Looks like this one needs archiving, no response in 2 months from the CO after a number of DNFs and a Needs Maintenance..
This geocacher reported that this geocache should be archived. A community volunteer reviewer has been notified.
Suspect this one is missing as there is a Velcro strip accessible from below the boardwalk, but no cache could be found. Looked all around the bottom with no luck.
Unable to locate this one, with 3 of us looking in all of the obvious places and using the hint we left empty handed, could the CO please investigate?
Had a very good look, scrounging around on my knees, but no luck for me today, maybe it is missing?
D&V decided to head out for an afternoon caching, took a bit of hunting around but we eventually found this cache

Beautiful Sunday morning walking along the beach. Dolphins and horses. No breeze today. Has been very windy and much cooler than I expected visiting from Sydney. Wanted a South Australian cache before heading home. Took a stroll but had to go below for the find. Thanks
Thanks Emma!
Found geocache with logbook in bad condition. Cache also needs more SWAG.
Thanks for the find.

Cache is alive and well. Was on the ground in plain sight, I have placed it higher under the boardwalk and in reference to the hint (#5).

I found it it had a Velcro so I wasn't sure if it was meant to be under the boardwalk walk or on the floor because I found it on the floor. But ttfc
Ok ... time for a road trip - Mum and Dad came down from Qld, in their campervan, for a visit, then Mum flew home (ready to go overseas with a friend) and Dad and I headed off in the campervan, on a trip from Canberra (where I live) to Adelaide (where I was born) for his sister's 80th ... we spent a week driving there the long way, and taking our time visiting some interesting places and checking out a few places we used to visit/live/etc ... and stopping for me to find the odd cache or 5 ... or more ... lol
We then spent a week around Norlunga, Moana, Sellicks Beach, Mt Compass, etc catching up/visiting/doing things with relatives, and driving around looking at places we used to live/do stuff/etc, and a few beaches and other interesting things ... and me finding caches here and there as we went
We spent the morning driving around looking at houses where relatives used to live, and where I went to school for my first year (now a funeral place - lol), and the house I lived in for the first 7 years of my life (in Williams Avenue). Then we had lunch at Holly Reserve (most likely named after my Grandfather, Arnold Holly
Not sure I have ever been to this beach before ... stopped somewhere for a walk out the jetty, and a last dose of sand between my toes, but the nearby cache was missing (presumed long gone from all the logs) so we plulled over here so I could grab one in this area, not too far from the family friend we were visiting
TFTC - Now I have THAT song stuck in my head....

Found while on an afternoon run with Wal & Ol prior to an excellent Caberet Fringe Festival show. TFTC!
Found on a roundabout drive to a Cabaret Fringe Festival show with Pony1966. Not sure if it's in its intended position, but there's currently not much chance of grabbing it without walking on the vegetation? (luckily there's not much there!). TFTC
#11881. Day 17 of our SA holiday. Our first day based in Semaphore so time to explore on the bicyles and hope to pick up several of the nearby caches. A forelorn hope as it turned out, as we kept rocking up to caches that are actually missing in action and then there were our other DNF's also. I did manage to sign 23 caches on a 30km ride and gathered another 6 DNF's for my growing SA collection.
This one was on the ground under the boardwalk. The TB that was placed there in September 2016 went missing very quickly and needs to be marked as such. Replaced back in its rightful place.
Thanks George Jetson

Found on a really hot cycle ride out to Outer Harbour TFTC Chingola from Guernsey
Exciting find for Nicky! Pink bow clip added to the cache from the girls, with love.
Veni. Vidi. Vici. Scripsi.
Needed cache for the day and was travelling by for work so decided to call by and make a find.
Looked everywhere as the hint suggested, but nothing. Hmmm. Got a bit creative in the search and wandered down the boardwalk and found the cache lying on the ground in the open. Retrieved it and retreated to a more private place to sign log and reassemble for replacement. Wandered back to GZ and the velcro on the cache suggested it was fastened somewhere but could not find the matching spot. So replaced it at the spot where the hint suggested but off the ground and out of sight. Hope this is OK. Was lucky Today as muggles were few and far between and the activity was uninterrupted.

The questions are, who is Percey and what must he beware of? We thought we faced a lengthy search within 100m of the coords but it was found well within 10m. The hint seemed out by one, probably not returned properly in the past, so we left it at the matching one. Thanks George Jetson, hope Astro is doing well.
Tftc. Had to get it from ground though. I'm clearly not clever enough to work out the other way.
Pen didn't work.
Nice spot on a nice day.

Went to the Sailmaster, North Haven for lunch and grabbed this one on the way home. Couldn't believe the number of Pokeman players at Semaphore near the big clock and foreshore, especially as it is winter. Hey takes the pressure off of ensuring one is being cautious and not gaining attention!!!!! TFTC
tftc george jetson walked down the board walk and read your description and a coup,e of logs. i knelt down to pray and while doing so found the cache right where i was kneeling....hallelujah found this after flying in from perth on my way to gawler. ps had already found 10 other caches before this one.
We spent a lot of time looking for this cache (5 of us) with no luck at all. We walked and searched within 100m of every direction.
We went about this the hard way to start with but soon had the cache in hand. Tftc
