Well second year in a row that we have not been able to conclude this elusive cache left all clues at home from previous year so re did all the series and low and behold "The Wharf" is no where to be found so unable to finish series once again.
Had a look for this one today based upon info provided by another local cacher. Surprisingly at 4.30pm, there was plenty of time to crawl around but came away empty handed. At 5pm the evening parade of walkers & runners starts & this makes searching impossible. The cheesecake itself is worth admiring from the car park. I wonder if the developers ever appreciated what they were doing. The beach was back to its best today, followed by fish & chips at a nearby established capped off a great last day on holidays.
Must have been oh so close - was getting late and had a great day. Just couldn't get a decent fix.
After getting all the clues we were unable to find this cache. Lots of muggles going past didnt help.
Still had a great day. Thanks
Still had a great day. Thanks
Tried to find this one at 0425hrs. No muggles about so we had a good search in the place where it had to be. After 20 minutes we gave up and will now head back to the drawing board.
Found the cheesecake no worries but the cache was another story. Muggle factor was low so searched the area for quite a while with no luck. Satlock was all over the place which didn't help
Didn't locate it....wondered around checking under the boardwalk and on the beach, then in desperation around the BBQ area....will contact you and get some feedback and try again!! Oh well!
We finally completed this series and we enjoyed every place that it took us. It took us a while to work out the location of this cheesecake but once we saw it we were amazed out how we missed it in the first place.
Thanks Mikey Moo for the series.
Thanks Mikey Moo for the series.
We didn't have all the clues for this one, but we took a shot at it. We came up with a sensible set of coordinates, and set off in the steady rain to see if we were right.
The cache was an easy find in a lovely spot. Mrs Steve was bitterly disappointed to discover there was no cheesecake!
We left Shrek and took a love thingy. We also grabbed the TB to move him on.
Thanks for the cache - Now to find some cheesecake!

I've been given a friendly kick up the bum by Mtbikeroz (which I needed) and as a result I promise that the entire series will be maintained and up and running by the end of this week. Sorry for the laziness.
Well Mickey Moo we have really enjoyed your challenge of finding the Cheesecake.
While we were there we though we might as well have prawns at the same time and moved along to the fish markets.
We dropped off Herbie and a clip and picked up a Mr Men Ball and TB Freo Century.
A Piece of CheeseCAKE
Many thanks for the Hunt!

Found by Sunshine Toledo and Her Majesty at 11:37am. We had to retreat back to Wharf View to get further info as we did the caches in random order. Thanks for the great series with some spectacular views and interesting sites. GZ was muggle central so taking our time was important to get the cache back in to position. TNLNSL. TFTC
Ahhh... another top spot. Just like a previous location in this series, Mrs Garner *also* lived just across the road from here (this series is like a tour of her childhood!)
We made our way to GZ and then did a bit of thinking about where it *should* be located and we were right so we found it without any trouble. We swapped a couple of items, took a travel bug and a geocoin and also left a travel bug.
Thanks for the cache and also for such a fun series!

We found it at 10pm,our first night time cache. This was so much easier at night. No Muggles. Thanks Mikey Moo for the series of caches we really enjoyed them.

Must have read the wrong clue. Returned with fresh thoughts and coordinates but failed to find the cache again. More muggle pressure didn't help so we'll visit another time.
Well holiday is over and with all clues and co-ords in hand we have not had the time to finish this one off. But as Arnies says "WE'LL BE BACK" Thanks for the series so far beautiful spots.
Cool. The big cheese. Well it was a fun afternoon visiting some of my favourite spots. Good family outing.
Well put together set of caches.

Found what we think is GZ. Looked for about 30mins all up. Lots of muggles around. Had a quick look then went back to replace Combo #4 cache. Came back had another look inbetween muggles then went for a swim. Came back still could not find. are we in the right spot? Will be back another day. Thank for bringing us here we had a wonderfull time in the area and the beach is fantastic. John & Terry
Found the main cache after decifering all the other clues, had a good time going to each cache and getting the clues. a few stumbles at other caches including a bee's hive!
The main cache was easy to find and took about 2 mins, was a little exposed so i have covered it with more stealth.
took: Monkey light
left: nothing.
Great multi cache!!!

New to Geocaching, tried finding this one without other 4 clues.Think we were very close but as heaps of muggles around, didnt risk it.Had fun anyways.
WHERES THE CHEESECAKE!!!??? Ahh well no delicious treat but a great cache. One muggle thought youngest member was trying to be Steve Irwin looking for lizards.
Took water pistol and dice. Left bracelet and plastic toys.

Would have missed it if it wasn't for Hyperdog's eagle eyes. Knew we were in the right spot, but had problems with the sheer volume of passers-by. What happened to the cheesecake? Eaten I presume? Will have to settle for the burger I suppose. Thanks for the great chase!! Merlo. TNLN TFTC
What? No cheesecake?? God forbid! Oh well, the burger looks tasty anyway. Would have been a quicker find without all the tourists taking advantage of the lovely weather.. who can blame them? Took nothing, left my smiley-face stickers and a mini water pistol. Thanks for this series of caches
Yes....i finally go here! What a great venture.Heaps of muggles but used the stealth factor.Certainly recommend this to anybody new to the coast wanting to explore the region with the bonus of caches .Curtdog was out of action, so im sure he'll want to hit pay dirt as well.Well done M.M.!Thanks.

After an entertaining tour of the Sunshine Coast it was time to seek the final, delicious prize
I strolled past the shops and likely purveyors of cheesecake comestibles. As I strolled ever further away from the comercial hub I wondered where I would find cheescake out here [:o]
After a very surepticious search for the cache I made a quick snatch and grab between the muggles. The cache pointed me to the cheesecake and all was well with the world
I think I broke a tooth while taking a bite of it though
I dropped off the Epicurean Ellie TB in this delicious cache

This one turned out to be easy. All the clues were great and we had no trouble getting a result for the final GZ. Mikey Moo is the son of weroamin and he has had that nickname since he was a toddler. We are glad that he introduced us to caching. Well done for this series Mikey Moo. We enjoyed it.
