Trekked to this one. Cache destroyed, only found bits and pieces. Needs replacement.
Having never been out this way before I wasn't sure what to expect. Came in from the south along various trails and finally made it to the top of the hill.
Sat around on the hill and chatted with a group of 4 that were coming up. All managed to drive up, some easier than others. That's one tough looking hill.
Found the cache easy after they left and I had the place to myself. Now off to the Turon NP.

Cache has found love! Replaced container, contents and log, only because this trek deserves a few caches for anyone silly enough to drive it.

On our way through this area before heading back over towards Baal Bone Gap etc. Loved the driving and the tracks we followed to get to this fetid pile of crap that is supposed to be a cache.
Signed the new log and just shook our heads at a cache that has been logged as needing attention so many times but has been neglected by the placer. If you own a cache, maintain it, don't expect the generosity of other cachers to do your job for you.
Either maintaine this waterlogged smelly "box" of rotting garbage, or just archive it.

Came here with Team Webguy whilst on a 4WD camping and caching weekend. Great spot but a shame the cache isn't maintained (ditto Webby's log).
Thanks for taking us there though,

Well, well, well, what a drive we had to this one. We tried this one the day previous, trying to get in on a different track, but the road was just tooooo bad, so we turned around and went home. The next day bought some more luck and we made it to GZ with a lot less hassle. We too found the cache sitting right out in the open with it full of water.
We tried our best to dry it out but the log book was beyond repair. With what we had in the geo-mobile we replaced the log with a piece of paper in a glad bag, in a small micro water proof contatiner and then put that in another bag. We then put the whole cache in 2 x plastic bags and put it back in a nice little hidey hole supported by rocks. So at the very least, the next finder will be able to sign the log. This is an awesome area we will definately be returning to.

It has been a few years since I was here last and the hill has certainly deteriorated.
With there being a few vehicles in our convoy and with us driving downhill, I had adequate time to sniff this cache out.
I found it out in the open and absolutely full of water. I drained it out but everything inside is completely waterlogged and thus, I was unable to sign.
Suggest an immediate replacement.
Thanks for the hunt!

Found with sister - froggy346. Strenuous walk from the car but it is all worth it when you find your goal. Took nothing left dolphin snowball.
On a cold, brisk, envigorating morning we climbed the hill (locally known as Jackass Hill). With Hubby, sister and dog in tow we found it. I thought the co-ords were out but where there's a will there's a way. Left frog keyring. Thanks
Lota fun camped out Friday night and set off with a load o' Muggles (in the know) whilst they tried the slope AD,Jeep dog and i tracked down the cache.
Thanks

We saw this one pop up last night and thought we would try and get a first to find. Luck must have been on our side as we arrived at GZ at 11:15am where Tevo made the find and scored himself some, how should we put it, "virgin plastic" to quote another famous team around this area . An hour later we got a phone call from said team to say that we had nabbed it just ahead of them he he he. This is in an area we have been planning to place a cache our selves so lookout for it as it is coming soon to a place near by. It may even allow teams to load them from a pocket query if they choose this route. We did think 5 out of 5 stars rating for the terrain was a bit high we would have probably only given it a 3 or 3.5 this may also put people off doing this cache.

Found this as a newie this morning about 9am & thought we had a fair slash at virgin plastic, so with this it was a quick call to Curly to arrange a visit! We plotted it and knew exactly where it was, Nice hill that one!!We came from the south to make the drive interesting, parking the car within 10mt from the cache!
My gps put me down the hill but Curly's ol yella took him to the find, woo ftf, but no we were beaten by about an hour by those naughty Stilllookin mood, the buggers!Well done!!With all the cache work done I elected to turn on a flat spot and return the way we came as to go to the top was the long way around for us.
This is a great spot for a cache and I do think it is worth the 5 the way we came but will agree with the first log that it's only a 3 if you come from the top & walk a wee bit as they did.
Thanx for the cache greatspot to stop for a minute or 2 it tries the handbrake out, hehe.
