Area very overgrown with lantana and LOTS of spider webs so wear appropriate clothing. Tftf
We're camping here and we were happy to get this one within walking distance of our spot. TFTC
Surprisingly, there were a few people camping in this weather. I made a quick find. Thanks for the cache
I decided last night to visit the lovely Scenic Rim chasing a couple of attributes for a challenge or two…
So with 14 targets, including a FTF, I set off at 7am this morning… at Browns Plains I realised I’d left my day pack at home… so back I went which meant I was about an hour behind… oh well…
After failing to score the FTF due to issues with the cache I’ve made quite a detour to collect this cache due to its attributes…
The closest campsite appeared deserted when I visited… but it sounded like there was a party down at the River…
Despite soggy ground, I managed to park LeDeVine pretty close and make the find without issue… tftc…

Top spot and one to remember to come to with the caravan. Thanks for showing us. Favorite point allocated.
Friends are camping here for a week so we came be for a day. To or delight there was a cache right here.
Camping out this way over the long weekend with the family but knew I needed to find at least one on the trip away.
Quite a few memorys at this camp ground when I was younger, it was definitely one of our favourites.

Out today to continue my challenges of a trad a day and a cache a day, I was invited on a tag along drive trip with JACS TEAM, hitting some target caches. It was good for me to experience and see how effortless caching can be and I learnt heaps from the experience of Sheridan; thank you for a great day.
Our target caches were aimed at the d/t grid, attributes and older caches. Tilley was the main aim today and was a great grab for JACS TEAM as it helped them complete their 6th loop of the d/t grid, congratulations.
This cache was an easy find and what a great find of an area. I am going to have to come back here and camp. Cache was a nice hide and not suspected by the campers. With log signed and cache returned as we found it, it was off to the next one on our list.
Thank you for placing this one here definitely a return to here.

What a busy, busy place this is today. Plenty of families enjoying the holidays. I was worried it would be amongst the camps, but my fears were soon set right.
Thanks for the cache grandkids had a ball the thrill of the hunt and excitement of the find. Left a little treasure
Found! Finally! Took a few treks but we eventually found it.....mainly because there were 13 of us on find First find for us!

we went camping in this amazing camp site we had to go home early because of tje rain witch was a big shame. when we left i looked on the app and saw geocashe here so i got it and headed home.
Camping at Darlington Park and just thought we'd check how far the nearest cache was. Wow! 60m. Quick grab before the campground woke up. TFTC
I had looked at the map and decided to take the loop road from Beaudesert through Kerry and Christmas Creek to pick up a few caches.
We were surprised to see the number of campers on the other side of the road but there was no one near where i parked and took the stroll for a quick find.

Knew were it was but there were campers close by. Will try next time we are here.
I went for a wander after setting up camp for the annual Xmas camping party trip with the SEQ 4wd camping group. Wind blowing a gale and a fire up on the ridge, lucky it did not come down further over night. Found the cache signed the log book gave it a new bag and silica pouch. General cleanup and new swaps. Tftc geoscrubers.
Felt like looking for a few caches, so put my geodog Scruffy in the car and headed to the Rathdowney area for the day.

Camping for the weekend and a nice find. Lovely little place. Will be back for sure!
Intended stopping here today but the area was packed. We will be back another day.
Omg such a wonderful place, whilst sitting at a near by table we had all these lorikeets come and land on us it was amazing. Thank you Milford making us stop here
If not for a cache being placed here would we have discovered this great camping spot

A quick find with The X-Trailers. What a great place to camp and explore. A favourite point today. TFTC
16/4/17 camping out this way for Easter weekend and hoping to grab some caches. This was the first attempt and a success it was. A great little hiding spot, as there are plenty of muggles here this weekend but I felt hidden where the cache was. A quick find, signed our name and returned as found. TFTC
Another cache that had plenty of parking nearby for our little convoy. At first, my phone insisted that I go "over there" which was odd as I couldnt see any logical hiding spots that way. So I decided to follow the group and eventually, my phone followed suit. Soon, we were at GZ and the cache was spotted. Names were added to the log and the cache rehidden before we continued on our way. TFTC
Stinson Weekend! The third of our three days, we met the crew for the breakfast Event, then set off in the company of some fellow geocachers (Selva Girls, E(: and NeversayDi) along Widgee Creek road, over the range and back to Beaudesert through the Kerry Valley .
As we approached the Park we could see some reasonable fresh tyre marks across the grass, and thought 'Orange Crew and Marchwood have just been here', as we seemed to be following them along the road today. So we followed their tracks and parked, then up the hill and past the Lantana (that stuff really is everywhere!) and on th GZ. Visited the TB here.
Log signed & replaced again. Found at 12.20pm on 19th February 2017. TFTC, GeoScrubers.

Found with RoddyC, Selvagirls and E(:- given where it is - should have had a few more finds - there will be more today as there is an event close by! Thanks for the cache!
Wow! An unloved cache?
We attended the 80th Anniversary of the Stinton Crash today.
Was with other cachers collecting smileys in this part of the world. We had lots of fun.

Out caching in this area thanks to the Stinson 80th Anniversary Event today.
This hide, surprisingly, hadn't been found for a while.
Almost a park and grab today.

Taking a drive out to the Lost World today to leave my travel bug near some sheep and logging some caches on the way. TFTC
Found with Jaid07 on a beautiful winters day in the countryside. Thanks GeoScrubers and TFTC
Geo-husby and I planned a trip with the little ones to introduce them to 'treasure hunting'. This was on a loop that had 15 caches.
This one was left to geo-husby as I had two grumpy children to feed and play with. Took him a while to come back and he said he 'took the scenic route' so that says enough on how he went. TNLN. TFTC

Squishily, it was more like a marine park than a camping site, but the residents were playing ball and belting out loud music and having fun.
We scooted across the puddles and up the hill for an easy find This must be a lovely spot to camp when it's not pelted by thunderstorms.
TFTC GeoScrubers! I have always wondered why you only have one B in your name?

Finally managed to sneak in an look for this one. A few less muggles around today than previous drive pasts so it was time to go seek.
After having had a terrific weekend attending the "Christmas Creek - Stinson Weekend" Event and making the trek to the Stinson Wreck, it was time for us to head back home. We had decided we would head along the back way to one of the older caches in the area, which brought us past this cache which we easily found. With our name in the log book, we were on our way again.
Thank you GeoScrubers for having placed the cache for everyone to enjoy.

Tftc (note log slightly damp -stood cache up)one of our favorite camping spots-still busy even in the middle of winter! Watch out for the cobbler pegs!
A lot of people did Park & Camp here this weekend, which is why I left the cache for another day.
T-Tech and I have spent the weekend camping at Christmas Creek, and today we are heading home to Brisbane. Along the way of course, we just had to grab a few more caches
A very busy place here at the end of a long weekend! The cache is placed at a good enough distance that muggles were unaware of us, and it's nicely tucked away. TFTC, GeoScrubers.

Found with the Family and it was a little messy inside with some broken things, we replaced these with new stash and logged our names, all good for the next finders. a very busy long weekend at this site.
Finally had a chance to grab this one, it was further back than I had thought when driving by here in the past. Gladly we found it, replaced some trades and headed on our way, after restocking our tummys! thanks! It was very busy for this long weekend. I'm very glad we were in a much more secluded camp ground.
On a caching day with JooJoo57 we decided to do caches just south of Beaudesert.
Had to go for a small walk to locate cache. Interesting feature there. TFTC

Having a day caching with Richmond Lad in area south of Beaudesert. Geocaching is bringing me to an area that I don't remember ever visiting. Not just muggle campers around there were also road works happening but GZ was away from most of this so the find was quickly achieved. TFTC.
I wish I had have known there was a kiosk here yesterday. It was near this point I went home yesterday because it was so hot that I had gone through 3 bottles of water and hadn't anticipated a shop up this road so I cut my trip short for fear of dying of thirst. Today I choose, in 42 degrees heat, to go the long way of what could have been a very short walk.
Decided not to stop as the camp ground was overflowing with campers. Turned out we still would of been able to make the find. Next trip.
I am so glad our caching event was where it was. This placed was packed for school hols and long weekend. It looked like suburbia with the added noise of kids and generators. Wow. We managed to go up for the walk and snare this one and be totally unseen. There was so much happening below that no one was interested in us. It was a nice little womble up to this one for the chikins. Thanks Geoscrubers.
On my way to a Christmas Creek camping event, I decided to do a few caches. Wow so many campers. Luckily no one on the way or at GZ. TFTC!
Start of the school holidays so quite many happy campers there. But due to the hidden location, nobody seemed to wonder what we were doing there. Thanks.
Found it after we had set up camp for the night.
Plenty of muggles camping but nobody noticed us walking up the mown path in the bush
thanks for the cache GeoScrubers
