Out & about on another crazy road-trip with the kids, we spotted this cache not too far off the way from our destination... What a great spot with lots of history
Shame that this one is archived now because it really is worthy of a cache or two

A big day out with SVKR_WA today picking up a few LGA's (counties) which seems to be the norm for some people these days. After a 740k round trip we ended up with 9 new LGA's, 19 finds and a couple of Jasmers.
A Jasmer filling cache for SVKR_WA and it was a quick find at the obvious GZ. First smiley in Narambeen.
ZED! I found your cache at 11:42am, this was the 10th of 19 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 3718. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

With the cache numbers reset now for 2017, the plan was to hit the new tear running (or caching).
Teamed up with Granett for a day long roadtrip through the wheatbelt. On the target list, a pile of LGAs to cross off, some Jasmers, some archived caches and a generally fun day out.
We left Perth at 6, heading for Merredin, then down to Narambeen, Bruce Rock, Quairading and then back home. A long drive in the heat, but cachers do crazy things, right?
Starting to grab the odd archived cache here and there. Granett led me to this old one.
ZED! - SVKR_WA found your cache Roe Lookout on 2/1/17, 11:42. This is my find #1738 and find #10 today. The cache is in good shape and we replaced it as found. Thanks for placing this and bringing us to this spot!

I have been quite actively seeking out archived caches lately as it is quite a thrill to find caches that are off the radar! This was one that was handy to the area I was in and I thought I would have a wee look to see if I could find it. Yep, still there and able to be signed. WOOHOO! .

Out on another day trip with Steve. I'm starting to like this Thursday off business. A great drive around the country side and picked up a few smiley faces TFTH TFTC
TFTC! Out for another Wheatbelt drive with Cravo10 to cleanup a bunch of caches published since or that we left since our last visit a couple of years back.
Had a great day out covering approx 900km and visiting a large number of country towns that have very low cache density. Highlights included finding more of zed' archived caches and visiting roe lookout which had fantastic views of the countryside.
Thanks

Another great lookout in the wheat belt.
What a shame all your caches are to be archived. They will be sadly missed.
Thanks for your caches I have found over the past few years.

We called into this place on our way across to Narembeen for an afternoon coffee. It didn't take too long to walk over and find the cache.

Love these granite outcrops, had such a great time climbing all over them and seeing what lizards were running around. Thank you for taking us to this place.
Great view from the top of the rock and a relief that the track goes all the way to the top. TNLNSL TFTC
Heading out of Perth on another weekend jaunt to learn about our new caravan and train the cat how she has to travel and find caches as a GeoCat on our trip around Australia.
Camping at Kokerbin rock this weekend. With a late arrival Friday we didn't have time to search for caches till today.
We locked up the van with the cat inside and set off on a tour to include Bruce Rock, Narembeen and Corrigin before returning.
Somehow we saw this on the map last night whilst compiling the list for today but it wasn't on the list [B)] As we travelled past we saw the sign to the lookout and said isn't there a cache up there [?] So rechecked and headed in for a looksee. We didn't have the van on the back but appreciated the area to leave vans. Shame the vandals have been here. Cache in good order and a great view
Looking forward to meeting other cachers at WA goes BIG in 2013 - GC45X55

Well worth the effort of getting to this lookout. Great 360 deg views although it was very windy on top. Log book needs a new plastic bag if next cacher in could provide.
Look out-yet another lookout!!! Number 9 find for us today & now it's time to head home! Thanks ZED for this one.
Make sure container can't fill with water. The screw top lid on cache is not water proof.
A quick stop on a day trip out east. Cache found without problems.
Thanks ZED! for the cache.

When we pulled up at this one there was a family having afternoon tea. Wasnt sure if the were cachers or muggles but made the grab and decided they were muggles after all. Great views and lots of vapour trails. TN LN SL TFTC
Got our morning exercise doing this cache since we had the caravan with us. Even remembered to take up a new container to replace the damaged one. Nice lookout and good views of the pastoral land. The new container fits nicely into the base of the original container which will give it more protection from rocks and the weather. TNLN. Thanks nobodyZ
Considering the manner in which I painted the container and completely covered with solid objects when I hid it, I'm surprised it should have received sun damage.
New container on the way, just not sure when.

Great views and still more history. Can you imagine walking in from York and climbing up to survey the bush around you? TNLNTFTH

Wow, the best views of our weekend of exploring / caching. The sign post still has not been finished. Made for a great last cache of the day. Found with ease (not many places to look!). TNLN - TFTC.
Its not often that you get a drive up cache on the top of a hill. This was easy and made a nice change from all the hills we had climbed on leg power for the last two days.
The breeze was freezing up here today. There is also a new pole that looks like it will have signs added to it to show distances and directions to places. The next time we come here it should be completed.
Took skull Pendant and added toy car.

Stayed @ Bruce rock for a few days and went to a magnificent concert at the amphitheatre (Katherine Jenkins & Jay Weston) Then went for a ride to the cache and it was a magnificent view from the rock, but didn't stay long in the 41deg heat and the flies tasted awful! Still you get that.
Thanks for the hunt nobodyZ
Didn't swipe nowt just left a couple of calling cards
Cheers.
