New cache is in place just wating for it to weather a bit as it looks a bit freash at present.... stay tuned
Now that took a bit of hunting down before the "got you" moment, but good to find a new cache style to add to my database of "sneaky hides to look out for" [:0]. TFTC
Did the maths and ended up 25m into the drink. Hmm, not good. Checked the maths again and ended up with a much healthier answer. A bit of a bash later on and success. Cheers
Nearly overlooked this one - great camo!! Got a few scratches from the greenery but was well worth it. TFTC.
Great spot. Our first ride along here (we are not Nelsonians), we appreciate the time and skill taken putting this one in. We can see how the shrubbery will have grown since the cache was placed. TNLN. TFTC.
Not sure what went wrong here - coords had me just out in the drink. A ten min search revealed nothing well crafted or otherwise...
Great camo well done! Nice big container as well. Saw a skink while turning over some stumps
It was turning into a much nicer day then we thought we would get - so while the sun was shining we grabbed the chance to contiunue on to this cache - whilst it did look a nice place to "sit awhile" it was soaking wet so did our figuring and went off to find the cache - found it after a short hunt and soon had the log out and signed - never disappointed by KN's caches !!! thanks for the cache it was fun
When doing a close by cache we thought this wasn't too far away so we wandered along to grab this one as well. Is always a joy to see what surprise for a cache that the CO has installed for us After a search about the cache was located and log signed and returned TFTC
Solved the puzzle very quickly - the cache itself took a little longer, but was worth it. Added a travel bug too. Enjoyed the container very much, TFTC!
Was in a bit of a rush against time with the GPSr batteries to get this one but managed to figure out the final co-ordinates just in time. Took a few minutes of searching - yet another clever hide. TFTC!
Went out yesterday with little helpers but could not locate the hide. Returned this evening and found it right away. Nice hide, well made. TFTC
Checked out cache, and did a bit of weeding it sure is over grown since cache placement..
Picked up TB

out for a short ride in the sun (shoulda looked who cache owner was to speed up find !)
Clever hide, one of those times you just have to trust in your GSP (Geocacher Sensory Preception ) TFTC
3217 Sit a while… not likely when there is another Kiwi-Nomad cache to be found. Many thanks for another well constructed cache.
Couldn't find it, went and did a couple of other caches then returned to get it. TFTC
At long last we can say we found it after more than one visit but not as many as ten, we have no idea how we missed it TFTC D
We spent about 40 minutes looking for this one!!!!At the point of giving up we found it.Thanx for another great cache.
After going out the first time with Ms Marchwood to have a did not find to then being informed by Mr Marchwood that it was a multi, off I went on this freezing morning armed with the questions. The last answer I had to guess at but found the cache anyway. Brilliant hide. TFTC.
Went with marchwood who had found it before but still didnt find it. Will have to wait till my next trip home to have a nosey.
Checked out cache today all OK, did a bit of weeding to make it easer to spot as their has been lots of growth in the area, the wee shrub is now a big tree
Pretty sure we had the right final coords as GPS had us in a very likely spot. No amount of searching could we find this one. In hindsight maybe we should have broadened the search and not relied on GPS accuracy.
Another very clever hide. Looked a little like a woodsman had been in the area; many overturned logs!!
Not quite and April fool with this one but definitely another "if I knew then what I know now" type of cache. Nice to get this one off the map at last! TFTC, Biggles.
Done this one while filling in a couple of hours,Love biking on this track and don't know how i missed this cache last year when i biked past.Great spots for caches along here and it took me a bit to locate cache even though i had a idea what i was looking for but finely spotted it in the under growth.TFTC another nice hide.
2434. Have had this cache on our “must do†list on our last 2 trips up here so today went out and did the short walk before breakfast this morning.
Thanks

had a fair idea what I was looking for but I did have to sit a while to survey the surroundings. Then finally success. TFTC (277)
Walked down from the Honest Lawyer and didn't take too long to find the cache. Nice walk. Cheers Gav [3382]
Spent longer looking for this than I should have, found it in the end! Nice spot, TFTC
we enjoyed the walk and was very impressed and thought what a clever idea.we swapped the Ampelmannchen for a gold coin and they are now on the way to the Westcoast with junior no.13 thank you
A nice easy multi thanks did not know the seat was there and I ride past it often
Excellant cache, no problem finding it. Took Fishing Boat TB left butterfly Thanks
BUGS! Crawly black ones and earwigs! *shudders* I prefer them not to close to my face!
I enjoyed the sitting while part though. I could feel the breeze off the first snow of the season which I had a great view of, thanks!
I think I put North Sea Trawler in here...

Found lots of things that you could drop on your foot but only one that looked like it had been placed. Thanks.
#1148 Looked for this one last year but didn't find it. Trees have been chopped down since then and the undergrowth cleared making it a simple find. TNLN DS8300
This is another cache that has taken several attempts to find. On the worst of these attempts I managed to get wet feet and lock my keys in the car (only 2nd time i've ever done that). Great cache and greater to have it off my nearest caches list finally. Swapped TBs.
Hunted for this one for a wee while, then found it out was a multi! Did the maths, and then soon after found the cache. Oh well... Working our way steadily through the K-N caches, can't be too many more to do! TFTC. Took TB.
Spent some time trying to figure out how to get close. Not being local I still don't know if I really had to do the 3km round trip walk. The cache made it worthwhile though! Thanks.
Very clever
we were right in front of cache and our GPS was telling us to go twelve metres the other way

Straight to it this time, the little bit of gardening by the owner has certainly helped[^].
Walked so very close to it last time...
Another very well done and amazing kiwi-nomad cache, love them.
Grabbed Butterfly Geocoin
TNLNSL, many thanks.

Found on 4th attempt, thanks to Kiwi Nomad for a little gardening which made the hunt easier.
Biked out to check it out yesterday but couldn't find it and the site has changed a bit with all the new shurbs and bark which has been layed in the area, didn't have my GPS with me so when out again today and found it OK it was a tad covered up but it all fixed up now so should be able to be found OK ( sorry for thouse who tried as it not far its its not visable
Thought we'd be third time lucky but no.... Must ask are the felled (cut down) trees upsetting the cache....
Finally stumped by a kiwi-nomad cache. A pleasant but rather wet walk in the rain to this one.
Totally blind it seems, will need a re-visit but will be sure to bring the push bike next time.

What a great place to "Sit A While", except for the road noise! Jnr biked to the cache site, while the rest of Beltfamily walked .. road a bit too close to make the walk enjoyable! Cache hiding place excellent - must have taken some thought & work! Was up to kiwi-nomads usual standard, but an easy find as we are starting to understand how he thinks! TFTC

Found this one quite easily but beware. One of the bushes gave me an itchy rash on my arm.
Clever cache.

Ta for this finally had the correct transport to access. Car just wasnt going to do it if you abided by the law of the signs.
Great find. As cycling off realized that I never actually achieved as the name suggests but suppose the fact that tide was out and we had to yet move east to Blenheim it was about trucking/cycling on and actualy being able to tick this off our list.

Oh, you are so clever. This cache took a lot of time to make and install. Finding it was a treat.

Had a bit of trouble finding the cache myself the plants sure have grown since I planted the cache, did a bit of weeding around cache site so it should be ease to find, caches is all OK..
This took 3 attempts over 2 days (and a little phone help – thks Buzz) to find. My computed GZ seemed to indicate that I was in the right area for it looked as though a police ground search had been conducted there - the previous finders and non-finder had obviously spent some time there searching. The cache was eventually found somewhat overgrown and I had stood within 30cms of it on at least 4 occasions in my rambling around. Great cache. TNLN T4TC. Cheers.
We thought we had these Kiwi-Nomad caches sussed but this one has us beat at present.
The maths were easy but there was nothing that resembled a cache at GZ neither camoflaged nor plain. DS8300
This took me a few minutes to hunt down, nice place to sit out of the that strong wind as well.
Grabbed the TB
Thanks Bitsprayer

Am really enjoying these clever Nelson caches - glad I read the logs though or I never would have looked there. Squeezed in Ducky TB so he could watch the tide come in.

Ha! What a neat idea. How cool. An excellent place for a cache. Lovely evening for a stroll outdoors.
Nice easy find , junior krustys helped with working out final location, but then hunting for crabs became more interesting than cache

lovely bike ride on a beaut day. was a little bit windy but still nice. another great cache with lots of thought gone into it. -TB
Good find on a wet afternoon without the GPS. Good thinking by Samy jnr in locating tha cache.

To get this bug up and running again I had to retrieve it from 'Ant and Laz'who were still listed as having the TB.
We misjudged nightfall and got here in the dark. Literally stumbled on the cache as we floundered in the gloom.
Another clever piece of engineering.
Wow don't those cars zoom along there...
Took the Red Ted TB and put in the Aunty Moonbeam TB

Nice One!!!!!!!!WOW a FTF and late in the morning at that. The night owls and realy birds must be on holiday. Another cunning bit of craftmanship from kiwi-nomad. Great idea! Looking forward to more of the same. - Butterfly + MacToy. Thanks
