after spending a weekend up in Sydney for for geodaughters concert with Talyor Swift, I found a moment in the morning to duck off and grab a cache, the rain had eased a little, its dam inconvenient all this rain for my caching, but it would better down in Canberra, on the good side no muggles about , found quickly

Nice park we found it in a short period of time. Log book was full but we managed to write our log, anyway. Log book needs to be replaced.
Pretty quick find by my partner, but we almost considered not logging it due to the swarm of ants that enveloped the cache. However, after much blowing and swiping of ants, we got into it to log the find. TNLNSL. TFTC!
Nice easy find and, despite the masses and masses (and masses) of ants present, a very successful cache. TNLN TFTC Moved on to 'Man! Those Groves'
This was an itchy cache. Ants crawling all over the cache. Nice hide!

Not a muggle in sight, and only a little bit of traffic, cache was quickly to hand, and returned. SL TNLN TFTH
Wow another naked cache! In it's hide but visible for the whole world to see! So after doing the duties I replaced and covered it with a bit of camo. Should still be an easy find. Cheers!

Had to avoid the suspicions of the nearby taxi driver who appeared to be waiting for his next job. Nice easy find. Thx homedg
My first Cache, didn't have GPS had to use google maps and the clue.
I took the broken crockery and left an Indonesian coin.

Nice quick easy find... Cache was totally exposed, did my best to cover it.

With a goal just scored during a womens soccer match on the field below, all eyes were pointed elsewhere, allowing me to grab the poorly concealed cache, quickly make my mark, and get it back and better concealed without anyone the wiser. A nice spot which was certainly being full utilised today! Thanks for the cache homedg

Soccer Muggles were massing! With one of us as cockatoo, the other nabbed the cache. Signed the log, and when the coast was clear, quickly replaced the cache and camo. Thankfully this was all done before the majority of the muggles showed up. When we arrived, we had our pick of parking spots, but they were getting very scarce when we left. Thank you for the fun cache homedg!
I'd tried to find this one several months ago and was convinced it was gone. However (as usual), it turned out that I was just not good enough at finding these hidden treasures I must be getting better as I found it this time. Picked up Echidna TB and dropped off p0t0m0m's coin
Went off today to find the Frilled Lizard but it was already taken so I left Echidna TB. Being a newbie it took a little effort to find. TNSL. TFTC.
This one was a nice easy find except for all the soccer muggles! TNLN. TFTC.

An easy find. Fortunately, the mugles cleared out just as we arrived making the stealth component much easier. Mtr Mustard found the cache whilst Mrs Mustard was still working out which way was up.

Fairly quick find after moving the cut grass and leaf debris, covered up again. TFTC
hmmm after reading all the logs i shoudl have had this one pretty darn easily.
read and re-read the clue and thought i had it right but obviously not. Not sure if it is still there or not, but after looking at the logs etc... i m not sure if it is. ah well have to try again another day

We (strike a light and me) were so sure this would be a bit easier than the others we'd tried so far this wet and drizzling day. But no, despite being certain we were in the right spot all we saw was a guy brushing his police dog down. No sign of this "easy find" that most others reported. Maybe the dog ate it!
Very nice place to sit and watch a bunch of people run around in the sun. Cache was an easy find - I think I was a bit lucky here as it was quite well hidden. TN/LN/SL.
This one was a little challenging with my GPS going a little irate! However with a short hunt I discovered the GZ. TNLN TFTC
play cricket here all the time and never knew there was a cache around. quick easy find not many people around but it was a wet miserable day

Easy find. However a colony of ants had decided to build their nest on top of it. Park was very quiet today. TFTC. Took Holiday Mickey TB to holiday in Perth.
In the wee hours there was not much happening here but earlier we past a park around 1am and there was a group of people playing cricket using shopping carts as wickets.

A businesstrip to Australia, of course a unique possibility to do some caching faaaaar away from home! Today, after work, no rain, so went straight from the office to grab some caches. The thirdcache today.
Dropped Mickey Mouse in the box, please take Mickey out soon because the box is a bit small and Mickey doesn't like this situation. ... can't breath ... help!
Regards from The Netherlands!

We park almost on top of the cache, found it with no trouble. place TB. thanks homedg
Had a swim in the rather disappointing pool nearby, (only 1x25m lane available for general lap swimmers, out of a total 24 filled with squad/learn to swim classes! Plus the waterslide was out of action) before grabbing the cache. Took: toy car. Left: plastic fork.
Found without any dramas, a neat hide in a rather nice park. On a nice day too! Thanks homedg.
Dropped by and found this after pre-poll voting (at least there will be one desirable outcome for today : ). Nice and quick, TNLNSL.
Easy to find - maybe too easy. Some maintenance may be called for...

Nice and quiet on a Friday arvo, Bethany quickly spotted the caches likely location and made the find. We took the 100 Not Out TB,

14.05 Quick and easy find while we watched girls were playing soccer on the field. TFTH. SL
A quick find of a well placed container right where we thought it was whilst the geojeep was having some new tyres fitted nearby. We're then off to the "country" to test the tyres on a long run and to try the Sydney Night Cache after dark.
Geowife was the one to find this one. After finding this cache, we thought it would be more appropriate changing this to a multi-cache, to go with the name of the cache, "multi purpose park", I will leave that with you, but thanks for the cache in a nice park. Geowife didn't like picking up this cache, because of all the creepy crawlies living under it. But that is all part of the fun.

Did this one with Toonarmy - who sent me to the car to find the sheet to check the co-ordinates (in case he had us on one of his phantom cache hunts again)and came over with the cache! Nice laid out cricket ground - lots of shade, kids playground close by so you can watch the cricket and the smaller kids at the same time. TFTC.
Haven't been here for years.
Great place. Had to wait for muggle driver to move before making the find.

Found at 0615. As I was staying in Ryde, decided to get up and grab a few caches before heading into Sydney. Whilst the rain was drizzling, I found the cache quickly with no muggles around to disturb.

Well it was another lunchtime assault with creativesearching and I and we set off armed with some new technology for us and had placed in the co ords into tom tom and navigated to the spot. Now when were told that we had arrived at our destination I was a bit concerned as we were in the middle of an intersection and not near a park as the cache name had suggested. Quickly switching to some geocaching software and we backed up the 50m and there was the spot. Much to my surprise you have to be exact when entering in co ordinates and I had transposed a couple of numbers. Well as soon as we were at the correct location the park was empty and the cache was in hand. We had jumped in the car and driven for about a minute and got some food and it began to poor. Just as well it was a quick grab.

A nice little Multi Purpse Park - only 1 muggle in sight & he was too busy wrestling with his horse-sized dog to notice someone else in the park.
A quick find & my last for the day before fighting the traffic back home.
No swaps - TFTC homedg (didn't even realise it was yours until now - you do get around! )
Cheers

Had just finished a job at the Ryde Aquatic Centre, and this was close enough to grab before heading back westwards to home. Nobody around this afternoon just before 5. TNLNSL, thanks homedg.
A neat little park for my 200th find. Even the magpies were celebrating!

Multi purpose park indeed. We ended up having lunch in it two caches later but not realizing till later as we were down the other end by then.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
We were wishing it was night when we realised where GZ was. There were several muggles enjoying the park today. A bit of stuffing around had the cache eventually in hand.
Thanks, Robmc.
Thanks, Robmc.
32nd find on a caching trip to Sydney with chewinprickles and Robmc.
A nice quick find, but the bus driver parked down the road watching us proved a bit of a challenge. Luckily the business end of the GZ was just out of his direct line of sight, so no dramas there. TFTC

Nice and quick...
Lots of muggles hitting a ball with a stick, so had to wait till they settled down. Went for a walk around the area and tried another cache (Man! Those Groves) not lucky, went past Joey's, my old school, came back and had a clean run at it.

#3 of 3 finds on a rainy first night in Sydney. I found this one at 2055. I don't mind caching in the dark, but I draw the line at caching in the dark and the rain! I had a quick find, and decided to give it away for the night. I made no exchange. Thanks to homedg for the cache. Cheers, dak.
Quick easy find after waiting for a few school children to leave on their bus. TNLNSL. TFTC.
Had to wait til the ball players had all left and with the lights still on made it an easy find.
Last cache of the day and a quick in and out. Grabbed sleeping bear TB and left some toys.
After days and days and days of rain, it was great to get out to cache. This one is a place that i have been coming to weekly for the last year...and now i find something has been hiding all this time!

Lunch break from work and noone around except a man and his dog on the other far side of the field. Ate lunch and watched as the man spent more time chasing the ball than the dog. Who was who's master?

The only purpose this park was used for today was walking and geocaching. Found the cache easily enough. Just had to time the extracting and return carefully while a couple of guys were doing laps of the oval. Left a keyring. Thanks for the cache Homedg!
It was quiet here on a Monday morning, no muggles anywhere to be seen. It still took a little while to check all the options with the GPS wavering around the vicinity.
