The crookedkids are learning to sail at the nearby yacht club, so after dropping them off and watching them sail down the harbour, I hopped on the geobike for a ride. Wish I had read recent logs before riding out to this one.
The hide location, as per the hint, was obvious, but no cache there. Expanded my search out to likely places muggles would discard a cache container but no luck. Could I suggest the CO disable this one, until it is checked.
Thanks Angermanagement.

I've found this one before, however since I was there for boot camp I went to check it... It's defiantly been muggled.
Visited with a few others including a previous finder. GZ is obvious.
Five pairs of eyes!
No sign of the cache anywhere

Out with some friends introducing geocaching. I let him find this one. The new log is dry. SL.Tftc jumbucks
Followed my phone and found the cache quickly. The cache was pretty exposed so I covered it a bit before leaving.
Thanks for the cache Anger.

We found this one easy enough but in poor condition every thing inside
unusable, we had our trusty bag with us & so we replaced the log with a new one
plus pencil & placed them in a new plastic bag, the old log we left in for the C.O
to deal with at his leasure . It seems the cache is not water tight anymore.

easy find -hard part was getting down the slope with out slipping over -cheers jumbo
Out and about with svn07 for a paddle on the kayaks doing a maintenance run on her multi-cache.
This cache was on our travels, and svn07 laughed when I said I wanted to get it. She was thinking it was a lot easier from the road! I guess I may be the first to get it by kayak We pulled up at the sand bank at the water's edge and while she waited with the kayaks, I wandered in for the hunt. It was a very soggy and slippery walk across to GZ, and when I found the cache it was in a bad way, with lots of water inside and all the contents soaked I was only able to scratch my name on to a page of the logbook. Definitely needs some TLC from the CO. TFTC, angermanagement.

The bank was slippery here, Jumbo was a not so flash ballerina sliding down it with the trusty jandles on! TFTC
As I was walking past, checked the cache. The container seems to be on its own place, all good.
Out with newimagepm this morning and despite the heavy showers we pressed on into the crunchy salt flats. Must have been our lucky day as it was neither crunchy or salty !
More importantly, the container and contents were all dry.
Thinking we'd be on our own on Boxing Day morning was our first fault. Muggle and muggle dog approaching from the left. Do they ever give up ??? Guess not then!

Out and about on the dark side of town picking up a few caches on this beautiful but windy day. This was our 18th find for the day. Had trouble finding the best way into this one as we have never been in this area before. Eventually found a way and enjoyed our easy walk to GZ. Nice houses and can imagine the mozzies in the summer.

Day 2 of my Brisbane holiday with tmann421. Another lovely day and quick find TFTC
Nice quick find with TuisReturn. A great time for us both on holiday around Brisbane. SL TFTC
Sat and let everything dry in the lovely sun. Nice spot for it! Added a piece of paper as a temporary log book. Thanks for bringing me here!
Easy find as it was quite exposed. Thanks greenslime for the dry logbook. Tftc
The log book is saturated. It's close to impossible to write in and is becoming mouldy.
Easy find with Dutchie1950, logbook still soaked and found swaps in previuosly mentioned pool. TFTC.
Muggles doing the gardening , he was very persistant in watching us . Finally moved in and found it.
This was an easy find today! And what a pretty spot this is!
After 100 mm of rain yesterday, the sun was trying to peek through the cloud cover, and the scenery was clean and pretty, reflecting the light in about a zillion of puddles in the area. Took some higher ground (as much as you can there) to approach the GZ, and then followed the GPSr straight down. While I was looking around before the "0 metres left" point, the container was staring at me.
Now, the lid was off but the container sideways. Underneath there was a swimming pool big enough for toads to bathe in. The container itself has dried up but the logbook is completely soaked (NM log to follow). Managed to sign, replaced the cache back, leaving it tucked above the pool, and covered it out of plain sight.
If there were any swags in the container, they must now be in the pool, happily diving in depths. When the next fellow cacher one comes along, if you could please check underneath the container.

The logbook is completely soaked after having a full day of rain yesterday pouring on it. It will not really be any good, so replacement is strongly suggested.
After taking the kids down to Wellington Point for some fishing and a swim, we decided to see what caches where in the area.
I can Imagine at a spring high tide that this area is full of water, did not want to taste the salt!! As I approached I had a good idea where to find it, I was wrong! Don't think you know till you find the cache. Turned around and could see the cache from a way off. I don't think this is a high muggle so I was not too worried.
As I had my hand on the cache I heard the neighbours talking and I believe I may have been caught in mid retrieval. Needless I went on with my signing and returned.
I see the corner house is for sale and It must have great views! Along with the house next door that has been renovated this must be an up and coming area.

Found it. Was looking at the clue the wrong way, saw from a distance gave it a bit more cover.
Visiting from the UK with my brother, easy find after short stroll. Thanks for bringing us here.
This cache formed a part of my shotgun trip to Queensland. At the last minute I got asked to come to Queensland to do some work. So I made the most of it and bagged myself 100 odd caches while in the state. First grabbed a few caches in Roma before flying into Brisbane Airport where I hired a car at around 1PM. I then cached most the time till I caught a plane the next afternoon from the Gold Coast to Victoria. At one stage I took a power nap in the back of the car for about an hour to recharge when I was feeling a bit flat. Beside that it was not till I got on the plane did I have a chance to sleep. There was very little sleep had. When I got back to Victoria I made sure I grabbed one last cache so I ended up getting a cache in 3 Australia states in one day. What a fantastic spot for a cache. TFTC
A nice view from the top, too bad there isn't much down the bottom. All of our gps's told us that there was another road closer. Too bad there wasn't one :S TFTC
Probably the most picturesque spot we visited in the area today. The serenity was amazing this afternoon (with no construction underway on the weekend I guess). A stunning spot and cache was fine. Excellent hint! House up for sale on the corner: how much, I wonder?
Big thanks for this one, angermanagement.

An easy find, whilst Gem drove the car around. Kid-muggles kept yelling out at us - watch for neighbours. The notepad in this cache is wet.

Was aware of the local plover after reading the last log so made sure to keep an eye on him and as I snuck along the fence line he gave me no trouble. Found the cache very easily. I was expecting a walk onto the salt flats but nope. Nice views North from here as I walked back to the car. TFTC.
After being dive-bombed by local plover. Managed to find cache safe and sound and in good condition.
I too found the cache open and exposed Added a bag to keep things dry and stuffed some nearby rubbish on top
Came up to do a cache nearby but had to wait for the right tide. In the meantime we came to do this cache. As already said: the gps thinks there is a road here where the cache is. Found our way on foot and spotted the likely hide from a short distance away. Getting nearer we could see the cache fully exposed. We bided our time admiring the birds in the trees while some muggles walked by and then we grabbed the cache, signed the log, and replaced with better camo. Thanks for the cache angermanagement. Nice area.

After finding the path which according to the GPS was a street we headed in to GZ.
A nice stroll around the corner and the cache was quick to hand.
Can't say i will be trying the crunchy salt though.

Found it the kids today after a quick dash when the local muggles went indoors. Thanks for the hunt.
Great scenery, kids loved running up and down. Took the trackable, and left Stretchy Man who has made his way down from Mackay...the adventures of Stretchy Man continue... TFTC - RR
A nice easy find after a short walk from the road. The clue is brilliant and made it simple to find and log. The cache was easy to see when I arrived but when I tried to cover it better the wind seemed to mess it up. It should be okay as long as most visitors keep to the path. TFTC
I might be new to this but this cache has my favourite clue so far - spotted the location from 50 metres away on a lovely Sunday morning, out with SVN07
I had a pleasant walk to GZ, looking up at the houses with the lucky owners. I spotted the hiding spot when I was still 30m away, I guess I have been a cacher for a while
Thanks for the cache

Found a convenient entry point to this one and wanderred down... Nice back yard these guys have to run around in... [^]
Found GZ easily and spotted the cache that was uncoverred in it's lair... So, a quick sign of the log and I tucked it back and provided it some natural camo... Hopefully that'll keep it out of sight for a while.
Cheers Angermanagement.

This was an enjoyable little stroll. I am glad to see they have put this land aside for others to enjoy and not just sold it to someone rich. Found the cache after a small hunt - very muggle free today. TFTC Angermanagement
Thank you for taking us to this wonderful place, must remember to bring the geodog next time as it would be a great place for a stroll. [^]

Walked right up to this one which was good after a dnf at the previous cache . Beautiful area and the weather was perfect this morning. L TB. TFTC angermanagement
This wasn't to difficult to locate as it was uncovered but still in it's place.
Another nice spot down by the bay.
Re-hide and added a bit of cover over it, TFTC.

Walking towards GZ I was joined by a very friendly mutt. He seemed to know the way and marked the tree. Who was I to argue....search that tree I did and was rewarded with a cache
Cache dry and in good condition.
Thanks
Nice easy one to start the day. Geohound champing at the bit. Sticks, grass, mud n water all nearby - what more could a hound want?
First find for the morning, nice little area and a great hiding spot, the plovers are soon going to be a problem, left a card, took nothing, Cache in great condition. TFTC
Could not find this one. Found a very likely spot from co-ords, notes and hint, but no cache. Could not get my hand deep into the hiding place, but did have a good scratch around with a stick - no cache there today.
Thanks anyway angermanagement.

Walked to GZ and looked around at likely spots with no luck so looked at the hint which is the spot I first went to so went back there and dug around inside a bit more but there is no cache in there.

This one easily found, though because of recent rain it was a very muddy walk from the park to get there. Would have been better to drive to the end of the road and go to the spot that way. TFTC
