Wish I had of read the notes before heading off to look for this one.
As I am the 6th cacher in a row to report a DNF on this cache, and finding the bong instead of a cache, I think the owner should get out and do something about the cache.
Feels odd search for a cache in such a small suburban kids park too......

Cache is no longer at the location - 6 DNF's in a row, so it isn't as if we are all blind.
Please either disable the cache, move it or replace it urgently.
Cheers.

Deleting, I maintained this cache on a few weeks ago. It would seem that some locals must know about this one. This cache has been found by 60 + people over the last year or so, but given that it keeps going, it's time to give up.
I searched and searched and searched but came up empty handed. Looked in the obvious location but there was no sign of the cache. Nice little park but i think it attracts some undesirables. Judging from recent logs it sounds like the local kids are onto this one. Maybe one of those magnetic micros would suit this spot, as it would be a pity to lose this one.
I dont know about a green glow this seems to be more of a no glow. The bong is still there as well as plenty of empty beer bottles. Quite a party those muggles must of had. Found the dip you spoke of but definately no cache here.
This park has become a bit of a mess since I last came past. Charred remains of an illegal dump next to the play equipment. Looked in the likely place where a cache might be hidden, but unless it's disguised as a bong I didn't see it.
This must be the smallest Suburben park that I have ever seen . The cache was easily found as it was out of muggle hours.
Thanks, Robmc.
Thanks, Robmc.
The entire cache has been replaced as the orginal was not found. A new log, box, and some trinkets left.
From the log and previous experience, it look's like a local muggle kid has found this cache. I will keep a closer eye on this one, and if it quickly disappears again, I will have to move it to a new location.

I am sorry that this cache has had little maintenace. I will replace the container, and refresh the log as soon as I can. Most likely in the next week or so.
Driving past thought we would add this one to the router collection.Note said the log was replaced needs attention it is damp cant see any reason why.THANKS A LOT
Found the cache last Friday -- we live around the corner, and had been meaning to go look for it for a while. Turned out that some bastard had found it and strewn the contents out on the wet grass. Nothing looked missing, and with 2 screaming kids in tow, I couldn't dry it off (everything was soaked from the rain) or log my find, but did put it all back together and placed it in the only location it could have possibly come from. Took an Australian flag tattoo, but didn't have anything to leave; oldest daughter wearing the tattoo proudly now.
[Was a bit wet and] "slippery" [but we were happy to find our first Sydney based cache and a travel bug to boot!! Took the bug and left Blinky. The cache was very waterlogged so we did our best to dry it out and wrap it up in a new zip lock and add in a new log book.]

On my way home I did a quick drive by and then jumped out of the car and by the light of the GPS I found it.

This was my final one on a marthon day. Certainly a tiny park with a tiny cache, well hidden.
TNLN Thanks

AH! Jeep Dog didn't come into the area. Err! who own this Jeep looking Dog, that is in this area! bad person to let your dog wander?!?!?!
Anyway, I alone, without Jeep Dog who i'm sure stayed in the roofless Jeep wrangler, grabbed the cache: only two places it could be, without the clue!
Thanks

Co-ords were spot on! Couldn't believe how close it was. Easy find, and a quick one considering I was illegally parked.
TNLNSL TFTH.
Good hiding spot! Was expecting a micro when I saw the park but a well hidden cache.

With a four week 'mo' and prowling on a weekday, I was in the park, signing the cache, and out of there quick smart. The planes are low and loud in this suburb.
Cache #7 @ 4:10pm
We wanted this one to be a quick find as it felt a little strange hanging around here, so i read the hint and was wondering exactly what it meant, i looked up from the PDA and hey presto i knew exactly where it was going to be, signed the log and got out of their as quick as possible.

This was a bit of a walk from the railway station, so if you need public transport, a bus will get you closer. The cache location made me a bit nervous, since I am a single older gentleman whose presence in this area might have caused some concern had there been any of the latest generation in attendance. In fact, it would have made retrieving the cache impossible. While I was sitting waiting for the muggle to leave the phone box, a police car drove slowly by, but he only glanced over at me. I ignored the muggle, whose back was towards me and retrieved and replaced the cache without him noticing. Although it's well hidden, you might want to think about the location. Thanks for the trip.
Found this one Yonks ago! (Thursday October 5th 2006) Yet only just realised that we never logged it. Our Stamp is in there as proof. Loved the bouncy balls. Nice quick grab after spending the day at Marrickville Youth Centre.
Funnily enough, Knight & Fox didn't actually make the find. One of our mates tagged along for the ride, and as usual managed to look in the right place before we did.
Sorry for the very late log.

Easy find.
This is another of those spots where you drive up a suburban street thinking where the hell is it going to be hidden amongst so many houses and you find a tiny little park.
Took the TB, cheers

Found this cache very easily; the boys said it was too easy . Took a 'glow in the dark' stick, left 'glitter-glue' behind. TFTC!
Nice easy cache in a little out of the way park.
The little piston TB was dropped off here. There's not a lot of room in the cache, so hopefully we'll see it move on soon.

A nice easy find although am sure the local residents must wander what is going on!! Liked the clue!! Took policeman and dog plastic figure and left GLOW rabbit. TFTC
Easy, enjoyable cache. We were a bit self conscious being in this area though. Signed log, took nothing, left glow in the dark necklace. Thanks for the cache pparadigm!
Didn't even ned the clue for this one! Took nothing, left Hippo. Fortunately no little miggle saround this evening 0 too wet! Thanks pparadigm.
Third time lucky, two unsuccessful attempts earlier. Will keep trying. No balls left but left small toy.
Thanks pparadigm.
Thanks pparadigm.
This was my one and only cache for the night. I visited a couple of others around the place but did not attempt them for various reasons. When I arrived, there was a muggle in the phone box, so I sat nearby until he was finished.
Once he had disappeared, I made a quick guess and was rewarded with the cache. Thanks for the cache.

I was in the area on business and couldn't resist a slight detour. I've been going to place a cache in a similar manner, so I didn't even use the GPS for this. TNLN because there are only 2 swaps left in the container.
Thanks pparadigm

Restored our confidence after falling at the first hurdle on each of two local multies yesterday. Finally took the dogs for a long wallk to this one with newcomers Lostnfound.

Another cache completed with Jason (4 year-old son). He provided great cover while I retrieved and replaced the cache.
Jason and have completed Orange Glow and Green Glow. We are looking forward to Blue Glow!

Park was deserted on a Wednesday afternoon. Once the GPS settled gown, there was only really one place it could have been.
Early morning cache find!
Took last green ball, left paper stamp thingy!
No Dumping! There was all sorts of bits and pieces lying around nearby
Thanks for the cache,
Dernel

Nice easy lunchtime grab. can't wait till sunset to test the signature item.
I also took careful note of the council sign informing me that in this urban park the size of bedspread I am restricted from building fires, riding motor bikes and using firearms. Thanks for the tip.

PS Only 1 Green Glow Left

Last but by no means least of 10 finds for the night by the Team Booted Night Assault Squad at 0040. Nice to see the annoyed one get a find over Shaggys and myself. Again, daylight finders would obviously miss the signature item, however be warned of the barking yap yap dogs next door who decided to annouce our arrival to all and sundry. Geez, it's late. I'm going home. Top work!
Found with BigMickB and imgettingannoyed. Last cache for the night, which was found easily, but the neighbouring dogs did make a racket detecting our presence. TNLN. Thanks for the adventure. 10th of 10 for our night caching run. 12:40am. Time to head home.
Found it at 9.30am on my way to Darling Harbour. That is a very small park. I will try for Orange on my next visit to Sydney. TFTC.
decided to carry on from the orange glow.
it was starting to get late but found it and then biked back to the city.

A close one to bring me out of the cold. (A Groke joke)
Co-ords were spot on for me.
Forgot to take a pen, so had to scratch in the log - will pencil that in later.

Took a green ball, wasn't expecting to be going out so had nothing to leave. Maybe when I return to sign the log.

Found at 11am. Had the area to myself which made searching a lot easier. Grabbed a green ball and was on my way. TFTC!
We took the Ebenezerling along as cover for this cache as suggested by a previous log. He enjoyed the location, but soon lost interest in helping us find the cache.
The cache's location didn't prove too puzzlig, but now we're left with the problem of how to make a green glow ball .... glow.
Tangles I can honestly say that that car you photographed wasn't ours!

Had a poke around in a likely place but didn't come up with the goods. I wasn't comfortable looking longer as a single man lurking in a kids playground tends to draw attention from people passing by. Bring small children to help you search for this one.
Must be a rough area when the notice in the park tells you guns are prohibited.
What are those strange balls? The logbook said something about a cache with blue balls but I guess that one must be done in the snowy mountains or somewhere else as cold.

Wasn't easy trying to read gps and ride motorbike at the same time, but had a rough idea of the area so this one was an easy find. Co-ords were pretty spot on. TNLNSL - Bring a pen.
The coords were out 50 metres but the cache was in the most likely spot. Took one green ball, left nothing.
Thanks for the cache pparadigm. Regards Philma.

Further refind co-ords. These are derived from 6 readings, and checked with google earth and Magellan MapSend. The map shown by the reviewer is correct enough, it is NOT a back yard, but rather a very small park. On going to the cache a third time, the reading showed that the cache was located within 7 meters from it's actual possition.
With the derived coordinates, using two different gps units, one Belkin and the other Magellen, with mapsend NSW map loaded, these derived coords were accurate from 2-7 meters. This accuracy is well within the GPS spec.
One must consider that there are buildings two sides within a couple of meters and trees cover shading the cache. so you are never going to get better coords than these.
