Found it. TFTC trail_geek. Out in this area with ullyssia for a winters day hike. Cache in desperate need of TLC. Could not sign and no container to replace. Photo attached.
Out with Photo-Play to find a cache or three on a slightly rainy day. Happy to make the find here, though container really needs replacing. We were unable to sign the log.
Need maintenance. Box was broken and flooded. Log book and treasures flooded unable to salvage. Left in a protected spot however it's so waterlogged, log and container will need replacing.
Log was drenched. Container broken. Log and container will need replaced.
Whilst finding a few caches along the Coastal Plains Trail, this was the next one on the list... I retreated from the rain under the tree whilst quickly discovering the cache
Sadly the logbook was floating on top of the cache as the lid was broken I managed to add our name to the logbook & poured the water out... I placed it upside down for now but this one desperately needs replacing.

Thanks trail_geek for placing and maintaining this cache. Out and about with Barnzy12 getting a few smily faces.
Big day out caching with Cravo10 cleaning up a heap of caches that have been recently published near home and north of the river in recent weeks.
Good day out and we managed to run into M4YB and megawatt60 whilst on the trails today.
Thanks to the COs for a fun day.

Nice day out and about whilst the weather isn't too hot. Some of these 4wd tracks are a little gnarly lol The top of the container is broken. May need to be replaced before the rain sets in. TFTC
The weather was a little cooler to day and good for a hike . I manage to find all caches in this area . TFTC
With the weather cooling down and the chance of rain today, I headed out here to visit this group of 8 caches close to the Moitch campsite. They haven't had any visitors for quite some time, plus I wanted to check out the campsite for a potential future visit Most likely there'll be visitors over the coming Easter weekend, but today the place was deserted. I parked up the car and headed off for a walk Very pleased to report that all caches were found quite easily, and all were in very good condition. No problems with any of them at all Nice to see this fairly old listing is still going, albeit the container seems to have changed a few times over the years. Strangely when I got to GZ I found the container lying out in the open - but unopened & undamaged. Maybe the local wildlife. Replaced back out of sight with a piece of wood on top. TFTC
We headed out today with geopup for a day of 4WDing, hiking and caching, a nice easy find here TFTC
Quick find after having a rest at the campsite. Thought there was a cache bolted to the table!
Nice morning's walk through the bush picking up caches. Good mix of containers all in good nick. Tftc.
Thankyou fro bringing us out to this walking trail. I had this walk as one of my goals three years ago before the accident. So it was nice to do part of the work. Just managed to get round all the eight. Lovely place. On our way back now no 7 thanks for the cache
Find 5/8 on a stroll through the bush. Good to throw in an oldie. Thanks to all that have maintained this one. TFTC!
We came to this awesome LOC with a local 4wd club for an overnight stay, so I took the chance to reintroduce little geosister to caching, gave her my GPS and said follow the arrow untill you find a lunch box, ten minutes later whilst I wad setting up swag and tent I heard the giggles and them magical words.... I FOUND IT!. We signed log and swapped some SWAG. Tftc
Many thanks go to trail_geek, I found your cache Moitch. On 17 September 2016 at 5:41 PM. All is well here. This is my find # 470 TFTH! NZJESTER

Found it after jester420nz's geosister and my daughter hurried back after their find.
we didnt even know about this spot.
we didnt even know about this spot.
I have replaced the cache with a clip kid lunch box thing I had in the car, some scrap paper for a log and a few little bits of randomness. We camped here last night. A really beautiful spot
Found the lid and also left a note. Container needs replacing. unfortunately I didn't bring any with me what a wonderful walk though! TFTC
Found on a work exercise..
Discovered the lid and left a small paper log as proof.

Really enjoyed the drive out to this location and was surprised to find the campsite here. Found the obvious spot for the cache but all we could find was the lid. Even though there was no log book to sign, we still enjoyed the adventure.
Out for a fun 4WDing afternoon with fellow geocachers. We found the lid of this cache however the rest of the container and contents have disappeared. Great spot for a cache.
Out this afternoon doing a few of the offroad caches in the area. I was able to get to the campsite along a well used track. TFTC
Out getting the 4x4 dirty and hunting a few smiles as well
As I had the little geo kids with, and what would of ended up with me carrying the youngest most of the way, I took a similar route as FelixII and Manage to get to with in 60 mtrs of the cache following a well used track. Kids had a great play at the campsite then a quick hunt to find the hide. Sign the log made a few swaps and we were on our way to the next hide further north

Worth a fav point for the adventure

I great walk on the national park path with bcb. Beautiful area. I love being out here. TFTC
Out doing a few 4x4 only caches with Mr JELSH. This is a great spot, I think I will bring the family out here to camp when it's a bit warmer and drier.
TFTC.

We returned today to replace the geocache (refer previous notes) and have provided a photo of the replacement container
Ammo tin gone, bags left open and cache ruined....will try to return to refurbish shame.
found bag of mud or "something" needs replacing. nice camp area close by though
Didn't read the previous posts until @ GZ. No container with me. I did find one at a nearby structure but that was secured to a table top. Structure was part of the Coastal Plain Walk Trail.
I managed to 2WD park within 1km at the end of Dasypogon Rd.

As previously logged by Carpie4 the cache is only contained inside snap locks currently as somebody elses need was greater for the cache container?
Obviously the plastic will degrade quickly and we didn't have any containers to replace it with.
Let us know if you need help with that.

So being on a 'high' after successfully being off road and tackling 'Everest' and 'Pinjar Pimple' Mrs Felix suggested we should also head off and tackle this one.
Sure enough we easily navigated the Geo Cruiser along the boundary fence of the firing range and to just a few metres of the cache.
Signed the log and then raced to return MM to his car and family commitments that we had made him a little late for! Who said time races away from 4WDers and GeoCachers?

I had driven up to Yanchep to meet up with the Felix team to make an attempt on the
recently replaced "Everest" Cache in their 4WD.
After finding it they kindly offered to give me a helping hand to reach the
other nearby caches that are only accessible by 4WD and foot.
This cache listing said with a 4WD we would be able to get to within 4200 meters of GZ however the
combined powers of Mrs Felix on Navigation and Mr Felix driving and the might of the GeoCruiser
we managed to get within just 42 meters !!!!
Cache easily found on arrival... unusual container !!!!
Cheers for bringing us out here.

We have been thinking about doing a hike and we were suprised to see there is a trail in this area. Got to the hut after taking some wrong turns and doing some serious 4wding.
If you come on the weekend (when the gate is open), take the 'shooter's' road right to the end, then walk 300m from there. The hut and the cache have seen better days. The ammo box is gone and the contents are soaked. I emptied my swaps bag to and put the cache contents inside in an effort to keep it dry a bit longer.
TFTH, I enjoyed the hunt for this one!

Great to combine a bit of 4w driving with a cache hunt. Drove to within 280m and bush bashed to the camp. Amazed to find the facilities in such good condition. Great spot. TFTH
Found cache but bad news. Found in bad disrepair. Put back best as poss. But it does need so repair. Note pad all wet. Left stingray took Winnie the poo fridge magnet
Team Hayjagen found this cache at 4:30pm on 12/6/2011.
An easy find once we got to GZ. Getting to the GZ was another story.
A nice spot way out in the woods for a camp.
T: coins
L: flip-flop, prayer, pokemon card, lots of cache

Great walk in on an overcast afternoon, took 6 scouts for their 15 km overnight hike... Told them about Geo cache, hoping they might be interested enough to look. Unfortunately I was the only one dedicated enough to look, we had no GPS, but the clur really elped. I took nothing, but left a lanyard. the log was interesting reading.
This is a great little camp site right on Perth's door step. I've been twice with scouts, and plan many more visits. i have walked the entire Coatal Plains walk now, around 65 km in total, and it's a great asset so close to Perth.

Drove as far as we could then it was a 400m walk to the cache. TNLN. Thanks trail_geek
Bush-bashed 350 mts to hut. Easy find. Hut could do a little tlc. Broken gutter, large branches down. Left Tupperware pill box. T4TH
Completed another section of the coastal plains walk, an enjoyable time of the year to walk in this area. Cache in good condition, no swaps, thanx for the cache Aushiker.
1445hr Out for a bit of a drive through the pines today so took the opportunity to grab the caches up this way. Love the idea of camping/hiking and the shelter available for all and sundry but with the sounds of the Wanneroo Shooting/Rifle Range in the background I'm not so sure.....
Able to get close enough to walk the last 400m in without disturbing anything. Mind you Mrs Hallows decided to stay in the car for this one as she was "too engrossed in her book". Plenty of roo tracks but none seen.
Thanks for bringing us here Aushiker.

Found it today together with the Kampies. Drove 4wd's within 350m and walked in the rest through the bush. We were passing by in the 4wd's along the powerline track and made a detour. Found it in good condition. Also noticed the mosaic ball next to it but couldn't figure it out. Kids loved it. 6yr son found the cache and took HitClips thingy and left his tennis ball. Thanks for the entertainment!
Well I do have a semi-4wd, but since I was by myself I didn't want to chance the very soft sand. So parked near the intersection of Wandoo & Regalia and followed the directions listed to walk in.
Enjoyed the walk and saw lots of interesting things along the way. I was following someone's recent footsteps the whole way, and wondered if I would see anyone at the hut. When I arrived at the hut there was noone else there, but the fire was still smouldering from the night before, and the visitor book had an entry from a group on Friday.
Took nothing left nothing, thanks for the cache and the hike!

Pleasant walk. What's with the mosaic ball (about 150mm diam wrapped in a cloth bag - now rotting - alongside the box ) - didn't see any reference to it in the logs? Ooops - read a bit further and now see a reference. Came in from the South and missed the campsite - will have to go back oneday and have a look - sounds quite pleasant.
Great spot for a cache walked in the rain and wind to find it.The cache is in good condition.Thanx Gus
Did this on the same day as Ridges. Surprised to even find out there is a walk trail through this area. Even more suprised to see the hut. Got to within 250 metres.

Had a job in Bullsbrook so decided to have a look on the way back. Drove most of the way and walked in last 200m, didn't realise it was such a big site. Thanks for the tour

A friend and I visit the campsites on the Coastal walk quite often and as usual wrote in the visitors book. We noticed a message from aushiker who had recently visited to hide a geocache. This was our introduction to cache's. Not having a gps we didn't think we'd have a hope in hell in finding it but armed with the clue we found when we logged on to geocaching.com we were able to find it quite easily. We took out of the cache a keyring and digital clock radio and replaced them with a mosaic world and first aid products. Great fun and will be visiting Ridge campsite soon to try our luck there. No clues so will be hard to find.
Found the cache at 12.15, we so enjoyed the walk along to the cache which the weather just perfect for us. There plenty colourful Christmas tree plus other plants too...
Took: Trash Badge Left: NZ surf key, padlock and pencil sharper. Thank you for organise the cache and hunt.

Came in the company of Everlasting and enjoyed walking along the track and impressed with the trail, the hut and its surrounding. There are lovely orange flowers nearly everywhere. Wrote the note in the visitor’s book in the hut after read the other visitors notes. No swaps and nice goodies in the cache. Thanks for bringing us to the area that we didn’t know about the trail, and the cache.
I came in off Pinjar road until the track I followed stopped being limestone. This reduced the walking distance a bit and I picked up the walk trail at the end of the Pine plantation. The bush was full of colour and being quiet on the sand enabled me to see more wildlife than you would normally crunching away in the bush.
Found the cache without trouble and took the TB. Didn't have anything to swap as I have run out of stuff stocking my new caches.
Thanks Aushiker for the cache and introducing me to the trail.
