Yeah sorry, I drove past GZ the other day and the entire structure that the cache was in is gone and it appears the area may be off limits to the public at the moment, I was meaning to disable the cache once I got home but forgot.
I'll revisit this one once construction is complete and decide then whether to replace or archive?

Got the green light from the checker but afraid some roadworks at the site may have disturbed the cache. It seems the stop is being upgraded. Perhaps the CO could have a look.
Found while on a trip to Canberra, this was a bit tricky not being card sharps but she worked it out. The log is quite wet and could be replaced. SL. TFTC.
Another one I DNF'd last year sometime, but was glad to see it back. Found on the ground and while that was ok, the log was wet....so replaced the cache in the obvious spot to protect it from the rain.
Cool puzzle...thanks for the fun.

This week was the annual fishing trip with greysubmarine to Broulee. We took the opportunity to break up the trip with a few caches on the way. On the days where the wind did us no favours we grabbed some local caches, and a couple on the way home to complete the trip.
After parking the GeoRanger near GZ, Greysubmarine made the quick find, almost a quick driveby. Log was signed and replaced. Great mystery as i do enjoy playing poker.
Thanks for the cache.

On an annual fishing trip to Broulee, NSW, with Trent from KTCVic. Had some awesome days fishing out of Moruya out to sea but on the days where the wind was up and fishing was too rough we went caching and enjoyed the country side for the day.
A quick drive by as Trent is the brains of the out fit he directed me this one a bingo there it was, TFTC, cheers

Found at 10am. Great puzzle and a great cache. Thank you for bring us here on our way up north for a wedding. SL TFTC
# 5578 Found on our VIC & NSW east coast adventure on the way north to the Bay.
I solved the puzzle fairly quickly last night as poker is another of my favourite pastimes.
Nice and quiet and only a few muggles around while I was here.
A quick find and then on the road again.
TN LN SL Thanks for the cache The Mountain Goat,
Roostaman.

Glad to finally get to do this one. Luck was with us today and no muggles around. Log was soaked and unable to write on it, so we took some time out and dried it off, put it in a plastic bag so hopefully it might stay dry. thanks for the puzzle and the cache.
Worked the clues out ages ago and had time today to grab it. Had trouble signing log as it is very wet. Thanks to all involved.
Helga solved th epuzle a coupl eof weeks ago, today it was a quick find of a leech guarded cache.
Well I didn't really find it but found where it had been, found the scratches and evidence it was here. dropped another container to keep this alive as there is not enough in this area as it is. hopefully it will last longer than the last one - now a micro - extra hint look vertical not horizontal. BTW Google is very helpful as I am not a card player. TFTC TMG
Worked out the puzzle, the checker said I was right, but alas there was nothing to find at GZ.
A fun little puzzle and hopefully the cache (if not really there) can be replaced.
Thanks for the fun anyway.......

Found this one with J+J.au signed log but forgot to post log. Loved the puzzle and it's great to see that we aren't the only ones hoping to keep this one alive. TFTC
This had to wait for my work trip to seek, worked out puzzle some time ago and today's the day. New cache and log ready to go for the next poker player. TFTC Mountain Goat
Hi we also looked for this cache, and don't believe it exists anymore, pity as the puzzle was fun. Could this cache either be fixed up or archived as it is upsetting to drive distances to look for caches that no longer exist. thanks
Was excited to see that we were about to pass this one on the way back from our trip to Bendethra, but should had read all the DnF logs first.
Checksums were OK but the final location had me in the middle of the road.
Read the clue and looked in the obvious nearby spot but no luck

Next stop on my first 4WD-ing adventure: a trip down to Bendethra for the long weekend with Doppelfrog, JManJezza and the Jezza-mites.....and we accidentally ended up in Moruya...ooops! But a chance for a drive-by for this cache anyway. Unfortuantely no cache was to be found. Is it still there I wonder?
Suggest that the owner may wish to check on this cache, like the last 3 visitors to this location I was unable to locate the cache...
I had solved and looked at google earth and committed to memory. GPS didn't have the corrected cords but I was confident after parking geomobile to give me cover, that I would come up with find. No luck for me either
Mrs KC really enjoyed working this one out and was really looking forward to retrieving it. We went to retrieve it the day before, but right on dinner time and all the Winnebago's were having dinner and watching us suspiciously because we were in the "Urban Cache Assault Vehicle" so did not even try. Went back today at a more sutiable time slot and searched to no avail. Very disappointed ... Checked your hint and a section looks relatively new???
With the poker craze in the red tag household at present, this cache was begging to be found!
The greeting at GZ was fantastic with a large flock of rainbow lorikeets shrieking in the treetops !
Thanks for the cache, The Mountain Goat !

Poker being one of the few card games I've never played, had to rely on research to solve this one. Having done that, the find was easy. It was dark, and there were lots of people camping nearby. An idiot was running a VERY loud generator and spoiling the peace and quiet for all the others and for us - but there's always one.
A fun puzzle from which I learnt more about poker. Then today and quick find at GZ. Snap!
I learn't to play poker as a kid when I came for school holidays at Malua Bay with my grandmother. No television here then so we played poker for matches. New those skills would come in handy one day. TFTC
I noticed this puzzle pop up on the map yesterday afternoon and being a geocacher free of vices like gambling, swearing, drinking etc. had to leave solving it until that evening in camp
This morning I was full bottle on the ins and outs of poker strategy and decided to try my luck and find the cache
The casino carpark was full to overflowing early this morning and I had to keep my best poker face on to avoid giving away my hand, or rather where I was putting my hand [:o]
There was already a game of Spider Solitare going on at GZ !! [:o]
That didn't stop me grabbing the cache though
TFTC and giving me just enough knowledge to lose the house

The hand had to be quick as GZ was festooned with webs and had to make a quick retrieval. No bites so the hand is still good! Nice puzzle, thanks The Mtn Goat.
Did the homework at camp and headed to GZ finding cache without any problems. Had to be careful as there were a few mugglers around.
Having the hands already solved in back home, this was now an easy drive-by cache. And the good thing is, we did not crash into it. Thanks for this one, greetings from the Netherlands.
Solved the puzzle already back home, so now the cache was quickly spotted in its hiding places... good that we are using gloves as one of the eight legged freaks was running out of there..!
Time for a Mea Culpa: I found this cache in November '09 with TraineeDiplomat and Aboreham but neglected to log it online at the time.
While the details of the day are now mostly lost to memory, it was an great day with many excellent caches.

Again, apologies for the lateness of the log.

Needed the internet to get the heirarchy for this puzzle. Thanks for the brain teaser.
Gloriosa left Wahlenbergia to do the hard work on this one, including dealing with any spiders. TFTC
Easy find, beat the spiders with the use of a stick.

Good hiding place, the resident Huntsman sure gave my mate a good shock when he found it on his hand after retrieving it. Took the 400 geocoin and will find a new cache home for it very soon. TFTC

After doing the hard part (working out which hands are the best in Poker) finding the cache was really quite easy.
We had to use a bit of stealth though as there was a couple set up in their campervan nearby but that was easily overcome with clever parking.
Thanks for the cache and the education into the game of poker.

Had to show our poker faces due close proximity of muggles, didn't take long for them to leave. SL Took spider left doll and 400 find geocoin.
Nice easy find once ya knew how to play poker, pulled basically right next to it
Liked the gz points of minutes reading. Could win a few hands with that score. Tried practicing my poker face. no good. Think I'll give up poker and stick to caching.
Thanks for the find
Thanks for the find
Worked it out before I left home, and was a quick find today heading south. Managed to park the car to shield my activities from some muggles parked nearby. TNLNSL, thanks Mountain Goat.
A quiet night at work soon had the puzzle completed for this one (although I must admit I had the rest of the maintenance department giving me a hand). Cache was found with no troubles at GZ.
Solved the puzzle ok and set off to do a few caches south of Batemans Bay. This one was first for the day. Found without problem, noticed red back spiders close to GZ so proceed with caution when retrieving cache.
Called past here today so I thought I'd stop and grab the geocoin to move it along thanks
Stopped by here in the company of Moogeyrama today to grab the geocoin and check on the cache (which seems to be breeding those little balloons again?) and apart from the spiders who appear to have moved into it's hidey hole, all is well! (Might I suggest that you bring a pair of gloves if you are at all arachnophobic?) Enjoy!
I don't know how easily I would have found this if I didn't have the knowledge of my brother, to help me get the cards ranked correctly. I had to make a phone call. Left geocoin.
Been waiting for some warmer weather to have a camping trip down this way to do some caches.
Thanks to The Mountain Goat for a great puzzle.

632. Loved the puzzle and spent lots of time working it out. Puzzles are not my strong suit (pun not intended) Found easily and I think I found a similar hide on my last visit to the coast.

researched this one before leaving home. discovered that our 18 year old has a pretty good knowledge of poker hands!!!Should I be worried?Took a beetle and left a spider. Hope it doesn't worry whoever is next.
Found in the torrential rain, fortunately muggles were never going to be a problem (they wouldn't have been able to see me!). I now have a much better understanding of poker hands, no wonder I always lost! TFTC

Solved this puzzle at home with some research and found easily once at gz. Found myself flushed with success. TFTC
Found @ 3:32pm on my way home from Narooma.
Kept my poker face on as there were muggles about when I retrieved & replaced this one. Another lovely drive-by.
Took nothing, left ladybug.

At first I thought this puzzle would be easy! But I was very quickly proved wrong! Anyways did eventually solve it, and obviously correctly, as we found the cache! Kids made a some swaps. (Took Singapore money, left not for climbing thingy). Thanks for another great cache Mountain Goat!
Who are these "Secret Clown People" and why haven't I seen any logs coming through from them [?]
Quick one on way home!!!
Lots of fun, travelled with the Secret Clown People who assisted in finding the cache due to the hint, which made no sense to us.
Thanks,
~Bald Eagles

Found this one with Team Maxi except they made me work out the clue for myself! After that it was an easy find once all the muggles left and we could grab it! No swaps made, thanks
We played our cards close to our chest as there were muggles about this area. Took Geo Con and left Singapore dollar. TeamGeo (bg60)
Just a late night visit to drop off a coin. (Watch out for the marked police car along this straight hiding in the dark!)
As a person who knows nothing about poker hands had to resort to goole to supply the answers. Once found easily found the cache after a long wait for a muggle to get off the phone and move on. TNLN. Thanks Mt. Goat
An easy find this morning on the way to work.
