This was the closest cache to where i was working today (500m) so i called in to have a look when i had finished. I had a good look around for about 15 mins with no luck. There has definitely been a lot of water through here. I fear it may be gone
Suggestion only following recent rains and flooding in this area.
Would be worthwhile checking cache is still intact / accessible.

My device said I was at GZ but a sweep of the surrounding area returned nothing.
The area has been recently scoured by floodwater.

A lovely little hidden area and a quick find. I enjoyed the walk and the area. Picked up the geocoin. This my 100th cache...... woo hoo. TFTC
A nice little spot and our first find fo rthe morning on our way to the rebellious event.

Found whilst out with my geodaughters all four of them. Pretty little area. TFTC
From the sound of it there has been a lot of work done here. I was expecting a certain something at GZ but instead it was something else. It was when I was leaving that I saw the reason for the nomenclature.
Found with geoson2. Took golf ball and released 10 Year Tag geocoin on its world tour.

Found this one easily with lots of geo-kids in tow. made some swaps and on our way. TFTC.
I had just said to Alkzura "We should probably pause here a moment for the GPS to catch up.", when he said "I bet it's there." and it was. TFTC

Nearly didn't find this ... too busy swatting the mossies away. Luckily one of the junior penguins had their mind on the job. TFTC
After reading the description, I was amazed when I visited the area today. It's not much more than a boggy area again. Well, actually, it's a pretty little revegetation area, it's just that the last monsoon has turned the ground back into swamp. This was an easy find once I stopped trusting the bouncy GPS and started trusting my eyes instead. Thanks for yet another cache, Wingaap!
This would have been much quicker for me if I had just put down the GPS and used my eyes instead! Had to go back in twice to get this one as my signal was bouncing all over the place. TFTC!
397 - Found this one easily at 6:33pm after a short walk from the shopping centre when our regular game of sport was called off due to lack of numbers. TFTC wingaap.
Found at 1813 by the Geoson in about 5 seconds flat after the GPS took us right to the spot.
There were some pages that had fallen out of the logbook but there's still plenty of room. A little care just needs to be taken to prevent any more damage.
This is a beautiful spot, thanks for bringing us here TFTC Wingaap

Found on 30/12/09 and thought updated location but re-checking showed not listed.
On holiday from Devon, England, staying with son and family at Everton Park. Found this one when on a shopping trip to Brookside. As I didn't know what a Redgum looked like, thought I might have trouble but GPS behaved perfectly and it was an easy find. TFTC
Had a look when a old couple came through has to stop to let them pass then had another look and finding the cache with ease but did walk past it once.

These strips of bush land in these new housing estates are great, the problem is often getting a convenient car park to access them. As we got out of our car a home owner asked what we wanted, she looked surprised when we said we were going for a walk. The GPSr had us going in circles for awhile but once this was sorted out the cache was soon in hand
Thanks again wingaap for what was to be our last cache for the day

Caching in Brisbane while waiting for geohubby to finish in a conference. How many can I get going from closest to closest bouncing my way around the northern suburbs? 35, before boredom sunk in and I went back to a friends to eat icecream. TFTC
Great area. Muggle ran straight by us as we were signing the log :/ But didn't seem unduly interested. TFTC
at 16:12. At first our GPSr sent us crashing off into the bush but it came to its senses. Took the tiny compass and left a souvenir keyring. TFTC.
Looked for this cache after dark. I'm convinced my GPS can't find it's way in the dark!! It took me across the track to some dark and dangerous looking areas, before finally settling down. Found it (eventually) and signed the log. TFTC wingaap

A quick find this morning while out on a walk, really nice area, Thanks for the cache. Andrew and Maryan.
Mmm, there's those A&M types again.... Seems I am following in the footsteps... Nice little path through here. It is nice to see some greenery left in the developments of today...

Found it No. 1308 ... street closed due to workers ... Took TB and left Geocoin
i was in the area so I dropped off Travel Bug 7CVZR4 Beachcomber. Needs a hand to get to a beach . . . .
I had time to kill this arvo and had been wanting to try this one for a couple of weeks now. No parking nearby, so I parked at Brookside and went for a stroll.
Once I decided that the GPS was a little out (tree cover), it all became obvious. Cache was in good condition, all dry.
Quite a pleasant little area, and a nice easy walk. Even spied a bush turkey having a scratch about nearby.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.

Over here from Perth on a geocaching/visit-the-family holiday. Out today caching with Questing4. Very nice regeneration area and a great hiding spot. TFTC.
Nice little park, more than what meets the eye when you first pull up. Easy find (Just the kind I like) TFTH
this certainly wasn't what I was expecting. Cache in good condition, I dropped off Sweet 16 TB (now with a nice red lanyard).
Found by Jabiru230. Log book is a bit damp but cache is in good condition otherwise. TFTC TNLNSL
Easy find once the GPSr settled down. It's good to see these green corridors being preserved as the city gets bigger.

Fourth for the day. Walked right past this one thinking it would be more concealed. Nothing like hiding things right under peoples noses. TFTC.
Found with Strong Arm and Tratty. TFTC.

Find 23 of 42 on a day of caching with Kholometers and Tratty. The cache was a little exposed when we found it so we hid it a bit better - TNLN, TFTC.

This one rounded out the decathlon for us as part of Geosportz. We tried walking along the bikepaths from 500m away then weren't too sure if it was going to get us there. We backtracked and took the easy route by car. TNLNSL. TFTC.
Going back into caches I have found in the past and "visiting" a personal TB to give a total km travelled in our time caching.
Nice little spot with a good opportunity to get in and get out!

694 What a great little park (and some pretty spectacular houses in the area too. Easy find. TFTC wingaap
Would have taken half the time to walk here from "Brookside" but it was an adventurous drive. The rubbish might be gone, but the building detritus remains. They're messy buggers, aren't they. Found the cache in good order. TN/LN/SL before hitting the road.
I'm surprised time and time again by all the lovely patches of bushland discovered thanks to geocaching. Easy find. TNLN.

Gee Wingers the caches names are bleeding one into another - I was certain I had already logged one for a cache named Red Gum. But I must be getting a little senile in the amount of logs I am writing for Mr Mad. Thanks heaps for the cache.
Nice quick find at 0545hrs. An interesting bit of history for the area too.

Found very easily. Ran into other geocachers heading towards the cache as we left. The piece of paper and the attempted hide of the GPS gave them away.
Another shady pathway to be 'explored'. Didn't know of this path even though I walk or cycle 100 odd metres from it occasionally [sometimes more occasionally than others]. IN: Wombats keyring OUT: Komodo keyring. Signed new logbook. Thanks wingaap for the cache.
found this one in a journey looking for three caches. This was the only succesful find though. Nice park love the area.
