TFTC! Fun find heading through the gardens is always enjoyable. Have left a trackable
Came down from Auckland to visit the gardens on a cool and cloudy day. Quick find with TravelDragon99. TFTC
Family trip to the gardens resulted in a quick search for this geocache. Everyone had great fun searching and exploring the gardens, even my three year old son. Swap made. Thanks very much for the cache.
Well I was OCW irondale today and we came here for the favourite points and we really were not disappointed. Its a great spot and we were glad to have to navigate through the gardens to get there. It was not the 170ish metres walk I was expecting but it was well worth the time. Looking back on today we actually spent international geocaching day really well, by seeking out caches with loads of favourite points in interesting places. TFTC
Very wet day, but that didn't stop jftf and myself caching. Amazing gardens. Favourite from me. Tftc
Had to be sneaky sneaky with all the muggles out on such a beautiful sunny day. These gardens are all beautiful. Thankyou for the find.
Found - Mrs McMike2012 & I live full-time in our caravan travelling around NZ, visiting the places we want to visit & doing the things we want to do and fitting in a bit of Geocaching here & there currently staying on the outskirts of Hamilton decided to go for a wander around the Hamilton Gardens to clean up the Adventure Labs & a few caches this was an easy find, albeit we had to wait for a few muggles to move along, cache container was easily retrieved, log book signed & replaced pleased to add another 'smiley face' to the tally TFTC ... TN:LN:LS #5,712 for Us!
This cache is inside the area that Non Hamilton residents will be charged entry from 18th September
This is a cache ive been meaning to check out for a while now and what better time to do it than when i need to drop off a geo bug.The cache was found hidden some distance away from the described spot hidden under the corner of a compost bin. Perhaps someone thought it might stay drier there. I hope ive done the right thing returning it to the place described in the hint. I dragged a friend along with me today and we enjoyed a walk round exploring the gardens together as its been a while since either of us were last here. After our walk we went into hamilton east and enjoyed a turkish meal before heading home.Thankyou for the awesome cache.
Traveling back to Waikanae Beach from a weekend in Auckland, we have stopped off at Hamilton Gardens for Mrs Macfam to take in the amazing gardens. Meanwhile, I am on a cache hunt. TFTC. Nice hide. No muggles, so an easy find.
Tftc such a unique cache took a bit to navigate to the cache (me being a tourist in Hamilton) but found it in the end
On our short trip to Hamilton we visited the gardens and found this cache TFTC #420
Loved it here . . . a little too much mud. . . but beautiful. Purple got muddy clothes, muddy bags, muddy hands . .but we found the muddy cache. Some of the best hot chips Purple had ever eaten . .shared with sparrows. TF the sneaky C.
Second time, so we didn't sign the log...but we left a trackable (Homer) - saw some fellow cachers
#15,247. We enjoyed exploring the Hamilton Gardens off Hungerford Crescent in Hamilton East, Hamilton. Fortunately, the GZ was all quiet at the time of our visit. Relatively quick find. The cache was in good condition, all nice and dry inside. But unfortunately, International Geocaching Day 2016 Tag was not in the cache. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.*Thanks for the geocache placement, and for bringing us to this site, and **.T h a n k s. .f o r. .t h e. .c a c h e.**.M a u r u u r u. .k o e. .n u i. .a t u. .h o k i. .t e. .k e t e r o k i.*---### LET US HAVE A BLOCK PARTY!!! ###On **May 3rd, 2025**, we will be celebrating 25 years of geocaching in **Rotorua, New Zealand** with a special **Block Party** event. I am up here for 3 weeks from Queenstown for a course. My friend introduced me to geocaching and this is my first find ?? thanks for the cache!
Nice easy cache and a cute hiding place. Had a wander around the gardens before it closed at 5pm. Will come back for some exploring and grab some more caches while Im up this was on a 3/52 training course NB - trackable that is listed not found in cache that I could see (as per Bears note as well), but seeing as its a cache for our mini-geos, I popped a cute swag in there and cool Chameleon geopet TB9Q498 I picked up from Waverley last week (GC7DCJA by torchlight) - keep travelling my little friend! Mihi ki a koe mo te keteroki #141

A cool garden. Unfortunately I didn't have my grandkids with me so had to find the cache myself. Thanks for placing it
TFTC! I perfectly timed it and there were no muggles!! It had barely any sway and it was so sad, so I filled it up with some cool things!! Found a few pieces of coal in there took a piece haha

We only had an hour to spend in these delightful gardens during our brief stay in Hamilton before we had to dart off to the airport. I was pleased to see some geocaching within. We found this one quickly and then hurried to explore another wonderful spot. Have a fp. Tftc
We were already passing this garden when I recognised there must be a geocache. So we went back and were lucky finding the box without muggles nearby Many thanks for this cache in this beautiful place.
