There is two caches at this location. They are both well camo'ed and haven't been found for a while. I have decided to archive the cache and will pick the caches up soon. Over and out....
I had no luck here today.
My GPS had me looking in a garden!
It had me at 4mtrs within the cache, or so it told me.
I kept looking and came up with nothing.
There were muggles on the move so I didn't stay long, was a bit wary of being caught.
Now that I'm safely at home writing this I know where I should of been!!
It'll be the first place I look next time.
Hopefully I'll manage a find of yours today Coruze.

Came to this cache first thing in the morning so my eyes may not have warmed up. Couldn't find it.
This was the first of the caches that little geoson and I targeted. From the outside it looked like a nice easy bit of unlove. A D1.5 that has recently been confirmed by the CO that it is still in place. Well, we followed the path down to GZ and began our hunt. We searched high, low, in, out and around. We looked at it from every different angle we possibly could. We expanded our search to 5, 10, 15, 20m radius. Sadly, after 45 minutes of searching we both agreed that it was time to move on. Pretty sure that if it is still there it is not a D1.5, but then I have been wrong about these things before.
Checked on this cache and it's still there, so doesn't need maintenance or disabling.

DNF #5 @ 23:24 with AmethystPig and Muggle-L.
This was one of our 5 DNFs for the day. We were staying very nearby and decided to grab a cache or two. We decided to walk around the lake to try our luck at some more caches.
After we found that our path around the lake was fenced off, we tried to find another way to go. Our trail brought us to this cache. We searched for a while in and around the garden bed but we were unable to find the cache.
Thanks anyway Coruze

No luck on an evening caching stroll with SirJ-Oz and Muggle-L. Our path around the lake was rudely interrupted by the construction zone and the detour took us past these gardens, so we thought we'd give this one a go even with a number of DnFs from previous hunters. We found a nice looking camo rock but no cache under it, so we extended the search further and further until it got ridiculous. Trying to search by torchlight without causing damage to the bushes was probably hampering our efforts; if only we could've tried it with a brushcutter! As the night wore on we had to call it quits as we were hoping to get at least one smilie before midnight. Thanks anyway Coruze.
With Mrs one-eyed I spent a lovely day in Beechworth after afternoon tea at the famous Beechworth Bakery, their Vanilla Slices were still sensational .
After lots of searching where the cache was supposed to be but no such luck , may need a look see .
Cheers

Even though CO has just checked we couldn't find it. Gardens are very dry and neglected and there was a bit of rubbish about which did not motivate us to search any longer. Shame to DNF as this was the last cache on our way home from the fabulous "Camp & Cache" event.

TFTC! After searching high and low with nothing to show for our time and effort we decided to take a rest and let some passing muggles go by. Then while taking in our surroundings, by chance I turned my head and there it was staring straight at us!
Found with Shellumbus.
Found with Shellumbus.
Taking a seat in the sunshine to rethink our strategy and wait for muggles to pass when indianagleeson looks over and says "got it" tricky little blighter!
New cache container has been used and the size is now a small. Still in the same location and now waiting to be found again
Cache area still under maintenance and will be checking this one in as soon as I can to see if something can be arranged to keep this cache in play. Sorry for any inconveniences people
I have also seen that people are apparently *finding* this cache, but it is impossible because I have removed it. The gardens have been under re-construction and once they have completed their work the cache will be put back to where it belongs.
Day 3 of our caching trip to this area. J+J.AU, Baja15 and me were impressed by the beatu of the area, the quality of the caches and the great choice between, walking, biking and car driving! Garden maintenance looks finished and I had no trouble locating the cache, so all is good!!

Gardens under major maintenance. Will have to wait and see what changes are made until we replace the hide.
Gardens under major maintenance. New location will be sort once works are complete.
Garden around sign has recently been excavated - did the cache go with? It's too darn hot for an exhaustive search for a cache that may not be here
Another easy one! Got a hint from recent logs that stopped a fruitless search in the wrong spot! TFTC
After beating about the bush for quite a while suddenly this one jumped out at us. Thanks for taking us to this interesting part of town. TFTC!
Stopped at the beautiful town of Beechworth this morning. Nice place, thanks for showing.
A day out in the beautiful town of Beechworth with the geohounds. Collected 13 caches along the way on foot. This was find #1 for the day, a little tricky but eventually found using info from logs - tftc coruze.
Suscoe's 9th find of 20 for today.
A delightfully cloudy day with a little cooler temperature than yesterday.
We were impressed with what this had been set up to be, some important history remembered here and sometimes it is not pleasant but is important to acknowledge this.
Logged and returned.
Thanks to Coruze for this cache.

Took a bit of searching (GPS was a little jumpy), but finally found it. About waist height for us taller people!

Brought a muggle along to show her. Angus the great GeoWestie assisted by grey nomad Carer Lis Brown.
Found with GeoWife. Good fun little stroll around these gardens. Took some photo's whilst here and was amazed I never knew this was here. Thanks Coruze. sl tftc
Geo wife found this one after a pleasent little walk about these gardens. Would like to se a little time invested in bringing this place up to its full potential. tftc
Had a nice lunch in Beechworth and then a walk to burn it off afterwards, a cache or two in the bargain would be nice as well. It took a while to locate this sucker as the GPS was determined to send us into the garden but having read the description we knew that was not the case so we just kept looking. Decided to change location of search slightly and it was finally spotted. sl t4tc
Ahhhh - micros in bushes, but just as I was giving up (fairly quickly) I spotted it. Not as small as I thought it might be, or as camouflaged. TFTC.
Coordinates had us in the garden contrary to instructions. Gave up after a frustrating search.
Wangaratta Area 2013 with Mtrax. Back to it for another day after a great night in a pub in town. I know I have found a cache around here before, so it is interesting to find another one. This one blends in very well and I think we were lucky to find it. Thanks.

This one took quite a while to find, because of the great hide and cache. A nice little spot, with some good history to it. Thanks heaps Coruze for bringing me here, i really enjoyed this cache!
Had a case of cache blindness on this one so went to the bakery for a chocolate milk and bavarian cream ring instead
Found it together with omaster and membsec on our gc-trip in Beechworth after spending some time in the forest orienteering first and then swimming in the pool. Nice walk/drive. Found easily and quickly. TFTC
Found while heading to Beechworth for an Orienteering event after spending Christmas with the family in Maryborough. Nice quick find.

Thanks Coruze.
Thanks Coruze.
Here from Canada, doing a bit of caching along our travels. Nice night for a stroll around the lake and through the gardens. TFTH!
A trip to Beechworth is always worth doing, and today was no exception. After sitting around at home for some of the morning, it was decided to go to Beechworth as AnneTherese had never been there before. After doing some of the touristy things we set of on this find. Well you would think with a number of us and three GPS's we would have found it quicker but apparently not. We were hovering around it but it was NiftyNev that spotted it. Great Cache, Thanks you.
Found with Niftynevau, The 3Bs and Rawhide. This one had us going for a while but the GPS was right on track and with some careful scrutiny the cache was in our hands. Quite a nifty little find said our niftynev
found this with annetherese, rawhide and 3 B.s, took a while but persistance piad off and niftynevau had it in hand
A quick find by one half of the Gloucester Roadies. A fun one in an interesting place. TFTC!
After a stop at the bakery for some yummy treats we headed over to find the cache. A bit of muggle activity. With the Gloucesterroadies and tasiedevil
After buying lunch at the bakery we decided to sit down here while we ate and then head off to locate this cache. We took the high track and then the low and back and forth for some time until the GPS decided to settle in a bit more and give us a fairly accurate position. With that and keeping the hint in mind we eventually came up trumps. Log was a little hard to sign but with a bit of scratching we got there in the end.

I was at GZ this morning and the cache was still safely hidden in it's correct position.
Took my son for a walk to see if we could find it and to investigate the suitablity to take joey scouts on a walk to see, but found no cache anywhere.
Here with ScoutGirl. No amount of looking would let us find it. Will return for another look later.

While in the area for work had an arvo off so what better way to enjoy the area than a caching arvo.
What a truley awesome area, would have loved to seen this in the day light

Like the previous log we tried hard to find this one. the GPS had us in the middle of the garden. went to the tunnel sign then back to the garden spot and couldn't locate.
Tried hard to find this one. with the drizzle setting in for the afternoon, the GPS had me in the middle of the garden. went to the tunnel sign then back to the garden spot and couldn't locate. Will try next time in Beechworth.
Found on company of our Happy family while doing nearby cache. This would be a lovely park with leaves on trees. TFTC
Found today with Happy feet 1 on our way to solve the multi in the same gardens. Thanks Coruze for bringing us to this lovely gardens, I would love to see it in Spring time. TFTC
