Logs
little bit tricky.. had us checking multiple possible spots!! TFTC! unfortunately no pen on us to log it
Veeerrryyy sneaky, nice hide Log was full so crammed my name in with someone elses - might need to be replaced soon
Tftc! I don't know what took longer, finding it or winding the paper back up haha. Nicely hidden! Log is pretty much full now!
Very sneaky hide! Took us a little longer than I thought it would, a great hide! TFTC!
Forgot to log a few from back in August. My first visit here back some time ago, I had spotted the cache, but was unable to retrieve it. This time around, I managed to retrieve it with ease for some reason as it seemed to just pop out after some fiddling. I had a mate with me and he offered a magnet on his keys or his phone but I managed without. I'm never a fan of nanos, mainly because the log sheets frustrate me and of course this one did, but not really any way to get around it is there other than don't do nano caches. I suppose there is an evil part of me that does hope it gets muggled, to save future finders from some minor torment, but then they don't get to find anything do they...Nice spot on top of the hill though. Thanks to pprass.
Very brief Melbourne interlude - The Last DayWeather - a bit overcast today but still perfect for geocaching. I was actually aiming for the other trad in the park, but on reading logs and not making a quick find there I moved straight on to this one, as time is short. A quick find for me at GZ and no tools needed today. The nearby brick structure had me puzzled (photo). Thanks for this hide pprass and good luck with those darned muggles.
Found this with a friend who is new to geocaching - a great excuse to meet up for lunch, and demonstrate what to expect from a micro! The log is very full and might need replacement.
I returned to this one to avenge a previous DNA (Did Not attempt) due to youthful muggles congregating on the hill.Today there was not a sole in sight which was not surprising given the weather. Despite this I was completely out cached by plenty of newbies. I searched everywhere but had no luck at GZ.
pretty cool to find our first geo chache at a place I use to hang about as a kid!
Nearly gave up on this tiny one looked at the logs to narrow this one down. The log was a bit too small for my cold fingers to log. So a photo will have to do. TFTC
Great cache, up with Ziggy my dog.Loved it. Did a long route up past Carey Just a beginner but getting addicted quickly
TwoEms giggled while the muggles patrolled their dogs around the base of ground zero; that gravel chomping sound, chomp, chomp, chompMuggle this! we laughed as we broke into the hide. We found the bullet which looked like it had been gnawed by geocachers teeth as sharp as some tools of the trade. We found that funny too until a muggle released their hounds, and then we were out of there before they could catch our tails. Thank you for the cache.
Found amongst a sprinkling of rain this arvo, after a long time spent looking around. TFTC, what a hide!
This is my closest cache to home, and I have been saving it until snozzidy came to visit, so she got to do the search and find it. Clever hide! Tftc
Great little find, bit hard to be on hands and knees with some nearby broken glass, but got there in the end. The YA were definitely partying nearby. TFTC
Thanks so much for the great find! We were searching for geocaches when we stumbled across this one on the geocaching app. Very fun find! Thanks so much and happy geocaching to all.
Took me as long to roll up the tiny sheet of paper as it did to find it! Nice hide, not been to this park before, thanks for sharing a new area with me.
TFTC I couldnt find this the first time but found it by a photo. Cant sign it cuz I dont have a pen so I took a photo for proof.Hint: Go low really low like to your belly low.
Muggles were around the first time I came here and I think potentially the description and/or hint have been updated that helped us find this, finally. Very nice. TFTC.
Muggle this indeed!I attempted this cache only to find a group of youths hanging out at the clearing at the tip of this small hill overlooking GZ.I returned a little later but they were still in place so I left this one for another day.
Thanks for this cache in a beautiful area. We forgot our pencil so heres a photo as evidence
Great coords here made the search short... managed to avoid any muggles today. Geodog loved the run in the park. Tftc
We missed out on this one a few years ago with a bunch of young kids very engaged in play in the area. The coast was clear early this morning and we were able to make a quick find with good coords. Even managed to extract without a tool. TFTC.
TFTC! 6 October 2023 7:33:53 pm 6185This one we have visited a number of times over the years. First few were missing or unable. Another few we were unable to grab it. Tonight nearby picking up some things and made a walk. Lucky today it was an easy find and sign! Thanks.
I had an appointment nearby, and some time before my next obligation so searched out some caches. I was here to avenge a DNF, and indeed, after a fruitless 20 min search last visit, today was a matter of seconds to locate and extract the little container.
Container, log, and attachment all in good condition.

Once I found the right level it all came together but some earlier comments confused me, not that hard I suppose.
Took longer than we thought, but found the sneaky cache eventually! (Forgot a pen of course, so photo for proof of funds)
TFTC!!
TFTC!!
Photos helped !!! You can see people have been attempting to pull it out with all the scratch marks on the top.
Hats off to anyone who found this at night. In the area and had a couple of hours to wander around with my geo son while mum had lunch with friends. The hint made much more sense after locating the cache. Little fingers retrieved and marvelled at the deviousness of this hide.
Favourite point from us.

Thanks to the excellent work of Gjm Melb the cache has been retrieved and set-up even better than it was before. Hope cachers have fun with this now.
Found the cache but could not retrieve it from its spot no matter how hard we tried
I believe I spotted what is likely the 'silver pimple' however, could not figure out how to retrieve the cache. May be back another day.
After a short struggle the location was obvious. With a little ingenuity the cache was extracted and signed. TFTC
This is so small I cannot believe we got it. Absolutely gobsmacking. Impossible find it your eyes aren’t peeled for it. TFTC! And for putting it back when lost!
While the rest of iTEEM sought out the cool of a cinema nearby, I headed out in the heat to find some local caches.
Although some muggles were having an animated discussion at the shelter nearby, I had GZ to myself.
The GPS took a while to settle here, but soon I located a likely spot to match the hint.
Sadly, no container was in evidence, even after a bit of a poke around. A message to the CO confirmed the expected hide location and container type, but it wasn't in place.
It appears either the cache name has been taken as a challenge, or the container has met with misadventure.
This area isn't one I normally frequent, but maybe I'll be back some time to find the replacement.
