Waypoint one present and quickly found.Despite spending some time looking at GZ for cache - no luck. Last find a while back now - perhaps a check +/- replacement may be required? (The water was high through here).

Found the first one easily but couldn't find the second. Great location and looked hard but another family turned up and wouldn't leave. Were they muggles or maintaining?
on the bike again.. and it wa time to conquer the track. and I did, also funny a friend was talking about this bridge couple of days ago. thanks for the challenge. and seems I ws out this way I going for irish memorys as well.
After walking 2km in the wrong direction we found it it seems very popular track for the bike riders
Squid finally joined us with his lolly bag for this one. Walked to the final cache from the other end, gathering where it would be. I had run this trail from the Bendigo end to Axedale a few years back in new shoes. That was a mistake as I blistered and bled into my socks. Took a great pic of the rascals on the bridge. TFTC.
Found by Greg 30/04/10. What a great facility. I'll have to come back with the cycle. TFTC and the tour.
Was a lovely walk in to GZ didn't know the bridge was there a nice place for a picnic! Walked the bridge, SL, TNLN, TFTC.

Found Waypoint 1 quickley. Found the cache after lots of effort and the use of a few sticks.
found wpt1 easily enough with savage searchers but had to be a bit more careful at gz as there was some surveying going on right near cache so spent a while sitting and resting waiting for the right time to access it.
Team Woofa54 out on bike patrol to see what we could find.
First site was crawling with ants and spiders (yuk). Backtracked to a very peacful site, but a group of Muggle bike riders had beaten us there so had to eat lunch while we waited for them to leave.
Fun retrieval, lovely spot. Took: colour pencil; lucky charm.
Left: Zebra; animal statue

Found after the short walk from wpt1 and waiting for the explorist to settle down. Took 'the Wright Way' TB T4TC
We found our 5th Bevfre cache at 12:45pm as the 6th of 24 on Day 3 of our "Where'd Bendy Go?" long weekend. One of our favourite GZs of the day. Great fun for all playing on the 'equipment'. Thanks for the cache from D, H & A B-A.
Found wp1 easily enough and enjoyed the walk to gz. once there the cache was soon found in a good hiding spot. Its a nice trail and the amount of water at gz was a surprise. Thanks bevfre.
Found by Pickupfamily Dad 1515hrs while riding the trail. Pickupfamily Mum and I had found WPT1 probably 12 months ago (and met feathertop to boot) but hadn't gotten to GZ until today. An easy find in a pretty location, thanks bevfre. Left TB.

Ran into chati and fonzy at gz a great part of Bendigo I have never been to before it was nice to meet up with some fellow caches thanks bevfre no swaps made
After finding the waypoint last weekend, and being unable to retrieve it, we decided that today was the day.
Found the cache easily at 2.05, and as we were leaving, another couple came along, and they had electronic gadgetry, so I asked if they were cacher, and sure enough, it was Silverdice and a friend of Romax's as his partner!! Its always nice to get to know other teams. Chati chewed their ears off all the way back to the car, a 400 meter walk, so it was nice all round!!
Find 5 of 8. Find # 277.
T: car; L: marble, flag, worker, and fozzy card and Chati card
Thanks

Popped into this one whilst returning from a luncheon with number one Geodaughter, who had no trouble locating WP1 and cache. Great spot and a great structure. Last time I was here was for the official opening in 1993. Constructed by LEAP participants, it has weathered over the years. I was on secondment to the Strathfieldsaye Shire at the time.
Great spot bevfre - TFTH

[138] 12.50pm - Found with cdmark, GeoMum and GeoJnr. Found WP1 whist GeoMum was at the sprinkler and cdmark was "wandering" around going to WP2 it was an "OH NO not an other wobbly bridge!! EEEKK " for Mon but was walked over easily and bounced over on the way back and no fear this time TFTC bevfre - Cheers
Found with Dad, GeoNan, and GeoGrandma. I had this one worked out but couldn't reach it...you know kid's arms and all! Some assistance from Grandma and Dad and then we had it. Thanks bevre. Swaps as per Dad's log.
Our second of a Bendigo day trip with Mon from Team GraMon, GeoMum and GeoJnr in tow. Mon found the first WP quite easily whilst I was wandering around without much of a clue. GeoJnr was playing with a tyre and GeoMum was trying to remove a sprinkler head that I had convinced her previously was what we were looking for . Everyone enjoyed the short/medium walk to GZ and Mon is beginning to meet her fears and fairly bounced across the structure on the way back! A couple of cyclists around and a few horses and riders out and about across the road. TFTC bevre. Cheers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cunning hide at the first location, I had Bevfre picked as much nicer folk!
I eventually found it but was not in the mood for such a short walk, and that was back in April. I completed the final leg and really loved exploring the old structure at GZ.
Thanks Bevfre, I really enjoyed all aspects of this cache, even the walk!

Visited with MobileDaws. Tried to find this one a few weeks ago, and the GPS died after the first waypoint, and we guessed where to second waypoint was gonna be, we were almost right, we just weren't observant enough in the right place!

After DAD M managed to work out how to use the GPS again, we had great success. Gorgeous place to visit, we truly enjoyed the walk. Are looking into the Irishman's Trail as a possible venture on another holiday also. Master R 4 found the first small cache and was very excited this encouraged Master B 7 to get to the next co-ordinates first and he did and very excitedly found the cache. Mater R 4 was the pirate on this adventure and chose the lock with key and replaced it with a silver car. Thanks forcreating such a great cache. KBRM
Nice to be back caching after a couple of busy weeks at work. Nice afternoon, no muggles and success. TNLN TFTC.
Found by Mary & David at 0930. A pleasant morning stroll from the road, and a very picturesque location at GZ. Swapped keyrings. Our thanks to bevfre.
Enjoyable walk on a glorious day. When I returned to car there was another couple at WP1 who turned out to be the pick up family. Great to meet fellow cachers and we traded tales as one does in these situations. Thanks for the clue for Ascot but I still didn't find the cache this time. thanks Bevfre for an enjoyable multi.
We really enjoyed this one - the walk was great and the bridge lots of fun for all of us. We also had to use a stick, penguins have such short arms! Left coloured pencils, took pink carabina. Thanks for the fun - Penguin Clan
We located the first clue quickly and headed to the final location. Having two GeoDogs provides a good cover for stopping in odd places. Unfortunately at GZ there were a couple of bike riders (who had already passed us) eating their lunch very close. We walked on by, working on the principle that they would eventually finish their lunch and ride past us. This happened quite soon (they commented that it was "too cold to sit there for long" as they rode by). We headed back and started our search. The cache is very well hidden and we had the same problem extracting it as previous finders. We got it out at 12:40pm. We took an "Africa 1850" doll and left a "Japan" doll. Thanks Bevfre for the cache and for the walk.
This was our 2nd attempt at this one, our first attempt was early on when there was a typo in the coordinates, armed with the correct coords, we quickly found the cache and in the process enjoy a nice Sunday afternoon's walk.

Cache was found at 1820. Nice easy one in the dark. My 26th cache for the day. Us guys had a great day caching.
Cache Eighteen of twenty finds on a wet, windy, cold and can someone tell us why we do this, day's caching day with Dak’s Emu Mob, Kiwideb, and Muzza. Not only was it wet, cold and windy, but it was now dark and the first point took us some time to locate, before we headed of on the short walk to GZ. I loved the structure at GZ. Muzza found the cache and I had to use a stick to extract it as our arms were not long enough. Thanks for showing me this rail trail.
The Alliance was out in force today with four members present. So this is another find for The Rebel Alliance. L.L.T.R.A
By the time we arrived at WPT1, all natural light had disappeared and we were all operating by torchlight. It took quite a while for us to locate the container at WPT1, but once we had the co-ords for GZ, we took off for a quick find. I made no swap, but left the Australian Geocoin. Thanks for the cache.
Fifteenth of seventeen finds on a rainy, cold day's caching in and around Bendigo with acts2youthgroup, Kiwideb, and Muzza. We made a meal of the first micro. It was raining again, and it was dark by now. We checked the usual places, but came up dry. I stumbled across it after about a ten-minute search. We hoofed it in to GZ, and Muzza found the cache at 1820. Finding it was one thing, retrieving it was quite another. We managed it with the aid of a stick. We replaced it in a more friendly manner. I made no exchange. Thanks to bevfre for the cache.

Found at 2:20pm. Found accompanied by the GeoMrs as navigator and scribe. 8th find of 11 for the last day on our Ballarat/Bendigo & beyond expedition. This was our second visit to this cache. Last time being the simpletons that we can sometimes be, we couldn't quite figure it out, but we've done a few similar caches in the area and met and spoke to bevfre we were eager to get this one out of the way. WP1 took a bit of finding, but eventually, after a call to the Romax help line, the required information was at hand. I got my bike out of the car and took the trail to GZ where the cache was found without much ado.

Found at 3.10pm GAFF1. We experienced a bit of a delay at the first WPT as we just couldn't locate the clue. We were certainly looking for something much more sinister. Eventually went back to basics and we were on our way. We found that we could park the Patrol within 200m of GZ and then together with Biggles Bear it was a pleasant stroll to the cache. Once at GZ extracting the cache was a job as it had been placed just out of reach! Thanks bevfre. tn/ln
What a pretty spot - I would have placed a cache here if I'd known about it. Coords were spot on and Mother Nature has added more camouflage at the wpt.
The wpt provoked some discussion in the party as to what constitutes a "short walk."
We had a great meal at the local pub but didn't win the meat tray.

Found by Roma and Max.
We had to reassess the posted co-ordinates and with a minor adjustment found wpt 1.
This is an area that should be on the must visit list for anybody interested in hiking or cycling. Today commenced with one of this seasons first frosts, followed by a lovely morning for a stroll in the countryside, with the added bonus of some mushrooms collected on the way.
GZ revealed just one of the many features to be found along this trail.
We took a small Red Butterfly Clip and left a Mondo Figurine.
Thanks Bevfre,
from Romax.
