Hi. I'm sending this message via a new handle, not as a new cacher. I've been handed your cache that was found by new owners of the property where it was hidden. I am in bendigo, so can you let me know how I can get it back to you? Thanks Jodie.

Searched high and low, and even lower , but could not find this cache. Hope to return and give it another go soon.

Never felt too comfortable here, bees buzzing busily overhead, was a bit nervous about looking too deeply among the rotted branches, but still valiantly searched the most likely places. Hated the close proximity of a storm drain to GZ, and wouldn't advise allowing littlies loose here. No smiley today.

Surprising place for a cache. Had to beat our way through chest-high grass on a hot day in January. Luckily we didn't find any snakes. A quick find.

A good location. A warning to all cachers - watch where you are putting your feet. There is a concrete pit which may be hard to see, with all the long grass, if you are not careful.

The dog came across the road to wet our tyres. He probably loves geocachers visiting his territory!

25-Aug-13
We spent part of the morning walking past the historic buildings then walked up Anzac Hill. The GPS said it was not that far to the caches up the Perkins Reef Rd so we continued on to the find. TFTC fozzy778

After crossing the Nullarbor we left Port Augusta and drove to Burra, selecting a few caches to pick up on the way. At Burra we went on a walk past the many historic buildings, several of which also had caches close by. More caches were selected along the roads to Mildura. But on the way from there to Mildura we were quite frustrated by two caches that every one else had found but we couldn't; now that is annoying. A day at Maldon made up it where the only planned cache we missed was one where you had to be there on the days the building was open.

Found on the way through Maldon for work.
Good hide, had me looking for a while.

easy to find, not much to look at in surrounding area.

02-Aug-13
Having done the tourist thing along both sides of the street in down-town Maldon and partaken of a pastie from the famous bakery, it was time to get back to serious caching again. This one had us heading out of town. The day had turned into a very dreary, wet one, but every now and then the rain stopped long enough for us to make a dash to grab a quick one. SL at 1.33pm Took: Jack Russell sticker Left: lawn mower TB. Maybe they need a pruning saw to trim back the peppercorn tree to allow the sign to be more visible!! TFTC Fozzy778 #1639

Found with a group of scouts from 2nd Springvale while on a camp in the area. They had a great time caching and exploring the area.

This was a nice easy find by the scouts - I had hardly got out of the car when i heard them say they had it. While we were signing the log a muggle from across the road was watching us, but he didn't approach so I hope all is ok.
Thanks

It didn't look like an oasis here today, it was dry and hot and lots of places to look. Thankfully the grass and thorns had been slashed recently, so a quicker find than it might have been.

Very clever little hide. When you visit this site, be careful of the hole on your way to gz (and also all the dog poo leading up to GZ). Geotoddler wanted the stamp, left green gemstone. TFTC Fozzy778.

After a great event yesterday we were still in town, so picked up a few caches before heading home. Yours was one of them. We wondered if the old house opposite was still lived in. Although it's chimney is about to fall over it still has television arials attached! Lots of gorgeous old buildings around here. TFTC.

Found @ 1540 Hrs on the first of three fantastic days caching with my good friends Moosetash.Cool The trip (which had been organised some time ago) included attending Spladem's 500 Event held in Maldon. The trip took us through a tour of the Victorian Goldfields with some fantastic history & photo op's.

This was a nice cache which required a little bit of searching....

Second day of caching at the wonderful Pre-Easter Event. We skipped the kiddies' games, and headed out caching instead.
A joint find with Black Bunny, Candy Cane 101, and Mr_Roo.

Thanks, Fozzy778!

Black bunny, just a cacher, mr roo and i skipped the sunday morning train ride and went caching insted.
Mr roo got to the cache and was signing the log, so i went back to the car and this old man was watching me and asking do i need something. i put the sweet face on and voice on ( i hardly do this face or this voice) and said we were okay but he did not leace until our car was moving. Lolz

A quick grab while down in the area attending the Pre-Easter event. A old muggle over the road was very interested in our stop here today, although he could not see what was going on.

Thanks for the cache Fozzy778

Found @ 7:50am. find # 765.
While on our way to the pre-easter event we had time to find a few caches along the way.

Thanks to fozzy778 for this cache.

No luck with this one

15-Apr-11
Found on a fantastic three days caching with my good mate Marty (Quasar3671) and Team Haveanez who we cached with on Saturday and Sunday. The trip included attending the Pre Easter Event 2011 event. Had three of my kiddies with me including my older daughter Jacqueline, 6yo Jasmine and my 4yo boy James. The trip took us through a tour of the Victorian Goldfields and then back up to my place at Tocumwal. One of around 110 finds for the trip.

Eventually located by Marty in a likely spot after a bit of a search. TFTC.

15-Apr-11
Found while in the area attending the Pre-Easter event near Bendigo over the weekend with my good mate Blacklegend (Marshy) and team Haveanez; and during a five day caching blitz with my two boys (Tyler and Cooper) which eventually took us through the Victorian Goldfields, up to the Murray River in Tocumwal and back down through Wangaratta.
Out caching with Marshy and a few of his kids this afternoon and now in the Maldon area to see if we could clean it out. Stopped on the side of the road and the kids waited in the car while Marshy and I headed in to find the cache. The area was very overgrown and it was a bit of a battle to search around. Luckily I spotted a likely hiding spot and we were soon signing the log. Thanks for the hide.

15-Apr-11
Found in the company of Sully1 on our way to the Pre Easter event.
Nice place for a cache here, beautiful area.
Thanks Fozzy778

23-Feb-11
Found on the way to Bendigo today. Came here in thongs (duh!) so had to send in Taterhead #2 for the grab. No snake to be seen but did disturb a bunny. Best to be wearing shoes and long pants here but easy enough to get to. TFTC.

19-Jan-11
As we were about to park the car we spotted a large brown snake slithering from the road to the grass 20 metres ahead. We have been pushing our luck walking around in the bush over the past few days in extreme heat. We chickened out due to my respect for snakes.

03-Jan-11
Some interesting rust and wheels in a paddock not far from GZ - took advantage of a good photo opportunity. At GZ I diligently and determinedly trampled some of these darstadly stinging nettles (Urtica urens). I have long held an animosity toward these botanical blighter's, when in my earliest years, the lesson was learnt while playing around sheep-yards and shearing sheds, where they seemed to grow in profound and prolific profusion. I and my brothers wearing nothing but bare feet and shorts. Itch, itch, ouch, rashes, redness and fiery pain. Mums only comfort was cuddles and Calamine lotion. At GZ cache easy to spot. How can a rock get in there? Watch out for the drain! T4TC

03-Jan-11
CJSAN found it because I didn't like the stinging nettles - no I tell a lie he's just more cleverer?
