Good easy placement but have to think about it as I found co-ords are a little out TFTC
Last one for the day. Had a great time exploring the National Park. Thanks to all the local CO's for your caches.
We are travelling with Pprass and are leaving Lincoln NP after camping here for three days. The weather has now turned on us as we head for Coffin Bay.A good spot to check all is secure after the bone rattling track out from Fisherman's Point. Thanks for contributing to our holiday The Suthies
WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 11 - Port Lincoln Day. The day started with caches around the town area and a bit of shopping. I also managed to do the Statue Labs whilst having a walk along the fore shore area. With all the chores out of the way, I started following the coast to the south towards Tulka following a nice walking trail and ending up at the gates of the National park. This gave me plenty of free time in the afternoon to catch up on logging. One more New county tomorrow as I head to Ellistion, although there do not seem to be as many caches on the west coast of the Eyre Peninsula.I did a run of caches along the coast here down to the entrance to the national park. Quite a variety, some harder than others. but all found without any problems. With a great spot empty I was a bit concerned, but on the other side, all became clear. Magnificent. Thanks for the cache The Suthies46657.27 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & Whittlesea Event 2022 Grey A#496**Albida**
Staying in Port Lincoln for 3 nights. Now to get a mix of sightseeing and caching
OCW PelDroedGwin Staying nearby for a few days we decided to explore the Mere area. An alternative exit brought us out this way. But where my iPhone suggested but in a spot that made perfect sense.Tftc
From 16 December 2023 to 19 December 2023, I and J plus the little one visited Coffin Bay National Park and Lincoln National Park, together with countless cities and towns on the way. We also found over 40 caches during the trip, including traditional cache, mystery cache, multi cache, virtual cache, EarthCache, and Adventure Lab cache.17 December 2023, Day 2, we found 14 caches. This was our 12th find for the day, also 21st cache we found for the whole trip.We stayed 2 nights in Lincoln National Park. This was the first cache we found in Lincoln National Park.Cache has been found easily. Nice name for the cache.Good sized container. Took nothing, left nothing. Signed the log book. Thanks for the cache, The Suthies.PS: I took a photo there. See attachment.----**South Australia will host a Leap Day Mega Event on 29th February 2024. First cache since covid locked us all in. Bit slow I know. Unfortunately 3travel bugs came into lockdown with me and I've been holding the hostage- untill now.
Apologies to the owners. Today they are set free:)

Yay. 2006 hide. I was looking for old or bigger than small caches today. We grabbed a subway each and ate them down the road at tulka. When we pulled in here there was a family of emus. So so cute
Thank you for placing this for us to find. Thank you for contributing to the geo map and maintaining when required. TFTC
SA’s Leap Year Event - keep the date free - 29th February 2024. GCA1DNA. Can’t wait!!

I think this has had cache drift. Still easy enough to find. Go by the cache name as your hint. Found with Com084. Log signed and replaced as found. TFTC.
A quick find on our way from Whalers Way back to Port Lincoln. Sadly we didn't have the time to visit the NP today, maybe another time.

Streeetch! Out on trusty treadles exploring the trail and sights. Finally in Port Lincoln with time ahead to stop in this lovely well kept historic town. Day 17 in SA after numerous trips were sabotaged due to you know what and its a fab day. The Ikera- Flinders Ranges, Whyalla, Port Lincoln and a few in between caches are high on the list along with several other random caches so hoping to tick all boxes before heading back to home base. I’ve learnt theRE are plenty of quality SA caches - plenty to pique the curiosity and anticipation of another surprise or fun cache. TFTC AND THE FUN and the effort to contribute to this fave game.
Beautiful morning to be out caching with iluvtrekking. Nice find at NP entry statement. Thanks Suthies
Another cache found with richlink.
All good here.
We have enjoyed travelling The Eyre Peninsula with richlink using Geocahing as our guide. We have seen many interesting towns and locations along the way. Thank you so much to the CO’s who have placed and maintained caches for the enjoyment of all.

Out for the morning with The X-Trailers and after great drive along the shore of the lake with some speccy scenery and photo opportunities we found ourselves driving past this one and the others kindly offered to stop so I could make the find. [^]
Thanks for the cache The Suthies.

One good thing that has come out of the Covid situation, is the need to holiday in your home state. With a week or so to spend away, we decided to head to Port Lincoln - a place we had not visited before. Our first day in the area was spent exploring Lincoln National Park, and what better way to find all the interesting spots, than to find the caches which had been hidden.
OUr last find for the day as we left the park after a great day out. Thanks for showing us many interesting places.

On our way back from Memory Cove with ilook4geo we also wanted to pick up some of the caches available around the area. This was one that we found quite easily and both names were soon added to the log. Thanks go to The Suthies for placing this cache.
Out for some caching with goingplaces2 in the Lincoln National Park area and back towards Port Lincoln. This was a nice easy find and both names were soon added to the log. TFTC.
Only one of the three goals from last year achieved. So once again trying and fill my calendar with multi-caches and complete loop 11 again this year. [^] For my third goal I will try and get my DNF numbers to single digits. That should keep me busy again this year! [:o)]
Off to the west coast for a Holiday. [^] Holiday Sal Style that is. We are sightseeing - if there happens to be a cache there - great - get it. Luckily caches are in really interesting spots anyway.
Day 8: Port Lincoln - Day trip to Lincoln National Park.
A quick find here. Although the cache is completely buggered it stays dry thanks to it hiding place. Could still do with a new container though!
***Thanks The Suthies for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

Welcome to Lincoln NP. What a day this will be walking around to different sites and caching. TFTC.
26/3/2021. Our very first geocaching adventure. Took a bit of finding but we got it in the end. The actual container is missing the lid but there is some paper in a jar that is still dry. Will know to take a photo of the next one.
Well it’s 2021 and I have finally said good bye to a not so great 2020 and it was great to finally be able to have a reasonable holiday as I have not had a decent break since 2019.
Made to South Australia and finally crossing the boarder and then being greeted by a couple of very friendly SA police offices for which i had the official paper work to allow me to enter.
After making my way west along the Eyre Hwy I went as far as Penong and the Eyre Hwy which I have not travelled along since the late 70’s when I was on a holiday with my folks and this was the last holiday before I started full time work as a sparkie and finding a few caches as I go.
Geocaching when towing a van is not always easy and I have to be a bit selective on which ones I decide to try and find for safe parking purposes especially along busy highways.
So after leaving Coffin Bay my next destination is Port Lincoln which is down the bottom of Eyre Peninsular off the Flinders Hwy.
I’m hoping for better weather soon I don’t mind it being cool just not rain showers when you are out and about.
Another new day in Port Lincoln and it is time to relocate the van and head down to the National Park so I got up early packed up and headed off.
So after setting up the van at Surfleet Campground it was time to explore the South West area and the weather is finally looking good.
Made it back to the entrance of the NP and very easy to park without the van on.
Like the entrance to Coffin Bay NP the cache is about birds and afte4 a quick search I added my name to the log.
Thanks The Suthies TFTC.

On a road trip around the Mid North and Eyre Peninsula, geocaching as I go. Predominantly targeting old caches, solved mysteries and grabbing some interesting looking traditionals.
Sadly I will have to wait for my next visit to venture further down this road. I should have my 4wd by then.
Thanks for the cache The Suthies.

A nice easy find in at the entrance to the National Park. cache container is broken and it is missing its lid. Log is still alright in separate jar. no trackable to be seen. Thanks for the hide.
During our new years break, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I headed to the Eyre Peninsula to travel around the various coastal towns. We started the trip with Jeep trouble, but then continued in our alternative vehicle without 4WD to stick to the main tourist roads where possible. We travelled south-west to Tumby Bay and Port Lincoln via Whyalla, Cowell, Cleve, Arno Bay; west across to Coffin Bay; and then north-west to Streaky Bay and Ceduna via Elliston, and Venus Bay. We then headed back east staying in Kimba via Poochera, Wudinna, Lock, and Darke Peak.
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I spent the day around Port Lincoln. We spent the morning seeing the town and marina, and then headed south travelling past Port Lincoln National Park to check out Whalers Way. It was still a little cold and nippy with the wind about, but otherwise a sunny day.
This was as far as we got to exploring Port Lincoln National Park, since we didn't have the right car to do the exploration adventures. After a brief search around, we came across the nicely hidden cache. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. I'm not sure why a *Needs Maintenance* log has been raised for this cache, since the inner container looks to be fine? Thanks The Suthies for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

A 2 week tour of the West Coast started in Streaky Bay, then to Coffin Bay, then to Tumby Bay and finally a couple of days in Whyalla.
All caches were in good condition unless I've posted a Needs Maintenance log.
Found during a day's driving aroung the National Park.
