Unfortunately, this will be archived. The cache does not seem to be there anymore. We don't live in Australia anymore, so we don't want to burden Yagen, who was maintaining this cache for us, any further.
Yagen, who is maintaining the cache for us will check the availability as soon as he can.
had a good look for about 20 mins about 8 pm with 4 of us but could not locate it, and there were a few soccer teams around so we decided to call it a night.
could not find and being late afternoon lots of soccer kids around so hard not to look suspicious! gave up after pulling the place apart!
I went looking tonight and could not locate the cache.
I had the place all to myself for well over an hour.
I did a sweep of the whole L-shaped wall. I left out the places where the earth was flush with the wall as there was no place to put anything.
I fear for the worst.
Perhaps the cache owner can take a look and confirm cache status.

No luck for this little black duck either, despite there being few muggles close by so I could give it a pretty good search.
Late Sunday afternoon cache.
Only a few muggles about. Unfortunately couldn't find the caache. A few empty voids where it could have been.
Hopefully it hasn't been muggled.

GZ becomes apparent fairly quickly but because of it's busy location care is needed. Thanks for the cache.
Came here from Wollongong with mum for Cataract surgery nearby in Epping. There was a quick window in the weather for us to get this one. From the other side of the field, we could tell where it was going to be but we hoped that the coords would give us more of a hint. When we got to GZ, the coords failed to impress as it left the hide way open. AFter about a 5 min search, I found it.
Sneaky little hide!
Cheers,
Daaave.

Found at 0830. A few muggles around this morning doing their daily exercise, however once sitting down near GZ, the cache location was apparent, and a smooth grab was made. A nice morning with a drizzle of rain earlier made for an enjoyable start to the day.

Finally, no muggles. They must all be caught up in festivities.
With no prying eyes I could search in peace. It was where I thought it would be.

after fighting my way thru peak hour traffic to get hear, I was dissapointed as no find, had a quick ferret around no luck not sure if I should be searching hi or low and theres the muggle factor etc..
perhaps the difficulty should be raised a .5 but
perhaps the difficulty should be raised a .5 but
A cache I had visited on four separate occasions, departing without ever searching. Finally I chose a rainy weekday for my final attempt. The park was deserted and I found it in the first place I looked. I'm glad to finally get this off my to do list.
I could copy smerrals log. Only I tried it twice late evening without searching due to muggles.

Another fine day and another cache to break up a working week. Creativesearching and I were on the trail yet again and we were following the arrow which in the end pointed us straight to the spot. Then we had a look at the likely spot and there it was. There were not many people around and this is a good thing as you feel really exposed when you are removing the cache. So with stealth and skill we removed the cache signed the log and replaced it. Those that were around were none the wiser. TFTC
Well missed a couple in the mountains earlier in the day when unexpectedly ended up in Eastwood shopping with the rels. Having been here before whilst everyone was at the supermarket I went and nabbed the cache and back in time for the check out! TFTC
It took a little bit of ferreting but a process of elimination sorted this one out.

Always easier to do muggle infested caches with a few people I find. This was no exception but we still had to be on our toe's. Glad to be on hand for the Capt's 500th. He's going like mad considering he's only been playing about nine months. I think I only got around 300 in my first year. Sped up a bit since that though.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
This cache was highlighted by Captain Tomato doing a victory dance on his 500th. It is what has kept him looking all day
Thanks, Robmc.
Thanks, Robmc.
38th find on a caching trip to Sydney with chewinprickles and Robmc.
Here it comes. Watch out...... WOOHOO, YEAH, OH WOW. CT cracks 500 (please excuse my enthusiasm)
Really enjoyed this cache. My 500th cache was one good reason, but the hide and the muggle challenge made it a worthwhile find. Thanks.

Looked and looked and looked and looked and LOOKED. Just could not find this one even though the GPS indicated that I was at ground zero.
It was good place to hide [^] have to stealth there and some muggles overlooked us. enjoyed being there.. TFTH. SL
11.11am.... Found it after about 30mins and finally Sevabo found it with fewer muggles in the park. Dropped Kiwi TB SL TFTC
Took advantage of the wet day with fewer muggles in the park to do this one. TNLNSL TFTC.
Had driven past last week and guessed where it would be. Had to grab a drink and snack from the nearby shops and sat down to eat it right in front of the cache.
Its a muggle frenzy near here and super stealth needed.
Successfully retrieved, signed log and replaced.
Successfully covered myself in mud whilst doing it too.

Found relatively easily. Had left the co-ords at home for this one and relied on where Google Earth showed it. Watch out for the muggles here, but about 10am, only a few jogggers in the park. TFTC
Staying with some freinds nearby for a few days - I had a couple of walks by this cache, but there were too many muggles for my liking to look for it - maybe next time.
Thought would log the DNF but reason for this was it was slightly after midnight and rustling around with a torch with an hour's drive ahead just didn't appeal. Will had a look next time we're in the area.
It would be muggle central if there was a game on!!, all we had to contend with was a CWA Open day and given they were a good 200m away..we doubted their first interest would be two geocachers..Quick find, nice and green place! Our coins and TBs have been through this one so nice to see it! Left toy.

A nice easy find with the few muggles a long way away. Took Nilbog's 48 hour geocoin. TFTC
It seems Kevin has been a bit of a Bourke and fell at the first hurdle. So I have been asked to stand for PM once again. Even though there are strange men in the middle of the night shinning torches in and under our car and the strange screams we heard when they found Rex (Death Adder) and Markus (Taipan), we are sure Markus and Rex only wanted a cuddle.
I suppose their second shock for the night was when they returned to their car and found it sitting on blocks with the wheels missing.
I think I am supposed to say something about putting Australia first and wanting to serve and some other bull but here is a shock, I tell the truth I am only in it for the babes and the caches.
Remember a vote for Tangles is a vote for caching so stay tuned for further policy announcements.
For Sale: Four wheels and tyres, suit Holden Commodore.

Started work in the area, so I thought I'd go and check out some of the local finds. Found this in the afternoon after work.
Few people around but none seemed to care, hopefully not looking suspicious whilst trying not to be
Thanks for the find. TNLN.

Found this one with the geokids. After previously being denied due to muggle activity. But suspect interferance or not put back properly as it was open. Have resealed this one and took the needle TB.

Our third cache for the day and its still raining. Still at least the rain kept the muggles out of the park. Found after a short search. Left TB Nimble Needle, TNSL
Yes, stealth needed on this one, took three drive-bys before it was safe to access, TNLNSL, it's amazing how many caches you can walk past before getting into this great pastime and not even know they are there TFTC
A tricky hide and as it was just on lunch time, it was the only place today that I encountered muggles in parks. No swaps but I took the Snowman TB,

Saturday afternoon is not the time to attempt this one. Turned stealth mode on high. Fortunately the PDA phones of today look like a Garmin 76 when you put it to your ear. None of the hundred or so people in the park gave me a second glance. I am constantly amazed at what you can get away with. TNLN. Thanks.
As a full days caching drew to an end I met up with Spindoc Bob and we both knabbed this cache. Thankfully there were very few muggles around. The ones that were had forgotten to take the their soccer ball with them so now i have a new toy.
Did the essential stuff before sitting and chatting with Darren, catching up on old war stories.
Thanks to both this adventure.

Passed by this cache a few times, but found it too difficult to get to due to the muggle factor. But tonight I decided to attempt this cache as I picked-up some Chinese talk-away from nearby - doesn't Eastwood remind you of Ultimo?
On the way I returned a call from Mr Rat [:p] and he mentioned he was in the area. I told him I was off to visit this cache, so we met up. When I arrived, Dave was there and a few seconds later found cache - easiest cache I've ever found.
I dropped off Mr Snowman TB and chatted to Dave about what he had done for the day. It's been a great weekend catching up with fellow geocachers.

Found by Mary & David at 1700. A few people about, but they weren't interested in us in the least. Adopted stealth mode and soon located the cache. Carefully timed our access and replacement and left the muggles none the wiser. Left TB 'Spike the Hedgie' to watch over the cache. Our thanks to The Antipodes once more.
Plenty of muggles but they were distracted with other activities. Located cache, signed log and returned without anyone showing any interest. TFTC.

got this one after a short hunt, made longer by pretending to be playing with the kids. We stood out like a sore thumb in the park, with lots of relaxing muggles reading newspapers I had never seen before !

Came here about 3pm with yellow thing in my hand and a man sitting on the bench which faces the cache just staring at us. Waited around for a while and then it started raining. That will get rid of him - but he just put up his umbrella and continued staring.
Returned about 6pm without GPS and found the cache. Great hiding spot, in a very public space.
Took torch, left cotton reel, Southhampton Hackney Cab travelbug and geocoin.
Thanks from socks and son of socks

Took some first-timers out for a cache or 2 so that they would believe us when we talked about it. They loved it!
Nice easy find at a very popular location, great hiding spot though, probably hundreds of people walk past it every day.
GPS accurate to about 30cm, led us right to it!
a few drunk teens around the area when we got there but they cleared out after a while so then we went and grabbed the find.
- Small FM radio
+ new batteries for the torch thats in there and a little mirror.
Thought about dropping off a TB but i left the bag of goodies at home (sorry guys might drop one off in a cache somewhere close!)
TFTC - great for newbies!
