Made the find pretty quickly while doing a mission along Highcliff Road. Was just as well as the big tree was dripping something terrible in the rain so it was pretty much a hit-and-run affair.
No views to admire up here today - serious fog
The log was pretty damp but still quite usable. Made sure it was sealed up properly when I left it.
Thanks

Quick drive by grab, never seen wifey move so fast when she saw the marker, but then couldnt find the cache. a quick helpful suggestion and she had the cache in hand, log completed and rehidden.
Passed this GZ a while ago on the way back from a multi further down and thought it would be a good site for a cache and so it is.
Cache and contents all good
TFTC
Nice trough BTW.

Found easily, though the object of obvious attention here left us a bit puzzled (a memorial trough...?). tftc.
Just visiting Dunedin - well New Zealand for the first time and am enjoying looking around the area picking up a cache or two at time and proximity allow. TFTC
Mine & GP's 9th find-a nice quick one with great views. Enjoyed the minature pony back at the lime kiln before hand too.

Quick drive by cache. Roads are a bit battered after rain and high winds though. Lovely day today. TFTC
Came past to get this one yesterday to find a 4wd and trailer parked underneath, and a man trimming the tree right above the cache location! Decided to return today - was worried on approach as there was one lane closed because of road works, but gz was tucked away around the corner where none of them saw me! Nice easy find for an early morning

jillopy didn't enjoy the road and it was a little tricky due to the earthworks parking a digger in the way but soon in hand. TFTC.
TFTC - a week or so later I have seen a digger there, but spotted it too late to stop on the narrow road - hope the cache is still there!!
Easy as, sweet as find.
No signs of any TB though...
But it was pretty mean, on our way home from getting a couple caches at the castle we decided to stop here.
We were laughing that the cache would end up being INside the trough...haha imagine that!
TFTC!

During our 4 weeks holiday in the southern island of NZ we did not only find an exiting countryside and wildlife. The many caches brought us sometimes to places we didnĀ“t expect or planned to go to.
Thank you very much for this. Greetings from Germany.

Good views from here. Found on my three day visit to geocaching friends in Dunedin. TFTC
Another quick drive by find by Papa and Guwapo out caching this afternoon. Classic Bitsprayer location!! Salamat!
We enjoyed the views from this top road whilst driving along the peninsula. Plenty or room to park beside the feature and the cache covering was quickly spotted. SL. TFTC.
I was in Dunedin briefly today & decided to go for a drive on the Peninsula. The weather close in while i was logging this cache; I'd hoped to see the Limestone Kilns - another day, perhaps. The "feature" was interesting. Left TB; didn't see the Sentosa TB, however. TFTC.
2nd find while out on the peninsula, should have trusted my instinct to start with...got it eventually!! Grabbed the TB to move along TFTC
on our trip trough this beautiful country we stopped and found this one
amazing country and lovely caches

Thank you for this nice easy find. Windy day and cold up here but good spot for a cache. Our first find on the second day of our loop trip
Beautiful views from here and the water trough is a great reminder of days gone by. TFTC
I had been waiting for the opportunity to hunt for this for quite a while. Quite intriguing the water supply to this feature
Thanks

Found while on a trip from Australia to Queenstown for a work conference with my mate Marshy (Blacklegend17) who came along for the ride. One of 220 finds for the 8 days we were on the South Island. Today we go from Dunedin and head north towards Christchurch. Quick find. Rehidden a bit better than we found it. TFTC.

Second last day of our NZ caching adventure with Quasar3671 aka The Ruddman aka Marty..... Our travels took us from from Christchurch via Queenstown for 5 days then to Dunedin and finally up the East Coast for a caching onslaught.... This cache was one find of 64 for this caching run and more than 70 for the 24th.
Quick stop. The cache was completely exposed, so we covered it up a bit better.

Rutted around for about 5 minutes until we found something suspiciously out of place, somebody had dumped an old gearbox out of a car at the parking spot, there's always someone aye?
Nice location for a cache with a fantisc view I'm sure if its not raining and cloudy and stupidly windy!!
Incredibly windy (the car doors slammed back in our faces as we attempted to get out), and swirling rain. Swirling satellites too, it seems, as neither my nor JBcivic's GPSr would settle AT ALL!!! We hadn't really paid any attention to the page (so had no idea the co-ords might be out anyway, or that there was an obvious place to look near an overhanging tree), and most of the time our magic arrows took us to the opposite side of the road to where there were plenty of ideal cache hiding spots (well utilised at many other caches we have found). Eventually JBcivic decided it really ought to be on the same side of the road as Annie, and found it almost immediately. Yes, in the obvious spot! TFTC
Found on my Cachingtour through the beautiful New Zealand. Thank you very much for showing me arround.
