Disappointed not to find this one. Gave it a good go I spite of a muggle fisherman bring close by. He was more interested in tossing his net.
Couldn't find it - 4 of us looked
Nice walk while we were here for St Lawrence Wetland Weekend. Recommend stopping in for the weekend event next year!

We came across your cache, dandent, on our way with youngoldfella, caching towards this year's QOGM in Barcaldine.
Nice quick find.
Log signed and cache replaced at 2:45 PM on September 18, 2018. TFTC.

It took some looking, but eventually worked out where it was hiding! Signed log and returned as found. TFTC
The tide was out when i visited. Still a lovely spot. This was my second attempt at finding this one. I was about to give up again but then had a closer look at a spot i had only glanced over previously...and there it was! SL TFTC
driving past ...
and after a chat with an attendee of an event earlier today
determined that it must be missing.
Armed with a replacement, stopped in for a look ...
it's gone,
but a replacement placed
so back in action
apologies

In the area for a couple days visiting family and thought i'd see if i could find the local caches. No luck with this one. Very quiet and no muggles...but no joy.
Local people said me that there was big flood in march this year, so, maybe the cache was been taken by the water.. (?)
A dnf for us. We spent quite a while here, broadening our search area and narrowing it again and again, we had the place to ourselves so could be as obvious as we wanted. Still no luck. Thanks for bringing us here tho, an interesting place to visit.
On the way to the FNQ Wilderness ride and caching on the way. With a little more time than normal trips north this is the first time I ventured into this area. TFTC.

... returning from a quick trip to Rocky
and as I was doing some maintenance on some of my caches down there
I had to stop in here to fix this one up too
yes it has been neglected for awhile ... but as it is one of my older ones ...
decided it was time to do a proper overhaul on it ...
new cache, and new hide ... closer to the original listing.
still a micro and page to be updated too ...
well we will see how it goes anyway

Second attempt at this one.
As they say, Many hands make like work.
Found on no time with 8 people looking.

Out on the road trip with the crew from Mackay. Great day finding some very interesting caches. Apologies for the repeated logs, but there were so many finds today.
Easy find, we used the coordinates everyone else suggested. Tide was changing. saw lots of little fish swimming by here. So glad we dropped in to make these finds. Even got to see a train coming past.

[Blue]# 12601[/Blue] Found on our 2015 Winter escape trip to Qld.
Another perfect winter day for a drive south towards Rockhampton.
I found it a long way from my GZ and took some coords at the cache.
Cheers from Wagga Wagga in the Riverina, NSW.
Thanks for the cache dandent,

Water to far away.garden has been planted with small sunflowers in bloom.lifted foliage.checked around the side not here maybe needs checking
On our [trip around the world](http://www.hoppundweg.piekar.de/) we came to Australia as well. We started in Tasmania, rented a campervan in Melbourne and went up the Eastcoast to Cairns. Then we drove all the way to the Red Centre. We finished in Darwin. We searched many caches and found almost every cache we searched for . Thanks to all the owners of these caches. Now, 2 years later, we recognized, we will never be able to log every cache seperately... So: Sorry for this standard logtext and thanks for one of the caches, which accompanied us on our journey.
After looking for a while I read the posts and realized it had been moved. Found two wasps, two geckos and two frogs before finding a well hidden cache.
For those with phones only look approx 21mtr NE from the GZ. This will be defunct once new GZ details or logged.

spent a while searching the garden then checked logs and found new co-ords. much better luck then. nice view. tide was rushing in. nice bit of history also. TFTC
Couldn't find this one. There are new co-ords but we only have iPhone so can't search that way
Muggles about last night so we returned this morning before heading north and found it. Mud banks both times. TFTC
Staying with all the other grey nomads. Had the bonus of having a Camp Draft here as well. Finally got this one on our second try only after getting other cords from the green team. T.F.T.C.
Firstly the gps had me looking in the boat garden but after reading a couple of previous logs and seeing the co-ords in one, I soon found the cache. Tftc dandent

10:15:00 AM. After looking for this one yesterday we got a PM from the CO informing us the co-ords were out and telling us the area it was hidden. So on our way out of town back we went for another search of where we had already looked. Found it, so shows we didn't look hard enough yesterday. These are the co-ords that we took. S 22 20.535 E 149 31.448. It is well hidden. The tide was out both times we were there. Thanks dandent.
Searched high and low. Have the co-ords been updated as per last log? If the owner would like to pm us as we are only here for another day and would like a smiley.
revisit to place new container.
the original stash is probably no longer suitable
... which is a shame as it suited the name of the cache
so have relocated nearby
big tide today

Found in good condition, and well hidden.
Thanks for the cache, dandent.

The bit of water that was there was on its way out fast. Not worthy of a photo. Easy find. TFTC
Very interesting place, perhaps more so when the water is out, as you get to see the shape of the area.
I saw a photo of a fish caught near GZ the previous day, evidence that water does come in
thank you dandent for the cache, nice little twist

Here from Canada, doing a bit of caching as we explore Australia....
Lots of mud but not much water. Enjoyed the view.
Good clue made for a quick find.
Thanks dandent!

Just how much water do you want, it's lapping the river bank today. Needed to replace cache container as the lid had split open. TFTC and leading us of the Bruce Highway with the endless roadworks that have plagued us for hundreds of kilometres.
Once again a high tide, must be interesting to see this place if it has 6 m tide, sounds like a bit of abseiling to reach the waters edge. TFTC
Dandent we finally made it to this cache. On a work trip with 9 coworkers, we did this as something to get out of the meeting room. TFTC.
Found on the 2012 Tour de Eclipse. Cache found in the last place we looked, which was as usual not the first place we looked. Great location. There is some water in the creek. Thanks for the cache guys, we love your work.

Found on the great Eclipse Trip of 2012 with Freddo. Awesome spot early in the morning. No one was around..... no crocs even though the sign said. Hell, there was no damn water!
A day of caching from Koumala to Boyne Island. A road trip with a chance to stretch the legs is a good thing.
Thanks to dandent and clear skies from TeamAstro.

Loved this spot and so unexpected thank you for the cache and the lovely view. A couple of muggled around but we were able to park the van so no one could see our hunt.
Never been to St Lawrence before passed through in a train over 50 years ago. Had a look around town then chased up the cach had a cupper and continued on our way south. TFTC.
This was next on the list. I was a bit concerned when I pulled up near GZ and found a backhoe driver doing what he does best. However, some subtle actions and the cache was in hand. The log is falling apart - so I took it upon myself to replace it. The cache owner can contact me if they want the old log back. A very interesting area. TFTC dandent
Was a bit muddy today after the rain last night. The log paper could do with replacing.
Found it on our trip to Gladstone for the Ulysses Club Odyssey. The Reluctant Companion decided a side trip to St. Lawrence would be a great idea and how could I refuse as my GPS was telling me secrets.A quick find in this historic area. There was quite a bit of water there. TNLN TFTC.
Found easily using the clue. No crocodiles today but plenty of water and a few workers on the railway bridge. Well worth the drive off the highway
Quick detour of the Highway on our way home to Victoria.Nice little rest stop near by with everything.Havent been here for years thanks for bringing me back dandent.Nice little hide too.
