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC TN LN

Nice old tractor, TFTC, trying to get all the nearby caches in one arvo. Let's see how we go...
Found while on the way to restock Snow White with Bushrat. Cache could use a few more goodies. Thanks!
Well I was heading in to Snow White anyways so I figured I'd grab this one along the way. Nice simple find. Thanks antpadgem.

After the other 2 caches, I wasn't sure I was going to find this one. I decided against the normal Alfyboy route, and made my way almost to the car before I found another track. No way, could this really take me there. I took a chance and after a little run/job, found GZ. Ahhh, Then only spent about 5 min before making the find. Cool! SL, Took a TB to move on (at least I think it's a TB) and replaced cache again. All 3 in this area done diddly done! TFTC.

It took a bit of searching for this cache. Where would a regular sized cache be in this location? I searched every bit of the fordson without reward. It was only when I read previous logs that it become obvious where it was.

#125 - Found after being attacked by bugs haha. You know. Normal geocaching stuff. TFTC
Working in Belrose I saw "Snow White" was one of the closest caches to me so I had to go get it. This was on the way so destined to be found too Poor old girl has certainly seen better days! I started by taking the wrong trail and ended up in private property so had to turn and go back, then found the right one. All in good order, great spot. Cheers!
Rated: for Overall Experience
I'd stopped by here before a while back but went up the wrong track and ended up at someone's house. Today I found the right track and even though there's also a house there is a gate and a track to GZ. Don't follow the obvious open ground to GZ though, there's no decent track through there!
Walked the 500 odd metres to the last home of the Fordson (son of Ford?) and searched the ruins thinking I was looking for a magnetic micro. It was only when I read the logs that I realised it was a regular and the clue had nothing to do with the cache. I read the last log which told me where it was currently hidden some 8 metres off the coords.
Signed and replaced, covering up well. I guess just spread your search a bit wider is the answer.
Thanks!
Should have continued up to Snow White but wasn't dressed or prepared for a bush bash.

Really like these antpadgem spots - last time it was the old house and this time the tractor! Interesting stuff.
We'd been following a man with two huge dogs along the trail - and were glad the cache was a bit off because otherwise he would've wondered what we were doing. After admiring the tractor the cache was soon found and log signed, TFTC.

What an interesting spot. Kids loved the hike down there, quick find for the cache.
SL, left TB.
Thanks!

Walked down from Morgan Rd and seemed to get to GZ in no time. Crawled all over the tractor bits without finding the cache, but I did learn a bit about how tractors go together. Then, investigated some other debris and found the well-protected cache. Took TB, TFTC and the agricultural machinery lesson.
Parked a bit further along the road on the corner where there is ample parking (gets busy on weekends with all the bikers) Rode down to grab Jack's cache on that road first then back onto Morgan and down the fire trail to this one. Interesting old wreckage, also a lot of old bottles lying about - I know some people collect these so might want to take a bag if you are one of those - saw old pint milk bottles etc. Found cache easily enough and left TB then continued down the track to find Sleeping Beauty. TFTC
I took the bike in off Morgan Rd. i was a bit discouraged by the gate - it had 7 padlocks none of which I could open. Fortunately there was ample space to the side to get through. Continued down the track carefully as I had the wrong tyres.
When I got to GZ I initially looked amongst the major wreckage but the GpS insisted that I go a bit further where the cache was neatly hidden. Great poem great cache. TFTC

Another nice afternoon jog find with Geokid. How good is Spring weather with daylight saving!
Another awesome cache with aniisawesome on our epic 10 hour caching extravaganza!
The cache logs are in no particular order.
A very nice hide!

Thanks to butter chicken (ani's mum for driving us over 150kms!)

After a dodgy bush bash in the wet from hagars heights was glad to have an instant find upon entering GZ. Tftc
Have been wanting to do this one for a while now.
Found it fairly quickly and easily with geodog. Signed log and swapped the TB. Also covered up a bit better with sticks and things to make a little less conspicuous.
With all the rain lately the creek was nice and full, geodog dived in a little waterhole that was deeper than expected and ended up swimming!

Took the pushbike in from Morgan Rd along the Five Mile Creek Trail. Easy find unfortunately couldn't put the tractor back together. Thanks. TNSLLN

poor ole fella! pen didn't work an left mine in the car so used a piece of charcoal to leave a note
Easy find during a walk in from Morgan Road. Geo-son was worried about finding the drivers bones as well! Very peaceful with just us and the birds, especially after the maddening crowds at the Livid Festival yesterday. TNLN. Log book was slighly damp but still in good condition. Many thanks Antpadgem.
Found it after Snow White. There is a trail running from it to this cache which gets you onto 5 mile creek trail. Nice hiding spot. Left plastic trumpet and took bungy sheep.
2nd time lucky. Obviously didn't look hard enough last time as the cache was in hand within minutes of commencing the search.
Another great challenge in an unusual area. Thanks heaps Antpagem

My co-ords took me to the middle of the tractor site. Hunted high & low to no avail, but if Nanny & Bo can find it the day before me, then I'll have to return & look harder.
I don,t think I have ever found one of Antpagem's caches on the first attempt

Found by Nanny and Bo on 10th October 2009.
Although the co-ords on the GPS were not good (- + 6 meters), we found the cache about 10m SE of the published Co-ords.
Swapped trinkets.
The "Five Mile Creek" track (about on the left of Morgan Rd. about 1850meters from the Forrest Way), is a well made fire trail the whole way (despite a gate locked to cars) to the cache.
This is a great location, and we plan to walk to the creek and beyond.
Thanks very much Antpadgem

Second of three finds today, this one was a bit of a hunt around but we finally found it, took the Mitchells board and put in our lizard
Took the more direct route which required a stagger through the bush down hill. Probably the same route as the 1948 Ford took. Swapped TBs. Then headed off to Hagar's Heights. An even more adventurous scramble. Sticking to the tracks recommended
Been meaning to make it up to these caches for a while. Great spot with some excellent walks. Thanks for bringing me up here.
2nd out 3 for the arvo.
Dropped of Otto Simpsons TB to start his journey.
Cheers

Bandit Girl found the cache. An early start and an easy find. GZ had giant leech as a guardian. TNLN SL TFTC.
WanderingAus wandered by on day 123 of a 6 month trip Wandering Australia and made an easy find. After days of only finding micros and nanos it was nice to find only real caches for the whole day.
My find No 922, LCC, TNLNSL, grabbed Princess Cleo TB (ref = TB18X9V), dropped my WanderingAus Happy New Year 2008 Gold GC in for a visit before grabbing it back again.

Managed after a short search of more devious areas! Interesting place to leave the pile of metal. How did you identify it - apart from the Ford wording?
Grabbed the geocoin and left a TB. Thanks antpadgem.

On our way out from another nearby cache we spyed this one on the radar and quickly advanced to GZ, this time we wanted our Geo girlz best friend to take a greater role in the searching procedure so off they all went. After 10 minutes searching they still had not found it so we moved our search a little wider and before long the Geo girlz pulled the cache container from it's hidey hole, careful not to upset the cache guardian, we have taken the coin but have left one we had on us in it's place. Sad story about the tractor and it's operator was read out while the log was done Thanks for the cache we may have started another geocacher on her way! Also took bouncy ball and left large rubber lizard, Cheers
Took us a while to find the right firetrail in to this one but we succeeded in the end after walking a long way along the wrong path! Left geocoin and took a small NZ token. TFTC.
This was our first Geocache attempt. There were 7 of us - 4 adults and 3 kids. The youngest(9yr) found the cache after about 45mins of searching. It was heaps of fun. Not too hard for our first cache. We are hooked!
A nice easy walk in to this one but we spent quite a while searching at GZ. Eventually found it right next to where the geowife answered the call of nature when we first arrived!! You may want to wash your hands if you're the next to find this cache....
Took Geocoin & Macca'a wheel toy
Left 2xToy cars & Japan tourism pins.

After a previous DNF in May I decided this time to continue passed the locked gate which this time proved to be the right track. It didn't take long to locate GZ and then a few minutes to locate the cache. Took the Elsy TB and left the Alibida 08 Tracking Time Geocoin.
First cache for today, nice and easy walk-in. Took TB Rocky and dropped Tramper Elsy.
Took the wrong path but managed to get there anywhere. We were planning to do Snow White as well but the pub beckoned.

Drove down a dirt track and got within 450 feet of the cache but ended up in someones garden. Tried another track an ended up at a locked gate. Could not see from the map how else we could get near the cache so decided to give it a miss and headed for another Antpadgem cache, HQ Holden Panel Van.
Had no problem finding the spot. Nearly gave up on finding the cache, but after a last ditch effort I found it. Left a balloon.
I made a trip out to Belrose this morning to hunt down a ruined tractor. Doesn't sound a very sensible way to spend some time does it? I nonetheless enjoyed the walk and search around for a cache. Also found a mast from a ship of some kind that looks as if it has had much better days. An interesting and enjoyable trip.
Wild flowers and wild life was out this morning. 8am and it was aready 24 deg C and heading for 35. Make the walk back up the hill in work pants that much more fun....
The cache had me stumped for a few minutes, but it really wasnt that hard.

Thanks Antpadgem
Found by Platabeen Rovers Simon, Bethany and Jetson (the dog). What a great place we had no idea these trails existed, we will definitly be back with some bikes to explore.
Nice quick run after work, just have to be careful not to run into spiders webs. This thing is certainly not driving anywhere soon. Picked up a travel bug. Thanks.
Years ago in another life I used a tractor to put a motor we just
reconditioned back in an old bus. Everything was going great, the crane
attachment lifted the motor no problem. Just as we where lining everything
up we discovered that the tractor could lift but not lower. When we selected
lower or in this case drop the motor just crashed down stuffing the sump up,
but nothing a big hammer could not fix.

Thought we would be first but to our dismay were second. We have been waiting for the first lot to log their visit but have been beaten by third place getters. Great idea for a cache!! Unfortunately we have missed both travel bugs. If anyone else is thinking of heading on to Snow White from here there really must be an easier way!!!

We started Missy Moo on her global travels with a first stop in Tasmania ... have fun Missy!! Bon Voyage!
We started Missy Moo on her global travels with a first stop in Tasmania ... have fun Missy!! Bon Voyage!
Dropped off Missy Moo - please look after her "precious". Have fun with this cache and good luck. P.S If you have a couple of hours up your sleave and continue along this track you will encounter interesting areas, all of which have had an involvement in the Australian Film Industry, from picnic adds to the series Cobb and Co. There is also, with a little bush bashing, access to another cache.
