Im suggesting this be archived as the entire area has been under flood water and i very much doubt the cache is still anywhere nearby. Also appears the owner has not visited the site in almost 3 years so maintenance seems highly doubtful.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
Went out to have another look for this one today - after 2 DNF's (i thought i had already logged a DNF but apparently not) The entire area here has been flooded and there is debris everywhere. Unless the cache is up high on the railway bridge then i doubt it would still be here anywhere. Definitely needs to be checked for maintenance (unless it is in fact on the bridge somewhere.)
Well I went back to this one armed with a brand new GPSR and Mrs Brahms6 and a pair of geohounds. It didn't help. I searched up and down, in, under ,hanging, buried. I widened out my search pattern. I walked away and came back again. But no luck. The clue completely confounds me. I did try putting my head between my legs but the view wasn't that special, I looked to the left and couldn't see anything green (thank the lord) especialy not a green lid. I am obviously doing something wrong or am plainly too obtuse to get it.
Help Is the thing still there?[:o)]
All was not wasted though the geohounds did get a good workout and the drive was nice.

A beutiful spot. I felt like a scrub turkey scratching around in the bush climbing and crawling over and under branches, constructions and undergrowth. I did not find it so I am have to go back with someone who can make sence of cryptic clues.
Great spot. Kids had a great time in the creek. Took the Noddy Car trackable. TFTC
Thank-you so very much for sharing this special spot with us. We left our caravan at Gordonvale Rest Area and took a lovely morning drive out through the cane fields to this cache, went the scenic way instead of just rushing down the highway and got to see what is left of this quaint old village.
The sun was warm and the grass wet with morning dew as we approached the cache - our two old Jack Russells loved it, of course we did too. Soon Ian was off under the trees finding the cache which yet again was out in the open so after drying it out (it was only a little damp) he hide it back away but it shouldnt be too hard to find. We had to return to the Jeep for a pen as there is no pen or pencil in the cache - unfortunately we were out of spares so perhaps the next finder could generously donate one.
After the log was signed we followed the track down to a wonderful clean flowing stream were we all waded and swam (JRT's swam) in the crystal clear cool water. We would never have seen this magical spot had it not been for your cache so again Thank-you for sharing it.
Oh nearly forgot to say that we took nothing but left a TB we had rescued from the top of Walshes Pyramid a couple of days ago.

Not sure what the attraction is aboyt this area - but came here twice in two days to find muggles aplenty. No problem Corika - found it easily enough. Creek high today due to heavy rains overnight. TFTC!
Looks as if not too many people take this little detour from the highway nowadays, I was the first one to sign the log for this year. Nice swimming hole nearby.
Cache was lying out in the open, hope I put it in the right spot - otherwise appologies to the next one who might have to look around a bit longer for it.

Saw all the cars and though - oh no - but with discretion it was found with no one the wiser SL TNLN TFTC
Greynomads found this one after a bit of a scramble and a bit of luck. There was a 2 wheel push bike stashed nearby, I wonder how long it has been there. Thanks for the cache, such a nice place for a dip.
TFTC TNLN as noted, the log book is a bit damp - but what's new !!, everything is a bit damp in this part of the world.

What a nice spot for a swim. The cache log was wet as and needs replacing. Whan I dropped by (5.00pm) there were swarms of mosquitos so some repellent would be in order. TNLN tried to sign log. Thanks for the beaut spot
After some scrambling up and down the train grade (not neccessary!)
we did finally find the cache - good camo! And having found it, the hint does make a lot of sense!

9.35 - Easily located. No green lid, and plenty of 'pushin an squeezin'. Eventually got to the goodies. +/- 0 T4TC
15:30 Second find of the day with Molozowa. Climbed all over the railway track while looking for the cache, which is not necessary.

We made a quick detour on our way from Cairns to Townsville to grab this one in this picturesque park,. With only one lone fisherwomen enjoying these peaceful surrounds we had gz to ourselves which was good as the cache took a little while to locate

Found this time around as we have been here before but it was raining and just on dark so we went away empty handed. We walked straight in for a quick grab today. Nice area this one for families with young children. Found at 15:20 by Gazza572003. TNLN TFTC.
Found with bubblensqueak whilst returning to Townsville from Cairns after a great weekend of diving & Geocaching. Tried to find this one once before but with no luck but this time it was a walk in the park. TNLN TFTC.
This one has eluded us on at least two occassions now, both in darkness. This time I dropped in on the way back from a meeting and eventually found it right where we had been searching on both other occassions. Thanks herd for resetting the cache and happy to finally sign off on this one.

When I was here in April there was no cache to be found.
When I went past on the Tilt Train a week ago I couldn't reach out the window to get the cache.
So today I drove back again and found the cache safe and sound.
Thanks Camels for replacing the cache.

On our way south for the weekend and stopped here to enjoy another great part of our new home. Did not look in the right place hard enough so it took us longer to find the cache. after reading the logs we went straight back to the location and grabbed the cache straight away. A beautiful park and a great hunt. TNLNSL.
Revisited with the whole Spinmeout Team today. I have done this one in the past when the original container was here. Revisited to fill in the log and show the family this great little park and creek.
Signed New log Thanks to "A Herd Of Camels" and did some swaps.

L: Seahorse, Jellyfish, Starfish
Replace cache with Wooden Log on top to prevent it washing away.

What an absolutely beautiful spot, will definitely return here for family BBQ's etc. Nearly didn't come after reading the previous logs, but decided to give it a go. Searched and found the obvious spot as indicated by the clue, but could not find the cache. Checked downstream amongst the trees about 50m with no luck. This spot is too beautiful not to have a cache, so we put a new one into the same co-ordinates and where the same hint will assist other searchers. (Bubbles & Squeak, hope you don't mind us doing this).
Having the previous log info I thought I'd see if cache could be found.
The obvious hiding spot that fits the clues has had quite a bit of flood water through it recently.
Searched all around the area for 30 mins or so with no luck. I defiantly feel cache has either floated away or been taken.

Came with the intention of finding this but the weather and time was against us. With rain and darkness upon us it was impossible to continue our searh so aborted for another trip. From what we did see this is another perfectly beautiful place well deserving of a visit.
Went to do a geocoin drop in this one and discovered it missing. Looks like it may have been washed away. So a replacement may be needed. thanks Searchwise015
... nice spot out here ... that was thoroughly being enjoyed by the locals too.
didn't matter ... whilst they were mucking around in the creek, we went looking for a cache, took a little bit of searching, but came up with the goods eventually, TN except the TB for travels further south, cheers

Nice big park, good for some geo cricket or geo frizbee. Only came across one swimmer muggle as we tried to look like we weren't heading into the bushes! Two scrub turkeys scurried our way when a train went past.TFTF

Found it easily, taped it back up and put it back, for the green ants to play on. thanks
Did this one on my way home from Townsville. Took the detour off the highway and found this great little park. Must bring the kids here one day for a BBQ.
GPS batteries were getting low and the signal was all over the place. I even went up onto the railway tracks, not recommended. Finally read the clue and put my head between the legs.
Did some swaps and taped the cache back up.There is still some moisture in the container, however the contents are dry.

Found by Danielc, Danielv, and Val on a beautiful sunny day. Cache was not too hard to find as the co-ordinates were pretty much spot-on, but on a lovely, warm, Sunday afternoon the place was crowded with picnicers and swimmers. We tried to make out that we were interested in the rail line and bridge, but I don't know if we fooled anyone. We really don't look like a trio of rail engineers. Still we found it, and signed it, and re-hid it, and hoped that the youth were too interested in their football, and the oldies were too interested in their barbies to take much notice of eccentrics. No swaps - me old mate Al Zimer again.
Cheers, and Good Hunting!! Dan.

Our first ever cache. We had a great time working out how to use the GPS and eventually found the cache. We took a bouncy ball and replace it with a water pistol. Thanks we are hooked now.
A pleasant drive through the cane fields, passed the rusty jenny and the pub. Started on the wrong side but once on the right side found it easily.
Yes, the cache was in a disastrous state - totally wet through, but fortunately no mould had set in. Due to muggles I was not able to place the cache or anything back that afternoon.
Took the cache home, dried the log book in the oven and ironed the pages (now that's dedication for you!), got rid of the soggy items (koala, chicken, business card, wooden toy etc).
The cache was placed back today, sorry but contents are a bit sparse due to the cleanout. The log book is in double ziplock bags. Please don't put the pencil with it as that will make holes. The contents are in a plastic jar with the lid taped closed. This is all in another round plastic pasta container painted black. This is also taped closed. There is a roll of tape in the cache. Please make it as water tight as possible.
Looking at the debris in the trees, this site is at least 1m below the flood line so it will get saturated. I have tried to waterproof it as much as possible, but I strongly suggest that the cache is relocated to higher ground, as it seems it would wash away very easily in a flood.
The water was quite breathtaking! Next time I want to see if we can ride Behana from the highway to this point.

I found "Behana by the Track" easily today. However the contents are almost totally wet. No logging in was possible. The note book was too wet. And water drops from the Koala's fur. It will not catch cold I hope.

Interesting cache this one. He platy thought the legs meant legs of bridge. However oncoming freight train made us reconsider the location of this cache. She platy put head through legs and found cache. Once again it was out in the open. Due to muggles around unable to dry contents of cache. We were also unable to sign log.

Cache had been swept out into the open by the recent flood and was lying exposed with some other debris. Cache contents were very wet. We dried the cache contents as best as we could and replaced the cache in a hiding spot near the co-ordinates.
The flood had also piled sand up onto the causeway and the river was running over the road rather than under it. Great Spot. Had a refreshing swim.
We had been intending to drop off some Geocoins, but as it was still cyclone season we worried that they might not be safe so TNLN. TFTC.

We got a reading of something more like 17 07.600E at the cache site but GPS is too new to know just how aqccurate it is. Still, found it with the clue after much clambering up and down. Thanks for this one, as I'm doing "Orient Express Quest" and needed to log a cache near a track so its close vicinity was perfect.
Took: a toy car and a little foam ball
Left: koala souvenir, sheet of stickers and Goldie the Firedog TB

We missed this one yesterday so, bright and early we set off to make amends. By the time we drove up to the cache site we were surprised to see a number of muggle families already set up by the river for a day's enjoyment. Someone was have BBQ bacon and eggs for breakfast.
We found the cache without too much trouble. Love the clue - these things never make sense until you reach GZ!!
Took incense holder left car.
A train passed by as we logged our find. SL TFTC. We enjoyed our excusion to this site very much.

Took Balloon Motif and left Dark Horse.
Dropped off Santa Travel Bug.
