Since the owner of the cache hasn't contacted me, I'm reluctantly archiving this cache. If the owner wants to reinstate this cache, they should contact the reviewer that first published the cache.

Sounds like we need to have a look at this one. The local river has come up 4-5 metres in recent days and the cache is only 1 metre above the river banks so its chances are not good.

Found the seat, found the tree. Didn't find the cache. Judging by the flood level on the trees being at least 1 metre up the trees I suspect the cache has gone down stream. Nice spot.

Took a short look but due to the river flooding guessed it floated away bit to boggy round the tree to look upclose though

Finally got the right fork. Ta muchly for taking me to this walkway.

Muggles everywhere managed to avoid though lovely developed area for use by all of the community TFTC

Short walk from where we are staying. We found the cache without knowing what a cabbage tree looks like (never hear of these in the UK). We sat and ate our late lunch.

Was sitting here watching beautiful sunset, moon and life passing by.

Easy find. Enjoyed ourselves relaxing on the seat in the sunshine watching the world go by. Can't be bad!

Got up early to go for a walk and bag some caches. This was a fairly easy find, but dodging all the two and four legged muggles was a challenge. Nice spot, thanks.

After a great holiday in the "sounds" it was time to make the slow trip home via several cache stops! Watched the train go by, and saw the local kids enjoying themselves jumping off the bridges!!

There was a group of children just setting off to go canoeing close by, so we 'sat awhile' until they'd left before searching for the cache. SL. TFTC.

Couldn't find it. I didn't look too hard as the clue was very specific. I found a spot which looked like the ground had been flattened by a container.

A beautiful walk by the river and it was a bonus to find this cache. Left a note and left it otherwise untouched.

Did a wee multi cache mission around town on my bike. Found it after a little scratching, took the bug and left Mikey. I was delaying replacing it due to people waiting around in the area. Then I noticed they had a GPS, it would have been a long wait.

Dived into this cache quickly this morning to retrieve the geo coin as we were heading to Moneydorks geocaching easter event at springs junction - he joined a huge group of bugs and coins - a great day was had by all - cheers

Thanks, but no thanks. It’s too hot to sit here today. Mrs BE cycled off to find shade and left BaldEd sweltering in the heat signing the log. Now looking forward to plunging into the motel’s swimming pool. TNLN.

Visiting from San Francisco Bay area, California. Touring the northern top of South Island, geocaching all the way. Currently in Blenheim enjoying the sunny weather and taking wine tasting tours on bikes. Found this cache today strolling through the river park. Not too many muggles, so it was an easy grab. TN, left a US Dollar Bill. TFTC!

It was a nice spot to sit and watch the world go by. And lots of people did as it was such a pleasant afternoon. TNLN

We were in town today to drop off a couple of the younger team members after staying in Ashburton for a few days. Had a few minutes to spare and since we were close decided to visit this cache. We also rescued poor Cedric the brown bear who had been left by the last few visitors and faced a lonely Christmas (Hopefully we can find another cache soon that is big enough to fit him!) After a drive through the Port Underwood road today to do caches - we arrived home to see this new cache on our list (stole one of our spots ) I got to First to find this one !!! Is a lovely spot thanks for the cache

Came home from a Drive around Port Underwood to find a new cache on the backdoor, so to speak so my wife and I took a stroll down and Sat Awhile!!
Great minds must think alike for Cache spots We were going to put this one in tonight but we were just too slow.
