Went armed with sturdy stick and gardening gloves and poked about for a while but aside from the prickles found nothing. Perhaps it's time for the owner to take another look....
Had a good look yesterday during peak hour but couldn't get it.
Tried again this morning with less traffic but with the same result. Found the barn, found the gate, found the leaves but couldn't find the handle just a lot of thorns all of which wanted to leave an impression. I did find an old zip-lock bag which may have held the log.
Methinks this one has gone missing unless someone with welders' gauntlets wants to have a fish around.'
Think the owner needs to have a look after so many DNFs.

Yeah, we had a pretty good look too and couldn't find it...perhaps this one has been muggled?
Even with the trained eye of a previous finder we couldn't find this one. He recalls that the retrieval was easy with the use of the provided handle. The handle was nowhere to be seen. We prodded and poked as best we could, all to no avail. Three DNF's in a row - it would appear the last finder has done a good job of placing the cache to maximise the difficulty!!

Found with son, Geocoaster, on the way to Adelaide for 36ers game.
Came to find this one a while ago, and it was gone for maintenance. This time we had more success. Had to dodge the water blown by the local proboscidea (we wish!). We know how to duck now after an experience at the Perth zoo (quite funny really!!!)

Ouch, too close to a prickly plant meant sharp pain in my thigh. Quickly found. TNLN, TFTC.
Found while lots of unaware muggle traffic passed us by. Mrs O'Cholio got her fingers pricked while accessing the cache, but caching injuries are always worth it TFTC.
Quick easy find on the wayhome from the Riverland, replaced back exactly where found. Cheers for the cache Mark
I have replaced the cache container, and its now back in the original position....
Cheers Mark_oo

Having been down to check on another cache not too far away, i thoght to check on this one and found the container cracked and the cache waterlogged... I have removed it for the time being to replace and maintain the cache and will replace it as soon as i can....
Cheers, Mark
Cheers, Mark
found it, but the container is broken so you might want to get a new one or fix it. good hide but those leaves are prickly!! Thanks
Picked up on way to footy with little mate. Lots of traffic but picked the breaks carefully. Took a frog and left a fish. An elephant just did not fit in the container. Thanks
Found the cache at 6.30pm and last cache for the day. SL. Thanks Mark_oo for organising the cache and hunt.

Ouch is right! Sharp spikes and lots of muggles going by. Last person didn't leave the wire sticking out at all. Took the key ring and left a dinosaur. TFTC
Great drive by easily found No prickles till we started putting it back.
Plenty of Muggles driving past don't think that they were paying much attention as we used our vehicle as a shield.

Kiwi Cache Raid: #190 @ 22:56. At least with a hide like this you won't have any problems with cachers destroying the local flora. Many thanks Mark_oo .,,,,,,,,,

10:56 p.m. This cache was found on our record-breaking attempt to find the most caches in a 24 hours period; we ended up finding 195 all up.
Thanks to all the cachers who placed these interesting caches in Adelaide.
I only wish we could have spent more time appreciating the locations that we visited on our whistle stop tour.

#59 of 60 finds on the Kapunda/Eudunda day of my Adelaide trip, in company with acts2youthgroup. We found this one at 2115. This was the first of two opportunistic cache finds on the way home from Eudunda. That is to say, we were driving past, and couldn't resist logging another one. What a fascinating story. Surely, this is the only private elephant accommodation in Australia. We parked close, and had an easy find. I made no exchange. Thanks to Mark_oo for the cache. Cheers, dak.
#59 of 60 cache finds for day three of our Adelaide trip, in the company of dak’s Emu Mob. Today we headed to Kapunda and Eudunda to find a few. We were on our way back to our accommodation after a big day out and this one popped up on the radar we stopped and soon had the cache logged. This was a great piece of history. Thanks Mark_00 for the cache.
Quick find on our way to Gawler for an afternoon of caching with Chizbeki. Amazingly Mr E TNLNSL - don't know how he escaped leaving a DNA sample given all of the prickles around the place. Thanks for the cache.
Thank goodness for handles! Managed to retrieve and replace without a scratch. TFTC
Parked on the opposite side of the road [:(!], took a while to cross because of the amount of traffic. Found the cache easily. Took nothing Left Blood sample like those before us! [B)] TFTC
It's a wonder that cache isn't red with all the blood that must be shed at this location! Cute about the elephant. TNLN TFTC
Quick driveby on our way home. Holing up nicely in the rain.

Found cache a little further along the fenceline than the hints indicated. Relocated to suitable spot, but noted that the logbook is now full! Thanks for the cache???
OK what is it with you SA cachers ? [:o]
What is the attraction of these particularly nasty and spikey plants that make you want to put caches in there
I've got more cuts and bruises from three days of SA caching than from 2years of Qld caching
Ouch!! Interesting about the elephant though [^]

Finally got this one on the way home from the Pub Lunch!
Easy retrieval but putting it back was painful Ouch!
It was interesting to see that the 'Barn' looks as though it's being converted into a place of worship [?] Theres a new Cross on the front of the building! Perhaps it may become 'An Elephant's Church' TNLNSL TFTC from postiegirl06

Our 17th and last cache FTD. Tried to do it earlier in the day but people were working in the grounds and looking straight at the gate so came back later. TNLNSL
After a brief search, this one was eventually found. The clue certainly helps. The handle was backwards so a tough time and a few words were used in getting the cache. Took coin, left soldier.
No gps for this one, kudos to emeryco for letting Lankyone find this one, you might want to bring some gloves
Mabar and geo-daughter found cache[ouch, ouch and more ouch]
Just a wee bit hard to do with muggles driving by continuely

ouch, ouch ouch ouch
Very clever I liked the cache.
Hard to not let muggles see you on a main road.
When I was a muggle I did wonder what people were doing there.
The roof to the shed has been replaced and finished. Pretty they did it in plain galv because it doesn't sit well with the look of the building.
Took face

Discovered this one on the way home from a Barossa visit. Forgot to log it. Great hide and easy access if you get my point. TFTC
Edited this one as I got it confused with an elephant never forgets.
Nice hide the boy got jabbed once or twice, it looks like the poor old barn is coming down there is no roof on it and I seen some workers in there the other day.
So with that said this cache may have a limited life..

Last for the day which makes 25. 300km later it was good to clean up all the ones around Kapunda since the event. Quickly found this visit with the hint, no swaps but left an Aussie geocoin from earlier in the day. Thanks mark_oo.

Just relogging due to change of username - the brat boys objected to using my nickname (Makka) when they reckon they are the ones that always find the cache :
Well this one spiked the kids interest - they wouldn't even consider it to be hidden amongst that. Took Grandma along to this one and she nailed it! Cool hide, thanks
quick and easy find whilst the muggles cars wizzed past at 400kph. Wish i had an elephant. Could call it stampey
