Found after a bit of a search, GPS was 27m off, and container was nowhere to be found, just scraps of the log under a rock. Needs to be either archived or replaced and maintained a little more frequently. Thanks for the cache anyway, would be a good find if it were in better condition.
Just logging that we found it but yeah needs to be archived or maintenance done TFTC
We left the log unsigned in this one, as the log is full and a little torn up. We rolled up what we could to make it easier for the next person but this needs a new log ASAP, it was also left uncovered (might have been due to the weather)! TFTC
Another great day caching in Bendigo.
We found a large variety of containers and well hidden caches,
this being one of them.
TFTC, bevfre.

I found this little cache on my bike ride around the reserve
But the insides is a mess !!
I extracted the mangled bits of paper and found a blank spot to sign me name
Good news is that all the scraps of paper are nice and dry.

GPS was out my 15 meters when I found it, badly needs new log and caching rules. currently contains many small scraps of paper.

We're up here for our Anniversary weekend away - yey!! It was GMelb's turn to choose the location (we alternate so it's a surprise for the other half!) He chose Bendigo coz there is so many caches to find and we havent been up here since we got "into caching" Lucky we both like caching!! lol
After a lovely day of caching on the Saturday (and a snake encounter!) we were glad that it was a cooler day today so headed off around 9.30am with this being the spot we decided to have lunch after 9 finds this morning. After lunch and a circuit of the lovely Kennington Reservoir weheaded off to find a few more before leaving the lovely Bendigo. This was a nice easy one - just right for the kids!
We had started logging these caches whilst still up in Bendigo but the ancient laptop combined with average coverage for the phone wi-fi hotspot meant the internet kept crashing so logging at home now. We're not having much luck with technology this week!!!

Tried to get to GZ from the other side after looking for other cache. We didn't make it. So made a turn & with a lil bit of walk we got to the GZ & found the cache TFTC
Found, probably needs a replacement log sheet, the current one is getting quite worn out and ripped.
Recent? fire has made container v visible. Added but of extra cover to shield from passers by
Dinner time cache found in hand then cache with kids

#2469 Well we think that we tackled this from the more difficult direction, we continued on from the ruins (Not Marnie Road) across the bush to this location. We then noticed the easier route in and decided we certainly did not take the kid friendly approach . Again the Garmins were being creative but Dad soon located the cache in a likely spot. Our thanks again to bevfre for the cache
Found while in the area with BettyBoo for the Flash Mob Event.Parked at the end of the court and walked the short distance to GZ.This area seemed to be less snakey looking than alot of other areas we visited today so we decided that was why it was called Kids walk in the bush.Cache located quickly and easily.

The ageing Bushfire ,vicfire,tackle_head and The Empire did not find an easy way to get to this cache so just wandered through the sparse bush and would have been very enjoyable if the weather was a bit cooler.
With eight eyes searching we soon had the little blighter.
Thanks bevfre for another cache.

Found by The Empire @ 11:45am with tackle_head, Bushfire and vicfire.
Twentieth find for me today! This one was a little bit of a walk after we couldn't find a way in with the 4WD. We don't normally like micros in the bush but this one was found pretty quickly once we were at GZ. Thanks for the cache, bevfire.

# 278. Parked the car at the end of the court? and hopped out of the car for the short walk into the bush. A very nice little water course was gurgling past and looked refreshingly cool on this hot afternoon. Purpledreamer, Ruff and I soon arrived at the likely area. I was amazed to see so much quartz lying around and kept wondering whether any of them contained gold. A nice quick find was made. TNLNSL. Thanks.
Found it with " team ire " ( The Empire , Bushfire and vicfire ) - tftc bevfre
Reflected at the recently maintained memorial nearby. Then found the cache after reading some old logs
8552 No Kids spotted walking in the bush… apart from a couple of junior YuGeo’s.
Thanks for the cache bevfre

Have definitely got the bug, put more batteries in and found this one, cool spot! TFTC!
An easy one to do, just parked the car nearby, short run in and had the cache in hand moments later.
well, we eventually found this one with both gps's putting us 10m out. we couldnt sign the log though because we couldnt get it out of the container. was going to leave a pathtag but if we squeezed it in the next person wouldnt be ablt to get anything out.
TNLNSL TFTC and the fresh air.

As with Kamikazi cacher, we need to check a map first. Arrived at GZ to find a car park within eye sight. We walked almost 500m through bush to GZ. It was an enjoyable stroll through the bush though. Only had to bush bash once. Our GPS had us a little way from the actual cache site, but had it in hand within 10 minutes of starting to search. TNLN. TFTC.
Our last find in the bushland area for the day. A short walk and the cache was soon located. Bendigo sure has some great bushland. TNLN SL TFTC bevfre.
As per usual Kamikaze cacher didn't look at a map and went the long way around and not on the path.. Somehow I'd decided that it would be easier and quicker to walk from near the waterhole. Upon arriving near GZ I noticed a path leading from the site to a main paved road. GPS was being a bit flaky so locating the cache took longer than intended but i managed it. Upon replacing the cache it was time for me to return from the direction I had come, back up the hill then down the hill dodging spiders along the way.
Thanks bevfre for the cache

We had an enjoyable walk in the bush this evening. The cache was easily recovered and we also happened upon a grave!?! TFTC.
Parked nearby and soon had the cache in hand. Unfortunately, the log sheet/s are a bit of a mess and I just signed where I could.
Thanks for showing me another part of the local area.

Found with my mate Blacklegend17 (Marshy) during our 2 day Bendigo cache blitz. The torches were out for this one as it was now night time. Thanks for the cache.
29th find for the day on my caching trip with my caching buddy, Marty (Quasar3671) in Bendigo for two days of non stop caching fun. Well, at the time of night we found this on, it was into night caching mode and the torches were out. Thanks for the hide. SLTNLN.
Again Blueys clever eye sight found this cache first. Nice easy stroll. Passed a couple of walkers on the way back who mentioned that maybe we werre doing the same as them. TFTC.
Our 5th find for the afternoon, this time by CCno.3. Found with no trouble. We did come across lots of dog walking muggles though. Thanks for the cache Bev and Fred.

Found at 15:46 with 3up on our second day of caching in the Bendigo area. The initial search revealed nothing but the cache was soon in hand once we widened our search area. Another nice local bush area. TFTC bevfre
We looked for five caches this morning...and found five caches....It really helps that we're looking for the ones that we think maybe easy....TFTC
