Found this one today, but the cache is in poor condition. The container was missing and the contents (including the log) were strewn around. We grouped them together but they are still exposed.

My Geodaughter (tadpole) and I completed this one this afternoon. The area of GZ was very overgrown with weeds, but with some select clearing we located the cache. Thanks for bring us to this nice spot and for your cache. Afterwards we climbed the tower nearby for a great view of the lake.
My Dad (Toadmiester7) and I found this cache today after walking along the paths. This was my first official cache, and I was excited when we discovered where it was hidden. I also enjoyed climbing the nearby observation tower for a great view of the lake. Thanks for my first cache.
Easily found as it was very exposed. No sign of TB, although another local cacher has signed log but not logged their visit here. So I'm sure the TB will show up soon.
I spent some time reconstructing the home of the cache so it is now safe from muggles, please take care to re-hide it properly.

Been here before but didn't find it. GeoCahce son spotted it straight away this time.
Buried my shoes in the mud before I realized I had to move inland, where dylburger was busy uncovering the cache.
Fun walk with the kids - plenty of friendly two and four legged muggles about enjoying the sunshine. Had tried to find this at night a few weeks back without success, no issues this time.

Found on a run to Wollongong with fitzy_1965.
Wasn't too keen on the final bit of finding this one so I sent in my handy dandy cache retrieval tool and shouted out encouragement along his way!

2377 - Found on a run down to Wollongong with ACBC66 for a Birthday Party - how convenient !!
The walk in to this one is nice except for the last 30 metres or so - the long grass near water is a bit daunting ! Still it was an easy find. The container needs a major refurbishment or replacement as there are holes in the top and the contents are soaking. Thanks !!
TN Left Coin - TFTC !!

Nice walk to GZ, stopped for 5 mins to watch a sea eagle frightening the local sea gull population. The cache is a bit wet, looks like rains got in the lid where it's been burnt, the log's nice and dry though but didn't leave or take anything in case the owner wants to replace it
Went for an after school visit but the grass was as high as the kids because of all the rain. Will go back with our taller team member perhaps. It's also only our second geocache attempt.
It appears as though the cache has been involved in an accident involving fire. It has some melted holes in the top and sides and it's definitely not waterproof (as there were some pools of water inside and most swaps were wet).
Found at 18:10.
After avoiding 2x Golden Orb spiders (thanks to a SWRD that doesn't rely on eye sight but rather the effort Tarae used to swing it), he found his way down to the GZ. Nice hide and nice view.
Took nothing, left red, orange and blue sea creatures.

There has been a fire at GZ and the container was damaged. Not super urgent but the container is not "weather proof" anymore but to burn holes.
Found 10:30am with Cattledog-81. Nice easy walk along to the cache. TNLN. Thanks.
Found at 10.30.Out and about with jkcourtz enjoying a quick trip around the gong today.
Found at 1015. Parked at the designated car park, and as I got out, I could hear the soft playing of a mandolin or ukulele or something similar. As I walked past the eating area, it was an islander playing the instrument, however, he was only playing four chords, over and over and over. Headed off towards GZ and followed the walking path until the trail led off track down to the waters edge. Got to GZ, and after a few moments of searching the cache was found.
Returned later to the car park to find the same guy still playing the same four chords. Hey...at practice makes perfect I guess.
Really liked the themed cache container and enjoyed the walk to GZ.
Thanks.

A nice walk from the carpark to where I left the path and went in and out from this one via some tracks through the bushes. Nice easy find once at GZ.

A beautiful day for a walk. Had no trouble finding the cache but lost the track through the scrub so ploughed my way out & then went up the tower. Good views all along here & with nary a breeze, the lake had a mirror finish. Thanks.
Nice cache in a perfect condition, had no trouble finding it.
Got wet feet at my way back out!!
logged at 12.00 while there was a school cross country going on.

I cannot believe that McWeBiTe did this at high tide! That would just be VERY silly. I really really like this cache and I think the location is great.

Yet again on this Wollongong Invasion weekend we seemed to take a roundabout approach. But eventually the mission was accomplished. Great container - very apt! No swaps today. TFTC

As seemed to be the case so often this weekend, we took a roundabout route to the cache. It's a great container for a cache though and well stocked with goodies.

Found late in the evening with BigOn, Tealby and McPhan. Luck no spiders on the last part in the trees. I'm sure the view would be great in the dark but we had to content ourselves with a fishing box in the torchlight. Excellent swaps if this was your hobby.

OMG 35 in one day, 'Strewth'. As Tealby mentioned we just couldn't go back to our beds on a DNF, acessing the gz took a couple of tries in the pitch dark, the trees were a real problem followed by the incredibly deep tangled and yes wet grass, No problem with the tide? being highlanders it's not something that is usually considered for caching. Hmm Highlanders 'there can only be one'(team). Tackled this particular box without any issue at the GZ , signed and replaced, looked around and the rest had already vamoosed. Oi wait for me it's dark and scary here, caught them in the trees and we all walked back on the path sans torch light, all in all a very nice way to finish off a monumental day.

After a DNF on the last cache we had to get our mojo back before retiring for the evening. So despite the very late hour we headed off to find this one. The walk along the path was great, but it got a little more challenging in the dark once we had to leave the path. Nevertheless, the very well stocked cache was in hand pretty quickly, so we could head on back to our beds after a VERY long day of caching, that started at 6.30am and ended when we signed this log at 11.30pm.

We probably approached from the wrong way and were confronted with knee high kikuyu grass - was concerned what might be lurking in there as we had to get through 160 mts of it. Anyway made it to GZ unscathed and logged the find. Plenty of goodies in the cache.

A great cache to get in a bit of a walk at the same time. We parked at the fish shop about a km east. Took in the view at the end where neither of us had been before and planned our discrete attack. A few young bike riders were working hard in the bush, very close and just N of GZ. After the gizmo went wild and had to be rest we found the cache OK and did our swap. Took a crab and left a little yellow rubber duckie. Also retrieved the TB that had only arrived earlier in the day. Was going to drop it off at THE TEMPLE except that it was getting a bit late and looks like it had just come from there anyway.. so will have to do some more caching. Thanks for the cache and the walk.

This park has some seriously silly signs, will post a pic of the funniest one, well, I found it funny. An easy walk and a quick find turned up, my god, a good sized cache, but wait, will it be stocked, or empty? I cracked the lid, wow, quality contents, you should be proud of this cache, it is a must do on anyones Wollongong trek!!
Took a couple of things, left a couple of things and a coin.
Again, well done!!

Found at 11:00 - another find with the assistance of geo-newbie, Butters, and the third of four on my Wollongong weekend visit. We trekked the long way to this one, but it was a fantastic day and location for a walk, and the lake looked superb. It reminds me a lot of my old hometown Newcastle's Lake Macquarie. Some of the signage along the way was a bit bizarre though. Lots of long grass to trounce through, and bush to push aside. Butters actually found the cache, which was cool for a geo-newbie.

Verrrry nice cache. Took the Steve Irwin death machine (plastic stingray) to deposit elsewhere. Left brand new battery for gps.
Largest and most fiiled cache we have found to date, struggled to close the container as there was so much inside. Great spot, climbed the viewing platform afterwards and admired the view of the local area.
Ok, went back again later today with the bf and together we found it! I like how the container itself is themed Left frog, took turtle
