Hi, the cache setter grabbed my Lancashire Geocoin from Mr Chips at the Chipper cache http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=eb793a26-fc30-437d-a8f2-9e8d03f08ddf in August of last year - I've asked kindly if he could move it on but have had no response from several emails. Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
4 months since "needs maintenance" was posted, I'm wondering why this should still be showing up in my searches?
No we couldn't find it either. It would be a shame to see it go into archive.
Armed with confirmation of what we thought was the correct hiding spot, we thought we'd nab this one on the way home from the event - sorry, but it definitely appears to have disappeared
Surprisingly enough after the last few log entries, I didn't find it either. Gave the area a decent search, but looking at previous log entries now, it seems unlikely that the cache was there.
Accompanied Mr Lat&Long on this DNF...nice walk in the park just the same.
What a way to end a day, our second DNF. Shoulda read the previous logs before all our effort. Well, we had a nice chat to a horse anyway.
We too were unable to find this one, and given the previous log it would seem that this cache was not there to be found.
This cache appears to have disappeared again. Luckily dylanja was on hand to confirm suspicions and prevent a lengthy fruitless search.
Did not find this time. Not so easy for me.
Looked under a few covers as well.
Will try again one weekend.
Cheers - Phill

Lovely day for a walk in the rain. Great chance to walk through those beautiful gardens, so thanks. TNLN
We are getting to know where you sneaky Adelaide people hide your caches Again GPS lock seemed poor but Stigglepot came through with the goods (having previously done "Have you got the balls")
Found this one on our fleeting visit to Adelaide from Brisbane. TFTC

A nice hide, avoided the heads in the windows, and found it easily. Took the walk back through the gardens past the new buildings (will have to come back for a coffee at the new cafe!!) TNLNSL TFTC
After a serious search for about 45 minutes we gave up as the gardens started to get busier. If the cache is confirmed as being there then we will be back.
Talking to Irac, who had been talking to Moses, it seems that cache had simply migrated. So I went today and put it back where I found it, not so much in the open as it was before. So we're good to go on this again!
Love these old buildings. Had to avoid the ocassional look out the window by someone.
Took deer and left a smiley face
Thanks
Moses on the move

Yep- disappointed to be told by dylanja that it is not where it should be. No chance to find it on our jaunt. Oh well, hopefully a replacement is not too hard and then I can return and try again.
The 'all too obvious' cache, as If described it, is obviously gone! I was there back in Feb, and was passing today with Irac-. Smiled when she looked in the right spot, then frowned when she kept moving. It's definitely not where I found it.
I cannot believe the hiding place for this one [:o]
After about 10 mins of searching the obvious places I suddenly spotted the cache
This of course coincided with the appearance of 20 odd muggles from all points of the compass for a coffee, smoko break.
Meantime I decided to chase another nearby multi-cache till morning teabreak was over and I could safely access the all to obvious cache
TFTC. Truly brazen [^]

Thirty-fifth of 128 finds on "The Big Adelaide Assault" in company with acts2youthgroup and HawMorFords. We logged the previous cache at 0459, and this one was not far away, however, in between, we had two DNFs ("Pole Dancer" and "Gobbledegeek") and one that we couldn't access because of the Clipsal 500 ("Pool of Tears"). It wasn't a happy half hour! However, we found this one in seconds at 0530. I made no exchange. Thanks to JackHenry for the cache. Cheers, dak.

Was in town to finish off a Zytheran mystery cache and decided to do this one while we were nearby. Nice walk from the car and soon had cache in hand. A little idea of the history of this place apart from it belonging to the MTT for many years. Thanks JackHenry
Found by Mary & David at 1815. A brazen hiding place indeed. Excellent! TNLN. Our thanks to JackHenry.
I've been here before,
This place looks like it's empty but I'm sure there are heaps of workers inside these buildings
TNLN
Thanks JackHenry

I think I was watched... but hopefully it'll all be ok. Didn't realise he was there until after I replaced it. TFTC
This cost me $18.00. While I was scoring the cache I was also scoring a parking ticket! @#!*#@
Only had to look for a few minutes before the caches hiding place was revealed. Retreated to the nearby steps to sign the log. Took a patch and left a 1-for-1 movie ticket. Nice hide. Cheers JackHenry.
Easy find, as no one around early on a drizzly day. Took retracting key holder, Left nailpolish TFTC SL
Was glad to find this cheeky hide. Like others it was where I first looked, but I had to look again! TFTC
For a cache so many other people found 'easy', this one was really frustrating! I swear we both looked there! But we had it soon in hand, took the Singapore coin, signed the log and moved on. Thanks for the cache, JackHenry.
Finally!!! After dodgy sat-lock and a previous visit I found it! The GPS insisted that it was 15m west from where it was found.
1st of 19 FFTD, 1st of 3 JH's. Decided that a day out, NOT relaxing was in order, probably one of the last before the newest geokid is born . Mrs Ermi would like to blow her own trumpet and say she found this in the first place she looked, while Mr Ermi and the Geokids stood back in amazement that she could . Took: Brouchure's (Still can't figure the Geokids out?), Left: Singapore Geocoin, SL. TFTC.
A quick, almost driveby cache here.
Found in 1st place looked. Nice Building.
Left a patch TNSL
Thanks JH

Found fairly quickly during a lunch break on a quiet day at work. No sign of any travel bugs that were supposed to be there!
Went out for a spin with Beaker and assorted family members for a cache around the city while it was quiet.
First day with the cast off.Nice not to have to lug that around.
Left Santas little Helper with Beaker to continue it's journey.

OOPS.... missed logging this one when I tried to do a catch up a few years ago. Found while a member of Beakers Bunch.
Thanks
Thanks
All quiet today. Found in the place we looked first but not good enough. Pretty sure Beakers Bunch dropped off a coin earlier in the day, as I have it now and they used to..

Found at 21:20. I wandered around a bit, then had a flash of inspiration (or maybe it was a flash of clarity).
Found no worries today, left TB Aussie, aussie, aussie to start his journey and SL. Thx JH
Isn't it funny how many people must use this every day and are so unaware of what is under them

No luck this morning, a contractor rocked up with a van full of gear and was obviously not going anywhere for awhile.
I was also wary of the fact that former colleagues of mine were probably staring at me from behind those white blinds - there are a lot of them, and they can see out clearly to the cache location, but you can't see in....

Surprised this was still a virgin at lunchtime. Easy find with surprisingly few people around, maybe it was too hot for them. No swaps, grabbed the geocoin. Thanks JackHenry.
Stranger things can happen:
1) Saw a guy like Benny Hill at GZ (really)
2) Saw a guy like Uncle Jack about 15mins later (and had lunch with Mr and Mrs Benny). That was nice.
3) Learnt that there is such a thing as a Benny Bus (a bus filled with bennies who get drunk at their "summer home" and have to call a huge bus for them and their friends.)
4) Learnt that there is a real bus service called “Benny Bus†(pic)
Clear skies, TeamAstro. Left friendship band. [^] Lunchtime caching!

Turned up around lunch time, had to get on the end of the "Geocacher que", by the time it was my turn I was late for work and the muggle population increased. I will return.
EDIT: Date
EDIT: Date
No problem on the way home from work (8.30pm), walked straight up to it this time as I knew the location just to many muggles last time.TNLN Thanks JH
