As the CO has not responded to the maintenance request, I suggest this cache be archived.
I can't believe I didn't check the logs before we went all the way to this cache. A few bits n pieces scattered around but no ammo box or log Disappointing
Out for a Easter 4x4, collecting a few caches along the way
Arrived in the area to find a recent fire to have swept through the surrounding bush. The bush camp has looked to survive any damaged but unfortunately the cache has been burnt to a crisp.
Went back to the car in search of a replacement But couldn't find anything suitable
Sorry about the cache team layabout but thank you for bringing me out to this wonderful location
Still worth a fav point for the adventure

I personally parked my car at the bottom of Haddrill and I had a nice trek to the surroundings of the cache, had a lunch at the hut, enjoyed the view and seek the cache afterwards.
As a non-native Australian, I got a bit scared to walk off the path, but I easily found the cache without being beaten by a snake ! ah ah !
Amazing landscapes, TFTC

Had driven up to Yanchep to meet up with Felix to make an attempt on the recently
replaced "Everest" Cache in their 4WD.
After finding it they kindly offered to give me a helping hand to reach the
other nearby caches that are only accessible by 4WD and foot.
Drive to within a few hundred meters of the cache and then joined the walk trail to GZ.
Cache easily found on arrival.
Cheers for bringing me out here.

Woah! What a hike in. Left Yanchep Visitor Centre, upto Ghost Hose, around Coastal Trail then along the most hideous sand track to the junction of Cockatoo. We reached the hut about 4:30 and was WAY too tired to attempt it. In the morning it was SERIUOSLY wet and windy but made the wander up to the cache. It n,ain view but so moles from anywhere it shouldn't be muggled. TFTC. THats another Trailgeek cache done!
After our hard work this morning kayaking to a cache at Guilderton we decided to carry on and tackle this one, as we were in the geo cruiser.
We got to within 120mts of the cache on a nicely formed track coming from Yanchep Rose cache.
Took a little bit to find but got there in the end. really surprised to see the campsite way out here!

Walked up the trail from the newer cache nearby and was disturbed on the trail near the campsite by two M/C riders making their way along the trail returning from somewhere to the west as I saw that the tracks they made matched the existing tracks made sometime earlier in the day going the other way.
Found the cache without any problems but removed the burn cream as it was leaking into the cache and was making it smell.
Thanks for the cache.

After a long hike from the park visitor's center we enjoyed some lunch at the shelter. Then it was on to find the cache. I wasn't quite sure where one could hide a cache in this location, but after a little bit of searching my brother found the cache. Good hide!
Managed to park 4be 200m from cache on side track running of Haddrill Rd. then Folled Roo tracks to cache. TNLN TFTH
Took the 4WD out for a drive this afternoon, this one has been on my 'to-do' list for a long time, so I was happy to finally make it here. Had a bit of trouble getting onto Hadrill Rd, but managed to get within 700m. Enjoyed the walk in on a lovely day, even though MX bikes have been on the track and have ripped it up a bit.
Met a couple of guys at the camp site, they had walked in from Yanchep that day and were staying overnight. Had a good chat to them about hiking & geocaching, then wandered off to find the cache. Took the TB, thanks for the cache.

TFTC. Have been to the Ridges on many occassions but this was the first time for geocaching. Added to the enjoyment thanks. Left keyring, took nothing.
Got as close as we could on well packed tracks and then walked the rest of the way to the cache. Nice location very peaceful. TNLN Thanks trail_geek
More bush-bashing to get the hut. Scratched legs, covered in black from past bush fire..all part of the fun! Took DVD, left Burn aide gel. T4TH
Found one cold in windy morning about 7 am.
I had walked in from Scapcott hut and before that Yanchep the day before and after camping last night near the hut in my hammock I woke and went to look for the cache.
Now for the walk back to the car at the pub
Thanks for the cache Andrew.

Another day out for a drive (with an ulterior motive this time) but thought we might as well "drop" in to pick this up. Took a bit of navigating from Wanneroo Rd to get there but all sweet in the end. Took the easy option and only walked in the last 100m or so. A quick find by a friend of GeoSon who was tagging along for a look. Cache is all in good order and well hidden from prying eyes.
Only one more of this series to get.
Thanks to Aushiker for the opportunity to use the Prado for what it's designed for!!

Good walk! It is still a bit too early in the season for me to really enjoy long bush walks so it was nice to have a cool sea breeze. Cache was out in the open so very easily found. No swaps, SL.
I think this is the 3rd one on this walk track i have found. No one around it was raining very enjoyable indeed.

Found the cache at 3.10pm. Took the TB Storm Chase Bug 2 and radio, left skateboard.
Stayed overnight at the hut.
The waypoint are inncorrect Andrew. You transposed the South reading. The (.384) should be (.834. This initially had me about a kilometer away looking for the hut until I looked at the cache co-ordinates and I realized something was wrong.

Walked about 300m after 4WD in. Nice little spot - glad to see there was no vandalism - unusual in this day and age. (Thought this was going to be a John Howard II for a while after leaving the hut ) After reading the camp log about the weather experienced by some recent campers I decided to leave Storm Chaser TB. Same day as Moitch-same comments.
Got within 80 metres by heading up the track that runs off Hadrill Rd.
Easy find.

Thanks again

Another great walk in the bush and found in obvious place didn't have any swaps of same standard so TNLN Thanks for the walk & look forward to next campsite cache
Turned off Old Yanchep road onto Haddril road, which brought me to within approx 300 metres of the cache where the walk trail crosses Haddril Road. Totally 4WD only this way as some places are quite sandy. Found cache OK, as there was only one obvious spot where the cache could be due to the cache area being bare from a past fire, however regrowth is well underway.
