Please respond to this situation this in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
Since the bar burnt down it not has fences around with signs for a $1000 fine for trespassing. May need archiving or a very high difficulty rating.
I could see it, but unfortunately its a metre away behind construction site fencing, so I couldnt get it. How frustration!
Had to send Weasel in secret mission under the wire to retrieve. Bucket head stood guard to protect against Muggles.
Very interesting to find behind the fence. Luckily it was down when we were there.

Found at 8:15pm I did this at this time as I wanted to go unnoticed. tftc sl
The cache is still behind a fence but a cheeky little hole allowed us to wiggle through and claim the cache. TFTC
We're down at Phillip Island for a Long Weekend so decided to check this one out to see whether it was still blocked off.
There is a wire fence all around the land and the pub has completely gone! Cache is inaccessable at the moment and probably for a while yet. Dont know if they are planning on rebuilding the pub - it was just on dusk as we drove past so didnt notice any signs

This area has been fenced off after the fire at the Island of Wight Pub next door. The road and the big tree are inaccessible! I'll be back in a few months!

I've been here in search of this one before - but it had been muggled. Having planned another trip to Phillip Island for today, I checked the caches I wanted to do and discovered this one was probably missing again, so I packed in a spare container and logbook. There are only a few places it could possibly be hidden at this spot, so I guess it really was gone, so I placed the new 200ml container in a suitable nook and covered it with a rock and hope that it lasts for a fair while.
Thanks Next! - it sure is a grand old tree!

Found at 1345pm. After waiting for muggles to disapear we found this cache without problems. Good spot.
Found on a pleasant day trip to Philip island - fairly easy to find - especially after reading the info! Tftc tnln p.s didn't sign the log as there was no pen. Also logbook was fairly wet - probably could do with a new container
Easy one while visiting nearby market- once the muggle kids sitting in the tree went home!
TFTC from John & Shirley of West Virginia, USA... Took 20 cent EuroCoin, left 2 USA dimes and a USA quarter.
It took us a while because we did not use a GPS at that time. Reading the hint carefully was the way to success. TFTC.
Found quite easily - this being the second time I searched this GZ.
Found lid uncliped and log book soaked so took cache for a drive to visit John & Betty (GC1K75H) so it could sit on the heater.
Returned about an hour later, nice and dry.

geo-ing with friends while on vacation. Beautiful town, huge celebration on the day we visited. Had to be very careful lots of muggers around.
Found it today, while on my way from Sydney to Melbourne over Phillip Island.
Thank you for showing this place and thanks for this cache
Forgot to bring a new logbook, so this one is still wet...

Quick find despite many mugglers in the area. Many looking at a big Cruise ship close to the harbour.
The cache log was very wet and the smell at GZ is not very nice, so I hope the wet log and cache is the result of water and not something else. TFTC! Bernbom (Denmark) #586

Find # 763 @ 13:05 and the fifth of nine finds for the day.
I got a little confused by the coords and the wooden structure as it intially led me to some wooden steps, but I soon worked it out when I spotted the plaque. The cache was an easy find but putting it back required a little more stealth due to the passing parade which weren't penguins.
TNLNSL Thanks for the cache Next!

this was one wet geocache dont know how it got so wet . the log book should be dried out!!!
Down here at a family wedding for the weekend, introduced some inlaws to the joys of caching on this one. Cleared a bit of the rubbish and broken glass away, after sitting and 'chatting', waiting for an elderly muggle to leave, puzzled as to why we were 'reading' the tree, not the plaque!

We were in town to see the penguins and needed to log a cache in Australia too. Thank you for this cache that was easy to find and did not put my travelling companions out too much. It poured rain on us while we waited for the penguins, then decided to hail (I could have stayed in Sweden for this kind of weather!) but then the little guys came home for the evening and quite made up for it all. No trades, thanks again for the cache.
We had a awseome weekend in phillip island with beautiful weather and to find a cache at this location was the top of it Thanks for the cache!!!
Great spot and no-one around on a sleepy Sunday morning, nice easy find, TFTC !
#1489 Grabbed the cache and dinner before the big show of the little fella's Cache was full of water but the log was dry.. Over from Canada on Holiday.. TFTC
I just love the Geocaching community! Compliments of Rob (AKA Rigger64) this cache has been replaced and re-activated. Thanks Rob!
The New Cache container is now a 200ml Camoed systema container.

Found the spot that this cache was spouse to be in but no one was home so after a Quick call to the Owner to see if he wanted it replaced & he Said Yes Please i was only to glad to replace it for him.
As this is one Great spot to just Sit & watch the World & the Bay just Float by.

Great place for a cache - shame there isn't one here. Just as well Team Rubik took all the coins nearly a year ago before they were lost ...
Another DNF.... This disappointed the little girl no-end, as I hadn't read the logs until i got here....
Clearly not here. Again. and again. and again!!!
Clearly not here. Again. and again. and again!!!
11 dnf/needs maint logs over the last 9 months and the owner still hasn't even disabled it. I reckon this one should go!
If I'd been able to check the GC site before I left, I'd have realized this one was gone - but GC was down from Friday afternoon to Saturday morning and I didn't get the chance. It didn't really matter, as I was parked nearby anyway and I didn't waste a lot of time here.
Thanks anyway Next!

Was having a parma and pot at the Isle of Wight so I had a quick look for the closest cache. Saw where it probably once was, but I think this one has been gone for a while.
Wow, we are 0 for 2 for Ozzie right now. Really neat tree, though! We might have to come back tomorrow and give it another go!
Whilst taking a break from the Not Drowning series, we decided to try our luck with this one as well. I can report that we believe that it has gone AWOL. Even with the help of a previous finder we could not find it. So Next! perhaps you should put it in a MIA report.
Cheers!

As my folks were doing some grocery shopping nearby, this cache was only 300m away. Though there were already 2 dnf, I can't help but to visit this Fig tree all the same.
Went looking for this cache at 1pm whilst on Phillip Island for a vintage car rally. We were unable to find it. We are sure we were in the right place so we think it must be missing in action.
Thanks Next.

This one is most definitely gone. Will message owner. Too bad we're only in the country for another day or two, so we don't have time to go back
We found the fig tree but could not find the cache, pulled some of the rock (retaining) wall apart trying to find it.
It was a nice change to find a traditional cache today, all the puzzles was making it difficult to distinguish between them! With most of the bikers up the road we were able to make a quick find without drawing the attention of muggles. I grabbed some coins to move along.
Thanks, Cowes was a lovely spot.

We were lucky than no-one was around today as it would be incredibly hard retrieving this one on e summer's day! geoBoy managed it rather well, but there were no TBs inside as far as we could see. Took: Beads L: Poker chip key ring. Note to Jyetara: the Fish and Chips in San Remo were good! TFTC.
Decided to go to Phillip Island today after being bored out of our minds after watching Top Secret (Val Kilmer 1985) and Fun With Dick & Jane. Great movies by the way.
Anyway...where was I?
Found this one quickly and got some terrible fish & chips nearby. Then onto the souvenir shop and then play on the beach. 3yo collected half a dozen beetles. These would become REAL Travel Bugs for the day.
Took The Connecticut Cup - Rainbow Travel [Horse]Bug

Sometimes caching in the cold can be an asset because when we pulled up here we were the only ones around. As we have been known to take a long time with these sorts of hides this was a blessing. We were also blessed with some luck today as we found the cache in the first place we looked.

Nice easy find. Lots of Muggles around. Been to the pub near by lots of times and there are also some nice coffee shops etc in the area. Have taken the Geocoin Signal Bouncer. Heading off to Thialand in three weeks. Will check to see if the coin has been there or not. TFTC. Kind regards Ric.
