TFTC- had us going around in circles. The clue, the puzzle, the GZ. Finding the cache co-ords from point to point.
There was some playful cursing involved with this one. Well played. Well played!
Prior to this morning's event, I had this oldie multi-cache on my radar, and we visited the posted coordinates and grabbed the six-digit number, to then drive the short distance to Waypoint 2. Already, I had a sensation where the cache would likely be, and after misinterpreting the number at that location (the decimal point), we then had a plausible set of coordinates. We ran out of time to finish the multi-cache, so we attended the nearby event followed by various geocaches, and then returned back to this area on our way home, but only we stopped to approach this cache from another location (closer). From reading a few logs, it looked like I wasn't the only person to do this, following the lead from [Alisnan](https://coord.info/PRXWFPJ).A great little bushland, and after walking along the track nad making a strategic detour, we arrived at GZ and made the quick find. There was a little water inside, but otherwise, the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks [Crew 153](https://coord.info/PRPH14) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. It was nice to have found this oldie 04/2006 hidden cache, of which is one of Queensland's 500 oldest yet active geocaches.----------Today, baby Cottontail and I ventured south to Underwood and attended the [It's Kaffee Time at Underwood](https://coord.info/GCAZXFH) Event. We then joined [GurTheWanderer](https://coord.info/PRWMPWQ) and headed to Logan Central for a walk-around, and Cottontail enjoyed the playground in the nearby parklands. We toured around Logan Central following [Ugo's LACH Part 07 (Logan Central 1)](https://coord.info/GCAY8AZ) Wherigo, and closed out our southern adventure with a few geocaches and walks in Woodridge and Underwood. On the run back home, we met [jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and baby Mopsy for a playground adventure, and a few final geocaches for the day.
Ive had this oldie on my to do list for a long time, so decided to give it a go before the Logan event. I found the required information and calculated gz where it was a quick find. Great to see the original logbook. It looks like there has been some bush care in the area of gz but all is good with the cache. Tftc
We had an easy walk to G.Z . Soon, we found what we were for. . Out and about to day chasing some of the older caches. Tftc
Chasing both a J for July and a multi to assist in several challenges I was eager to find Jacaranda. After collecting the necessary information I relocated and had just a short walk to GZ. I could probably have walked from where I was but with a full tank of petrol, why not drive? After a bit of stumbling around the cache was located, the log signed and everything returned as found.
Today i needed a multi for a challenge i am doing and this one looked like fun. I did message a friend last night to see if WP2 was missing and they said it was but after getting the information at WP1 i headed off to WP2 and it seems the CO must have done some maintenance as the numbers were there and once i did the sums they were the same as the finals i was given. I had already figured out a good way to get to GZ and once there i used the hint and there was the cache. Thanks Crew 153 for all the fun .
After an early morning start at an event to meet some local cachers with alphag_25, grabbing some older and local to those caches to help to fill some DT grid spaces. TFTC
These puzzles were solved a while ago, finally able to get a few more signed while down on holidays. Tftc slOn a caching holiday from Mackay. In the search of old caches and ones to fill DT grid spaces. Found TFTC SL Thanks for placing this cache for our enjoyment.
Elina_maree, GeoM93 and I headed out today in search of 2 specific caches. Of course we got a bit distracted with some other caches along the way and it ended up taking us all afternoon to find them both. After a food and cache stop at the nearby golden arches, we came to start this multi. We were keen to get this one today for the spell January challenge. I drove as close as I could to WP1 and GeoM jumped out and found the numbers we needed. While we did some number crunching he went to check out the small playground and by the time we were done he was too. We headed up to WP2 and this time I did the leg work up the hill. Not seeing what I needed, I checked the logs and saw that others had the same problem so I sent a message off to the CO asking for some help. Then we began the Slacks Creek Wherigo which took us most of the rest of the afternoon. Elina_maree later decided to give the CO a call and he was happy to give us the numbers we needed. Just as it was starting to get dark, we headed back up from the southern end of Slacks Creek to look for this cache. It took us a while to figure out the best entry and even then we still needed to go off-track a bit. But the cache was easy to find and in great condition. Thanks Crew 153 for the fun multi and for helping us out along the way!
Found, after contacting the CO as there are some numbers missing at Waypoint 2. He plans to fix this with his Cricut machine! So stay tuned, I guess. We had two goals for today (both to assist with our Spell JANUARY in January Challenge). They were to get a WhereIGo cartridge called Ugo in Slacks Creek logged for the U, having a cache type that wasnt a traditional or an Earthcache. Our second goal was to find the Jacaranda multicache for the J. Finally achieved this after 7pm sometime (and we were out and about since 11:30am)! Found with Brissy Cat. But thankfully we managed to get to the final coordinates of this multi before the light totally faded (because when we heard from multi CO we were already at the third precinct of the WhereIGo. Never expected two caches to take this long but weve had a fun day and appreciated the insight about Slacks Creek and the chance for both caches to help with the challenge. Of course, there were two McDonalds stops and a playground or two for GeoM93 and a traditional cache was located at each precinct of the multi. Thanks Crew153.
This afternoon we are out and about solving multis in the area. We had to reach out to the CO, as info blindness had obviously set in at wp1, and the CO helped with the missing info at wp2. Nice short walk to GZ where cache was found all dry and ready for signing. TFTC
Out and about needing a multi for a challenge I'm slowly working towards.
Cache was well hidden but found quickly and is in good condition.
Thank you, Crew 153, for placing this cache for our benefit and enjoyment

Nice little hide . Just a short walk through a nice forest. Few issues at way point with missing numbers but not quite brute force eventually gave me some good numbers. Thanks
found after being confused at WP2. I ask CO for missing information and he replies so quickly,
Thank you for an amazing trip

Needing a “J” for July this cache was a target for me today… arriving before 9 with my new caching accessory (a knee brace) I set off for GZ…
I’d started this hunt back in February… finding WP1 without issue, before having the wheels fall off at WP2… but as expected from this CO my message was responded to super quick at the time…
I just put the final into my pocket until today… water had gained access to the cache, and everything was moist… so I dried the swag (and there is a bit of it), the inside of the container and replaced the snap lock bag and added some silica to help with the damp… hopefully that gives this original log some extra life… tftc…

Same problems as others at WP2. No moved or pencilled no. Answers close together so gave it a go. No log at either so widened search. There it was. Nice one. A fav.
This is a cache I’ve been meaning to do for many, many years. Finally attempted it this afternoon.
WP1 was a breeze. At WP2, the same problem everyone else encountered made it challenging but the biggest challenge was proper reading. Off to the final location and the hard way was definitely taken to get to GZ. Saw a rabbit though! Looked all around the log at what I believed was GZ and almost gave up. Then I thought, is that the same bit of log over there? And it was! And the cache was found. Always nice finding an original logbook from so long ago.

Had to make a call to co to make sense of the numbers at wp2. Have adjusted the numbers temporarily so it can make to future caches. Nice little bush bash at the end.
After attending a nearby CITO TripleTurmoil, Chamad, half of Chamad and I decided to stay in the area to grab ourselves a few caches. We didn't really have anything planned for the day and thought we'd get the day started with a multi. We made our way to the first WP and gathered those numbers, then made our way to the next WP to gather those numbers also, although it took us a few minutes to find what we were looking for, unfortunately a couple of the numbers were missing so we had to get in contact with the CO for a little help. As soon as we had what we needed we were on our way. After a short walk we arrived at GZ and the cache was spotted quickly and in hand.

After today’s CITO, charli and I teamed up with Nayfee and triple turmoil to grab a couple of caches in the area. The first was this multi; at WP1 we obtained the necessary information to get to WP2. At WP2 we found the information was missing some key points, so a call to the CO was required. With some new numbers we were off to grab our prize. A short walk and a little bush bash and we reached our prize. It was Nayfee who pulled the cache from its hide, we signed the log and returned the cache to its very nice hide.
Thanks for placing this one here, a very nice multi and thanks for maintaining this old cache.

Finding our way to the final of this cache was not easy.
Had no trouble finding 6 numbers at WP1.
Sums done and we were quickly on our way to WP2... where we got pretty confused. Sums just wouldn’t work with the two numbers we found here. Hmmm?
Well, we had an idea... we put the last number of the top line to the last number of the bottom line and tried that. This calculation looked quite possible in some bushland not too far away. So we checked it out.
First we spotted a long log as we approached and that got our hopes up. So we got to and soon uncovered the cache. How good are we?!
The cache and contents are actually nice and dry and in great condition.
Thanks for the challenge here Crew 153. Glad we found it.

Out a specific caching trip with mum and she needed a J letterbox. Me I just wanted a multi while away from my usual area and a mystery. Well it seems I have two solved multis close by. While it sounds all good - 2 solved multis they are solved because I did a huge multi day about 3 years ago and had 30 on my list - mostly Southside. So corrected coordinates only means two things - a DNF or a forget it!
As I drove past the first I knew that was a forget it and I’m still not convinced that my numbers are right, but remembering the hot day and walking around like lost person. I was caching on my own that day and just felt foolish. So Jacaranda it was to be. Parked up and the place didn’t look that familiar but I could see a slope down and wonder if that was the reason, still not raining bells we wandered down and then I remembered - big dog and no leash makes JACS Team do a hasty retreat!
Today however there was no such problem and the cache was retrieved with ease and not as sloped as I thought. Full of little trinkets.

Had fun finding this multi.

Spent some time in here this morning doing a CITO, and collecting caches along the way. A very fun morning. TFTC
A nice old multi - how could we resist?! Took us a bit of time, but eventually all was clear and we had the cache in hand. TFTC!
Finally got around to finishing this one today after getting the coordinates about a month ago. Great hide.
Nice journey through the suburb bush. At wave point 2 had to read other loggers messages so I did not have to interrupt or contact the CO. Found log and signed. all good

There are three steps to this multi...and we took three different days and visits to be able to claim the smiley. Not that it is really that hard, we just made it so.
But, we're nothing if not tenacious and with nudges from the CO we found ourselves at GZ and there was the cache. Well concealed and in good nick
Log was signed and returned as found. Fav point given.

This was our second cache of the day and our second target. Unlike your second child that you really aren’t as excited about as the first, this cache meant a lot to us as we close in on a challenge.
WP1 and the toughest park was getting a park. There are definitely more people out and about enjoying life than in recent weeks. We contemplated walking to WP2 but there was a hill in the way and our brains were still functioning at a reasonable level.
We found the penciled in number and this time there was no point driving closer no matter how much I wanted to. After checking a few spots Mrs Woodyrothwell was soon handing me the honey pot. tftc

I had suggested this one but at WP 2 we were missing a number! Messaged a fellow cacher, got the number and amended the site as best we could to assist the CO! Gorgeous spot of bushland in suburbia with some crazy bird squawking madly. Only a couple of spindly Jacarandas!! TFTC
Last stop of the day. This was not on my radar but Gcoven was keen to collect it, so on the way back to the relative safety of the north side, briefly dropped in to check this one out.
Had the same issue as OC with the final numbers. OC when contacted came back quickly with the required numbers and the missing digit has been penciled in (as requested by the CO) for future seekers of the jacaranda. Thanks Crew 153 for another interesting spot to check out.

With a few hours spare, I headed south to find a few caches and stretch the legs. Most targeted caches were quickly located making for a fun morning out.
Grabbing this older multi seemed like fun, and after grabbing the WP1 info easy enough, stalled out at WP2. It seemed there was a digit missing but lucky for me the CO soon came to my rescue with the missing info. A wander up the hill and soon I was approaching GZ but not before startling a number of wallabies and bunnies, which also gave me a fright!
The container was easily located and is in great shape.

Log signed at 11:23 and cache returned as found. Thanks for the smilie and bringing us here **Crew 153**. This log is trackable, mention where you saw it.

I nearly attempted this cache a few weeks ago, but twilight was short and I wasn't too sure what this would require .... so left for another day. This day in fact. Drove past WP1 and grabbed what I needed there real easily and soon I was at WP2. OK, so I see what's going on here. A little bit of advanced math, second derivative of the first natural logarithm. Carry the one. Add four.
I have a destination. Unsurprisingly it is the same postcode - or shire at least, and so off I trotted to my version of GZ .... which thankfully contained a container with a logbook in it.
You know what? I have no idea why this cache is named what it is. Apparently in Brisbane the Jacaranda is a weed. I guess I saw weeds[?] Oh well, a nice cache find and in plenty of time to get home before anyone notices I am up.
Thanks Crew 153 for entertaining me at this location.

It seems that I can only complete multis in two visits and this one was no exception. I'd gathered all the info required although the 2nd WP needed a PAF to the CO for the missing numbers. Hastily plugged in some numbers but doubted that I would find a cache at them. Searched in the area I was in for something matching the hint but only turned up a flower pot at one spot and an empty perfume bottle at another so I headed back to the car for the expedition to the new coordinates and of course there wasn't a cache there either.
It took me a while to work out that the problem was in the processing and I had a couple of numbers back to front. By the time the operator error was sorted out, it was dark so I decided to leave it for another day. Today was the day and once I'd presented myself at the correct access point it was up up and away and my name was added to the log. Done and dusted!

Headed to WP1, grabbed the next set of numbers and made my way to WP2. Unfortunately I encountered an issue here as one of the numbers at WP2 was missing. I put the other numbers together to see if I could work out the missing one but it would have ended up as too large a search area without it. I reached out to the CO, and he was super helpful and gave me what I needed. I had run out of time for searching so had to come back later in the day to look for the cache at GZ. Not sure I parked at the best place but I found a way in through the bush (not the greatest idea in my work clothes ) and soon had the cache in hand! Thanks to the CO for the help and the opportunity to find an oldie, but certainly a goodie!
I was working on site nearby today, having agreed to work a Saturday with my muggle partner. I asked nicely if we could call past this oldie on the way home..."no problem"....woohoo! Muggle fiance sat patiently in the car as I collected what I needed and then went to find the final. Tftc Crew 153!
The waypoints were found with ease.
Then on to the final. Looked for a lazy was in but had to give that up for a slightly more strenuous path.
At good at the coordinates.
CO must has been busy

This cache was a bit of an adventure for us. We were able to find waypoint 2 pretty easily and a quick paf to co confirmed we were on the right track for the final waypoint. We worked up a swet looking for the cache and started to panic as it was getting dark. Finally after searching a bit further away mum found the cache hidden about 17 m away from where it expected it to be. Tftc
Found after a little bit of out of the box thinking (and help from CO). Spelling challenge complete! Hooray!
I picked up some terms from some fellow cachers for describing the *fun* had while getting a cache where:
Type 1 fun: is where you enjoy doing it while you're doing it;
Type 2 fun: is where you enjoy having done it while not having been type 1; and
Type 3 fun: isn't.
It's probably my fault for not having type 1 fun at this cache. Specifically I drastically misjudged my chances of sneaking it into a lunch break... I guess maybe a Friday lunch break....
In any case all was good at WP1. Google had managed (where I am sure many others have failed) to navigated through the estate-warren streets and I promptly had likely looking coords for a second WP. At WP2 I quickly found the numbers... but then type 1 turned to type 2 when I read what I needed to do with them and it was clear that there was something very wrong going on.
It's always best to stay calm and spend a few moments thinking in this sort of situation and that would have certainly saved me some time. Instead I messaged the CO and started back to the car while reading through the logs. Back at the car information from the logs and the specific wrongness of the numbers gave me an idea of where to head. It seemed like a long shot but one that I could invest 5 minutes in to save a return trip so I headed off to check on some potential GZs.
My first GZ (Guestimate Zero) was not very forthcoming in terms of little boxes so I headed to GZ2 and the presence of trails which had a very GEO feel to them made me pretty hopeful. I put away my bouncy-arrow-phone and followed the tracks to a more promising spot and a tidy little box.
Did a quick sign-up and raced back to the car to get back to my Friday afternoon excitements. Yep, that was pretty good in the end, but a little too much to fit into lunch.
Thanks Crew153

After an early mark yesterday, I had headed out to drop the eldest off at uni over this side of town, with this as my ulterior motive. However with the little time I had, I had a slight issue at WP2 which caused me problems with the final coords and I ran out of time to investigate the problem further, as I needed to get back to the Northside in time for school pickup.
Arriving home, I sent a quick message and photo to CO, who helped me understand my problem, and I promised I would get back there sometime soon, most likely on the weekend. However, as luck would have it, I was blessed with a second early mark from work today, a perfect start back to the term, and decided I would be a kind mum and collect my first born from uni today to drop him off at his girlfriend's. Did someone say "ulterior motive"??
Well due to the time, he was going to have to join me for this, so a quick stop at the nearby Red Rooster, which took surprisingly long considering there were only 3 other customers in the shop, two of which had their food, and the third ordered after us, then we were off to grab the cache at the final coords.
Now had I been a little better prepared with my map, I could've parked in a much better location than where my ph suggested, but with time again about to become an issue, I decided we would just make the mad dash from where we knew would get us to GZ.
And before we knew it, I had a cache in hand which was full to almost overflowing with swaps for kids. Signing my name, and not bothering to sign omen innuendo's as he doesn't really enjoy the thrill of caching, and wouldn't end up logging anyway, and we were off back down the track and to the car at lightning speed... well for the first 150-200 m anyway, before I'd had enough of that exercise called running, which I will only do in an emergency! [xx(]
Thanks for the cache Crew 153, and for the conversation yesterday.

I had a couple of goes to find WP1 so I messaged the CO for a little help. He informed me that the hide for the info to find WP2 had been vandalised, he gave me that info so off I went late one afternoon but I hadn't read the cache description properly so I didn't find what I should have been looking for and the nearby dog was going beserk so surrender I did. Back again and thought I found what I needed so now how do I apply it, off into the dark yonder I went and still no luck. I had parked in the wrong street so my walk was much longer than necessary. Rethought my calculations and off again, parked in a different street and off I went down a path then cross country and now I think I can see a place that looks a bit suspicious, yes at last I can turn those little yellow boxes into a Smilie. Paperwork completed and cache replaced where found. TFTC
Awesome morning do that multi! Dranyer solved the coordinates and I did my solving coordinates so we went Dranyer solved coordinated not there so went mine 90m and my coordinated solved was right bingo! Got signed for both of us! Fav point! TFTC
Moved the starting point. The original location has seen better days.
New instructions have been posted to get to WP2.

This one had us baffled! Searched and searched - couldn't work out WP1 so asked for SOS from the always helpful CO and we were off to WP2 with no problem at all. Yay.. now to the final coords... hmmmm.. this doesn't look like it.... went back to description and all out calculations and notes.. aha! Got you! Too quick for our own good! Off again ... now this looks promising.. Jacaranda!! Of course we had to chose the long way... as if we needed more walking... but so happy to find this one! Another interesting one! Thanks Crew153- for your help, the cache and the mini tour!
So, we want to complete the month of JUNE challenge today. We walked a total of 23 kms just to claim the Ugo whereigo!
We were so buggered looking for wp1 of Jacaranda. Lucky the helpful CO took pity on us after asking for help, and off we went to wp2. Went to 'final' but no Jacaranda to be found. Ooops! I like this flower so much, they look lovely! And it's a reminder for me to buy presents as Christmas will soon be coming when they bloom.
Anyway, we found out our transposition was wrong! Lucky we drove! He he...
And then finally, THE beautiful Jacaranda welcomed us! Yippee...
We thought we were so smart to look at the map and picked the shorter route to the cache! Duh! If only we took the right lane we would have been able to have enough time to complete the earthcache.
Ah well, let's see if we can wake up tomorrow after walking 28 kms!
Thank you so much Crew153. We enjoyed this multi so much. (Actually, all your caches!) Amazingly, the cache was still there. There were some empty pots nearby and an abandoned doona.

Sunday afternoon..I really have no idea how I found this cache because after reading the logs when I got home I am thinking..where the heck was WP1 and I thought I was wandering around in the creek looking for WP2 which has been flooded through after the big rains and so much debris is pushed up against the trees. I did see lots of water dragons in the creek, they kept jumping in the water as I walked passed..I did not find WP2 in there either..lol. So I should have just gone with my hunch and map jetskiing skills last night and looking at the photos and the Partial coordinates and driven straight to where I narrowed down the GZ to be. I spent more time wandering around near Slacks Creek then I did to find the cache on my hunch.
So I got in the car and drove to the street I noticed had a pathway up the Hill and kept my observation skills on high alert, looking for geotrails and the little hints I gleamed from the gallery photos. Lots of logs in this piece of suburban green area and lots of fallen trees from the cyclone weather, if you could say a bush is a big mess..well this is just a big mess of natural proportions, seems some clean up is happening closer down the hill near the houses, pulling out the lantana and weeds. I kept going up the hill saw the laid out blanket vennfamily took a photo of. Then just looked for a suitable log to hide a cache under...lol...Yippee found it!!! Little bit damp inside, mushy papers which I removed. The log book was just a little damp on the edges so I gave it a new bag and a silica gel pouch. Dried out the container, put everything back added some more treasures and signed the log. Watch out for those big scotch grey mozzies, I am glad I brought some repellant with me.TFTC Crew153

Did you ever leave your school assignments until the last minute? I did frequently and it would appear some things never change. Well in my defence I did come looking last weekend but a missing wp threw a spanner in the worx.
This one happens to be my closest unfound, non-traditional cache, which I needed, to finish off the July challenge. I actually managed to find two non-traditional caches starting with J this morning while I was up here, I figured it's better be safe then sorry.
So like last weekend I hit the highway while the rest of you were probably still fast asleep, dreaming about the rare pokemon ya gunna catch today. A late one last night only gave me 4 and a half hours sleep but I didn't have a choice, I had to get up. A nice quick 2 buck coffee from 711 fixed the sleepy eyes though and I was off.
After a slight detour for the other cache I was soon parked up for the walk to GZ. With the missing wp last weekend I contacted a previous finder, which revealed I was actually as close as you could get to a wp but it was gone. Hard to believe it's grown legs and walked after 10 years but unfortunately it has, it had to be on my watch too didn't it. Anyway I managed to get to wp2 last weekend but after wasting the best part of and hour and a half searching for wp1, I completely ran out of time.
So back today, parked up, tip toed up the hill, trying not to wake any sleeping guard dogs then into the bush. A nice short stroll to GZ, dodging spider webs, well not all of them and I was soon looking upon the cache.
I signed in under Culture 50 who was lucky enough to find it just over 10 years ago.
Thanx again Crew 153, I love finding your old caches with the original log book inside, cheers.

We had visited here, with new caching friends, back in our early caching days & had stored the final for a future date to be determined.
As we were in the area again today we decided we best grab the final (if it's still here).
A short walk UP & the cache was soon in hand.
Made our mark & replaced as found.
On the way back out I startled a large hare which darted off into the distance.

After finding McCorkells Revisited last week, I had just enough time to swing by WP1 of this cache and collect the necessary information before I had to get to work. As I walked in, I thought wow, what an amazing tree that must have been. Shame it's not still there.
Fast forward to this morning and I found myself parked a short walk away from WP2 although I wasn't expecting the climb. Well, I do need the exercise. The numbers were quickly collected although I was a little unsure of them so shot a quick message to the CO. Surprisingly, he replied immediately and confirmed the numbers and I was on my way to GZ.
GZ is in a fantastic spot and would have amazing views through the trees on a clear day. Unfortunately, it was a bit overcast today. But the cache was quickly located. I signed the log and dropped off a TB before heading off to work.

Choosing a much nicer day than the last cacher I found both WP1 and WP2 with no worries. A drive around to get a closer park to GZ soon had me finding the cache - with the help of the hint. Thanks Crew 153 bringing me to this lovely area.
I went together with RoddyC to this cache to finish my June challenge. The number on WP2 were missing but because RoddyC found this cache before we still could finish this nice little multi.
There was a severe weather alert today as a nasty east coast low pressure system brought very heavy rain to these parts. So, only crazy people were out and about today. After attending a wet flash mob earlier, I visited this cache, hoping to complete qualification requirements for a challenge. Despite having to wade through knee deep water to get to it, WP1 caused no problems.
At WP2 however, I struck problems. There were no numbers, although on further search some 'stick on" numbers were located in the drain. But there were only four numbers and of course, I had no idea of their order. After a while pondering this at WP2, the owner of the nearby house came out to investigate this weirdo standing in the pouring rain. He thought I was reviewing the nearby drain for problems. I explained what I was up to - he had heard of geocaching - but didn't know what order the numbers were. I think he was just glad the drain was OK, given the weather!
On reading some logs, I figured the cache was not too far away With the numbers I had I took a punt on some likely numbers for final. Of course, this possible location had a log on the ground as per the hint !!! But no cache. After a bit of search, I retreated to a picnic shelter to consider all options. I ended up calling a PAF, who helped me with the missing number and their order.......
Thereafter, it was a pleasant though wet walk to GZ, where an easy find was made. There is a stashed sleeping bag nearby, evidence of a person sleeping rough, but they were no where to be seen in this extreme weather.
I will contact the CO about the numbers. Many thanks Crew123.

For some reason when I lived nearby in Brisbane this never really came on my radar as a to do cache, green square blindness, wait it is yellow multi blindness, never mind it was rectified today and you showed me a couple of spots I thought never existed. TFTC
On a mission to make my 2000th find today. Kestal and I left Toowoomba at 5am and headed to the needed caches in Brisbane. AND I needed this one for my January challenge. I made the find at WP1 and when we got to WP2, noticed a number missing. MAF to confirm missing number is 1. Onto the final to make the cache. (and only 2 to go!!) TFTC Crew_153
On a mission to tick a few boxes for a challenge cache and reach angloj's 2000th find. We left Toowoomba at 5am and made our way to Bris. This one was needed to finish off the January challenge so we were eager to make a find. Waypoint point one was found easily and we soon made our way to waypoint two. There was just one problem one of the numbers was missing. But with a trusty PAF we quickly had what we needed. But the numbers just didn't add up and we were going in the wrong direction. It wasn't until it was almost to late that I realised my error. With the correct co-ords being followed now we were able to make our way quickly to GZ and sign the log. TFTC Crew 153
Tried this one without success...may be a problem with the numbers at WP2...either that or my calculations as I couldn't find the cache or anything that lined up with the Hint.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS MULTI!! Picked up one TB and left two behind (Spaceman says eat, drink & be merry , GS Troop 62090 AmyClaireEmily)
I am so glad I don't live in a rabbit warren estate like this. Wow, No place to park unless you park on the footpath which I think is illegal. Too many traffic calmers and too many crazy drivers. One driver was going forward, then stops and starts reversing without realising I was right behind him. He got a blast. Some poor man was trying to offload pallets off a truck in a fork lift and we had to wait for him to get out the way. Another place construction was happening and there was barely enough room to get through all the work ute. I saw a mobile home trying to negotiate the streets and felt sorry for the driver. Now back to the cache. This all fell in place really nicely. WP1 was found in seconds. WP2 was found quickly and whilst the kids played on the little ramp thing, I had to engage brain to do the sums. WP3 was a nice easy walk up the hill in the bush. Cache was found immediately. Did a cito of the area and came back with a big bag of rubbish. Thanks for placing this cache and taking us to this feature I have seen many times but not got close to Dropped of Racer TB to start his new journey in Qld. Thanks Crew153.
Nearly seven months ago I took this travel bug from germany, intending on dropping it off here after only a few weeks. I am sorry for the long wait, I fell in love with a beautiful woman when I was in Germany and we found the bug together. I honestly completely forgot its existence as I was very upset about leaving her behind. But she came all the way here to Australia to be with me! And she asked what I did with the travel bug we found. Now, on the last day of her time here with me, we deposited the bug, after filling it with our love:)
Cache notes:
My girlfriend found this one exciting and was very afraid of our Australian wildlife while trekking through the bush:) especially the first waypoint!
It also looks like someone made the location of the cache their home, as a blanket and bag full of clothing and other blankets and pillows is found not far away!
I hope the bug continues its journey faster than what I did

Funny how certain caches get popular on certain months Having made a late start on the July monthly challenge I was out today grabbing some last minute qualify caches around the area today. As seemed to be the theme for the day, I managed to look everywhere around the first WP but where it actually was despite standing almost on top of it at one point. After a period of fruitless searching some information gleaned from some logs sent me back to my starting point and the info was quickly located this time. A quick journey to the next WP and we had what we needed and headed of to GZ where everything went smoothly and the container was located. TFTC.
First rule of geocaching: Read the description, ALL of the description, not just the first few lines!
I had no trouble finding the first waypoint and then hopped in the car and drove to the second waypoint.
I soon found the information and went back to the car and did what seemed like the logical thing with it. I looked at the map and the new location wasn't logical at all. . I walked back up to the wp and checked the information and looked around a bit more. Nothing else to see and I had written it down right. Back to the car again and this time I looked at the description again. Doh! Did the right thing with the information and came up with a much better looking answer (which also fitted with some advice I'd been given).
Drove to wp 3 and set off the way I'd been advised but there was no way to get to where I needed to be. Back in the car and drove around a bit looking for another entry point but no luck. Got back to where I'd started and looked at the description again. Doh! again! Corrected my coordinates and the new location already looked much more workable on the map.
Another short drive, a bit of a walk, a bit of climbing and I soon had the cache in hand.
July monthly challenge also completed.
Edit: This was also my 1200th find.

Found with misssusan, mnance and remsjw today. A nice little multi in this little suburban area. Both waypoints were spotted and worked out quickly then off to gz, a little debate as to where to approach from. Remsjw had the right idea and got to gz first as we'd tried to take a short cut and got stuck. Tftc
Out caching with Lisylou, Remsjw and Misssusan79. We went to WP1 and found the info, went to WP2 and made the calculations, then on to GZ. We went in one way while Remsjw went in another way. Remsjw got to the cache. TFTC and the nice multi Crew153!
After my BIG walk/climb today, I was very tired. I went home and had a shower which made me feel considerably better. So I picked up NurseyJulie and we headed here, as we needed this cache for our spell the month challenge. We met up with Mrs RoddyC who had offered to come with us. We parked near WP1 and headed in to get the information that we required. Despite it being dark, we quickly located the required information. We headed off to WP2. Again, we parked nearby. This time, a stroll up a short incline and the numbers were revealed. back to the car, where we made the calculations. Mrs RoddyC then navigated us to a good entry point for the final. We parked the car and strolled along the flat path towards GZ. Before long, we left the path and began our search. Lots of hiding places here. I turned and spotted something in the light of my phone torch. I went for a closer look. "Got it!" We signed the log and rehid the cache before making our way back to the car
This one suited me for the July Challenge. I was at work today and Selva Girls was caching in the hinterlands. We managed to join forces in the early evening and with the aide of a Mrs RoddyC, we ventured into the Jacaranda. Although dark, we were able to find the first WP. Co-ords locked in and we ventured up the little incline to get the second. A little calculation and back to the car and drive around nearer to the final. A short walk across the grass and Selva Girls made the find. TFTC Crew153
I identified this one a while ago as a good candidate for the July Challenge, but was a little concerned by Ghost Gums' DNF (though I now know he signed the logbook on 28 June!) Thankfully, I caught up with RoddyC at the Kenmore Event who assured me it was all under control.
Today I finally had a chance to come down to Kingston Town and after being led astray yet again by Apple Maps, wiggled my way in. Coords for WP1 were so good that I made an instant find; a short drive later I was up and had WP2 in hand as well. I thought of driving but decided a walk would be nicer and I'm glad I did. It's a calm and scenic stroll through a new area; a short bush bash for me at the end and I arrived at a well-hidden but easily found cache which has stood the test of time very well indeed. I enjoyed this one quite a lot so a FP from me and thanks for the useful J!

Out today to find a couple of caches.
There has been rather a lot of rain and water through the first area but the first lot of coordinates are very secure. Numbers found and onto the next area.
Another set of numbers were found and these created another set of coordinates for another area.
Walked to GZ and it wanted me in the estate next door. Must have walked past the cache.
Tried again for the final and this time I arrived in the right spot and the cache was in hand.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Crew 153 All good with this cache

I was talking to Ms RoddyC about this cache at an Event on the weekend, and since there had been a recent DNF and I was very keen to get it done as my J for a Challenge cache I am working on, she gave me a good hint for the first WP So today I took a bit of a drive and made my way there.
There's certainly a lot flood debris around the start, but the info is still there and secure, so I was able to crunch the numbers for WP2. A short drive took me near there and I started my walk. More numbers found and crunched and I made my way to GZ (a rather eerie place!) and the cache was a quick find [^] Happy about that Mmm... reckon I've still got enough time to chase down an L or 2 TFTC, Crew 153.

After comments about the cache at a recent meetup, we decided to revist the sites today to see if they were all there. They are still in place and in good condition.http://www.geocaching.com/images/icons/icon_smile.gif
Thanks for checking on it for me RoddyC.
I was planning on checking on it tomorrow.
I was planning on checking on it tomorrow.
After failing on a previous attempt, I got a confirmation from the CO, that my search should have found the marker, but this time I found it about 10 to 15 metres from where I was looking last time. I blame that it was raining at the time! With the information gained, I moved onto WP2.
At WP2 I parked and managed to avoid attracting the attention of the locals who were too busy packing their cars for their school holiday adventures. Found a very familiar marker and collected the information.
Finals calculated I made my way to GZ and parked near another structure very familiar to me. I perhaps parked a little too far along the road, but I was drawn to a trail that looked like it was heading to GZ. Well I ended doing a little bush bashing before getting there, but this approach made it real easy to spot the container and in no time I had my name in the book!
Interesting multi and worthy of a favourite.

Was looking at this one for J for the monthly challenge. Arrived at GZ and the area had been affected by flooding. I found a local newspaper in the bushes about 2 metres off the ground, and it had ANZAC day on the banner, so I would think the May 1 storm saw a fairly serious flood through here. I had a good look around but couldn't find anything.
Our first multi in Queensland. And what an effort. Took nearly 2 hrs. Getting coords is OK but until we get our GPS unit up and running you can't really rely on Google Maps. Horrific. GeoWifey had to do all the work today as I was under the weather and had to sit it all out in the rather warm car. Found at 6.30 pm on Sun 25th 2015.
I had been working on achieving some challenges lately, after signing some log books, and it was only after doing all the calculations that there was a realisation that I needed some different qualifying caches. So this cache fit the bill nicely and although it was a hot day, off I went.
I decided to complete this multi in what I believe the original intention may have been. So I parked the car near WP1, noting the reading of 41 degrees on the dash. Thankfully with a small breeze around I set out to find my first numbers. It took a little round about through dodging the spider webs and keeping my eyes wide open for snakes (although none appeared).
With numbers in the GPSr, I did half consider taking the car, but well that is no fun at all is. So off I set and soon found myself at about the right spot, with a little bit of a look, I spotted some numbers. I did the calculations in my head as I added the new coords to the GPSr, and thought hmm that does not appear to be right.
Another look and I spotted my mistake, once adjusted the final location looked better, and off I set up the hill along there and down there, and off in that direction, and then a little something spotted that seemed like a good option soon resulted in a cache. With my name added to the log I was soon on my way back to the car. With the route I choose it was just under a 2km round trip, and I am very glad a cloud assisted with the shade.

This one has been on our hit list for years. With Jet Ski worked out, why not tackle a few multies in the area. What is it with this area and multies ? ? ?
Well got to number plate around 10:15. Cache is 300 m away. Walk or drive? Well, its only 300 m (as the crow flies!). Lets walk. What a dumb choice! Must be the hottest day of the summer!
Found it without seeing any snakes (whew). TN Left a few swaps. TFTC.

Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
It was getting later in the afternoon now, and this one was next up on the list for us We pulled up at WP1, and quickly located the information we needed, before making our way to WP2, where we had the numbers for the final GZ Once at GZ, we quickly spotted the cache, and added our name to the logbook [^]

I'm pretty new to multis, but thought this would be a fun one to finish off Christmas Eve.
I made my way to WP1 after picking up some goods for geodad.
Pretty easy find, and off to WP2 in the car.
WP2 got me a couple of strange looks while I was searching, but nothing too bad. Found it, entered coords for GZ and was on my way.
Turned out that I had entered the coords wrong because I didn't pay enough attention to the description. Ended up searching for 15 minutes in the completely wrong spot. Almost ended up in somebody's back yard by accident.
Fixed the coords and headed to REAL GZ. Went the most round about way possible to walk to GZ. Definitely need to watch for spider webs on your way in.
Found the cache, but left the pen in the car!
Walked back to the car, got the pen, returned to GZ and signed the log.
Awesome multi, I had heaps of fun (and got a bit sunburnt!)

Heck of an adventure I had.
Multi's take a lot out of me.
I would do this again...
Thanks for another cache, Crew 153!

A couple of weeks ago, boonimajneB and I found waypoint 1 in the dark (well, booni actually found it). Today, in company with 12 y.o. geokid Miss V, we found waypoint 2 in the fading twilight. What we thought would be a quick completion of the cache turned into a marathon effort as we worked into the dark to find our way to GZ. A plethora of little barking dogs announced our final approach. boonimajneB found the cache and we all were relieved to finish it.
Enjoyed the view, and the proximity to this remarkable landmark, which is all the better at night.
Miss V took Big Bird, and I put in a (much smaller) domino.

Moved off in search GZ oh dear no way in near the tank another short drive and gained an entry point. Ahh a nice little track then up up thru the bush and found the sneeky cache all safe and sound..
