It appears that 2 council workers walked up the bridle trail last Thursday morning, and took the cache, the anchor and all the fishing line. [:(!]
They did leave the 2 rings that guided the fishing line.
I don't know why they took it, I wish they had read the Geocaching covering letter that was inside the cache.
Luckily no TB's were inside the cache.
It seems to me that a replacement cache is a waste of time,
as I believe it won't last long.
Oh well, fun while it lasted.
PS....If the council workers read this, can I have my container and my triangular "anchor" returned please.
Drop it off at the letterbox of #14, right beside the bridle trail....Thanks

Well done findalot,Thats a very novel setup that we enjoyed finding. SL and Swapped TB's. TFTC
Rolling on the floor laughing - again! Samford seems to do that to me, in terms of caches. Once the rider had ridden past we were able to get the cache without any trouble. Thoroughly enjoyed it, thanks! ='.'=
This was worth a bit of a chuckle. Yet another creative cache. Had to wait for the horse and rider to amble out of sight though. Thanks again findalot.
Checked on cache contents today and noticed that the Movie Maker TB is not there. There is an undated log saying Alana & Meg took the TB to a cache at Mt Mee.
I don't think it has been logged at GC at either end.
I hope it turns up somewhere.

This one put a smile on my face. Also seemed that the local dogs also come and keep an eye on the cache.

Our eleventh find today. Found in company with Xixau and Shenzi and we set a new daily record of 36 cache finds.
What a clever well thought out cache this one was. Again it gave Jerry a photo moment after having done this one earlier. At first we commented on the beautiful spiders web between the trees before discovering what it really was!!!

Ingenious hiding spot, but would recommend string be better camouflaged. Found with basline benny.
Hey, this is really something special...we loved it!
And we had the place to ourselves except for the really friendly dog in the yard next door.

[Mistake by trueBlue(QLD), Ladyscrap visited this site as well and got the TB Turtle. Recorded as LadyScrap having TB Turtle as well. Sorry about that.]
Took TB Patches to move it on. Dropped it into Smithy at Bne airport, in the hope it moves interstate or overseas.
Kids loved the idea of a suspended cache.
Out: Pig nose & twisty keyring
In: Metabot game & 1 singaporean dollar. There's now $101 in there!

I was in a hurry to deposit "Patches" into this cache after retrieving the bug and bringing it to Australia.
I would appreciate the next owner/s to include an Aussie cloth badge and then send "Patches" on it's way.
While Patches was hangin' around in Anchors Away, it received an Aussie flag for Christmas.

Came out this way for a drive today. Its been raining all day, and its amazing how green the Samford area is, despite the fact that we are in a drought.
As we walk towards GZ I spotted where the cache was, but Bindy went and found the anchor so we could retrieve the cache....very clever idea, but I was puzzled on how to open the container until I turned it around and found the cutout....
Found with Bindy & Homer and my 3yo son.

An hilarious little cache chase was had this morning out Wight's mountain way
It wasn't too long into the search that the anchor was found. Heavy aint it [:o]
I couldn't help chuckling as I looked off in the distance and witnessed the cache levitating to earth
The location doesn't lend itself to 'stealth attacks' however, so I suggest that a more brazen approach be adopted and just make it look like each member of the caching team is leading an invisible horse along the trail

aaaargh! i to was marvelin' at the concept and got muggled by a couple of girls on ponys, but a'vast they already knew about it,phew!tnlnsl, tftc.
This is a classic. Very clever construction. I became so involved in the experience that I did not realise the muggle neighbour was walking down the driveway beside the cache.
I hope they know about the cache because the person could not have missed be sitting down at GZ reading the logs.

No need to worry about the neighbours either side of the bridle trail, they are all party to the cache.
So relax and enjoy the cache.

A very innovative cache. We had great fun with this one. K8 was concerned that the boat would float away if attached to that anchor. Out: penguin stamp. In: I can't remember, as we tried hurriedly to replace the cache as a muggle approached (not an easy cache to return or conceal inconspicuously). Turned out muggle was a party to the cache anyway. Thanks.
Found it at 11:30 this morning.
Fantastically creative cache, very much enjoyed by all the family.
Took pencils, left water pistol and travel bug (geocoin - #18438)
Thanks for the cache.
