Due to big changes at GZ ( nice new building ) I can't refit the same stye cache as last time, I don't think I would be very popular, the GZ area sis fenced off at present as they are trying to get the grass to grow so will hae to wait a couple of weeks for a new type of placement..
Doing a cache check today to find the wall it was attached to has been removed, have asked the builder about its location and he said he will try to find it for an new placement..
[teal]Last day of our 5 day Easter caching roadtrip. Today we were heading home to Greymouth from Nelson.[/teal]
Found something that we thought mightve been it but it turned out to be nothing. Really running behind so we left it for another time. Thanks anyway

Cant believe it took two goes. Found with kyran this afternoon. Very cool thanks for the hide
A great cache. The grandkids loved the method of hiding this one. It got them thinking of possible ways to hide things.
Thanx for another awsome cache,,found with nordy2 b4 the rain set in,,THANX4tc,, [^]
Enjoyed this challenge heaps, and didn't take too long to spot the probable spot. Thanks Mr Kiwi-Nomad.
Oh we do admire your work and love what you add to caching - more of the style we like LGM
In town for a wee family holiday. Mr G grew up in Richmond. Wee dudes tucked up in bed, grandparents in charge. Headed out to Stoke for an evenings run with Mrs G - cache 1/7. Found this clever wee cache last year but couldn't sign the log (we knew what to do; it was just 'stuck')....approached with hope this evening, soon had the log signed. Nicely done. Cheers.
At work tonight and was passing this cache around 2am, it has been on my 'to do' list for some time so I figured 2am is as good a time as any to give it a crack. Well and truly muggle free, me and my colleague spent a considerable amount of time working on this one before we had the cache in hand. A very clever hide and definitely on my favourites.
Really fun this time i went with my dad (Biggles)I already knew where this cache was because when I was little my dad came here a few time and coudn't find it when he did find it I was there watching still GREAT CACHE!. TFTC
How exciting ! Our very first Nelson cache and our first introduction to a Kiwi-Nomad cache, (which we have heard so much about). We were feeling the pressure to find this one as were under intense scrutiny from our host for the weekend, MuzzaL53. He took great pleasure in watching us circle the area pulling and poking at things...eventually found...what a very clever and well engineered hide. Looking forward to a few more of these ones over the weekend.

Took a few turns to find...but easier than some other KN caches. Nice to meet CO at the event this morning. TFTC
We found it very quickly, determined a couple of important facts about it, then proceeded to try to extract the log. Hrm, not like this, maybe that? Ooh, here's something... no, how about? Ahha! Gotcha, you tricky little thing! A hide with a very nice twist . TFTC, kiwi-nomad. =^.^=
Found on second attemped, and it is amazing how much work must have gone into this. Then again, this can be expected seeing that is a kiwi-nomad cache. Awesome work. HazzfNZ
I wondered whether it might be something like that. That made it easier when I reached GZ. TFTC

Not my first attempt but no problems this time. Quick find. Wow!!! How did I fail so miserably on previous occasions!!??!! Great cache and pleased to log a smilie at long last!!
Took 3 attempts to achieve. 1st attempt gave up in frustration. After some thought had a fairly good idea of what was required, told Mrs Belt my idea who confirmed I was on the right track. 2nd attempt tried just couldnt open it. 3rd time went back with my brother-in-law who was able to open it. Well worth a favourite. Very clever
Found it on the second go. The frist time was a busy time for the place and a rainny day. This cache drive me almost nut. I took avantage of the night to extract the log. Great cache.

Found this on previous trip last year but could not access the log even tho we knew we doing all the right stuff. But today it was all systems go go go from the outset, log easily extracted signed & replaced! Still love the cache !
9.05am. Tried this yesterday without success. Emailed a friend who I thought had probably found it and it was confirmed I was on the right track. Now that I knew for sure I was able to reach the log with the aid of an implement. A great hide worth a point.
Thank you David and Noeline.

Aha, another kiwi-nomad cache. Ok, let's see what he has to offer this time. Found quickly, then surprisingly the log was in our hands almost as quickly, signed, and returned to it's neat hide again. Another great cache!
By now there are expectations of the unknown looking for a kiwi-nomad cache. Again no disappointment. Great cache! Fav point well deserved. TFTC
What a story. Tried a night time raid on this cache as such a busy corner and thought night time would be good. Got out of car and started looking but felt eyes watching and realised muggles on opposite side of road in flat above workshop were watching so beat a retreat. Felt guilty and went back next day to explain myself only to find they new all about the cache and had helped in its maintenance ... whew. So confidently went back to my search and soon had the log in hand. What another great K-N cache to get me another 1 closer to 100. TFTC and that deserves a Favourite

Gutted. Found but could not 'open'...and with no tools at hand couldn't get anywhere. Confirmed what we were doing was correct (a previous finder is a relative!)...but couldn't budge. All the rain over the last couple of days or a previous attempt at opening may have 'seized' it?...will try again next time we are in town. Most cool container ....

This must be our third Kiwi-nomad cache in a row so we seem to be twigging to how you think! Cache found quickly and even sussed how to extract quickly. Most impressive - well done! Mr Geckoh is a lefty so this especially appealed to him. Well worth another favourite point! TFTC

7th find for today on my fleeting visit to Nelson. Very cold morning on the bike but still managed to find ok. You almost had me as i'm a righty. Signed log then moved onto the next one. TFTC
[Took me three attempts! Was sure I had found it the other day, but was tired and not thinking straight. Another look at the cache page made it click and made me feel stupid - visited this morning but was] not quite limber enough yet to get at it![ A last-minute attempt today finally got it - worth the trouble, thanks!]
After a bot of searching, we staring thinking like a geocacher and found it. Helps that we had a lefty with us!
Enjoyed this one. Always amazes the lengths we go to hide things!! Really great thanks. TFTC
Zoned into it nicely. Tried it...yes...all left....no....there’s nothing there....other one.....no. Had a look around the area....there’s another one...yes...all left...no...there’s nothing there. Had a look at the front...there’s an extra one....no....it’s fixed!! Back to original....DUH !!!...of course it’s left that’s normal..other one...Got ya !! Amazing how you can get thrown when it’s normal. Another one worthy of a favourite, sorry we can’t help out! Have to see if we can fit in some more of your caches in the next 4 days!
TFTC. Awesome.
TFTC. Awesome.
As luck would have it we turned left into the street and parked near the cache. From there its as you say - left all the way..... Many thanks, we loved this one.

You are right, if you don't follow the instructions you will be left without a cache. Liked this hide. TFTC
Its an oldie but a goodie. I wish I had the tools that Kiwi-Nomad must have in his garage.
Got the cache easily but couldn't put it back together. Did the best I could. Hope it's OK.
another high standard kn cache...we needed a tool , but hopefully next visiter won't
1335hrs Even a righty can work this. The Italian Job was here......! Our blog www.motorhominginxs.blogspot.com
Have tried this before but was too tight did not want to take tool to it.. You do not need tools to get to it
This one beat us today - having read the previous log comment, is it still there or is it undergoing repair? will be back! possibly with tools of varying shapes and sizes
Looks like my log didn't go through last time but will try again.
Founds broken bits and removed repaired and replaces so all go again, I just wish people wouldn't use big spanners to try to get it open its been made pretty strong but it does have its limits as it the second time now ( The no tools required is their for that reason )

Had attempted this back in May with no luck as it seemed jammed tight. Came back today with a suitable sized tool, no need as it literally came off in my hand. By the looks of things, this has been given some serious force in the recent past and the mount has suffered metal fatigue. Sorry no way to return it to it's correct location, so tucked it in the corner below.

Oops. I found this cache when out caching with Sidewaze but somehow missed logging it. Apologies for being a little late . TFTC .
Had to come back to this one after not being fully prepared the first visit - - and found it much more relaxing being here at night so there were no observers.TFTC. Totally up to Kiwi-Nomad's usual high standards.
Last cache for me on our GBH tour, tried this one last time but couldn’t get the cache to budge so threaten to sort it out this time, BUT Mrs Yeetrees managed to get the cache open this time without any issues this time, must be losing my strength. Nice cache to finish off with. TFTC TNLNSL (1757)
One out of left field to finish up our GBH tour. A good way to unwind before jumping on the plane.

I spotted this one quite quickly but had to be a little discrete as there were men working just over the road installing underground cables in the weekend. Cheers Bo
Had to choose a quiet moment for this one, have driven past it many times this week but far to many people around. Finally got around to crossing this one off the list today.Great fun,TFTC
After two and a half days of caching and coffee, the powers of deduction were working to full capacity by now, soon worked it out, another well done cache. SL TFTC
Needed a man's help as was not strong enough. Mr Marchwood was happy to oblige. TFTC
I've visited this a few times in the past and been stumped by it. Today with Mr KE as witness I finally accessed the log. I'll blame the weather, expansion coefficients, sunspots and the like for my previous failures. TFTC, Biggles.
Being beginners at geocaching, this one was a real challenge! Got it in the end though. Very clever. Thanks.
Found this one very quickly and easily 3 weeks ago, but couldn't get it to budge ! Returned later with a tool but 2 muggles from Telecom were working in the area !!! Returned today and it moved with ease. Another great cache.
Thanks once again !!
