We tried this in June last year and failed to find it. We're sure we looked in this hiddie hole numerous times last June. Oh well, must have been cache blindness. The cache is in pretty poor health Crew; we tried to scratch a log in the very soaked logbook, but not really successfully. Sorry we did not come equipped to replace anything today.

08-May-08
Easy find. Spur of the moment find on the way home from work.

As stated by previous log it does need maintenance.

22-Apr-08

Needs some attention.

XC on Business with Windaroo Vets... Arrived a little early so had time to hunt a couple.. Came here first. Located cache easily enough but contents were soaked... Signed log with gel pen but doubt it will survive...
Replaced but needs maintenance.

It wasn't long before I had this one out of it's hidy hole.
The contents is very wet dried it out the best I could. However I didn't have a new log book to add to the cache. The old one is completly soaked.TFTC.

07-Feb-08
This one is a little on the wet side, it would appear that the water has gotten into the sistema container. The log book was doing it's best to stay afloat. Mould and mildew is starting to make the cache smell. Drained water and threw away mouldy cards, signed log.
Owner may want to head on over and give it a good going over.

Work brought me down this area and these caches just popped up on the screen, well I couldn't just leave them. TNLN nice country out this way.

We've been meaning to do this one since it first arrived 1 street away from us. Easy find at 2pm. Totally deserted so was an easy in and out cache. Took tealight holder and left teddy stickers.

This was our 9th cache of the 1st day on our 4 day visit to your sunny state. We pulled up in the car park and noticed a lot of people fishing and boating on this river and followed the gpsr to a slightly less scenic part of the park that was out of sight of all the muggles and the cache was located quickly
Made swaps
Thanks again crew 153

No luck today for us. We looked through all the rubbish; things like discarded sharps containers, twisted corrugated iron sheets and broken glass etc. for about 30 minutes.

10-Apr-07
As I was the only one in the carpark I was able to access the cache unobserved. Not a pretty place but the quick cache find meant that didn't matter. Thanks crew 153.

1643hrs. Caught up with the Baffled Harveys on this one. We sent the men off in search of the cache but they returned empty handed and very unimpressed with the general vacinity of GZ. Determined to find it, Mrs Baffled Harveys and Mrs vinthe2nd headed off. After a bit of searching we finally re-emerged with cache in hand. A very satisfying cache find, although we think is a pity the cache is located in such an eeky part of an otherwise lovely place.
In: screw driver, glitter pen, globe pencil sharpener
Out: cat toy, rocket light

25-Feb-07
This was a very satisfying cache! Vinthe2nd caught up with us at this one, turns out they'd been right behind us all the way. The men went to find the cache, with two GPS and a compass. When they came back empty handed, it was a matter of honour that we ladies bring it out. Off we went and Mrs Vinthe2nd came up trumps! GZ is not the most savoury part of the park, but it's a nice spot for a picnic. TFTC.

5.15pm

The local lads were out on their bikes this afternoon and I had to bide my time before I could venture into to pick this one up. Had a bit of a wander around the area whilst waiting.

With the muggles across the other side of the bridge I dashed in for a quick find.

Nice little hide. Cache dry and in good condition.

Thanks Crew

Well, we found the cache, along with the carnivorous plants that got all of us and the nasty bitey jumping ants that we managed to escape from just in time [B)]

We left a pack of cards and took a bell. TFTC

We are glad we didn't take the kids into this campsite. Obviously this site comes alive at night. [xx(] The kids were happily playing on the other side of the trees looking at small carnivorous plants.
There were lots of places to hide the cache but we found it eventually. Big Grin

09-Dec-06
It was a pleasant walk over the bridge... the afternoon was starting to cool down and there was a nice breeze blowing.

Upon reaching GZ we dived into the bushes and then came upon a cache hiders dream with about 17 zillion places to hide a cache... nothing to do but to get started looking.

The kids looked here and the parents looked there... although the kids didn't find it here the parents did after re-checking it.

At 2:20pm we took a slinky and left 2 erasers. TFTC.
