The box that this cache was in and all the contents except for a few pages of logbook and a pouch have been taken. There is a note left on the remains that the ranger has taken it on the 20th July.
Was fairly open. Found travel bug from south africa and taken it to ireland, final destination alaska.
Tftc a good hide in a quiet spot, well until you run into other catchers that is
Great cache I dropped the box and was screaming and running went back and found some cool stuff just beware of the spider!!!!!
I found it. I left my mark. I replaced it and I left. TFTC. Nice walk through the bush to GZ. No one around so I sat to watch the river traffic. There were no TB's there but I left 2. Oh, be careful of the spider
Nice walk down a short bush track towards the river. We spied it just under a little bit of coverage - so when we returned the cahce to the spot, we made sure to add a little bit more coverage so not easily spotted.
In the area with a few minutes to spare so what else is there to do but partake in a little caching.
After picking up the nearby 'End of the Road' I decided to take a stroll down to this one. GPSr was bouncing around a bit at GZ but once I was at the right tree it was a quick find.
Always good to find a cache that has lasted the test of time.

My iPhone gps was really wrong for gz. If it wasn't for me thinking where would I be I wouldn't have found it
Alexi(with mum's assistance) found this one. This is our sixth one we have found, Great spot as well.
I came down to this area especially for this cache - happy 9th Birthday Ian . It seems that often these days I am not fully prepared - for some reason this cache was not in my GPS, but I managed to get the coordinates out of GSAK on my Netbook. I didn't need the GPS (or coordinates) though - I walked towards the river and the cache was in the first place I looked (fully visible). I signed the log then replaced it where I found it but covered it such that it shouldn't be found accidentally. Thanks to Bear_Left for the cache (and the anniversary find ).
Out and about today for a meeting with a few minutes to kill. So decided to drop buy and grab a couple of caches.
A nice walk over from end of the road for a quick find here. A nice little bit of land near the river. I think Ill bring the YAK back for further exploration.

Our first find for 2015. What a great place to visit and the river is so wonderful at this time of year. The girls love the big caches as they are easier to find and this was no exception to a good cache to get us into the searching mode. Thanks for the hide.
This needs to be a favourite, Watching some ppl on paddle boards fishing while listening to nature was a welcome relief before hitting the shops.
Took a while to track this one down as the GPS refused to settle. Finally found it in a thorny spot, topped with an empty bottle. Glad the mowers had been through this place recently cos I imagine it'd be snake heaven. TFTC:)
Out doing my daily cache run and this is my 365 day in a row, nice location to hide a cache...TFTC
Ok second attempt and am certain this cache is long gone, as per the logged photos?? Bummer. Looked like a good one.
Agghhh searched for at least an hour haha. Maybe my phone doesn't get good enough range out there to navigate well. Any hints?
This cach may be lost under a large amount of dry grass or leaves, or may have been removed from site. After 45 minutes searching, the cach was not recovered.
Out kaya caching. 2nd for the day. Saw the logical spot but I looked in a few ez spots first b4 plunging in. Could see it from outside so I have covered it better. I seem to have an extra pencil in my geo pack. I thing the cache may need a new writing stick sorry. t4tc t stubby holder l car, dog & clappers
Quick find after work. Been to a few caches lately where it registers that there is a TB within yet they physically aren't there. Please remember to log your movements when taking tb guys. TNLNSL TFTH
Found cache in good condition. Nice new log book but we forgot a pen. We used a stick dipped in mud to sign log. It worked surprisingly well. TFTC.
This cache was a fair way off GZ. I used the photo of the cache with the tree's in the background to help navigate to the cache. Unfortunately there is now no longer a container, just a plastic bag and a ruined log book. I am heading out of the state for a bit so I will try to get back here and replace the cache container and a new note book. However a lovely quite place for a cache.
In an effort to declutter the house I've been gathering a box of swaps to put into caches, however most of the caches I find are micro or small so there's rarely a chance to use the swaps, so when I saw that this cache had a new empty regular sized box I decided to drop by and add a few things to it.
The walk in was a bit wet today, and the GPS was struggling with accuracy somewhat but I eventually found the cache well hidden. I would suggest though that the terrain is no longer 1*.
I didn't have a pen with me, so I didn't write in the log, but I left a few swaps. Thanks for the cache Bear_Left!

Back in action. Nothing but a new logbook and a cache note at the moment, but we'll put a few swaps in next time we're passing.
OK, the termites win. This is now in a new spot, in a new container, but still with a view to the meeting of the waters.
Damn those industrious insects! We were here first!
We'll take a walk around this lovely area on the weekend with some variously-sized containers and look for a new, termite-free, spot to move this to.

A quick find here but unfortunately this cache is part of a termite nest with termites now in the cache itself. Took a good few minutes to remove the lid from the mud but couldn't remove the container itself.
Was able to sign what's left of the log but couldn't replace the lid properly.
It's a wreck!!!

Great spot out of the way of muggles. Beware
of ants and giant orb web spiders!

Nice quick find. Wonderful hiding spot. Most of the cache is still buried in mud!
Thanks Bear Left!
Thanks Bear Left!
I really think this will have to be dug out and possibly relocated as it could well become buried in solid mud if not found inside a month or two...
I suggest bringing appropriate tools (e.g. a claw hammer or crowbar) to extract container!
Photo has been taken and can be e-mailed to CO when I get proper Internet in a few days (or possibly earlier)...

Found @ 18:54!
This has to go down as being the most challenging Traditional cache I have found!
A walk that I expected to be around 3 km each way ended up being 3.5 km. I was fine with this, as I had set aside two hours for this cache today.
Spotted the hide very quickly at 18:54, noticed the culprit insects crawling around and also spotted the biggest spider I have seen in Australia so far scamper away from the container!
It took me until 19:13 hacking away with my multi-tool just to free the lid enough to open it, during which time I had sores on my hand, mozzie bites up my arms and giant ants crawling up my legs!
Anyway, signed log and managed to reseal the well-stocked container with some difficulty before making my escape from the irrepressible mozzies and setting off on the 3.5km walk back to base in the rapidly fading light...
TNLN TFTC - it was quite an experience!

Insects have made there home around this cache, luckily a tiny bit of plastic was protruding from the solid mud . After digging it out with a stick and some effort managed to dislodge it from it's spot. Last visitor was there only a week ago so perhaps will completely disappear if the next visitor doesn't come looking soon.
I served in the NZ Army and was based at Ngaruawahia for a while. As Iam here on holiday from Townsville and saw this cache it was a certain must do. Easy find thanks for placing cache in this great part of the river parklands. SL TNLN TFTC.
I'm up from albany staying around the corner lovely and quite at 7am on a sunday morning very nice spot.TFTC
Quick find after knocking off early from work. This has been on my to-do list for ages as it's very close to work. Nice stroll on a cool afternoon. Sadly, no TB so I assume the previous finder has acquired it but not logged it.

I came to this beautiful park for an evening walk while on holidays from Brisbane. It was a good way to stretch my legs after yesterday's City to Surf Marathon.
I'm enjoying your Swan Valley very much. Especially the Margaret River Chocolate .
Took alien TB and Travel Flag. Left Squelch Platypus TB.

The following TBs are no longer in the cache:
Stephen's Biplane
Travel Bug - 'P' Stop
I don't know how to delete them from the inventory but I have posted notes in each TB's log.

Beautiful little spot but unfortunately no TBs for us to keep on the move TFTC
This was our first find. Kids very excited. We rode our bikes to the location and filled in a day of our holidays Geocaching. The kids are now hooked.
New container and logbook now in place. Not a Kiwi container this time, but there's a kiwi stickers inside!
Wow! This has been incorporated into a termites nest so thoroughly I had to use both hands and serious effort to prise it out!
I'll try to find a container the same size so I don't disrupt the best too much.

Found it, but in need of serious maintenance. Managed to extract from location where it was "wedged". Clasp is broken on lid and contents was full of water. Drained and cleaned up as best we could. What a lovely part of the river to visit.
couldn't get the cache out of hiding spot, it was like it was stuck down with concrete, so just got the lid open to squeeze my hand in to get the log book, plenty of ants. Jacko26
