Quick easy find for our young team. Thanks for bringing us to this beautiful spot.
Gorgeous setting for this cache....so peaceful beside the lake. Dropped off TB. Tftc
Parked within 5m of the cache without realising it! Nice quick cache along a beautiful part of Lake Weyba. TFTC
Another lovely place to come to. Nearly a drive by, all good with the cache. TFTC fat_chook
I'm trying to get a cache a day for a month. This was a nice easy one in a beautiful spot which I never realised was here. Peaceful park, no-one about apart from a couple of kite-surfers packing up their gear.
TFTC fat_chook!

11 Degree Outside!
Beautiful spot at the lake! But it looks more like a trash cache!
Pen doesn't work and I forgot to take one with me!
Nevertheless easy and nice cache!

Thanks Fat Chook

Visited the lake for the first time with the geo mutts as I'd heard it was a lovely place to take them. Discovered by chance there was a cache hidden here! TFTC
After a magic week's holiday in Noosaville, we stopped for one last cache on the way home. Having never visited this spot before, we enjoyed the serene view of the lake.

I like the name - makes for a more interesting find when you have an interesting name. And I didn't realise that's how weyba was pronounced, so educational as well!
Some kite surfers just packing up but otherwise a quiet spot for muggles.
Found gz quickly and thanks to the hint located the container equally speedily.
Sat down on the grass in the shade nearby to examine the contents. Lots in there.
Took Nemo & Wall-E dominoes, left Buzz domino & koala keyring.

Great area, lots of muggles camping/picnicking but all quite some distance away. TFTC
Bring a picnic. And cool your feet in the lake. Interesting cache spot but be careful of stirring the ants.
Sandy beaches by the lake. Be careful not to stir up ants nests. We did do some baaing as we searched.
Tftc,
Great to see the older caches still active. Thanks for bringing us to this spot.
Visited trackables.

What a lovely area, I have never been to here before, wished we had brought a picnic lunch, no wind today. Thanks to fat chook.
After finding the last cache successfully, we decided to head on down to this cache. Upon arrival, we noticed there were a few muggles. After using our tips and tricks, we located the cache secretly. Loved the area, signed the log and found with LoneLobster. TFTC!
We had some struggles getting to this cache as their were muggles sitting just next to it, we waited for them to look away and quickly snatched and ran to the car. Signed the log and then put it back, found it with CanyoneroCrew! TFTC!
KingKeyLocksmiths, Marina 25 and I headed out today with a certain challenge in mind (25 unique D/T in a day). This was find #7. It was a lovely spot and we saw no sheep!! TFTC!
5/7/15 Out for a day with Zardecoh and Marina25 to complete the Unique D/T challenge. GZ was located quickly but the search didn't reveal anything and it didn't match the T rating. So we widened the search. Still nothing. As we were on a tight schedule I checked the clue and went back to the original search point and bingo there it was. A reasonably quick find thanks to a helpful clue. TFTC and our 7th find for the challenge.
We were in Noosa today and needed a cache but the weather wasn't playing fair. The rain had just stopped as we approached GZ and as we parked the car we saw the only other people out braving the weather were walking very near our final destination and looking down at a phone. I asked if they were geocaching and as they were we joined forces and soon had the cache in hand. After signing the log we had a chat. It was nice to meet CDAH55 and erinjayne01. This area would be lovely to explore when the sun was out. Thanks for bringing us here and for placing the cache fat chook.
Found t with Seirra1, Us 3 Scouts and erinjayne01.
This is a lovely area. It was heavily overcast today. I would imagine that this park would look so much better in full sunlight.
I just love the parks that have lots of paperbarks.
Thanks for bringing me to this park fat chook.

Beautiful river. Met some lovely people whilst finding this cache. So good to get out and about.
Up at Noosa today shopping and we needed a cache for the grid. When we approached GZ we saw others acting in a suspicious manner. Us3scouts made the inquiry as to wether they were indeed cachers. Yes they were! Cache was soon located and log shared then after a bit of a yarn we were back on the road. TFTC fat chook.

***Caution: Bees have made a home quite close to the geocaches hide***

After competing in the first race of the Sunshine Coast Race series at Noosa Springs, I decided that i may as well track down some caches whilst i was up this way. Today wasn't the best day to attempt any of the caches around Hastings Street, after doing a few laps of the National Park carpark and the carpark at the spit, I decided to give these caches a miss and make my way home, whilst picking up a few geocaches along the way.
After having a quick lunch in the carpark by the lake, i made my way to the GZ. From reading the description and the clue, i had a fairly good idea about where the cache would be hidden. However after a short search, i came up empty handed. I then returned to the garmin and re read the description and associated logs. Which provided me with no extra clue. After poking and prodding at a spot, a swarm of bees came at me and attacked. Quite obviously i bolted, dropping my garmin in the process. I am actually allergic to bees, so i was pretty concerned about this situation. Unluckily one little bee was to quick for me and ended up being successful in its attack and i was stung. After icing my wound, and waiting out the swarm i scoped out the GZ from the car, and eyed a potential spot. I then snuck in collected the garmin and grabbed the cache. I Signed the log and returned it to its sneaky spot. TFTC

It was just about supper time and I had to head back towards Buderim from Noosa and thought... 'Where could I take a break... The same place as alway, at a GZ'.
I don't think I could have chosen a better place to do so. It was just before sunset and the area was silent and cool. I quickly found the cache and sat against a tree whilst looking over the cache. Then once done, I just sat there. It was so refreshing and calm. I really didn't want it to end and have to go back to the hustle and bustle of work. I just wanted to sit there and let time pass...
I have attached a picture I took that represents my experience to a tee.
Thanks for this moment 'fat chook'. I'll be back to just soak in the calm again soon!

Hey Fat_Chook, I found your cache.. Lol
Didn't take me too long and in memory of the cache I painted a fingernail fluro pink with the nail polish in the container.
Went to take a photo of the lake and got scared by a sunbather.. lol

Visiting from UK. Staying at Noosa river camp site with my brother who came to Oz about 40 years ago. Seeing the sights and picking up a few caches. On the way back from Maroochydore and stopped of to pick this up. A bit windy on the lake edge. Quick fond. TFTC
Thought it would be easy with a bright blue (as per photo) but no where to be seen.
Found this one just before darkness fell. An awesome spot here with no one around other than a lone kayaker on the lake. TFTC and greetings from New Zealand!
Log book is slightly damp, could do with new zip lock bag. Great treasures!! Took track able and Lego man, left Yoyo and notepad.
Nice area have lived nearby for two years not knowing it was there....great swap for kids tftc
Very nice location! Never been here before, so thanks for introducing me to a new area! On an adventure with Dahumbug! Tftc!
Sneaky place to find it by Lyn. Our GPS was giving grief. Love the clue- We swapped party popper for Golf Ball replaced exactly same place and concealed! Thanks.
This is a lovely quiet spot, or it was till we both got buzzed by a protective bird! Gave us quite a turn. TFTC
Out for a morning geocycle around the lake and this would be the last part of the western journey. A great spot, and unlikely would have called in here without the cache. Might come back with the kayak sometime. Now unfortunately I could not find the trail back through Noosa Nat Park and ended up riding back south along the motorway. My open cycle maps show a track running through the middle of the park, now sure how I would have missed the entry point.
