The CO disabled this one back in August. I think it might be time to open the area for someone else to hide a cache . I know I am looking for a spot in the area.
Nice hide, great park area! Log is sodden so very hard to write on Needs new log/container ASAP. TFTC
Found and logged at 9:00

After finding the other nearby cache we went the wrong direction to get to this one. That turned out to be a good thing as we saw more of the park and met some very friendly swans. On arrival at GZ the cache was easily seen and we soon had the lid off. The cache had quite a bit of water inside which we tipped out but all contents including log are soaked, so unable to sign. This one needs some TLC. TFTC Dusty Pair

Yay, finally found this cache after 2 dnf's. Very satisfying to finally find it, had the gps 7 foot from it and nhill571 did the rest. TFTC Dusty Pair!!
I found this one just as my GPS ran out of battery... So I rushed home to get some more so I could continue my afternoon caching.
Out and about on a day in Bundy by myself finding caches.
With the batteries running low I had GZ just far away to have me looking elsewhere for awhile before moving to this location.
Thanks for the cache.

This was our 2nd cache in our caching run today - and we found it at around 11:47.
(So this is our 4883rd total find.)
A nice quick find. Although the journey took us to the wrong side of the water at our first attempt.
Took: Nothing
Left: Nothing
Thanks Dusty Pair for the hunt today.

Took us a while to find out how to reach this cache but we did enjoy the walk on such a lovely sunny day. Signed log and put in some "things" geokids might like to enjoy and rehid the cache well.
TFTC Dusty Pair and for our enjoyable walk.
TFTC Dusty Pair and for our enjoyable walk.
In Bundy to deliver Petunia to the annual doll show. Spent a few hours with FlameRiderHB visiting some caches. I see what you mean about the rain. Great place to avoid in the wet season. TFTC
The gps had me all over the shop with this one. it had me near GZ but not quite. fed up with it i put it away and went with my geocaching senses and they were right. the first place i look I found it. although i nearly missed it as i glanced by its hiding spot and then thought hang on a min that looked odd. lol. Logged my name and then put it back. had a sit down to enjoy breeze then treked back to the car.
A nice walk through the area bought us to the cache. A really good spot for walks or & BBQ, lots of familys enjoying it today.

We left the paper work for this one in the car decided to trust the GPS aloan and it proved to be good and took us to within a couple of m of the cache, a short search soon located the container. TFTC Dusty Pair
Nice walk... Would have been better if the group I was with listened to me as we went on the biggest trek possible
Co-ords were out a few metres but a guick search of the area soon came up with the cache.
Yeh! Cache number 300 for us!!! Found high and dry after the flash flooding yesterday. TFTC Dusty Pair.
Nice walk in the park, only a little water to walk through. Found easily in company with us3scouts. TFTC Dusty Pair
Easy find and first spot for master 9, lot's of little treasures in this one (not sure if you can call hair a treasure??) took a keyring & foam dragonfly, left alien, indian and bracelet TFTC
Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
We wandered over from the nearby playground. Nice spot for a cache.

Midnight was fast approaching and Gaz'n'Kab, Fangsoki and myself were all getting a bit tired from our day of caching. Hurried along to GZ through the lovely area. I soon had cache spotted, nice camo. TFTC, our last for this date.
A nice quick find, and our last for the night
A great park, and a lovely area!

I was on the wrong side of the swamp only 40 mtrs away but it was over water. In hurry to get to music lesson so jumped in the car and drove round. TFTC
Getting to this one was a bit of a mission - especially at night. We were all a bit weary - but we finally got to GZ. Someone piped up they found it and we signed the log. It was in good condition. A very nice and looked after area. TFTC Dusty Pair
First Geocache found by us - my daughter loved doing it - will be hunting for more now!
Nice hide ...... boys had fun looking for this one ...... had a nice stroll through Baldwin Swamp....... havn't been there for years ...... thanks
Found on an afternoon trip around town with Ozibags while staying here for a few nights on the way north. I do prefer short strolls to GZ but just managed to get here OK. Nice hide too. TNLNSL TFTC Dusty Pair,

We had quick lunch at the park before hunting this cache, as we approached GZ there was a couple muggles sitting nearby but we continued with searching then one of the muggles came up to Mr Bushies2 to say hello then she showed the cache!!! She was a fellow cache which found it earlier. Had a nice quick chat with her. Thanks Dusty Pair.
Out for a quick look after work and before dark, found it OK but the pen didn’t work and for the first time we didn’t take one with us so a pleasant walk through the park to the car. BYO pen just in case. TFTC
Found this one after some much trekking around the gardens!
Was very water logged from the floods, log book is ruined.

The cache is still there but the log book is very soggy. Needs a new one. Will fix in the near future when the ground is less slippery. Please continue to log your visits on the web.
Would advise not searching for this cache at the moment as the ground is very slippery with lots of dead fish drying in the sun. Stinky.

4th or more time lucky lol. We couldn't find it and then we couldn't get to it because of Muggles! Beautiful place so don't mind going back. Great cache =) Took a little Smurf and left a couple of our cards.

TFTC. Another lovely spot in Bundaberg. Took a yabby and left a slinky. Very clever hide.[^]
After our search for a path to walk on, we finally reached the gz! then it wasn't hard anymore! T4TC and greetings from Switzerland!
Another brazen hide!! Having seen this type around Bundy over the last couple of days, I was better placed to spot this one today and it was soon at hand.

Found on another sunny Queensland day. My second try, having been on the wrong side of this lovely park yesterday. Today there was a picture-taking family right beside GZ. I had managed to espy the cache just as they moved off! My thanks to Dusty Pair.
A cache with a difference. Took a little while to find including at one stage having it directly in front of me without noticing it, well done. Thanks.
Came at this from the wrong side with Modelbear but once we had that sorted out it was an easy find. TFTC
Once you find a way to get into the right side of the "swamp" this one isn't too hard to find. It had us walking around for a while. Lovely area. TFTC
Found while out with the L&L junkies; Bedmaker & Mr Gap, it was a nice stroll through this area with loads of interesting wildlife to look at. Mr Gap also built a little more on his 'going the wrong way' reputation [:o)] TFTC
What a great area - I would love to spend some time here - there was lots of bird life on the water and then there are all the various types of fungus....nature is such a wonderful thing[^] ....anyway, we did find the cache - well, I spotted it first - yay for me - not that we are a competitive bunch - much....!! TFTC and for the great walk through this area.
Approaching GZ, I was convinced NOT to go that way... 'cos you can't get across, but I was outvoted by the junkies and bedmaker... so we wandered across..
oh look... there's no way across
So we backtracked and found another way in, and once at GZ, was an easy find.

Have to admit it, agap2 was right. We did indeed walk a bit further than necessary, but it was a lovely stroll, wasn't it? Would have been a peaceful, relaxing stroll too if we hadn't had a cache in our sights. Once at GZ, it was Mrs Lat&Long who spotted the cache. TN/LN/SL and found our way back to the cars after only one agap2 excursion into a dead-end .
An enjoyable walk around here while in the area doing a few other caches nearby.
For us we just needed to find the right way into it.

Went looking for this one yesterday afternoon. Had to walk the long way round as the GPS was pointing straight at a garden wedding. GZ was right in the middle of a patch of mown grass. Looked everywhere but no luck. Will try again next time we are in Bundaberg.
Enjoyed the walk especially when we met mother goose and her band of fluffy goslings.
Thanks Dusty Pair
Thanks Dusty Pair
Found at 11.00am GAFF1. These type of caches are out to test us. We meandered our way to GZ and were greeted by some black swans who thought we had food for them - showed them the gps and they left in disgust.
Thanks Dusty Pair.
Thanks Dusty Pair.
Nice hide and not where I was expecting it to be! TFTH! One of my fav places to wander. SL
